Someone needs to look at the bathroom set up. There’s about 6 inches in between the toilet and the sink. I am a small person and thank heavens for that because you have to be a contortionist! They might want to consider swapping the location of the toilet with a bidet.

I asked the hotel to reserve a restaurant on my behalf on account of the fact that my Irish accent interferes with my ability to try and speak Spanish, with locals having difficulty understanding what I am trying to say. The hotel point blanked refused to do this and provided no explanation as to why. I would understand this position if I was asking the hotel to pay out of their own pocket for a service but it was a simple phone call to a restaurant to reserve a table, any complications they would have no issue contacting me. This was extremely poor customer service and is the reason for such a negative review - I have never experienced this from a hotel in my life.

Insonorisation intérieure de l’hôtel inexistante. On entend tout : portes qui claquent, voisins de la chambre voisine qui parlent, eau qui coule, WC… Prévoir des boules quies. Décoration simpliste, un peu vieillotte. Clairement pas un 4*.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessities needed for a stay. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
Upon checking in, there was a strong smell of cleaning products or air freshener in the room. It also seemed there may have been a lingering cigarette smoke smell that air freshener was being used to mask. I reported this to the reception staff.

Serious lack of amenities for 4 star hotel like movie cable tv ( had small tv), ironing board/iron, kettle, pool, safe, terrace on top or outside space/nice grounds. Had hard beds, uncomfortable chairs, pillows were pitiful. Not much sound insulation and pajama shorts went missing. Food in the bar was mediocre/not a good value. Therefore, we find the hotel rating in booking is misleading.

El parking,las plazas de parking son justas y difícil de maniobrar y un precio por día excesivo, el papel de wáter es muy fino y áspero.

Estuvo todo perfecto. Eso sí, lo mismo que en todos los hoteles en los que he estado, la nevera es enana y no enfría como debería.

Que dejé puesta 1 tarjeta puesta en la entrada pq tenía cosas en la nevera y al hacer la limpieza la quitó la señora y cuando llegué estaba todo caliente,hasta los yogures...

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The hotel is very well located, close to the Camino and to the old city of Pontevedra. It was clean and comfortable with spacious room and all the amenities you may need. The staff was friendly at the reception desk as well as the cafeteria.

Muy mala experiencia, el precio es un disparate. Antiguo e incómodo, en todos los sentidos. Ruidoso, colchones horribles, toallas que rascan, mantenimiento justito... O mi tarifa no fue la misma que la del resto de clientes o me parece un milagro que tenga buenos comentarios.
