La vista mare insufficiente per il prezzo pagato. Devo uscire dalla Toilette per lavare le mani. Caffè cucchiaini non rimpiazzati. Parcheggio sotterraneo il numero 14 . Assurdo e complicato. Tende della camera più lunghe di almeno 10cm strisciano sul pavimento. Il guardaroba lo chiamerei sgabuzzino.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Easily accessible by train and bus, close to restaurants, grocery, and the beach. The room was also very spacious and had basic necessities. Clean clean clean, and super comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony which was great for us to dry out swimwear and beachwear, as well as lounge at while sipping our coffee in the morning. The staff is extremely accommodating. I had the unfortunate experience of losing my baggage, which the airline fortunately found and delivered to the hotel. The hotel was able to help me coordinate the receipt of the delivery. Highly recommend! Will stay here again when we go back to Antibes, which I think will be an annual tradition now!

Problems with the shower head, the water was sprinkling everywhere and made the floor extremely wet. Also when we arrived the toilet was dirty, house cleaning might have forgotten to clean the bathroom.

The location is absolutely perfect for juan les pins 5 mins to the beach restaurants and the excellent shops. We felt very well looked after and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in juan less pins.
No pool but private beach. Although expensive for the beds.

Notre séjour s’est malheureusement terminé par une expérience extrêmement désagréable avec Matthias, membre du personnel à l’accueil. Le jour de notre départ, nous avons appris seulement à 11h, lorsqu’il a appelé ma femme qui est enceinte, que le check-out devait se faire à 11h. Nous étions déjà en train de préparer nos valises et avons fait le maximum pour libérer la chambre rapidement. Nous avons finalement quitté la chambre vers midi. À notre arrivée à la réception, Matthias nous a alors réclamé 50 € pour ce retard. Mais ce qui nous a surtout choqués n’est pas la demande de paiement : c’est son comportement. Il s’est mis à nous parler de manière agressive, à élever fortement la voix et à nous menacer d’appeler la police si nous ne payions pas immédiatement. Nous avons essayé de lui expliquer calmement que nous n’avions pas compris que le check-out était fixé à 11h et que ma femme, enceinte, avait besoin d’un peu de temps pour préparer ses affaires. Malgré cela, aucune compréhension ni courtoisie. Il a continué à crier, a pris nos affaires et nous a fait sortir dans des conditions que nous avons trouvées humiliantes. Nous pouvons comprendre qu’un hôtel applique ses horaires et éventuellement des frais de départ tardif. En revanche, nous n’acceptons pas qu’un client soit traité de cette manière, encore moins pour un retard d’environ une heure et alors que nous étions en train de quitter les lieux. C’est vraiment dommage, car cette attitude a complètement gâché notre impression de l’établissement. Un minimum de respect, de calme et de professionnalisme aurait suffi à régler la situation normalement.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago. It's since been fully refurbished in a fabulous way, very retro! All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. We came for the Jazz Juan festival. Will be returning next year. Ideally located for beach, restaurants and bars. Great vibe.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026I booked a room with sea view. I paid about 200 euros extra for the sea view room for two nights. Please find the sea in the attached photos. Tried complaining reception twice, apparently they are well aware of the problem but I was asked to complain manager, who i couldn’t catch, because he left hotel in the morning. Sea view room is a scam, do not book.

Camera e bagno puliti. La posizione dell'Hotel è perfetta. Garage chiuso e protetto (all'esterno direi impossibile trovare posto...). L'hotel è a due passi dal mare. Dai ristoranti. Dai negozi. Posizione davvero perfetta! Ingresso dell'hotel piacevole, luminoso. Ottima colazione a buffet.
Cameriera non attenta ai dettagli tipo: rimettere lo zucchero, svuotare la macchina del caffè Nespresso ecc. Piccolezze ma fanno la differenza. Diciamo che mancava la cura del dettaglio. Particolarmente in una suite sarebbe gradita. Internet scarseggiava terribilmente. Fatto notare più volte alla reception! Fuori c'è il 5G e in hotel collegarsi era quasi impossibile. Veniva e andava. Forse dovrebbero mettere un ripetitore al 7° piano... Se qualcuno deve lavorare oppure comunque essere reperibile il tutto diventa un problema. Questo è fastidioso ai tempi di oggi.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026A super hotel in Juan Les Pins. A stone’s throw from the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. We had a lovely warm welcome and were given an upgrade room with balcony. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with fresh decor. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was immaculate. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay longer next time. Highly recommend this gem.

The “bar” in the room was a small cupboard with a light and glass door. I had assumed it would be a small bar fridge as I have stayed in other hotels in France and they did indeed have small bar fridges in the room. The hotel wifi was hopeless, kept cutting out and when working it was so slow that it may as well not have worked. We had to use the data from our phones all the time when in the hotel.

le parking (en supplément) est très petit, difficile de se garer mais surtout d'en sortir. La chambre manque un peu d'espace. Sinon bien dans l'ensemble
