Zimmer: recht eng, dürfte etwas grösser sein, Teppichboden ist nicht mehr von dieser Zeit Frühstück: gut, vielleicht noch etwas mehr Abwechslung aber durchaus gut Abendessen: sehr schön präsentiert aber eher kleine Portionen aber ein gelungene Aufenthalt, danke

L emplacement excellent. Le personnel de l acceuil en passant par le service de restauration et le service des chambres est aux petits soins et de bon conseil.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Menton und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv fanden wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war allerdings der Service beim Frühstück. Benutzte Teller wurden teilweise nicht zeitnah abgeräumt, sodass sich die Teller auf den Tischen stapelten und teilweise kaum noch Platz auf dem Tisch war. Hier könnte der Service etwas aufmerksamer sein.

The staff were great throughout our stay — friendly, helpful and welcoming, which definitely made a positive impression. The hotel itself was okay. There were a few things that could have been better. At breakfast, the eggs weren’t topped up regularly, so if you arrived around 30 minutes before breakfast finished, there was a good chance you would miss out. It would have been nice to see the food replenished until the end of the breakfast service. The underground parking was really useful and convenient, particularly as we had the car with us, although I did feel it was quite expensive. One thing that did concern me was the amount taken from my card on arrival. The hotel took the full cost of the booking as a deposit, plus an additional 50% on top. When I contacted Booking.com about this, I was told the hotel had described the extra amount as a damage deposit. Thankfully, the money was refunded, but I would have preferred this to have been clearly explained before or at check-in. Overall, the staff were the highlight of the stay. The hotel was okay, but there are a few areas where I think the experience could be improved.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Betten waren bequem. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Tiefgarage hat seinen Preis aber das Auto ist so sicher geparkt.

Für uns stimmte hier das Preis-Leistungverhältnis nicht ganz. Die Zimmer waren eher veraltet mit Teppichboden. Leider war es nicht so sauber, an der Badezimmertüre und an den Wänden gab es Verschmutzungen.

Zentrale Lage, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Comfortable, nice staff, nice decorations

I’d like to share some feedback regarding our stay(room 103). The room itself is lovely and comfortable, but we noticed that the pictures on the booking website don’t fully match the actual experience. Specifically, there is a room built behind ours (which appears to be a laundry room) that blocks the sunset view from the balcony. We chose this room because the listing photos suggested an open, unobstructed view. However, it was disappointing to find that the actual room was not as advertised. Also the TV was not working during our full stay. To help future guests set realistic expectations, I kindly suggest that you update the website photos to reflect the current layout. (I would like to know in advance - even if this temporarily - so that I can make an informed decision). That way, travelers can make fully informed decisions when booking.

La qualité de la prise en charge réactive,la gentillesse du personnel,le respect et l'impeccable tenue du même personnel.

Le prix de l'hôtel devrait être réglé dès l'arrivée et non avant mais c'est une nouvelle approche de la chaîne best western dont le gérant de chaque hôtel ne peut être tenu responsable.Il est toujours délicat de donner des informations bancaires par internet sans doute question de génération.

Une odeur bizarre au départ obligé d'aller voir l accueil qui a pu faire quelque chose

Freundliches Personal, wir hatten eine bessere Zimmerkategorie bekommen, wie gebucht. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft gibt es und viele Leckereien, wie zum Beispiel Panna Cotta und hausgemachte Kuchen. Ganz toll fanden wir, dass wir bis 15:00 Uhr unser Auto in der Tiefgarage parken konnten, sogar nach dem auschecken. Und dass es kostenfrei zwei Strandstühle und einen Schirm zum ausleihen gab.

la verdad es que de todos los hoteles de esta cadena BW en que he estado, este es el que menos nos gusto. Veniamos del BW de Antibes y aunque las comparaciones son odiosas, nada que ver uno con el otro Es un tres estrellas y entiendo que Francia puede tener una clasificacion diferente a la de España pero a este hotel le falta un buen repaso, una renovacion, o algo mas los espacios comunes no eran de lo mejor, los ascensores viejos , pequeños y ruidosos, las habitaciones mas de lo mismo, moquetas viejas, ventanas sin aislamiento, el AA antiguo, aunque debo decir que nos toco una habitacion sin ruidos externos y eso se agradece Los baños bien, pero faltan enchufes en zona cercana a la cama. Como reservamos con muchisimo tiempo de antelacion, conseguimos un precio mas aceptable, se entiende que es Menton en temporada altisima, aun y todo, la relacion calidad precio es desproporcionada, y ni hablar si se paga la tarifa del dia, que era de 350 euros la habitacion standard en la que estabamos nosotros El personal correcto, el parking justo a precio de costa azul en agosto

Chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner copieux, personnelles sympa ,et en haut de l'hôtel le bar a cocktail avec vue sur la ville.

Les coussins du lit pas a mon goût, les lunettes de toilette sans amortisseur, rien de bien méchant.

On a tout aimé..petit dej, accueil et surtout la possibilité de conserver la chambre jusqu à 13h30..

Nagyon jó lokáció. A személyzet nagyon kedves és udvarias. Van saját parkoló garázs is, azonban ha van hely az utcán, ott sokkal olcsóbb a parkolás. Kényelmes ágy, jó légkondi. A tetőtéri teraszról pazar a kilátás.

A mi szobánkban a légkondi az ágy mellett volt, aki az ágy bal oldalán feküdt, arra nagyon ment a hideg levegő. A klíma kültéri egysége hangos.

Great location, 10 minutes walk into town. Fantastic underground garage. Wonderful breakfast in a lovely room. Excellent air-conditioning. One lovely touch is a container of cold water at reception to drink from on entering the hotel. Free sun cream and after dun on the table by reception to use which I have never seen before. Plus roof top bar which had comfortable seating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Personal hässig und unfreundlich. Trotz online einchecken ein riesen Zeitaufwand bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Es wurden zwischendurch einfach andere Gäste bedient, welche nach uns kamen. Zimmer bezahlen schon beim Einchecken habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Vraiment tout ! Le personnel est gentil, serviable et attentionné. Proche du centre devant une petite chapelle place de parking dans la rue ou parking privé de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et propre Chambre spacieuse et très propre J’ai fait beaucoup d’hôtels à Menton et celui-là et dans mes favoris. Petite attention particulière car j’avais un petit bébé petite peluche offerte à l’accueil ainsi que plein de sourires et de mots gentils c’est agréable.

Frühstücksbuffet

Das Hotel hat vor Ankunft ein Checking-Formular versandt, dieses habe ich ausgefüllt aber bei Ankunft musste ich erneut eiin Formular ausfüllen. Das Checking dauerte fast 30 Minuten. Die Receptionistin bediente gleichzeitig mehrere Personen und war nicht bei der Sache In keinem Hotel das ich je besucht habe, musste ich die Hotelgebühren im Voraus bezahlen, ohne das Zimmer gesehen zu haben. Das Badetuch im Badzimmer hatte Löcher, war alt und ausgefranst. Es wurde jedoch umgehend an der Reception gewechselt. Die Toilette hatte ein Band das einem anzeigt, dass es gereinigt war aber als ich den WC-Deckel öffnet lagen Fäkalien in der WC-Schüssel, die mehrere Tage alt war. Die Bar auf dem Top-Deck sollte um 1700h geöffnet sein. Wenn einer meiner Freunde nicht an die Reception runter ins Erdgeschoss gegangen wäre, würden wir wohl noch heute auf einen Drink warten. Wir sind mit Motorrädern angereisst. Die Jahre davor waren wir auch schon in diesem Hotel und hatten speziell gekennzeichnete Parkplätze für Motorräder. Diese Parkplätze sind nun nicht mehr vorhaden. Wir mussten dann in Autobox-Nischen parken mit Böden, die eine Neigung haben, dies ist jedoch für Motorräder unpraktisch. Die Lifte sind steinalt, zu klein wenn man mit Gepäck in obere Etagen muss. Auf sind die Lifte zu langsam, sei es beim Öffnen oder schliessen der Türen. Auf eine Ansage dass die Tür öffnet oder schliesst oder in welcher Etage man sich befindet könnte man verzichten. Ich war bereits mehrere Male in den vergangenen Jahren in diesem Hotel aber so schlecht wie dieses Mal war es noch nie. Der Preis ist es nicht Wert, bei dem was ich und auch meine Freunde vorgefunden haben.

Camere piccole e datate

Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber, Betten waren bequem, Frühstück war gut, Käse und Gemüse könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

Tiefgaragenplatz war etwas teuer, Balkon war leider sehr klein und Teppichboden im Zimmer war schon etwas muffig und nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Ci hanno fornito una camera al piano terra, la camera era buia e per niente accogliente, non c’erano luci nella stanza stessa se non quelle posizionate sui comodini. L’arredamento vecchio e abbastanza minimale con cuscini scomodi. Nel frigo non c’era nulla, nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua. La mattina hanno iniziato a fare un sacco di rumore nel corridoio ed essendo le stanze non insonorizzate si è sentito tutto disturbando il sonno. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è veramente basso in quanto non è stato fornito alcun tipo di servizio base.

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa y del casco antiguo. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Habitación muy tranquila y silenciosa. Personal amable. Nos gustó mucho que tienen sillas para la playa y sombrillas, es muy práctico

La cisterna funcionaba mal, tuvimos varios problemas. La habitación de mis hijas, por el mismo precio que la nuestra, era muy muy pequeña. Tuvimos que reclamar varios días papel higiénico

Muy buen desayuno, limpio, personal super amable, habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Buena ubicación cerca de la estación, y de la playa.

Chambre très basique, peu confortable, le balcon contenant le groupe moteur climatisation était extrêmement bruyant, donc impossible d y passer du temps. Pas de peignoir comme convenu, après demande, des peignoirs sans ceintures ! Un parking exorbitant, 24 euros, par jour, alors qu'à l extérieur le stationnement était bien moins cher. En comparaison avec d autres, qualité prix, prix bien trop élevé.

O hotel está datado, a precisar de obras de atualização e manutenção dos quartos e áreas comuns.

Im Erdgeschoss mit Ausblick auf Betonmauer gegenüber Büro. Ein rezeptionist wenig hilfreich wlan hat erst nicht funktioniert und die hilfreiche Aussage war „it normally works“ offensichtlich hat es nicht funktioniert sonst hätte ich ja nicht gefragt…. Reinigung des Zimmers sehr mangelhaft da nichtmal der sehr kleine mullkübel entleert wurde. An einem Tag gar keine Reinigung. Im Zimmer wird darauf hingewiesen dass nur Handtücher in der Dusche am Boden ausgetauscht wurden. Daher am dritten Tag die betreffenden Handtücher auf den duschenboden gegeben. Diese wurden dann dort zusammengelegt jedoch nicht getauscht! Das schlimmste war jedoch die kelleraussicht! Und keine Möglichkeit die strandtücher am Abend aufzuhängen oder rauszuhängen.

L'équipe était très sympathique et professionnelle. La chambre était très propre et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et excellent avec chaque jour des nouveautés. J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Merci encore.
