The wifi as poor and the rooms are starting to age

For our trip, this location was excellent and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing (appreciated). Nicely appointed room and quite comfortable.

The breakfast is quite regular for a hotel in the EU. It's not that sometihing was missing, it's just there wa nothing that made it standout as "excellent" - I would never pay the €39 they ask for it - it is not worth it.

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende großartig, hervor zu heben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, toll dass es noch Hotels gibt, die trotz der Größe so persönlich arbeiten wie in einem Familienbetrieb.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, geräumiges Zimmer und großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und dazu noch eine Badewanne. Das ganze Hotel ist geräumig und ansprechend. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück, auch für Veganer mal was dabei ;-)

Gibt nichts zu meckern!

部屋は広く快適に過ごせた。動物園の駅まで歩いて数分、ベルリンの主要観光エリアから離れているがベルリンの街のことが良く理解できた。ミッテ地区に泊まるよりもベルリンの生活が感じられてよかった。日本人スタッフが居て他のスタッフも日本人への対応が丁寧でいろいろと助けられた。朝食も種類が豊富で楽しみにひとつでした。玄関前にスーパーマーケットがあり大変便利でした。

ロケーションかも知れませんが、街全体を観るにはよかったと思っていて今後の予約時の場所の選定の参考にしたい。

Sehr gute Lage, in der Nähe diverse öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Zimmer - groß und hell - mit schönem Blick über die Stadt und angenehmen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Personal in allen Bereichen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

If I were to visit Berlin again (whether on my own or with my family), I would definitely choose this hotel. The hotel’s location was very convenient for us. We chose it because it was close to Berlin Zoo. There are also excellent transport links to the whole city from the hotel – within a 200–500-metre radius, there’s a wide choice of underground lines to every part of the city. It was also possible to take the S-9 train DIRECTLY to the airport from the station 500 metres away (a one-hour journey with no changes). The hotel was quiet and cosy. Nearby, there’s a charming neighbourhood, shopping centres, restaurants, sights and authentic Berlin. The breakfast spread was very generous. A wide selection of classic dishes, but plenty of healthy options too – fruit, vegetables and salads. Omelettes and fried eggs made to order! A spacious dining room and friendly, smiling staff.

I couldn’t stay at the hotel any longer :) I read later that the hotel also had a small spa.

There was loid noise one night coming from the neighborhood. For a hotel of this size, I would have expected better sound suppressing glasses.

Exzellentes Hotel, top Lage, sehr ansprechend und sauber, große Zimmer mit vielen kleinen Extras, sehr ruhig im Zimmer und im kompletten Hotel, freundliches Personal, super leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alle Türen und Schränke sind verzogen und leider waren die Fenster extrem dreckig.

Wie immer die Ruhe in der Suite, man bemerkt gar nicht, das man nicht alleine im Haus ist.

Die Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen aber das betrifft nur die subjektive Optik, Funktional und von der Bequemheit her völlig ok. Einziger echter Wermutstropfen diesmal die Anfangsausstattung der Minibar. In einer Suite eine kleine Flache Mineralwasser und eine kleine Flasche Apfelsaft ist schon ungewöhnlich spärlich. Dann lieber nicht damit werben, dass die Minibar im Preis enthalten sei, diese ganz leer lassen und der Gast fühlt sich nicht „veräppelt“.

Alles allerbestens! Geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Turm der Kaiser Wilhelm Gedächtniskirche. Das riesige Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Tolles Hotel, top Lage, direkt am Ku'damm gelegen. Nichts zu beanstanden. Kapsel-Kaffee-Maschine und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmmer, plus kleiner Kühlschrank, den man nutzen kann. Alles war prima für den Wochenend-Trip.

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage, direkt am Ku’damm. Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Sehr großzügige Zimmer und Bad-mit Badewanne und Regendusche. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man nichts vom Straßenverkehr. Kühlschrank, Safe und genügend Ablagefläche vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Betten. Perfektes, sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen in der Showküche. Pancakes, Bratwürste, Salate, Müsli-alles vorhanden und sehr lecker. Sogar die Marmeladen sind selbst gemacht. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal.

Kleinigkeiten: die Fliesen der Badewanne hätten besser geputzt werden können. Ferner sollte in unserem Zimmer die Klobürste getauscht werden.

I think we must have been given an upgrade as we had a huge room, with a massive and very comfortable bed. The aircon worked well and the place was deathly quiet (which was good!) - slept like the proverbial log. Loved the huge bathroom as well. Breakfast was extensive -cooked, continental - everything you could have asked for. Not too busy either. The lobby area was also cosy. The location is also perfect to get to the sites. Great value for money!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Our room was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location couldn't be better — right in the city center, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping options. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage von West-Berlin. Freundliches Personal und typisches, vernünftiges Dorint-Frühstück. Wir hatten das Hotel insbesondere wegen der Tiefgarage gewählt, da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Klappte auch alles problemlos und der Preis für den Stellplatz war auch üblich/fair.

The twin room was enormous, with both a coffee maker and a kettle. There was a fridge, a safe, an ironing board and an iron. The curtain blacks out the light, the soundproofing was 100%, the aircon was marvellous and there is a couch to relax upon. The bathroom was also huge, with a separate shower (excellent pressure), a toilet and a really deep bath. A huge array of items was available for breakfast. Each day had slightly different hot items, but always eggs, beans, potatoes, tomatoes, as well as mushrooms, bacon, sausage, etc. Apart from cereals, there were multiple types of breads and rolls, with many kinds of cheeses (cheddars, Swiss and soft kinds) as well as the usual meat selections, and fish too. The fruit selection always included watermelon, pear, peaches, pineapple and numerous other choices. In addition, there were salads, olives, etc - too many to mention, as well as various pastries. The coffee was delicious, and there were other hot drink options, as well as many kinds of fresh juice. The hotel is grand, spotlessly clean, with large lifts and the most welcoming, well mannered and kind staff. We had a wonderful 5 night stay and hope to visit again.

Ik was met mijn zoon bij jullie in het hotel. De kamer is zeer ruim en heel prettig. Ook een hele fijne badkamer. Alles is wel enigszins gedateerd was het gaat om houtwerk, tegels en vloerbedekking. Maar alles bij elkaar was het een prima kamer.

お部屋が広かった。 浴槽がある部屋で、冷蔵庫、ネスプレッソマシーンやワイングラスがあり2泊したが、部屋でゆっくりできました。 ベルリン、ポツダム観光に駅も近くホテル前にLidl（スーパー）もあり良かったです。

バタバタしていてフロントに伝え忘れたのですが、 シャワーの排水が詰まり気味で排水するのに時間がかかった点だけが気になりましたが、それを加味してもまた泊まりたいです！

The location is absolutely perfect — there’s really nothing more to add. I was able to easily reach all the places I wanted to visit by public transport, and the stops are literally just around the corner. The staff are very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. As for the room itself, it exceeded my expectations. It was spacious without being unnecessarily huge, clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was also very comfortable and spacious. It’s a very quiet place, which really helped me relax and get some proper rest.

Viešbučio lokalizacija labai gera (šalia Kaiserio Wilhelmo bažnyčios, Zoologijos sodo, Europos prekybos centro, traukiniu ar autobusais patogiai pasiekiami kiti Berlyno objektai). Labai džiaugiamės susipažinę su darbuotoju Predrag, kuris labai maloniai mus išlydėjo į tolimesnę kelionę. Gaila, kad nepažinome jo įsikūrimo pradžioje, gyvenimas ir komunikacija būtų sklandesnė

Registratūros darbuotojams trūksta kompetencijų, darbą atlieka mechaniškai lyg prie prekybos centro kasos, kur daug prekių reikia skenuoti ir nėra kada nusišypsoti. Išvykimo dieną pasakė, jog nesame sumokėję mokesčio, sumokėjau. Po to pamačiau, kad per booking esu jį sumokėjusi. Registratorė, atsiprašė, jog įsivėlė klaida ir pasakė, kad tuoj pat gražins. Pateikus kortelę dar kartą nuskaičiavo. Tuomet priėjo kitas registratūros darbuotojas ir jie ilgai tvarkėsi, kol gražino abi nuskaičiuotas sumas. Kompetencija ir komunikacija silpna

The most important thing - very friendly and extremelly helpful staff. Excellent assistance from parking our car, check-in and even serving a very needed coffee five minutes before the lobby bar officially opened. Very good breakfast and again, very attentive lady bringing the coffee with almond milk to the room, where humans can enjoy the breakfast in company of their dogs (also very nice idea to have this room and not to bother other guests). Check-out was fast and seamless, again with extra portion of attention - one of us returned from the meeting after the check-out time and was helped to find his stuff forgotten in the room, with smile and nice attitude, even when the room cleaning was already ongoing. Our doggie enjoyed her bed provided by the hotel and fresh water served in the room, after arrival she was as thankful as us for the above mentioned coffee. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Special bonus - Bose sound system. Thank you, Dorint and your people, for making our short Berlin stay so nice.
