Aya was truly outstanding and, without a doubt, the best member of staff at the hotel. She was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and always ready to help us. We encountered several issues during our stay, and Aya handled every one of them with patience and efficiency, always making sure that a solution was found. Her support made a real difference to our experience, and we are extremely grateful for everything she did for us. She is a true asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition for her exceptional service. Another highlight of the hotel was the breathtaking panoramic sea view. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and made our stay feel very special.

Unfortunately, there were also several aspects of the hotel that need improvement. The cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, and the hotel was clearly understaffed. There were simply not enough employees to manage everything properly, and it was obvious that the existing staff were exhausted and overworked. It genuinely broke my heart to see them trying so hard under so much pressure. This is not a reflection on the employees, who were doing their best, but rather on the hotel management, which should provide adequate staffing and better support. The food also lacked variety, particularly the salads and other selections, which were repetitive and almost always the same. More options and greater variety would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Restourant çalışanları ve cafe çalışanları kaba ve kadınlar ile çok samimi olmak istiyorlar anladız heralde.çalışan sayısı az hergün aynı kişiler.Alkol var ama çeşit yok ve küçük bardaklar ile self servis.Fiyat pahalı bu hotel ve herşey dahil konsepti için .olanaklar kısıtlı. öğlen 12 de başlıyor alkol servisi .içecekler genelde sıcak .Beklentilerimi pek karşılamadı.Genel olarak çok arap turist var.hoteli ve bölgeyi gelmeden anlıyamazsınız.

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick and would definitely recommend the hotel. What truly stood out was the exceptional service and dedication of the staff. A special thank you to Aya at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during my stay. She was always available to answer any questions or assist with any request, even after her working hours. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a big difference and made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service. I truly appreciate their efforts and look forward to staying at Mövenpick again.

Всё было просто отлично! Отель порадовал очень комфортным расположением — всё удобно и рядом. Номер оказался уютным, чистым и очень приятным, чувствовали себя действительно комфортно. Мы брали только завтраки, и лично нам они очень понравились. Выбор был действительно разнообразным — каждый день можно было найти что-то по своему вкусу. А пляж — это отдельная любовь! Просто выше всех похвал. Прекрасный песчаный заход в море, а дальше — множество красивейших кораллов и невероятный подводный мир. Можно часами плавать и любоваться красотой моря. Честно говоря, уезжать совсем не хотелось! Персонал очень приветливый, внимательный и доброжелательный — всегда встречали с улыбкой и старались помочь. Анимация тоже понравилась: ребята старались, создавали хорошее настроение и не давали скучать. Отдых оставил только самые приятные впечатления. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова! ❤️

The only thing I did not appreciate was the fact that the minibar was chargeable. I was not given any information explaining that the minibar items would be charged at the end of the stay, nor was I provided with a price list when I arrived. I understand that the minibar is not included, but it would have been much clearer if the hotel had informed me about the charges and provided the prices from the beginning.

A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Az all-inclusive csomag igénybevétele kissé kaotikus, ettől eltekintve minden rendben volt, kivéve a helyi szeszes italok (ezek vannak csak az all-inclusive csomagban), azok borzalmasak, és mindnek ugyan az a mellékíze van. Az étterem szuper és változatosak az ételek, az extra egyiptomi étterem pedig egy gasztronómiai gyönyör! Nagyon tetszett, hogy bár tényleg közel full-ház volt, soha nem éreztem azt, hogy túl sokan vannak valahol (az étteremben csúcsidőben egy kicsit), a parton is mindig volt hely, a vízben sem volt tömeg. A vízben pár lépés után már színes halak kavalkádját lehet látni, néhány lépéssel beljebb pedig a hotel saját korall-zátonyai kezdődnek, állandó sznorkelezési élményt adva, a víz kristály-tiszta. Külön jó pont, hogy a check-out után simán engedtek délután 5-ig mindent igénybevenni, még a SPA-t is felajánlották, hogy le tudjunk zuhanyozni indulás előtt - köszönjük & bravo! Tini fiamnak annyira bejött, hogy kicsekkoláskor kért, jövő nyárra már akkor foglaljuk le a szállást. :)

A helyi italok az all-inclusive csomagban lehetnének átlagosak, ha nem is kiemelkedőek, mert amit adnak, az pocsék, minden tekintetben. A söreik viszont nem rosszak! Azt hiszem, ebbe az egybe tudok belekötni, minden mással elégedettek voltunk.

Yemekleri, havuz ve deniz. Her gün temizlik yapılıyordu. 4 kişilik bir aile olarak kaldık. Odaya rahatlıkla sığıyorsunuz. Tüm odalar denize bakıyor. Yemekleri konusunda gerçekten iddialı. Mısır a gidip hasta olmadan gelen nadirdir, otelin yemeği, suyu gayet iyi.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, but what made the experience truly exceptional was the incredible dedication and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Hager at reception gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful when we encountered an issue with our reservation. She personally worked to find a solution and arrange a room for us, which we greatly appreciated. Our experience was then made even more special by Aya, who went far beyond what we could have expected to ensure that our stay was amazing. Her genuine care, attention to detail, and dedication to our comfort really stood out. In fact, her exceptional service was one of the reasons I decided to extend my stay. We also experienced a minor issue during our stay, but what impressed me most was the response from the entire management team. They were extremely attentive, responsive, and genuinely concerned about resolving the situation. They made sure the issue was fully taken care of and, most importantly, made us feel that our satisfaction and comfort were their absolute top priority. This level of care and professionalism is something that truly deserves recognition. The restaurant team also deserves special mention. The chefs were incredibly accommodating and were happy to honor any special requests we had. Their willingness to go the extra mile made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. Our horse-riding experience was another highlight of the stay, thanks to Captain Ahmad. He made us feel completely safe while ensuring that the experience was fun, relaxing, and memorable. His professionalism and friendly personality made a real difference. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay where guest comfort and satisfaction are genuinely treated as a top priority.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et serviable. Un grand merci au Chef Ahmed. Le jour où nous sommes arrivés tard, le dîner était déjà terminé, mais il nous a préparé un repas complet avec une entrée variée, un plat principal et un dessert varié. Un geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les repas, en général, sont délicieux et le service est excellent. Karim a également été très serviable et toujours disponible. À la réception, Hajar nous a accordé un upgrade vers une chambre moderne, très bien située, proche de toutes les commodités, avec une vue exceptionnelle. Aya, de son côté, s’assurait à chaque fois que tout allait bien pendant notre séjour. Merci beaucoup pour cette attention. J’ai également beaucoup aimé la balade vers Naama Bay : il faut environ 20 minutes à pied pour y arriver depuis l’hôtel. Les activités Pour les activités, il y a une société sur place qui s’appelle Scorpion. Notre excursion à Ras Mohammed était très bien organisée : le nombre de participants était limité, les horaires étaient respectés et le personnel était très sympathique. Un grand merci à Alaa et Abdelrazak. Le capitaine de plongée était tout simplement magnifique et très professionnel. Nous avons payé 80 € par personne pour l’excursion. En revanche, le prix des photos était vraiment excessif pour nous trois : 120 € pour les photos de plongée et 80 € pour les photos de White Island. En revanche, notre expérience avec Scorpion pour le safari a été horrible. Nous avons payé 150 € à trois pour pratiquement rien : une véritable perte de temps et une grande déception. Cela n’avait, selon nous, pas grand-chose à voir avec un véritable safari : beaucoup de poussière dans l’air, une activité en quad très lente et monotone, ainsi que plusieurs arrêts que nous avons trouvés inutiles. Le spectacle était également très ordinaire. Le dîner était correct, mais sachant que nous étions en All Inclusive à l’hôtel, cela n’apportait pas vraiment de valeur supplémentaire.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé Même avec l’option All Inclusive, les snacks à côté de la piscine restent payants. Les glaces Mövenpick ainsi que les cafés sur place sont également en supplément. Par exemple, mon fils a payé 5 € pour une pizza. À proximité de la plage, il n’y a pas vraiment de snacks inclus, seulement des boissons comme les sodas. Pour un milkshake, il fallait également payer un supplément. Il y a aussi deux restaurants dans l’hôtel qui sont payants, ainsi que le minibar dans la chambre, qui est également en supplément. De ce fait, on ne ressent pas vraiment l’expérience All Inclusive comme on pourrait s’y attendre dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il est copieux et délicieux, mais certains éléments nous ont manqué pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Par exemple, nous n’avons pas trouvé : • du saumon fumé ; • de l’avocat ; • des graines de chia ; • de la mangue ; • du fromage bleu ; • du camembert ; • des jus de fruits frais ; • des champignons cuits. sont peut-être de petits détails, mais nous nous attendions à trouver davantage de choix et de produits premium au petit-déjeuner, compte tenu du standing de l’hôtel.

La struttura , la sua disposizione e l’ubicazione sono fantastiche!L’ingresso al mare direttamente dalla spiaggia è perfetto per bambini e persone che amano il mare ma non sono abili nuotatori.Dispone anche di pontile per l’ingresso in acqua più profonda.La vicinanza a Naama bay ,distante 15 minuti di passeggiata ,che permette di essere fuori dal caos ma vicini all’occorrenza.Resort curato e pulito in ogni sua area.Personale molto accogliente , gentile e disponibile che ti mette a proprio agio ad iniziare dal check-in.Un ringraziamento e un caloroso saluto ad Eman, Firo, l’animatore Mohamed e ai ragazzi del ristorante Karim e Mohammed.

La pulizia delle camere , fatta in modo discreto,dovrebbe essere eseguita più accuratamente. Il buffet, pur essendo ricco e vario , va più incontro a gusti internazionali,presenti molti russi e dell’est Europa, avendo sapori un po’ speziati. All inclusive, anche se specificato nella presentazione deludente e con molte restrizioni di orari e servizi.

Aya, the receptionist, surprised us with a wonderful gift the moment she learned it was our wedding anniversary. She upgraded our room, and the Mövenpick family also sent us a gorgeous heart-shaped cake. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The resort is spotlessly clean. The pool is large, and the beach area is beautiful and clean. You can relax with your feet up on your balcony enjoying the refreshing sea view, or you can sip your drink at the bars in front of the restaurant while listening to live music. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Sharm.

Otelden memnun kaldık. Odamız gayet güzeldi. Klimalar güzeldi temizlik de iyiydi. Yemekler Mısır için gerçekten çok iyiydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Denizi şüphesiz bir numara. Plajdaki resifler herkes için, tekne turu olmadan veya tüp ile dalmadan, Sharm'ın meşhur denizaltı yaşamını erişilebilir kılıyordu. Akvaryumda yüzüyormuşsunuz gibi, gerçekten eşsiz bir deneyimdi. Otelin konumu ve manzarası da gerçekten çok güzel. Yemekler iyiydi. Personellerin profesyonelliği kişiden kişiye değişiyordu. Onun haricinde hizmet genel olarak belli bir standarttaydı. Fiyat performans olarak tercih edilebilir.

Personellerin bulundukları departmanların gereği olan standart hizmet ve iletişim konusunda biraz daha eğitimden geçmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

* The all-inclusive package has numerous restrictions and offers very little value. There are limitations on hours, food, and drinks, with many items requiring an additional charge despite being on an all-inclusive package. * Some staff members do not maintain an acceptable level of personal hygiene or professionalism, which negatively affects the overall experience. * When leaving the resort, guests are required to walk approximately 1 km because the golf carts do not provide transportation to the outer gate. * The food quality is below average. Even basic fresh drinks are charged separately, despite being included in the all-inclusive package, which makes the package feel poor value for money.

l hôtel et surtout le personnel ont été vraiment fantastique aussi bien au bar de la piscine que du restaurant indien et du buffet.la présence d'une responsable des relations guest vraiment fantastique également.

كل شي كان تحت المستوى المطلوب لا من حيث نظافة الغرف ولا الاسياب المؤدية الى الغرف لايوجد انشطه وفعاليات نهائياً تضطر للخروج من الفندق لقضاء وقت ممتعه خارجة قدمت الى شرم 6 مرات كلها كانت فنادق على مستوى عالي ولكن للاسف الموفنبيك خيب الامال تجربه لن تتكرر ولن انصح به لاحد يعز علي

بكل امانه الاقامه كانت جميله من هدوء الفندق وجمال إطلالته إلى وجود الاستاذه بسمه معنا ، هي اللي غيرت رأينا كله في شرم مو بس في موفنبيك ، انسانه تستاهل كل الشكر والتقدير على التعامل وعلى الوضوح وعلى المساعده فعلاً كلمات الشكر لا تكفيها انصح بالتعامل معها وبتدعون لي متأكد .

1. The staff are without a doubt, the friendliest and most professional people I’ve dealt with. They are extremely responsive and attentive. I had them check up with me daily if everything was up to standards. Even though I had one comment about needing more towels, they sent more towels in less the 5 minutes. 2. Food was ok at times and very good at times, one thing that might need slight improvement, however it’s clean for sure. 3. I cannot stress enough about how friendly and professional everyone is. This is my second year in a row coming here and definitely wouldn’t think about going anywhere else in Sharm Al Sheikh. I would rate this place 9/10.

The property is located in a really good place, close to ne3ma bay and easily accessible. Since the hotel is built on the mountain side they have provided escalators to make movement between the lower floors and the higher floors easy for everyone, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and have everything you may need amenity wise. I have to point out also the staff was incredible and super well trained, very professional and attentive, everyone always greets you with a smile and they do everything they can to make your stay easier, I would 1000% rebook with this property just for the staff alone, the food in the buffet was amazing with a changing variety everyday. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ms Aya from the reception for her incredible hospitality, she was very helpful and attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, another special thanks to Mr Maher from Scorpion which is the excursion desk at the hotel for his excellent recommendations, he planned 2 amazing trips for us that we will never forget, also I want to highlight the kindness and humor the entire pool staff had, anytime they saw you they would cheer you up. Really incredible service from this hotel and i would not think twice about booking again with this hotel.

Our stay at the resort was exceptional. The location is truly amazing, and the snorkeling experience directly from the beach was one of the highlights of our stay. I would like to extend a special thanks and appreciation to Aya, the Guest Relations Manager at Mövenpick, for her highly professional approach, excellent hospitality, and continuous support throughout our entire stay. Her attention and dedication made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay at Mövenpick.

Areas for Improvement: The animation and entertainment program could be significantly improved, with more engaging and varied activities throughout the day. There were very limited activities available at the beach, despite the resort’s excellent beachfront location. More attention should also be given to children’s entertainment, with a wider range of organized and engaging kids’ activities. Improving these areas would make the overall resort experience more complete and enjoyable, particularly for families.

The property was in a nice location by the Red Sea.

We reserved a villa for my family of 5 . The villa was very old and very out dated. The price was very high for what we received. The breakfast Buffett was more of a 3 star resort not a 5. Horrible coffee, the restaurant did not look clean and organized. Overall we did not enjoy our resort.

Alles war ruhig und wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Mohammed Naser, Mohamed Emad, Ali und Aya – sie haben uns bei jeder Kleinigkeit unterstützt und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!🫶🏻

Very nice hotel with good facilities, nice beaches and great location. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Ali, Aya and Mohamed from reception.

Location Situated right on Al Salam Road, close to Sultan Kaboos touristic street — you genuinely don't need to leave the resort for anything. Room Clean, spacious, modern, and sea-facing, with very low noise levels. Air conditioning worked very well (if anything, a touch too cold at times, but that's a personal preference, not a complaint). Beach The standout of the entire stay. Crystal-clear water, healthy coral, and a huge variety of fish ranging from tiny to 10–15kg. Bring good snorkeling gear; it's worth it. Pool Didn't spend much time here, but based on what we saw, it's on par with the beach in quality and upkeep. Atmosphere A genuine pleasure — no loud music, just soft piano in the background, and occasional evening performances by pianists, violinists, and singers right on the beach. Check-in Recovery Although check-in itself was rough (see below), a staff member named Kamal stepped in, understood a booking mix-up immediately, and resolved it professionally. The hotel also kindly invited our whole family to dinner at a specialty restaurant outside our package, as a gesture of goodwill.

Check-in Process Slow — arrived at 2:00 PM, wasn't in the room until 4:00 PM. Our booking (two double rooms for a family of five) was also misread as two single rooms, causing real tension at the front desk. Tip for future guests: when booking via Booking.com, specify the number of guests per room, not just the room type. Food & Dining Breakfast was fine — international with an Egyptian touch, as expected. Lunch and dinner, however, were clean and fresh but bland — food that fills you up rather than food you enjoy. Dining service was weak: understaffed, with requests ignored or delayed (asked for a diet coke 14 times, received it 3 times). Staff looked visibly exhausted. Rated 4/10. Staff Morale & Service Noticeable friction and low motivation among staff — visible bickering, little attentiveness to guests, minimal effort even on basics like a smile. This felt like an underlying management/morale issue rather than isolated incidents. "All-Inclusive" Package The biggest disappointment. Despite paying for all-inclusive, most extras were charged separately: pool billiards, Mövenpick ice cream, coffee by the sea, the sauna, and all drinks after midnight. It felt like a half-board experience dressed up as all-inclusive — a half-board booking likely would have offered similar value for less money. Rated 2/10. Facilities Gym equipment is outdated and doesn't match the standard of the rest of the resort. Spa and water sports were priced roughly 4x market rate, so we skipped both entirely. Overall The property itself — building, grounds, and beach — is genuinely excellent and well maintained, and that carried much of our experience. But the gap between the "all-inclusive" label and what's actually included, combined with visible staff morale issues, held the stay back from being great. Recommended for couples and families seeking a calm, beach-focused stay — just go in with realistic expectations about the extras.

Every thing and most especially the staff , mostly loved animation staff , Nemo Luka Aya and more that I can’t remember really added joy and fun to my solo trip, the receptionist Mohammed Nasir and Mutaz were welcoming and friendly as well so as Mohammed Asim lastly 3am Mansour of room service was really helpful and a good guy.

Only the AC wasn’t cold enough but it was fine

I really liked the beach variety,tranquil vibes in the hotel and the housekeeping (Mr Mohamed) in the second floor

The restaurant service at bringing water and any drinks was a bit slow

When arriving at the hotel it exceeded my expectations the pictures and reviews don’t do it justice.We had a warm welcome from Aya at Reception who was amazing throughout our whole trip.We could request room cleaning when we were far from the hotel through WhatsApp which I thought was very useful.There is a calm welcoming and relaxing atmosphere at the hotel which is what I was looking for especially with having 4 beaches it never felt overwhelming or crowded.The rooms were good sizes.We got just breakfast which was nice with loads of variety.Shoutout to the omelet man very kind and hard working.There is a McDonald 10min walk from our room which was convenient and even some restaurant.Nama Bay was around a 5min drive should spend more than 50 Egyptian pounds on it.Overall would recommend!!!And defo check out the Spa next door the massage is very good the best I have had in my life

Ment with a bit of hostility when wanting to check out a bit late when I had communications before.but they were able to help at the end.

Reception team was fantastic

We had an unforgettable stay at Mövenpick Sharm El Sheikh. The ocean views were breathtaking, and the snorkeling right off the shore was absolutely exceptional crystal clear water, vibrant coral, and so much marine life. The food was another highlight of our trip. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Sarah and her team for their outstanding hospitality and care; they made dining feel like a true experience. At the front desk, Mohamed Emad went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His professionalism and kindness set the tone for the entire stay. We also tried the horse riding, which was so much fun and added a unique touch to the trip. Between the stunning location, the incredible food, and the wonderful staff, this resort truly exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!
