Clădirea este chiar în zona veche a orașului, este bine întreținută având în vedere vechimea ei. Impresionant interiorului, scările de lemn. Curat în cameră și baie, aer condiționat.

Mizeria din sala de mese unde luam micul dejun. Tacâmuri nespălate puse la curate, masa murdară, cred că personal insuficient sau nemotivat suficient la micul dejun.

Posizione centralissima a 2 passi dai canali della "Petit France". Personale alla reception e di servizio molto gentile e disponibile.

Camera molto buia (la luce del corridoio della camera non funzionava). Il personale si è comunque prodigato per risolvere il problema portando una luce a piantana.

Locatie geweldig, alles op loopafstand, midden in het centrum en direct bij Petite France, leuke restaurants en bars in de directe omgeving. Goede airco op de kamer.

Kamer was klein. Een oud pand, gehorig, wij hoorden de gasten boven lopen. Parkeren moest een eindje weg in de parkeergarage, zeer drukke omgeving daar (veel verkeer). Toch zou ik dit hotel vanwege de uitstekende locatie aanraden.

La struttura si trova nel centro di Strasburgo e permette di raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni. Camera e bagno puliti e moderni, personale molto cortese e disponibile. In caso di necessità parlano anche l’italiano.

Frühstück war sehr gut Betten waren bequem.

Das Zimmer war schlecht gereinigt, die Dusche hatte sehr viel Schimmel und die Zimmereinrichtung war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Flur und Zimmer total dunkel.

La ubicació és magnífica, a prop del centre, ben comunicat amb els transports per anar a altres barris de la ciutat i a 10 minuts caminant de l'estació. Vam tenir un problema amb l'habitació i ens ho van resoldre amb satisfacció.

La posizione dell’hotel è sicuramente il suo punto di forza, si trova in pieno centro e a due passi da tutto. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale, da premiare anche acqua depurata e caffè gratis sempre a disposizione. Sono riusciti a darci la stanza anche prima dell’orario previsto.

La pulizia lascia un pò a desiderare, stanza polverosa. L’hotel in generale è un pò datato anche se le camere sono nettamente migliori della struttura in sé. Colazione un pò povera, specialmente per chi come me è intollerante al lattosio, mi sono state offerte dal secondo giorno 1 tipo di brioche imbustate e fette di pane…

J’ai trouvé l’endroit bien situé, la beaucoup aimé le style vintage.

Absolutely amazing and kind staff members!! My original room had few issues and I’ve given another much better room straight away. The location is great and close to everything (train station is 8 minutes easy walk).

Non mi è piaciuto che nonostante l’hotel ci abbia consigliato un parcheggio “ convenzionato” con loro lo sconto del parcheggio è stato di soli 0,40 centesimi a fronte di una spesa di 28,00€.

Bardzo nieuprzejma obsługa (np. potrafili przerwać obsługę mnie tylko dlatego że pojawił się inny gość, który mówił po francusku), niewywietrzony, duszny pokój, słabo działająca klimatyzacja, zacinała się przy otwarciu okna, ale jednocześnie ponieważ pokój był nieprzewietrzony i zlokalizowany w taki sposób że otwarcie okna nie pozwalało na porządne przewietrzenie, to na zmianę trzeba było żonglować pomiędzy wpuszczeniem powietrza i chłodzeniem. Wąska łazienka.

E' impossibile arrivare in hotel con la macchina e problematico arrivare al parking più vicino: suggeriamo all'hotel di dare informazioni prima dell'arrivo per agevolare l'arrivo in hotel. Mancava un frigobar in stanza. Il bagno ha un water in posizione scomoda.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, el personal es muy amable y la relación calidad precio es correcta.

Personalmente nada en particular, la puerta del baño no tenía maneta por dentro y había que ir con cuidado de no quedarte encerrado. Por otro lado, personalmente me gusta que hagan las habitaciones cada día, no hace falta cambiar toallas si no lo pides, pero como mínimo la cama, pero bueno… Nada preocupante

Enorme overlast van het uitgaansleven, aangegeven dag erna bij de bali en daar gaven ze aan dat het er gewoon bij hoort. Verder erg verouderde kamers die echt heel klein waren.

Ruime kamer, goed bedden Familiekamer, plaatsen ze een hoogslaper mee in de kamer. Wel ruimte genoeg voor. Goed ontbijt

Geen deurklink aan de binnenzijde badkamer, waardoor je de badkamer niet kon sluiten. Deur douchecabine sloot niet goed. Verouderde kamer. Geen beveiliging aan bedden van de hoogslaper. Niet veilig voor jonge kinderen.

Posizione top nella via pedonale, casa storica a graticcio top. Parcheggio vicinissimo e in convenzione. Staff molto gentile per indicazioni ristoranti. Caffè e acqua free.

Accueil exceptionnel, en particulier grâce à Andrei en réception, qui a été très professionnel et de bon conseil pour découvrir Strasbourg. Chambre propre et confortable, très bien située.

Que les fotogràfies de les habitacions que vam reservar no corresponen a les que ens van donar. A pàgina de Booking ens oferia Parking al mateix hotel, i ens van oferir Parking a 5 min. amb un cost de 28€ dia.

The location was perfect, the building was absolutely beautiful, perfecting the art of complimenting old with new architecture and finishes.

Caratteristica struttura in pieno centro a pochi passi da la Petit France. Stanze accoglienti, anche se la nostra tripla un pò piccola come anche il bagno. Convenzione a 28 euro giornalieri con parcheggio ad un paio di minuti a piedi. Personale alla reception molto cordiale che parla anche italiano.

Impianto di condizionamento che richiederebbe maggiore manutenzione in termini di pulizia (almeno nella camera a noi assegnata). Pulizia zone comuni ai piani migliorabile.

Super localisation, à 2 pas de la Petite France et très proche de la cathédrale, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale très spacieuse qui avait bcp de charme. Le personnel était très accueillant, nous a fait des recommandations et proposait des bons de réduction pour des découvertes de la ville (bateau).

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait et le personnel sympathique.

Nous avons malheureusement eu quelques déconvenues : un ascenseur en panne, un accès impossible en voiture, il a fallu payer 28€ de parking pour moins de 24h, un petit déjeuner assez moyen, un seul oreiller par personne. Il me semble plus que nous étions dans un bon 3 étoiles et non dans un 4 étoiles.

The location is perfect, gorgeous view from our window. Free coffee and water downstairs. The hotel interior is old in a nice way, a lot of wood, very old fashioned. The room is freshly renovated though.

Everything is extremely small in our room. To sit on the toilet you have to sit and turn so that your knees touch the shower glass.

El millor és la ubicació. El personal és molt amable. Tens gratis: aigua osmotitzada amb gas i sense, cafè, xuxes i un dia fins i tot pastís de poma. Super còmodes el llit i coixins

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο στο καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης και πλούσιο πρωινό.

Emplacement parfait à 2 pas de la petite france. Chambre très confortable avec climatisation. Charme d'une maison ancienne mais rénovée. Grande salle de bain. Fenêtre donne sur ruelle très calme. Grande salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Petit déjeuné excellent.

Pas grand chose. Insonnorisation intérieure un peu faible. Douche italienne déborde un peu.

The hotel is in an AMAZING location, just by Petit France and near lots of shops and cafes. We both loved the history of the hotel and the facilities were excellent too. My son loved the FIZZY water in reception too. I felt safe and comfortable there.

I give a perfect score for this hotel, as the location was ideal and the hotel paid attention to the details, including providing a water dispenser and a proper coffee machine. Our room was very clean and the AC was extra useful on a hot summer day. The staff were very polite too.

The décor on the hallways were a bit tatty.

Die Lage war wirklich super. Mitten in der Altstadt mit wunderschönen Fachwerkhäusern

Bilder extrem irreführend. Ich weiß, dass die Fotos nur als Referenz dienen, jedoch hatte das Zimmer wirklich kaum etwas mit den angezeigten Standart-Doppelzimmern gemeinsam. Das Zimmer was so winzig, dass außer dem Bett kein Platz für irgendetwas anderes war. Kein Tisch mit Stuhl, kein vernünftiger Schrank. Ich verstehe die Vision ein sehr altes Hotel aufzumöbeln und Elemente beizubehalten. Leider war das renovierte Zimmer dennoch sehr altbacken und die Ausstattung nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Der Föhn war so alt, dass er nach 2 Minuten Benutzung überhitzte, ausging und erst abkühlen musste, bevor er wieder eingeschaltet werden konnte. Die Fugen im Badezimmer schimmelten. Der Fernseher war an der hintersten Ecke hinter den Vorhängen angebracht, was beim schauen extrem ungünstig war. Vor der Buchung erkundigte ich mich über die Parksituation. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass 1 Tag parken beim benachbarten Parkhaus 5 Gehminuten entfernt 18€ kostet. Bei Ankunft waren es dann doch 28€.

Posizione comodissima sia alla stazione che alle principali attrazioni di Strasburgo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per un albergo che offre tutto il necessario e ha anche un design interno molto caratteristico

El ascensor el puso sucio. No cambuN toallas. Las alfombras de los pasillos la habitación manchadas, deterioradas. El sector ducha se inundaba y el agua caía al resto del baño.

Capisco che non è possibile accontentare tutti ma ci è stata data la peggiore camera di tutto l'hotel tuttavia abbiamo ricevuto uno sconto vista l'impossibilità di cambiare stanza

Prettig om iets te drinken te kunnen krijgen bij binnenkomst in de lobby. Badkamer was lekker ruim. Ontbijt goed vers. Personeel was in een goede stemming, bereid om je net iets verder te helpen dan waar je om vroeg.

De steeg (straatje) achter het hotel wordt nog wel eens bezocht door luidruchtige mensen, dat is 's nachts jammer. Parkeerkorting is er alleen bij meer dan 24 uur achtereen parkeren in de grote garage onder het plein verderop, niet als je korter parkeert.

la climatisation bruyante, la déco un peu vieillot. Parking inaccessible, nous avons dû payer 28€ (- de 24h) malgré la réduction donnée par l’hôtel.
