Amazing place if you just want to chill and enjoy the facilities.

It was far from everything. Nothing around. Quite hard to get Gojek or Grab.

They failed to clearly state that this is a DRY hotel . Also, the air is terrible. And rooms old & tired.

De upgrade naar de familiekamer. Het hotel op zichzelf is prachtig!!!

De misverstanden met de eerste kamer voor 4 personen. Daar passen geen 4 personen in.

A bit run down.

The swimming pool was too small :( It's a little difficult for an adult to swim properly, and also a little uncomfortable for kids to play on the water.

I daughter love the outdoor tub. Very Big area. I always Love resort type hotel when im on vacation.

I came from far, and i put a remarks on my booking saying im a cancer patient, and i need a Good room to rest heal. Day 1, i heard sounds like door banging from mid night till 3am. I call lobby, no action taken, Day 2, IT happened again. They offer to change room, i said i change tomoro. Its mid night 1am already. Day 3, water dropping adn causes wet floor. I have to take 2 dusbin for the waterfall. Ok finally, i change room, but unfortunately no Netflix on tv for my New room. Ontop of that, i have a 10cm milipede and also a cockroach. Ms. Kayla send me a WhatsApp to get feedback on the room. But she didnt reply at all after i reply her with my story. Well atleast say sorry or what.. Anyway, i Love Novotel, but to Novotel Bogor, there are still many things that you need to be improved. Pls take all feedback seriously.

Nice reception area to walk, good breakfast. And it is all.

I booked a room with bath, but reality is far away from a photos on a site. Unfortunately, I had to change room and both of them had an ugly outside baths. I hadn't any wish to take it and enjoy. Fridge in the room (see on the photos I attached) - no comments and disgusting. Hotel need to make a huge efforts for its renovation, extremely overpriced for current facility quality. Pool is under reconstruction as well.

Overall the hotel is very nice starting with lobby, surrounding, design and architecture

Room felt outdated and poorly maintained the bed was uncomfortable, the AC was noisy and not cooling properly, and the bathroom looked dirty. Even clothes felt damp due to poor ventilation, making the stay quite unpleasant.

Breakfast and dinner was very good with many to variety to choose.

Bar can be improve with more alcohol drinks option and snacks

Very beautiful hotel from lobby to the corridor of the room.

Room needs renovation. I stayed on the second floor and every time I took a shower the hot water was on and off so it was really annoying. Very uncomfortable. Shower curtain is only half way down so water is going everywhere.

The road to get there uneven bumpy roads perhaps local goverment pay attention for infrastructure in the area.

Nice enough hotel 1.5hr drive from Jakarta

Old & requires maintenance/fixing but the real disappointment with this hotel is the mini animal zoo they have, with a very thin old horse that is miserable & not well cared for at all, as well as plenty of rabbits, Guinea pigs & birds crammed into small cages also major animal welfare issue. These don’t belong at a hotel that can’t look after them properly, was very upsetting to see! Also the food wasn’t good.

The public areas of the hotel were well maintained. The refurbished rooms are very nice. The bar and Italian restaurant offer good quality, fairly priced food and drinks

We spent 1 night in one of the older rooms which has not been refurbished. The quality could be considered average

Vriendelijk personeel. Snelle checkin, gratis upgrade. Prachtige, goed onderhouden tuin. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Fantastisch lekker eten bij intern Italiaans restaurant. Prachtig uitzicht op de tuin. Uiterst vriendelijke manager bood aan mij zjn golfstokken te lenen. Geweldig!

Gebouw is ouder, maar wordt goed onderhouden. Toch niet helemaal schoon. Kwaliteit koffie wisselt per lokatie.

The landscape is amazing with beautiful flowers, plants, and statues. The outdoor bathtub was a hit with the children.

Breakfast was so so. The kids' room is not clean with stains and small insects around.

Breakfast always great...very good verity, best of many hotels we stay at.

Ruim, groen, luchtig, gezellig, ook voor kinderen. Fantastisch ontbijt. Geweldige open natuurlijke tropische sfeer.

Wat lastig bereikbaar, 20 min met taxi van het centrum. Zwembad lang en smal, in deze vakantie periode snel te druk.

The hotel and its rooms are very spacious, the garden surrounding it is beautiful and very green. The restaurant is good and well-priced, and the breakfast has many options.

The room was a bit dated. Old wood in the whole room that need some attention. The shower was a bit old and not with a lot of space. The location is also a bit further away from the center and other attractions. The bar in the pool was always closed although the hotel information said that it was open and it should be possible to buy something like drinks & snacks there, so that was a disappointment.

Surrounded by green trees and golf course made it a perfect place for weekend gate-away. Super family friendly. The combination of culture into its premises is an added value.

It was a pretty building

The food, the room, the faulty air conditioning. The lack of being able to communicate issues and get them resolved. I left after being at the hotel for 3 hours as there were so many issues.

Hoe de dieren gehouden werden (mini zoo en pony). Dat was in en in triest. Matrassen vrij hard. Badkamer kon wel opnieuw gerenoveerd worden

A very nice hotel with golf course nearby

Kamers zo gehorig. Naast ons een kamer met kleine kinderen die ze vanaf 5 uur lekker lieten gillen en daarna over de gang mochten spelen. En ze hadden niet overal even goed schoongemaakt

Breakfast is lacking continental options

The place is spacious with a strong nature theme. It is a good short escape for those who want to experience the cold and calming atmosphere. They have a free of charge service photo shoot session with free 1 photo that can be printed, which is good for creating memories and activities with your loved ones.

I think because they have quite large facilities, it might be challenging for them to maintain those. Many facilities and furniture seem outdated, like the fitness center, our sink in the room washtafel, and even the peephole looks rusty. Moreover, as they have an openspace concept, sometimes when it gets windy or rainy, the leaves might get into the hotel pathway.

The Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Especially Raya and Jelita housekeeping staff.

Sadly the location was too far from we needed to visit but our options were limited at the time of booking and transport to and from the venue was really difficult to get as the drivers told us it wasn't worth the money. The room was very outdated and need an urgent upgrade for what we paid.

The hotel a bit rundown. It is time to upgrade.

they upgrade my reservation to the balcony room, but the room is old fashioned. The flush of the toilet is very noisy, needs extra time to clean the toilet, the wastafel output did not come well, manually pull the output. the air conditioner remote control also not working, the electricity of the room also did not automatically turn off if you pull out the card from the wall.

1. the pool is for kids only, the shape does not allow a proper swim 2. the room ac was very cold, the thermostat did not work, only option was to switch off the a.c. 3. many old reviews of novotel refer to a shuttle service to botani square mall, in fact this is no longer provided 4. check in time of 3pm and checkout of 11am is rather unfriendly
