De ligging van het hotel. Venetië vlot bereikbaar met de trein. Hotel niet ver van station. Zeer mooi hotel rustig gelegen. Goede bedden. Lekker eten. Was zalig. Vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind schön, der Pool ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

It was very clean . The breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet- far away from any noise. The staff was very nice and helpful. The first floor rooms that we had were really nice.

In order to get to the train station to go to Venice,you needed to get a taxi or take their shuttle. There were only 4 times in the morning and 4 in the afternoon and evening to get a shuttle. It did add some pressure to our visits to Venice and elsewhere , because we needed to be very concerned about timing things. If we had a car it would have made the days activities feel less pressured. So perhaps for people with cars it is a more convenient place to stay. I would have liked to be able to bring back some food to the property , but you were only permitted to eat in your room or right outside in the little area of your room -,if it was on the first floor.

Vicinanza al fiume Sile. Comodità e accoglienza. Letti molto comodi e sistema condizionamento molto efficiente e silenzioso; colazione ottima, specie all'aperto .

Het was een ontbijt buffet die zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid. Er was nooit iets tekort, regelmatig werd er bijgevuld. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en ze spreken goed Engels. De kamers werden iedere dag proper gemaakt. Het zwembad is zeer proper en de drankjes worden aan het zwembad gebracht. Over het avondeten kan ik helaas niks over zeggen, omdat we iedere dag in een lokale restaurant in de buurt gingen eten. Maar in dit hotel wil ik zeker nog eens komen verblijven met ons gezin.

Geen minpunten.

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel en late uitchecktijd, altijd fijn. Schoon zwembad wat pas in het weekend wat voller was bij de bedjes. Goed ontbijt met veel keuze en charmante kamers. Het restaurant was zeer goed. Met maar een paar minuten rijden naar het station sta je in een half uur treinen in Venetie, en op 20 minuten rijden de heerlijke stad Treviso waar je rustig kunt winkelen, eten en bezichtigen. Zelfs gratis leenfietsen. Perfecte afwisseling van cultuur en winkelen, met de rust van een hotel met zwembad buiten de stad.

Erg harde bedden. Het is geen verrassing voor Italië gangers, maar een hapje rond lunchtijd is lastig. Er is een "snack-menu", maar daar staan een paar salades op die uitverkocht waren of matig van smaak, en een "tosti" die duur was en ook matig. Als je de middag aan het zwembad doorbrengt, zou dat toch heel fijn zijn.

Long post: We’re just back from an absolutely incredible week staying in this beautiful hotel that I can honestly say it felt like a little peace of paradise the whole time we were there. We arrived on 23rd July as a family of 8. Myself, husband, 17 year old daughter and 12 year old son. Along with my parents and my in laws. 1st trip altogether. I was conscious because my mother in law has mobility issues and I wanted to ensure she had a smooth experience. The hotel staff from the time of check in to checkout went above and beyond for us all. Everyone of them were so sincerely kind and welcoming every day. They couldn’t do enough for us and they always made you feel at home. They even managed to keep my sister in laws surprise visit a surprise. She joined us for three days and they were all so excited about the surprise too. The rooms were immaculate. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels every day. Beds very large and comfortable. Bathrooms equipped with everything you need. Strong shower/ jacuzzi bath in our room and in the other rooms large walk in showers. We stayed in 230 and it was just beautiful. Coffee making facilities/ mini fridge also. Wonderful air conditioning which was needed in such a climate. The layout of the hotel is just gorgeous. They have all the fine little details to a tee. Which truly adds to the ambience of the property. It has an old Italian feel to the property without it being dated. Bright and fresh. Breakfast was also great. Wide variety from fresh fruit selection, cheese and meat platters. Yogurts, juices. Breads, pastries along with hot food such as various egg choices / bacon and vegetables. You have the options of sitting outside with a beautiful view of the Sile river and lunch also has the most beautiful garden setting. The swimming pool felt like it was nearly private to us. Enough swim loungers for every guest so no one was panicking trying to keep them. All guests that we were very fortunate to meet were all so lovely and friendly and everyone respected everyone. The hotel offers a shuttle to the train station and back for anyone that might want to avail of the service for day trips into Venice. Also there is a bus route within a few mins walk if you would like to visit Treviso. The town Altino is close about a ten min walk or you can avail of the bicycles the hotel has to offer. Some of us did avail of the service and it was such a lovely experience the setting and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. Also because we had a late flight home and with checkout being at 12. You are very welcome to continue using all services until you leave the property. They offer a great shower room where you can freshen up at the end of the day to prepare for your journey home. All in all I would give our whole experience a 10/10. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff at Borgo Ca dei Sospiri. The air conditioning was right above our bed and quite noisy, making our sleep more difficult

Ystävällinen henkilökunta joilta saimme apua mm ravintolan valinnassa. Siisti. Hyvä allasalue ja baari. Hyvä ja kattava aamiainen terassilla ja kivoilla jokinäkymillä. Helppo saavutettavuus ja pysäköinti. Pyöriä sai lainata.

Le jardin vert et fleuri, le petit déjeuner varié et de qualité pris en terrasse. La chambre spacieuse, bien insonnorisée et décorée à l'italienne.Les produits de toilettes qui sont très agréables et sentent très bon.

Restaurant fermé le lundi, jour off pour un 4 étoiles en période estivale c'est très moyen, pas de personnel au bar le soir non plus. La femme au service du petit déjeuner à peine aimable et qui vous rappelle à 10h10 que cela ferme à 10h30 et qui à 10h20 vient retirer toutes les nappes autour de vous et des tables restantes etvous fait bien comprendre qu'il faut partir.

Friendly staff on a beautiful river bed with a trail. We had a room that opened up to the pool.

Other than the river, there was nowhere to walk to for cute shopping or eating other than 2 nearby restaurants and we didn't have a car

Schöne Elegantes Hotel

Situated on the banks of the Sile River this is a lovely hotel in the countryside and well positioned for access to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Conegliano. The room itself was large and the bed comfortable. However as others have noted, the air conditioning seemed to stop working at about 1 am every night and only blew warm air. Meaning we slept with the windows open. The pool was a decent size and clean with plenty of sun beds. The in-house restaurant was very good and we ate there 2 of the 3 nights. Very cycle friendly with their own bicycles to use, and an outdoor tool station for bicycles. The staff were very good and special mention to Alice in the breakfast room who was our favourite and a ray of sunshine each morning. Also good were the poolside drinks waiter, Manda, Gelmino in the restaurant and Matilde on the front desk.

The pool is great, the staff very accommodating and friendly, the location also great.

Receptionist was great, gave us all the information we needed when we checked it without having to ask anything. Swimming pool was pleasant as well. We were only stay for 1 night before our flight the next day but imagine it would be a great place to stay if visiting Venice city, you’d have a calm hotel to come back to and can relax by the pool. Seems reasonably priced for what it is.

Restaurant was dreadful. Just because it’s expensive doesn’t mean it’s good 😂 we’d just spent a week in dolomites and this was our most expensive meal and most disappointing. We wrote it off and it was the easiest thing to do that evening when we were tired. Not sure if they were understaffed but they seemed stressed and the pasta was overcooked and no seasoning. Also room could do with a better clean. Mini fridge had someone else water left in it and the dust ontop of the fridge was gross.

La gentillesse du personnel, était super. La chambre était parfaite pour nous. Propre et accueillante. Géographiquement bien situé avec ou sans voiture. Piscine calme et reposante. Petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts. Un séjour magnifique. Je recommande vivement ce lieu si vous cherchez visiter les différentes villes et du calme en fin de journée. Merci à toute l'équipe!!

Le petit déjeuner est jusqu’à 10h30 ce qui veut dire que c’est la limite de fin de service. On ne peut pas arriver jusqu’à 10h30 et ensuite déjeuner. C’est important à savoir / comprendre la nuance. Mais c’est juste un détail qui ne nous derange pas.

Very nice room with good and comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathroom, very good breakfast... and very nice staff. Furthermore, bicycles can be stored in the safe storage place, tools for repairing bicycles are available.

I recently spent four wonderful nights at Borgo Ca’ dei Sospiri Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm—perfect for a relaxing stay just outside the busy center of Venice. Every single member of the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you goes to Eleonora, who was absolutely amazing throughout my stay. La colazione e spettacolare , il personale e super professionale

Borgo ca' dei Sospiri is a very stylish and luxurious residence. Our suite was on the first floor and felt like it was an independent building, with a wonderful view of the river. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. All the staff are very courteous, proud, and friendly. The quality of the breakfast buffet was outstanding. My wife and I also enjoyed walking and cycling around the surrounding district. This was a wonderful experience in every way, and we look forward to returning again – hopefully soon.
