The carpets in the rooms are very old and smell bad. Due to the heavy smell I left the windows open at night, but was terribly bitten by mosquitos.

Het personeel is heel aardig! De eerste dag dat we aankwamen werkte de airco niet goed in onze kamer en we kregen nog een grotere en betere kamer! Het ontbijt was helemaal geweldig! Heel erg uitgebreid met alles wat je maar kon bedenken! Dichtbij ons hotel was een prachtige park om te wandelen.

아침식사 메뉴가 다양해서 좋았습니다. 호텔 객실이 엄청 넓었습니다. 기대했던 것 이상으로 넓어서 깜짝놀랐습니다. 이정도 예산에 이정도 룸컨디션이면 엄청나게 좋은 것 같아요. 에어컨 등도 잘 켜지고 좋았습니다.

체력단련실(헬스장)에 갔다왔는데, 기구가 너무 오래되고 종류도 없어서 사실상 운동을 하기에는 그리 적합하지 않은 곳이었습니다.

深夜到了各方面准备的都不错，打电话要求额外拖鞋女儿还获赠了儿童洗漱包，机器人送过来对于许久没回过的我很新奇。早餐也有质量不错的胡辣汤和油饼油馍头，很令人愉悦。性价比很高，这个价格在国外住索菲特还带早餐那是想都不要想了

我本身是ALL会员，在ALL accor的预订价要比booking高出不少，这个在其他国家和地区的雅高酒店里面可不常见

It's a Shame the sauna etc wasn't working. The gym is a little small. Location is okay.

Hôtel très confortable et situé au centre de la ville. Non loin des shopping malls et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre récréatif CBD. Personnel très efficace et prêt à aider. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Staff made the extra effort during check in to ensure we have all our requests attended to and personally walked us to the lift which we felt was quite a personalized touch

Le personnel, la nourriture, l’accueil, la chambre trop petite, le bruit, le personnel manque de professionnalisme, mauvaise compréhension des commandes car le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Diarrhées après room service. Personnel envahissant toque et rentre dans ma chambre, personnel de mauvaise humeur le matin tôt au petit déjeuner… beaucoup de plats à base de porc donc pas de choix

Breakfast was varied and quite tasty. Lily was very helpful in bringing tea and food when requested. The hotel is in a quiet location and shopping is easily accessible by using taxi. Anthony from France was very helpful in upgrading our room to a cooler location plus windows can be opened to let cool air in. The hotel Chinese restaurant food and service was very good. Other staff members including Anthony did help in suggesting interesting places to visit in our 9 days stay.

The bedroom was very warm as airconditioning does not work on winter months.

I love this high class and comfortable hotel. I have stayed here a few times and it is excellent. During my most recent stay Alice, Sherry and all the reception staff gave me excellent service. Next time in Zhengzhou I will absolutely return.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer (Club Level). Frühstück reichhaltig (chinesisches und kontinentales Frühstück). Die Backwaren (Muffins, Croissants, Danish Pastries, Egg Starts/Pastel de Nata) sind sehr lecker.

Der Club Millesime war unter dem Standard anderer Sofitel Hotels, insbesondere was die Getränkeauswahl betrifft(nur je eine Sorte Rot- und Weisswein, ausserdem musste dieser ausdrücklich verlangt werden / Personal spricht praktisch kein Englisch dort). Das Essen am Abend im Club war zwar für uns sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, jedoch ausschliesslich auf chinesische Gäste ausgerichtet.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit grosser (Buffet-)Auswahl, jedoch vor allem chinesische Speisen (die meisten Gäste sind Chinesen), darunter auch lokale Spezialitäten. Es hat jedoch auch Früchte, Joghurt, Käse und verschiedene Backwaren. Das Essen am Abend im Club Millessime ist ausschliesslich chinesisch, jedoch ebenfalls sehr gut und mit grosser Auswahl.

Die Speisen dürften jedoch wärmer sein. Ausserdem steht am Abend im Club Millessime nur ein Rot- und Weisswein zur Auswahl. Ansonsten gibt es nur wenige Softdrinks (und schon gar keine „harten“ Sachen).

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, better than hotels in the USA, Europe and the rest of Asia. The staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly, I struggled to get my credit cards to work when I checked in and somehow managed to get another card to get the payment, I recommend that you pay on booking before arrival to avoid issues with that. The young man during the night shift has been an outstanding gentleman that helped me through communicating with everyone in the hotel, I didn’t catch his name but I’d like to thank him here. The breakfast is fantastic, great options for everyone. Their coffee is also really good. I need to also mention how the facility itself is clean, organized and luxurious. If I’m back in Zhengzhou I’ll definitely be staying here again, it’s my first time in China and definitely wouldn’t be my last.

装修很不错，虽然旧了点但是用料好，审美在线，房间里的椅子都很漂亮并且舒适！住起来比新装修的美式快时尚酒店感觉更好。早餐不错，夜床准备的果茶很不错，喝完感觉脾胃都舒服了。是会再次入住的酒店。

工作人员在服务客人的时候都热情友好，但是比较怠惰，会假装没看到有客人需要被服务
