Just five minutes walk from the nearest public beach and three minutes walk to the train station location is perfect. Very comfortable beds to sleep good air conditioning and clean. There was a kettle in the room.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The hotel has a perfect location in Antibes — very close to the sea and just a short walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient for exploring Cote d'Azur. Staff is very friendly. The room was normal and comfortable enough. Breakfast was also decent, with a reasonable selection, although the same food was served every day, so it could become repetitive during a longer stay.
The main thing I didn’t like was the smell of moisture in the reception area. It was quite noticeable and gave the hotel an unpleasant first impression.

The room was not spacious. I would prefer more toiletries in the bathroom. The parking spaces should be free of charge for customers.

La camera era comoda, letto fantastico, anche se la moquette non è una soluzione che apprezzo particolarmente e il bagno sarebbe più funzionale con una doccia al posto della vasca. Inoltre mancava proprio uno specchio in camera cosa che rende molto difficile prepararsi quando il bagno è occupato dato che gli specchi sono solo in bagno. Colazione buona, ma con una selezione abbastanza limitata e poco originale ma comunque molto abbondante. Qualche proposta in più, come eclair (e dolci tipici francesi), crepes o waffle preparati al momento, sarebbe stata un valore aggiunto.
Da migliorare: bagno - moquette - specchi e colazione.

Il parcheggio è piccolo ma ottimo per chi viaggia in auto. Camera e bagno con terrazzino interno tranquillo e delle giuste dimensioni.
Eravamo al primo piano e diciamo che tutto è un po datato (moquette e arredi in particolare), avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026An excellent hotel in a nice area of Juan-les-Pins. The neighbourhood was very nice and just a couple of streets outside the main busy area. A free beach just 5 mins away (next to Plage la Jetee) and also the train station is very close by, but we used Bolt and Uber a lot. Our room had a very nice balcony that was used a lot for chilling and drying clothes.

The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was especially appreciated during the heat wave. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to store our luggage after checkout so we could spend more time exploring before our train. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Het hotel is op 300 meter van de boulevard en het strand. Het is een beetje gedateerd, maar er was een fijn balkon en de bedden waren goed. Het ontbijt simpel.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία, μικρή απόσταση από σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό, ευρύχωρος χώρος στάθμευσης, σχετικά καλό πρωϊνό.
Η καθαριότητα χρειάζεται βελτίωση (4 μέρες καλοκαιρινής παραμονής χωρίς αλλαγή σεντονιών, ελλειπής αλλαγή πετσετών ...), προσωπικό υποδοχής (εκτός από μία φιλικότατη και εξυπηρετικότατη υπάλληλο το απόγευμα της άφιξής μας) όχι ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό.

Das Zimmer zu klein da ca 10 Quadratmeter .Lage -1Etage zum Parkplatz.Fenster konnte nicht offen bleiben weil über den Balkon einfache Zugang zum Zimmer .Niedrige Höhe der Etage .Seif bei jedem Besuch defekt.
