The airport shuttle was the reason we booked this hotel. It ran in time and was efficient.

The location is in a suburb so no good restaurants nearby. You are a captive to the hotel for dinner, which was expensive and only mediocre. Service was unfriendly.

Room was large, modern and comfortable. We used the free on-site parking for our rental car that we drove from the Venice airport. Staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and worth the extra cost as there didn't seem to be anything near by where you could grab some food.

The location is far from the airport but this is the case for most hotels in this area. The shuttle times are also somewhat limited and need to be booked in advance, but we avoided this by getting a car from the airport right away.

Personnel très courtois , service rapide et chambre très confortable. Excellent restaurant. Localisation parfaite, directement à côté de la gare de train de Quarto d’Altino. Aussi, J’ai beaucoup apprécié le fait qu’ils offrent une navette gratuite pour se rendre à l’aéroport.

Le service de navette pour l’aéroport pourrait être mieux publicisé. Il a fallu contacter l’hôtel directement pour savoir que le service existait ainsi que les heures de ces navettes.

Чисто аккуратно, персонал приветливый. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Гостишка рядом со станцией(из окна видно станцию), очень удобно 25минут и ты в Венеции. Парковка бесплатная, ближайший супер где-то в 10 минутах езды на машине.

Чуть шумно от поездов, это если открывать окна. Нужно брать номер с окнами не на станцию. Номер маленький но уютный.

The breakfast was great with a good price I should say.

Staff were welcoming and helpful on arrival. Free shuttle (need to book onto in advance), made it an ideal place to stay for a morning flight.

Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel est très bien pour une nuit proche de l'aéroport de Venise. Il est calme, malgré sa proximité avec la gare, et les chambres sont confortables. Il dispose également d'un parking gratuit.

La salle de bain est un peu datée, et mériterait d'être rénovée. Par ailleurs, notre sèche cheveux n'était pas fonctionnel.

The hotel is excellent and in a very convenient location for exploring the entire Veneto region. It is a great base for visiting the area’s beautiful cities and attractions, making it easy to discover everything Veneto has to offer.

Personnel au top nous avons loupé notre train de Venise a cause erreur de Vaporetto donc nous sommes finalement arrivés après le diner il nous on mis une table au bar serte la carte menu était réduite mais l’attention était présente.

Ideal per anar a Venècia ja que l'estació de tren està a 1 minut caminant. Les gabitacions són àmplies i netes, i l'esmorzar abundant.

Bardzo ładny, czysty hotel. Obsługa doradzi i pomoże we wszystkim. Mieliśmy duży pokój na 4 osoby. Bardzo duża łazienka z wanną i prysznicem. Ręczniki, kosmetyki. Parking bezpłatny duży. Bardzo dobry hotel na zwiedzanie Wenecji, pociąg na drugiej stronie ulicy. 5 minut od hotelu bardzo dobra pizza (Stop Pizza). W barze hotelowym dobre piwko i aperol spritz. Klimatyzacja działa, wifi działa.

Αριστο. Είχε κλειστό πάρκινγκ με δωρεάν φόρτιση για το ηλεκτρικό αυτοκίνητο . Οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου όπως και τα δωμάτια δεν είχαν το παραμικρό ψεγάδι. Το προσωπικό φιλικότατο και εξυπηρετικό. Ο σταθμός του τρένου για τη Βενετία είναι δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο. Ολα ήταν εξαιρετικά

Αν μπορούσα να έχω τις ίδιες υπηρεσίες με λίγο καλύτερη τιμή θα ήταν το απόλυτο 10/10. Αλλά ακόμα και έτσι βαθμολογώ 9,9/10. Άριστα

Personale alla Reception meno empatico ed accogliente rispetto al personale della Sala colazione e del Ristorante. Comunque sono molto professionali e certamente efficaci, quindi questa rimane solo una mia personale sensazione.

Elevator doors won't stop for people walking in the elevator. The shower water wasn't hot, the room smelled.

Wir sind vom Hotel aus jeden Tag mit dem Zug nach Venedig gefahren. Die Lage neben dem Bahnhof ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert, so dass nichts von den eher selten fahrenden Zügen zu hören war. Parken des Autos ist kostenlos, was ein Riesenplus ist.

Die Unterkunft liegt unmittelbar an einem Bahnhof. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wer es ruhig mag, sollte das Hotel meiden. Mein Zimmer war auf der Bahnhofseite und das war trotz geschlossener Fenster doch relativ laut. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist altbacken, es gab lediglich zwei deutsche TV Sender und die Steckdose am Bett befindet sich mittig der Matratze. Kleinigkeiten, die meinen Aufenthalt nicht großartig beeinträchtigt haben, aber zumindest erwähnt werden sollten.

The bathroom had mould around the bath and everything was a bit outdated. The bed was a bit soft

The bed was comfortable because my goal for 2 days was to rest. Out of nowhere I hear this loud noise, not knowing what it was I recorded it on my phone and ask to front desk if they knew what it might be. The trainee I spoke with listened and offered to move me to another room. At that moment the dark haired girl who was there when I checked in offered that it might be the air conditioner. She nicely informed me that she would take care of it. She did not, she turned the air conditioner off and didn’t allow me to know, that was her solution. About 2 hours later the room was so hot and stuffy at the point I didn’t complain for fear of what else she might do, to someone visiting from outside of Italy. This was a traumatic ending to my 2 week visiting to Italy. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again.

The bed was the highlight!

We stayed there three years ago. It was absolutely amazing. The location is fabulous. The staff is fabulous. Breakfast is perfect. When we got there, the floor smelled really foul so they had to move us and they moved us into a room and the safe was broken and the air-conditioning was humming making a terrible noise so we had to close the bathroom door so they need to do some.

Conveniently located in front of the train station with easy access to Venice. Especially good if you have a car as they have free parking on site. Short drive to Marco Polo airport.

Rooms are dated and bathroom was very old. Hairdryer is not updated. Bed was comfortable however.

Tren istasyonu hemen otelin arkasında ve Venedik için ulaşım tek tren ile sağlanıyor.

Reservamos este hotel porque ofrecía transfer gratuito al aeropuerto, pero nuestro vuelo llegó por la noche (00:20) y no nos recogieron, nos dijeron que cogiesemos un taxi que por 50 euros nos hizo el servicio.

Breakfast is good and train station is right beside the hotel

Front desk staff would not allow me to take the airport shuttle to the airport after dropping off some luggage. Ordered me a taxi who ripped us off big time. Cost is a ridiculous 40 euro but the driver took advantage of my daughter and charged us 40 euro per person!! I didn’t know this until after. Take the train for far less and easier. The people here scam you and was disappointing for us. We expected better hospitality from these folks in Italy.

Proximity to the railway station with 30 minute journey into Venice, it was quiet even though it is close to the station, it was well staffed, includes a free transfer to the airport.

Only one bedside unit and no milk for the tea and coffee (although they were given when requested at reception) being overcharged twice at the bar.

La colazione è molto abbondante e varia, ma la qualità del cibo è decisamente mediocre, adatta a degli stranieri. La necessità di prenotare la navetta per l’aeroporto 24 ore prima dovrebbe essere segnalata meglio. Abbiamo dormito una notte sola perché dovevamo accompagnare un membro della famiglia in aeroporto in un giorno di sciopero e volevamo essere sicuri di fare tutto per tempo, dopodiché dovevamo rientrare in albergo dove avevamo lasciato l’auto.; La navetta di andata non era disponibile perché non prenotata con sufficiente anticipo e quella di ritorno ci è stato detto che non potevamo prenderla perché a mezzogiorno, quando avremmo dovuto farlo, saremmo già risultati in check out e dunque non più clienti dell’albergo. Posizione forse eccessivamente rigida, date le circostanze. Risultato: 90 euro di taxi tra andata e ritorno. Non benissimo.

Staff went above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. The rooms were very clean and equipped with a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks. The bar atmosphere was fun and service was great!!!

The 10 euro was expensive for the breakfast.

I liked the staff. They were very attentive and tried to provide the best service every single time. the shining star here was Vittorio who is great at his job and in dealing with difficult situations. The other good thing was the fact that they had airport shuttles The property is very close to the train station which takes you onto Venice Island.

1. The bathroom seemed old. There were chipped tiles everywhere. 2. The negative thing about airport shuttle service is that during rush times, they seem to have outsourced the service to folks who do not speak or understand English and therefore they would take their directions from third party actors who would push their own clients first. 3. There is hardly anything close by. A few stores here and there. No vending machines and no options for snacks or water purchase. 4. The room also can do with some updates. It seems to be stuck in the 90's with it's empty magazine rack in every room.

Clean hotel courteous staff efficient shuttle

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bahnhaltestelle. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ergattern. Ansonsten sind draußen am Hotel sehr viele Parkplätze. Ich empfehle die Zugtickets online zu kaufen bei trenitalia und nicht an dem Bahnhof (geht nur bis spätestens 5 Minuten vor der Abfahrt!) Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Nur die Lüftung konnten wir nicht wie gewünscht regulieren. Frühstück hatte zwar alles aber geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Insgesamt war es ein bequemer Aufenthalt in Venedig.

Tiefgarage war nicht wie erwartet abgeschlossen. Ist aber nichts passiert.

On the morning of my departure, I missed the hotel shuttle to the airport, most likely due to my failure to note the correct time of departure. The staff, sensing my disappointment at missing the shuttle, not only arranged for a taxi to the airport, but paid for it as well. That earned my eternal gratitude and loyalty. Bravo Crowne Plaza!

Great hotel, right next to the train station for convenient ride to Venice. They offer free airport shuttle. Good cafes and pizza place around.

Fantastic breakfast! 2 mins from the train station. Wheelchair available which was fantastic, as I was on crutches.

The bathrooms in the room is old and dated. It is very difficult to navigate a wheelchair in the disabled bathroom. The disabled bathroom by the bar, was not wide enough to get a wheelchair in the door. A big design flaw! Our room with a "garden view" was more a of "train view". My husband witnessed a lady sitting in the restaurant garden area, have her handbag stolen, by some guy who walked in and then walked out and ran off. (This is not the hotels fault, but a reminder to be careful). There are no cafes or restaurants close to the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel, had good food, but you need to book in advance.

Leading up to our stay, i made several phone calls to the front desk to make arrangements for transfers and travel to surrounding areas. In every call, the front desk was extremely helpful and patient and supported english.

Beds were comfortable. Loved the bath tub. Room was nice & clean. Breakfast was very good with hot & cold items to choose from.

When I checked in, I asked if we could get a ride from the airport back to the hotel as we had a car rental we needed to return to the airport. She checked the shuttle schedule & said yes! We agreed on a time & she even wrote it down for us, I guess she never wrote it down on the shuttle schedule. We went to our room dropped off our luggage & headed out to return the car. When we were leaving to return the car back to the airport, the staff said that the woman who checked us in never wrote it down on the shuttle sheet. The driver was already done for the day, and saw that he had no one else to pick up so he ended the shift. We had to catch a taxi back to the hotel from the airport.

They should arrange the shuttle bus Transportation better in the sense that we are all jampacked very tight in seating and not enough room for luggage. I have to put my hand carry luggage on my knees. Room temperature is low, try to turn off the Air Condition, however, could not do it.

They should not Jam Pack the shuttle bus at all. We went for dinner at the restaurant yet. They are so confused with the billing. Three of us went, and they charged only two. We were honest and told them so and paid them. We paid in cash yet they don’t have change, and we have to wait for 10 minutes and get all the coins back. There has no restaurant close by so no options.
