No elevator in the lobby , breakfast was not the best

Très déçue par notre séjour. À notre arrivée, le réceptionniste de l’hôtel Beach nous a très mal accueillies et nous a demandé 90 € de plus par nuit pour y rester, alors que nous ignorions totalement la différence entre les deux hôtels. Une fois transférées au Montage, le petit-déjeuner, pourtant indiqué comme inclus dans notre réservation Booking, n’était pas compris et nous avons dû le payer. Nous sommes également tombées malades pendant le séjour et avons dû faire venir un médecin à nos frais. Aucun geste commercial de l’hôtel ni de Booking. Seuls les chefs cuisiniers et quelques membres du personnel ont été très gentils

There are 2 hotels differ in every thing mountain view is poor and looks like 3-4 stars and the front view is better, photo on booking from the front view so I advise any one need to book choose the front one, and I wish booking separate them in the application

Breakfast was exactly, the same on all five days of our stay, but it was very varied, with everything fresh and tasty. There were also some dishes prepared fresh on the spot. The location is excellent, and the hotel’s private beach may well be one of the nicest in Sharm El Sheikh. The water was incredibly clean and beautiful. There are two pool areas. The pool in the part of the hotel overlooking the mountains is older and could be cleaner, while the pool in the lower part, close to the beach, is completely new and absolutely 10/10. Our room was clean and tidy, and it was cleaned every day. However, the furniture could use some updating, and in general, the hotel would benefit from some modernization. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would especially recommend the hotel for its wonderful staff, beautiful beach, and excellent location.

Im convinced this property was built the same year they built the pyramids and never touched again,The rooms are ancient!!! Bathrooms are very very bad .toilet never worked ,over flowed the whole room when flushed.Nightmare! Mountain view means a whole different hotel across the road from the main one

انا سكنت اكثر من 60 فندق حول العالم و هذا الأسواء بلا منازع ، اولاً ما تم ذكر انهم منتجعين منفصلين تماماً واحد منهم تم تجديده و الأخر لاء و هذا اللي اكتشفته لما وصلت ، الغرف قديمه جداً الأبواب مكسوره و سراميك الأرضيه مكسور و الغرفه مو نظيفه و التكيف سيء جداً و حنفيه الحمام مسدوده و الستاف من اسوء ما يكون مزعجين جداً و غير مهنيين يصارخون بالممرات و يتهاوشون ولا كأن فيه ناس نايمه داخل و الأكل سيء جداً ما تقدر تاكله و غالي جداً بنفس الوقت و من ضمن المواقف المطعم غلط بالطلب و يقول لي مش هبدلو كدا انا هشيل حسابه ؟؟ فيه فندق محترم يقول الشي هذا؟ تجربه سيئه جداً كانت الأولى و الأخيره لن ازور المكان مره اخرى

All the staff were very helpful. Mr. Ibrahim at reception, the waiters and chefs in the restaurant, Hussain, Muhammed and the others at the bar, Camil at the sisha – they were all fantastic people and made our holiday even better. Thank you to all of them.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is in a great location, and overall we were very happy with our experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The food was good, with a nice variety of options throughout our stay. The highlight for us was definitely the beach, absolutely beautiful, with clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to swim, enjoy the sun and simply switch off. Overall, a lovely hotel for a relaxing holiday in Sharm El Sheikh. We had a great time and would happily come back again.

The staff was professional, attentive, respectful and genuinely welcoming, always putting guest satisfaction first. We especially appreciated their willingness to solve any problems or inconveniences quickly and efficiently. The food was very good, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms were comfortable, clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel can be quite noisy, so it may not be the best choice if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. There is loud music around the pools throughout the day, which can be disturbing, especially if you are looking to rest. Most of the people appreciate it, not us :-). Thank you to the reception team for giving us a quieter room.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a damp smell and a cigarette smell in the room. Also, the shower was inside the bathtub rather than having a separate shower area, which I found inconvenient.

Very bad ! During our stay in Egypt, we had several disappointing experiences at this hotel. The shower was dirty, and the water came out brownish-red. The air conditioning was broken, and instead of giving us another room, the hotel sent a technician to repair it while we were sleeping, which was very disturbing. There was also a leak from the ceiling, leaving the floor wet all the time. In addition, we ordered room service but found a hair in the food. We immediately called to have it taken away without eating it. The hotel apologized and gave us a fruit plate, but at check-out they still charged us for the meal. We explained that we should not have to pay for food that was contaminated and never eaten, but they refused. Never again !

We reported these issues to the hotel during our stay, but they were not properly resolved. We are disappointed and would like Booking.com to review this matter.

كل شيء تمام وخصوصا مستر خالد في الاستقبال كان متعاون و قام بتغيير الغرف حسب الطلب.

لابد من وجود مصاعد للمباني العالية في الفندق و كلوب كار تنقل النزلاء من القسم الثاني خلف الطريق لمبنى الفندق الرئيسي و المرافق العامة.

لم يعجبني شي واحد هو اثناء القدوم وصلت من المطار الساعه 8 صباحا. و استلام الغرفة في الساعه 2 ظهرا هذه الفترة تكون مزعجه وتعب بعد السفر ياريت تسهل اول مايصل المسافر يستلم الغرفه بسرعه للراحه وهو بيكون دافع الفلوس نقدا عبر التطبيق وعدم سماح له بالفطور صباحنا بالبوفيه لازم يدفع حساب فطوره اول يوم وهو دافع حجز غرفه مسبقا… اتمنى تتغير هذه لراحه الزبون

All the trip was amazing. Very clean rooms. Very thank you to Mr Ibrahim form housekeeping. Was amazing helping us. Also the check in process was very fast. The beach is fabulous. I really recommend it and definitely going back there one more time.

Tout était parfait. La chambre, les équipements. Tout était à la perfection et avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Mention spéciale au personnel, principalement Ilhem, toujours disponible pour aider, souriante et au petit soin, d'ailleurs un grand merci à elle. On garde un bon souvenir du séjour. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter si je reviendrai à sharm.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming and helpful; my experience was perfect, and it won't be the last time.

Cleanliness, beautiful pool, staff is amazing. Mr. Ibrahim’s was very very supportive and professional. On the first day stay Mr.Khalid was also helpful. Amazing staff makes it best place to stay

الاشياء اللي عجبتني بالفندق: مكان الفندق على البحر + الأنشطة البحرية خدمة الغرف متوفر سوبر ماركت صغير متوفر مكاين ATM سرعة الرد على التلفون كل غرفة فيها شرفة عرض مباريات كاس العالم بالغرف معاملة جميلة من طاقم العمل بالفندق (خالد + إلهام+ سيد) الغرف نظيفة

منيو الطعام في خدمة الغرف لم يعجبني طعمه كان سيء بالنسبة لي ، كنت اطلب طعام من خارج الفندق . بعض المناشف تخرج منها رائحة رغم تغييرها من قبل خدمة الغرف، فكنت استعمل منشفتي الخاصة
