Novotel Paris Rueil Malmaison

L’accueil la propreté la bienveillance.

Rien

Tout proche du RER A. Calme. Confortable.

Hotel looks nice downstairs and rituals products

No air con Needs refurb Windows don’t open much Lighting bad Space limited Parking limited Odd entrance to hotel No way in at night as staff disappeared

Staff are amazing, John is very helpful genteman

Room was clean and quiet and cool in a heat wave

Room is not clean with others clothes

Clean and nice staff

No AC is really poor for a hotel of this standard

Excellent séjour, chambre parfaite, emplacement idéal et équipe chaleureuse

No AC - A nightmare. Do yourself a favor and never book here. A cleaning lady also walked into our room without knocking on our door and saw her doing this on many rooms in the floors.

Niets

Metroya yakınlık çok güzeldi

Yemek saatinin erken kapanmasını Havalandırmadan gelen kötü bir koku vardı tuvalette

All good

No problem

Nice and clean, room excellent with all facilities Excellent location for us since we needed to park our car and the area is calm and peaceful and easy to navigate. We will book this hotel again when we come to Paris again

Perhaps it would say there were no complimentary water bottle in the fridge (empty) it was such a warm day and we could have done with some cold water as we are yet to locate the local shop etc.

Spacious room, good breakfast, excellent location for Ile des Impressionistes

good choice of breakfast

very diluted scrambled eggs, too long wifi password, poor air quality in the room, room too hot

Double Charged for My Stay and Still No Refund I booked my room online through Booking.com and paid in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to provide my card “for security reasons,” with the reassurance that no additional charges would be made. Despite that, I discovered after checkout that the hotel charged my card again for the full room rate — meaning I was charged twice. I returned in person a few days later to resolve the issue, and the staff member at reception told me a refund would be processed. Unfortunately, no refund has been issued to date. This has been very disappointing, and I am still out of pocket for a mistake that was not mine. I hope the hotel resolves this urgently, but for now, I cannot recommend this experience.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

All the things I loved: Room is spacious with plenty of room for two people to maneuver around each other Separate toilet from bathroom Bed is comfortable and linens are lux Full-length mirror Plenty of storage with doors to hide it all Lots of outlets Great lighting options Mini fridge Large shower with mounted full-sized shampoo and shower gel (no annoying sample sizes) Bathroom mirror doesn't fog and has lovely, flattering lighting Bathroom has good amount of storage Bath sheets are great Decor is subtle, no bright, jarring colors and ugly carpet Room and common areas were very clean Staff were friendly, helpful and professional Close walking distance to Isle de Impressionists and just a couple of minutes walking distance from train station Restaurants and convenience stores are also close We didn't go to the restaurant or use any other hotel amenities, so I can't comment on them. The rate that we paid for this stay was a very good value

There is no outlet in the bathroom, so if you use a hair styling device you have to use an outlet in the room. There is no mirror close to an outlet, so that was a minor irritation for me. Bring your travel mirror and you're all set.

rien

Good room size, breakfast was sufficient, location was great for working in Danone

Fire alarm went off at 10pm
