L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, très proche de la gare de Strasbourg. Pas bruyant. Le personnel à l’accueil agréable, disponible.

Salle de bains à rafraîchir, mettre plutôt une douche, qu’une baignoire a enjambé. Je n’aime pas les moquettes au sol.

L'accueil froid, les chambres ne sont pas propres, toilettes cassées, pas de 3 papiers dans la boîte pour se sécher les mains, l' odeur dans les couloirs et la chambre, tôt le matin des gros travaux juste à côté,c'est vieillot... Le prix pour toute c'est raison énoncer au dessus

I needed a location near the train station, so in that sense it was good.

The room was clean but old fashioned. It needs updates. Not enough outlets for charging devices. The carpets and furniture outdated. The bathroom had a tub, ok, but the WC was old and needs replacement. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. No makeup mirror. No kits with toiletries etc. no minibar. No free bottles of water in the room. For EUR 420 a night without breakfast, I think there should be much more offered.

Proximity to the train station was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bedding and pillows were terrible. Hard bed, squishy and flat pillows. The bathroom light shined on the bed when turned on at night. VERY expensive for the equivalent of a 2 star motel room. Because it was Christmas market time, the room was $500 + a night for a shitty room I normally wouldn’t pay more than $150 for something this bad. And there was construction fencing around the front entrance

I checked in at 15.35 and my room wasn't ready. I wanted a shower and to get changed before going out for the evening. I was told I could get changed in the public toilet near the bar. I waited until 16.05 but it still wasn't ready. I finally checked in at 1.05. I thought this was appalling!

The hotel is not fantastic, it is basic, so do not expect too much. However, the location is fantastic as it is opposite the train station and 10 mins to the old town.

I don´t think I can ever express enough how great my experience was! It was a little too cold outside and because of that we had to stay some extra time in the hotel; but with the cozyness and the warm feeling the hotel gave us, we were all very happy to do so! perfect location, amazing staff, and very very nice rooms - would definately go back

The only thing I truly liked about the hotel was the location, which was across the street from the train station. The hotel staff were pretty nice too. They left a bag of cookies for you upon arrival, which was nice and left a large bottle of water, which I would refill each evening downstairs. The breakfast buffet had good variety, but the staff wasn't very attentive, and they seemed to talk to each other more than they were paying attention to what foods needed replenishing.

The room looked like it had been refurbished quite a long time ago. The toilet was cracked. The towels were pretty old and tired and so was the bathrobe. The room needed to be repainted and the bathroom door jam was chipped. There were no complimentary toiletries, which is odd for the price we were paying.

The staff was in general kind and helpful

We did book a family room indicated durong our booking as:"Two Adjacents Double Rooms" This quadruple room is consisted of of a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The unit has 2 beds". During the check in the receptionist told us that they don't have such room, instead they gave us 2 double room in front of each other. Both room where quite small and equipped with old and used furniture ( the bad room tap where also old and difficult to turn on ). This Hotel shows 4 stars but should rather value with 2 stars maximum.

Het ontbijt is fantastisch! Veel variatie. Het hotel is gelegen tegenover het station en het centrum is op loopafstand. Les Halles is ook te voet te bereiken.

De kamers zijn wel aan de kleine kant en erg gehorig. Het hotel is wel gedateerd, maar voor een kort verblijf wel te doen.

It is not a 4-star - far from it. Tired and worn decor, and very poor facilities. A few cardboard cups and cheap coffee sachets does not scream 4-star to me. It would have been fine for a budget stay for €200 less

I think it cannot be a four-star-hotel...

The hotel has a great location and even gave out gingerbread cookies for Christmas. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, which was nice.

However, the double room had only two separate single beds pushed together, and I kept worrying about falling through the gap while sleeping at night. The worst thing is that after checking out in the morning, we realized we had left a cake and a lip balm in the room. When we returned in the afternoon to ask if the cleaning staff had found them, we were told nothing was found. It seems clear that the items were taken by the cleaning staff, which completely ruined our otherwise happy day.

Très déçu par l’état des chambres, et des équipements qui la compose. Tout est vieux ! Mal entretenu ! Pas au niveau attendu pour cette catégorie d’hôtel, affiché en 4 étoiles !

The bathroom has strange (blood?) stains, was totally rusty and very outdated. The toilets had cracks!

Couldn’t check in until 4pm which was very inconvenient. Check in time is advertised as 3pm!

Les chambres ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles. Salle de bain le sol est taché, le bas de l’encadrement de la porte complètement abîmé par l’humidité sa fait sale ! Très déçu pour un Mercure . Ils ont mis tout le budget dans l’entrée.

The room was a good size, the bed clean crisp sheets & comfy, very handy to Gare Centrale

Unfortunately we were put in a room which had a cracked toilet bowl, when I told the reception the lady didn’t want to know, the hotel wasn’t full so didn’t need to use that room. Chipped paint around the doors. Some of the reception staff were arrogant.

De meddelar två dagar efter vistelsen att vi kan checka in när vi kommer, det är inte skickligt. Till frukost var det bra mat men det är inte okej att ha en trasig kaffemaskin som det inte står något på, så man försöker ta kaffe och känner sig som en idiot när det inte fungerar. Personalen kändes inte så engagerad.

The location is great - being close to the central station has its perks, and we could easily walk to our hotel from the city center. There were several easy train connections.

The hostel looks quite old - given that it is a Mercure hotel, I expected it to be a bit more fancy and well taken care of. The hotel felt like it did not age well.

Lage direkt am HBF. Ruhig. Alt. Gutes Frühstück.

In einem Guten Hotel direkt an der deutschen Grenze, wurde mir mein Französisch verbessert ( das habe ich noch nie erlebt) . Deutsch verneint. Englisch schwierig.Der late Check out, wurde mir am Abend angeboten gegen Aufpreis, am nächsten Morgen war es unfreunflich nicht( nie) möglich.

A notre arrivée, il nous est proposé une chambre nullement digne d'un hôtel Mercure, telle une cellule de nonne ! A notre refus, la personne, fort aimable de l'accueil, nous surclasse et nous propose une autre chambre, tout à fait correcte, sauf si on regarde sous le lit où une moisson de "moutons" séjourne ! Dommage ! car la chambre était sinon très agréable au 5e étage. Ce qui est un peu dommage également, c'est le manque de vue sur l'extérieur, les fenêtres étant bloquées. Par ailleurs, les abords de l'hôtel craignent également, mais ceci n'est pas du ressort de Mercure ! Je ne souhaite pas mettre 5 étoiles !

Salle de bain vetuste. Problème de carte magnétique pour l accès à la chambre. A noter que ce problème était aussi rencontré par mes voisins. Aller retour à l accueil pénible et inacceptable pour déverrouiller la porte de ma chambre.

En face de la gare donc pratique ; chambre spacieuse et confortable ; personnel efficace et courtois

les lampes de chevet, très peu pratiques ; et les sanitaires : la salle de bains est spacieuse, mais la robinetterie mériterait d'être changée (et modernisée) ; la baignoire est haute, difficile d'accès, j'imagine, pour une personne âgée ou handicapée. Le petit déjeuner buffet a certes beaucoup de choix, mais il est beaucoup trop cher (presque deux fois plus que dans les autres hôtels que j'ai fréquentés cette semaine-là)

A good hotel very close to the railway station and not a long walk from the cathedral. Pleasant staff, good rooms, and a bar. Good value, highly recommended, especially if you are travelling by rail.

We only stayed for one night the hotel needed updating but we was advised this is in the pipeline. Our overall stay was fine the breakfast was very good and we had a good night sleep. The room was very small but very clean.

На сайте указано наличие парковки. На самом деле парковка есть по близость, она платная и отель делает скидку. 5 %. Стоимость 15,5 €. В номере нет тапочек,халатов. Все на 2 звезды . Ремонта не было лет 10. Это сравнение с другими отелями этой сети. Mercure . Завтрак вкусный был.

駅からのアクセスは良かった。徒歩で数分。入り口前が工事中でわかりづらかった。ロビーには大きなバーがあって、高級感があった。翌日、ストラスブールの観光をする間も荷物を預かってくれた。
