Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch und unappetitlich wie in einer Kantine! Der Frühstücksraum war sehr dreckig und wenn man im Freien gegessen hat waren überall Tauben und Möwen unter und auf den Tischen!!!! Geputzt oder abgeräumt wurde nicht .

Property is showing it's age. For a property on the beach, it did not offer towels which is disappointing. Property included breakfast, although we didn't use it.

The room was quite small and we didn't like the toilet separate from the bathroom. The overall feeling of the hotel was that it used to be quite grand but is now very ordinary. 3 stars is about right but it gives the appearance of 4 star from the street. We didn't like the idea of a terrace that was "shared". I don't know why they didn't fully enclose it which would have been sensible. All of the furniture could have been spread out. ASsd it happened the weather was o hot that we didn't sit out once because there was no shade. The was a sun umbrella but not effective. The pigeons and seagulls were a menace at breakfast but I think the hotel would find it difficult to prevent.

The gardens were beautiful and it was in a great position

The hotel is a little tired, the staff were unfriendly and when I tried to change rooms the receptionist was very abrupt and unaccommodating.

*The view from the room overlooking the sea was sensational. *The location directly by the sea was perfect. *The hotel was just under a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

*In my opinion, the hotel is in significant need of renovation. *The public areas, elevator, breakfast area, and corridors are outdated and no longer up to modern standards. *The breakfast is far below international standards. For an average rate of around EUR 300 per night, I simply expect more. The cold cuts, cheese, and side dishes were presented rather carelessly, and there was not enough cutlery available. *There is only one elevator serving the entire hotel. At times, you have to wait more than five minutes for the elevator. This is simply not up to modern standards. *Although we had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, two members of the housekeeping staff entered our room. This is completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, simply not okay.

Отель в целом понравился, номер приличный, хороший большой санузел с новым ремонтом и сантехникой, было очень чисто. Лифт большой, высокие потолки. Первая линия, красивая и довольно большая зеленая территория перед отелем с новыми столами и креслами для завтрака. Завтраки в принципе понравились. Всего хватало, омлет с беконом был вкусный, спасибо за арбузы и персики, но колбасная нарезка не очень и круассаны тоже безвкусные к небольшому нашему сожалению.

Отель скорее для старшего поколения и молодым не подойдет, т.к. современным его назвать сложно. Но кто любит старую классику с признаками ушедшей эпохи, тому нормально. Ещё требуется облицевать местами ржавые коробки снаружи лифтов и освежить коридоры желательно.

Cleanliness was poor, cooling was poor, breakfast was well below average. No flat sheet on the bed.

Super Lage am Meer und nahe zum Kern der Altstadt. Freundliche Putzfrauen und Rezeptionisten. Weiters ist das Frühstück ausreichend mit großer Auswahl und man kann im Garten frühstücken.

Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück grüßt nicht außerdem werden die Tische nicht abgewischt. Teilweise sind noch Essensreste bzw. volle Aschenbecher am Tisch vom Abendessen davor. Die Klimaanlagen in beiden Zimmern waren nicht sauber gewartet wodurch wir komplett davon abgesehen diese zu verwenden.

Det fanns en gammaldags charm i det vackert belägna Belle epoque hotellet i den egna trädgården och Medelhavet alldeles på andra sidan promenaden.

Det borde finnas fler hissar

A reggeli nagyon szegényes volt, egyáltalán nem volt változatos. A szoba pici volt, ha nincs kihelyezve a ne zavarjanak tábla, akkor a takarító reggel simán benyit a szobába. A takarítás sem volt túlságosan alapos..

Поганий сніданок, все однакове кожен день, несмачне. Відсутні овочі, несмачний навіть омлет. Організація сніданку нагадувала дешеву столову 20-річної давнини. Для Франції загалом та для такого рівня готелю це виглядало дуже дивно. Я думала, що так вже не буває 🙈

Stílusos szálloda egy tündéri városban, a varosközpontban, közvetlen tengerparton, szep környezettel. Udvarias, kedves személyzet, esti zenés programok a vacsoraidőben.

Reggekinél a zöldségféléket hiánylltuk, de soha nem maradtunk éhesen :).

The location is really amazing, as well as the garden.

I genuinely don't get why anyone would choose to carpet hotel rooms located right across the beach. With guests constantly tracking in sand and moisture, it seems impractical to keep clean and, frankly, unhygienic. I can only imagine how much extra work this creates for the cleaning staff; I hope they're being paid accordingly. If the owner is planning on making any changes, please get rid of the carpet!! It's what knocked our rating down by three points. Also, the elevator is one of the slowest that I have ever used. 6 story hotel and only one very very VERY slow elevator is not a good mix. Breakfast was also underwhelming --> simple and repetitive day after day. The scrambled eggs had an odd, pudding-like texture and were often served cold. Additionally, the dishwasher didn't seem to run properly on several occasions, leaving soggy food residue on the dishes. Again, a carpet was not a wise choice for the cafeteria since we could see some stains from previous spilling accidents. Perhaps change the menu up a little, and double check the utensils before putting them to use. It also seemed like the staff weren't very accustomed to dealing with foreign guests. We asked for help three times and were met with cynicism and a condescending tone which made us not want to ask for help at the reception. We are tourists from another country, google and other apps can help but it is always better to get inside tips due to the recent rise of AI and false info - the reception should be the place we can turn to for reliable help, but that wasn't the case here.. This never happened to us before. Taking all of this into account, we don't feel the stay justified the price.

Magnifique établissement. Personnel adorable et à l'écoute. On nous a même prêté sièges de plages et parasols. Cuisine fraîche, délicieuse et suffisante. Bel esprit d'équipe au service restauration.

The reception staff is rude, not attentive. They act like you are not wanted there. The most unfriendly staff I have ever met in a hotel. Very sad as the hotel has charm and a smile could take you to 4 star but this way its worst than an airbnb.

Beautiful rooms with terasse facing the sea, very good and efficient cleaning service, staff is very kind and helpfull. Although the breakfast is very very modest and limited, the dinner was superb, all 3 courses were very tasty, fresh and carrefully selected. The hotel has its own charm and its not a standard comercial too organized hotel, on contrary its atmosphere is totaly relaxed and spontaneous. We enjoyed our stay in Menton! I would love to come back!

Le poisson du dîner était très sec, il était manifestement resté au chaud longtemps en cuisine. Nous avions pris demi pension cependant nous n’étions pas attendu pour le dîner, le serveur a été peu agréable. Aucun personnel sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner, les personnes se succèdent sur les tables sans qu’elles soient nettoyées, les mouettes !! mangent dans les assiettes, personnes ne nous a prévenu de ce désordre

Punti negativi: odore di muffa proveniente dalla moquette, piuttosto forte e persistente su tutto il piano e in camera. La doccia è angusta e poco agevole da raggiungere, con il WC posizionato proprio davanti. Colazione deludente, con poca scelta e una presentazione poco curata. Gli interni, soprattutto ai piani delle camere, risultano piuttosto datati. Inoltre, la struttura non dispone di parcheggi propri, quindi è necessario cercarne uno nelle vicinanze.

La climatisation extrêmement bruyante, la moquette completement décolorée, décoration et mobilier bas de gamme ! Salle du petit déjeuner complètement usagée et petit déjeuner vraiment bas de gamme avec plateau en plastique (comme à l'hopital) .

The style of the hotel is classic Belle Epoque. The location is pretty much perfect in Menton. Right from the garden entrance you cross the street and are on the public beach. Steps from the medieval center of Menton. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was super friendly. Housekeeping was outstanding. They did your room while you had breakfast so you always had a clean fresh room. Breakfast was ok. We loved the beautiful garden and our terrace room overlooking it all. This was a truly happy place to stay.

The location was excellent, in front of the beach which was very clean and not that crowded. Also was very close to the city center. The staff was very friendly. There were many restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious with a great sea view. Breakfast was fine

The hotel needs some maintenance on walls and cealings. For vegan people it would be nice to have some plant based yoghurt for breakfast as well as nuts.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights in a room with a balcony and a sea view. The room was well-equipped, but the view itself was absolutely amazing, so we spent quite a lot of time relaxing on the balcony. The location of the hotel is fantastic—just a 1-minute walk to the town beach and 2 minutes from the vibrant center of Menton, with its main street full of shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

What disappointed us the most was the breakfast, which had a very limited selection that did not change at all throughout our entire stay. It only offered two types of cold cuts, two types of cheese, canned fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, breakfast sausages, three types of fresh fruit, croissants, and bread—we definitely expected more variety for an 8-night stay. On a few occasions, items ran out completely, and the staff took too long to restock them. Another downside is that the hotel does not have its own parking, though public parking garages are available nearby (online reservation is not strictly necessary as spots were always available). As a side note, we would rate the beach water cleanliness around 7/10.

No facilities to shower & change if you have to vacate your room, leave your baggage there and then stick around for a late flight. Double bed consisted of two beds shoved together which kept coming apart and sheets that didn’t actually really even cover it. Pillows were uncomfortable too. Restaurant didn’t really have much choice. Some staff we’re friendly enough, but I wouldn’t say that customer service was first on their list.

Mijn zoon had via reisbureau geboekt. Ik on line. Mijn zoon heeft met de kleindochter mijn kamer met zeezicht mogen gebruiken, daar in alleen reisde. Hij had graag een upgrade, maar dat kon niet . Dat was erg jammer

Locația este aproape de centru si are ieșire direct la plajă, personal amabil, micul dejun bun si se ofera de la recepție gratuit umbrele si șezlonguri sau scaune pentru plajă. Hotelul este elegant si renovat, are restaurant cu ieșire in gradina.

Nu are parcare proprie. În zona sunt locuri de parcare cu plata atat pe strada cât si 2 parcări subterane cu plată.

Hotellet ligger perfekt overfor stranden. Det er smukke gamle bygninger og der er rent og pænt.

Det er meget slidt, og det trænger til en meget kærlig hånd. Morgenmadsoplevelsen er forfærdelig! Udvalget er beskeden men kvaliteten er ok. Til gengæld er buffeten usammenhængende og dårligt stillet op hvilket giver kaos når der er mange på en gang. Restauranten er kedelig og trist, og det er ærgerligt for man kunne nå langt med en dug.

Il fatto che non c’era la macchinetta per il caffè a cialde in camera, e il fatto che nel frigo in camera non c’era ne anche una bottiglia di acqua , non mi è piaciuto il fatto di farmi pagare un extra per un piccolo barboncino di due kili da borsa

La terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner - l'aspect "grand hôtel" vu de l'extérieur - la proximité de la mer qui est juste devant l'hôtel. La proximité de rue commerçantes qui passent juste derrière l'hôtel.

La taille de la chambre et du balcon (plutôt petits) - pas de parking disponible à l'hôtel - difficulté d'accès en véhicule car il y a seulement 2 places dépose minutes devant l'hôtel (celles-ci étaient prises lors de notre arrivée et nous avons dû parquer plus loin dans la rue pour décharger nos valises et venir à pied jusqu'à l'hôtel). Pas de piscine à cet hôtel, ni de salle de sport.
