Le calme de la rue

Pas d'eau chaude la 1ere nuit, chambre sans une penderie la 1ere.nuit aussi. Elle a ete installée apres ma plainte et la TV ne fonctionnait pas le.1er soir. Un.ascenceur très lent et au fonctionnement douteux.

Pb au niveau de la première réservation: l'établissement n'existe pas Vous avez proposé un autre établissement et vous avez indiqué que vous prenez en charge la différence du prix. Il est impossible de vous joindre pour vous communiquer la facture. L'hôtel en question est plus à un dortoir : 1 pièce avec des lits superposés. Merci de m'indiquer comment je peux vous contacter avant de porter plainte.

Good price for stay.

Card was not working all the time (but they fix this for us) and nobody tell us how to open the front door (they opened it for us)

We had the private double room with four lockers which were useful and a private bathroom. A lot of space where we could put our stuff. In general it was very clean Typical French breakfast was a good (freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolat, once we had crêpes, bread, fruit purée, yogurt but sadly no fresh fruit)

It was astonishing how confident the lady at the reception spoke (or rather shouted) her opinions on guests and where/how long they store their luggage. Hint to the receptionist: just because guests converse in English, it doest mean they can't understand someone who speaks French. Also if the luggage annoys you if it's stored in the various rooms, maybe the Hotel should rethink their policy and stop offering to store it in the kitchen etc. Note for solo travellers: there isnt much going on in the common room, so it's really a calm hotel. Apart from that, the stay was good!

Locatia relativ aproape de metrou (15 min) dar am putut merge pe jos pana la Notre Dame pentru ca jn drum sunt multe obiective (Montparnasse, Palatul Luxembourg, Panteonul). Locatia foarte curata, micul dejun destul de variat. Desi nu este aer conditionat nu este exagerat de cald vara. Au un ventilator. Am dormit bine. In jurul hotelului zona era sigura, nu am avut probleme seara tarziu. Sunt restaurante ieftine aproape si Carrefour peste strada.

Am stat intr-o camera cu doua paturi suprapuse foarte mica, liftul este pentru 2 persoane, foarte mic.

Hotel sporco, dai letti, alla moquette per terra, bagno piccolo, facevo fatica ad entrare nella doccia. ascensore piccolissimo, o metti le valige oppure sali te, la porta al piano terra non funzionava, quindi dovevi per forza salire al primo piano per prendere l'ascensore. Colazione scarsa e non di buon qualità.

Entiendo que por el precio no tenía que esperar mucho, pero al menos no debería ser tan diferente a como muestra en la foto al momento de reservar, las instalaciones eran muy antiguas, el ascensor muy antiguo, la habitación con piso muy diferente al de la foto también la pintura, el ambiente muy sofocante.

Die 24/7 Rezeption war praktisch und verfügbar, es gab eine kostenlose Trinkwasserstation und Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank für die Gäste. Die Rezeptionsbesetzung war freundlich.

Das Zimmer war wirklich unangemessen klein und viele Dinge waren kaputt (z.B. Lampen, Aufzug). In der Dusche konnte man sich kaum umdrehen, das Bad war nicht durchlüftet und es gab erste Schimmel Anzeichen. Das minimale ,,Frühstücksbuffet" war definitiv keine 10€ wert. Kleines und ungemütliches Doppelbett ohne Daunendecke, lediglich ein dünnes Laken zum Teilen.

L'hôtel en lui-même est médiocre et insalubre. Nous avons été accueillis par un monsieur avec ses écouteurs sur les oreilles aucune politesse aucun sourire incapable de nous expliquer quoi que ce soit. Le matin on descend la dame était en train de discuter avec une autre dame dans le coin petit déjeuner dans une langue qui n'est pas française. Elle ne nous a même pas regardés puis même pas dit bonjour on a dû insister en disant il y a quelqu'un pour qu'elle se lève. La chambre était inacceptable ! Franchement je vous conseille de tracer votre chemin et d'aller ailleurs Et je ne parle même pas du boucan Et aussi notre fenêtre était cassée on ne peut même pas la fermer heureusement qu'on était pas en hiver !!! Pas de rideau de douche !!!

Great value for the money! Seriously, this was the cheapest option on Booking that we could find, and it’s in a really good, super safe neighborhood. The subway is right there, and public transport runs great. Yeah, the room looks a bit worn down, like the walls are a little scuffed, but honestly, what do you expect for this money? And what’s the difference if it’s clean? They literally clean every single day, change the towels, and there’s soap. I think the staff and the hotel overall are very good, we really liked it, and it’s definitely worth its money

Habitación minúscula, con el baño incrustado en la habitación que casi podías lavarte los dientes sentado en la cama. No tenía ni ventilador. Tuvimos que pedir uno y al día siguiente tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiasen de habitación porque era imposible estar en la primera. Además, en el baño había una tubería de hierro grande siempre caliente, por lo que estar en esa habitación minúscula era imposible, y menos aún en junio.

Una ubicación que no está mal

Lugar sucio, viejo, habitaciones enanas, incómodas , no se corresponden las fotografías con la realidad, personal antipático.

La habitación que elegí en booking no era para nada la que nos dieron. No eran las mismas fotos, tenía ascensor aunque muy antiguo y hacía mucho ruido, mi nena estaba muy asustada y no quería subir más.

Cet hôtel me convenait à titre personnel pour son emplacement. Il n'est pas désagréable.

Il aurait fallu peu de choses pour rendre cette chambre un peu plus fonctionnelle. Une ou deux simples étagères pour ranger les vêtements, de quoi accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain, un dérouleur pour le papier de toilette qu'on ne sait pas où poser. A mon arrivée vers 20h j'ai trouvé un drap plié sur le drap housse et j'ai donc dû me faire le lit . Heureusement qu'il faisait très chaud et que ça a été rapide, de toute façon il n'y avait pas de couverture au cas où. Sur 6 nuits, on m'a changé toutes les serviettes et tapis de bain quotidiennement sans que cela soit nécessaire, les draps jamais et la chambre n'a jamais été balayée. Étant seule, tout cela ne m'a pas trop gênée car je n'ai rien sali mais c'est inhabituel dans un hôtel.

Très mauvaise expérience – chambre dans un état inacceptable Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 adultes. Nous avons découvert un logement minuscule très mal entretenu : moquette très tachée, mobilier cassé et salle de bains avec WC de 1m2 fortement dégradée, avec joints noircis, traces d’humidité et de saleté. Toilettes collés à la porte !!!! Pour s'asseoir il faut se mettre de travers 😡 4 lits en fer qui bougent tous lorsqu'une personne à le malheur de bouger légèrement.... Nous avons immédiatement signalé la situation à l'accueil. Il nous a été répondu qu'aucune solution ne pouvait être proposée car l'établissement était complet. Nous comprenons qu'il s'agit d'un établissement de catégorie économique, mais cela ne justifie pas un tel niveau de dégradation et de manque d'entretien. Au regard du préjudice subi et du rapport qualité/prix, nous estimons qu'une compensation commerciale est pleinement justifiée. Note : 1/10.

Haviam obras mesmo ao lado do apartamento e acordavam-nos às 6 am. Precisamos de uma caixa de primeiros socorros e o funcionário disse não ter acesso que só a poderíamos pedir quando o superior chegasse.

Chambre t salle d'eau propres dans un bâtiment de beau cachet. Literie de qualité. Fenêtre isolant des bruits extérieurs. Viennoiseries de qualité. Ventilateur apprécié.

Salle d'eau avec WC de si petite taille qu'il n'est pas possible de fermer la porte une fois assis.e sur les toilettes. Lit non refait le lendemain mais serviettes changées après une seule nuit alors que l'inverse aurait été préférable. Peu de choix de thé.

The front desk clerk (Mo) recognized us from our stay 3 years ago and gave us a room with a view at the top floor. To me, that was the best location in the hotel. We really appreciated that.

The street construction right in front of the building caused some inconvenience. It would have been nice if we were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich und sprach gut Englisch.

Das Zimmer war alt heruntergekommen- extrem klein und nicht sehr sauber. Keine richtige Bettdecke vorhanden. Jugendherbergen- Style. Mit den Fotos bei booking hat das nichts zutun. Wir sind direkt ausgecheckt und haben dann ein anderes Hotel genommen- ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeit im Arty. Aber ich hätte dort keine einzige Nacht verbracht.

Номер был забронирован с 15 по 22 июля 2026 года. Фактически жили там 7 дней. Был оплачен завтрак. Первые два дня на завтрак были круасаны, булочки, тосты, вареные яйца, сыр, йогурт. Следующие два дня круасанов и яиц не было. Оказывается, оплаченный завтрак был только у нас двоих и просто решили не заморачиваться с ним, типа девочкам и так пойдёт. И каково было наше удивление, когда в последний день на завтрак были оладьи, оливки, помидоры, тосты, круасаны, булочки, сыр. А все потому что заехали много людей с оплаченным завтраком. То есть, будьте готовы к тому, что если мало людей в отеле, завтрак будет плохой. Если много людей с оплаченным завтраком, завтрак будет хороший. Хотя я думаю, количество клиентов с оплаченым завтраком не должно влиять на качество завтрака.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo richiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out, entrambe le volte hanno acconsentito e ci hanno aiutati. Avevamo a disposizione acqua e succhi gratuitamente, davvero ottimo!

Il bagno era davvero molto piccolo, tanto da non poter chiudere la porta se si era seduti all'interno. Il lavandino era minuscolo, non era possibile lavare il viso all'interno. La doccia, al contrario, era comoda seppur piccolina. Sapevo che il bagno sarebbe stato piccolo, ma la posizione del water era davvero assurda. Mi aspettavo una pulizia più costante, ma hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e messo la carta igienica quando ho fatto richiesta. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno hanno svolto lavori alla strada dalle 7:30 di mattina in poi proprio sotto le nostre due finestre, che ci hanno ovviamente svegliato. Una notte un ospite ha urlato ripetutamente cattiverie e insulti verso l'ostello e il personale. Ci siamo svegliati ogni volta che il suddetto signore iniziava a urlare. La posizione era comoda ma non troppo. Aveva un bus vicino ma le metro a 10/15 minuti a piedi.

Nothing it sucked

When we first got to the hotel the receptionist gave us literally no information for our room, no instructions or anything. Lift was so small it felt like it was going to break down. We got into the room and it was dead hot, no aircon what so ever. Had one window. When you open the bathroom door it touches the bed, when you have a shower u basically touch the wall, when you go toilet you could probably do your skincare routine at the same time it’s that close. too small of a place, uncomfortable and bad location so far from everything. And also our second night there a man was yelling at 3am in the morning and something and he kept yelling throughout the night and just Kept slurring.

Vestusté des chambres - salle de bain dans un état lamentable - les joints complètement pourries ( lavabo et douche ). Une prise électrique était en pendante à proximité du lit. Un tel prix (80e) en comparaison des standards de propreté des grandes chaînes n’est plus acceptable.

Hotel très propre et confortable même avec la chaleur ! La chambre était impeccable comme les2 sanitaires et la literie. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

We stayed there for 4 nights and had booked 2 rooms .if i had money i would have left as soon as i entered the hotel lobby. I would have preferred to stay in a tent under a bridge it was that horrible. The place is falling apart and whoever owns this place should be ashamed. Do yourself a favour, stay somewhere else. The bathroom was disgusting. Filthy place, rude night male staff, ot was 38 degrees outside and in the hotel it felt like 100. Thank God there was a fan. The lift needs to be seen.. the whole place is a joke. Ruined the experience for us. I have never ever stayed in such a disgusting hotel.

The room was dirty, with dust all over and stains on the carpet. Beds were fine. Everything was worn and in need of refurbishment. The pictures online were completly different.

Très mauvaise expérience. Les photos ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. Ce n’est pas un hôtel, mais hostel. Je pense que si les autorités effectuaient un contrôle, elles fermeraient cet établissement tant les conditions sont mauvaises. J’avais réservé une chambre pour moi et mes trois enfants adolescents. Nous nous sommes retrouvés tous les quatre dans une chambre de 10 m² avec deux lits superposés, sans chaises, sans table sans chevet..Tout était sale et en mauvais état. Je ne parle même pas de la salle de bain… Ne réservez jamais cet établissement

Friendly staff, clean rooms and strategic location. Neighborhood boulangeries, cafés, laundry, supermarkets and shoe cobblers, that makes one feel like a Parisian (not as a tourist). At a 10mins walk from public transport. Would love to return!

Great neighborhood location: Quiet, safe and walking distance to Metro, Tram and buses. Several quaint, bistrot-like restaurants and cafés. Friendly staff, clean facilities.

Bathroom wasn't updated and quite small. Would have appreciated to be told we could refill our water containers and not be charged €2 for each tiny water bottle.

Ce fut catastrophique ! Aucun rangement, pas même un cintre dans les chambres. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Tout est cassé : porte-manteau, porte savon, lampes de chevet. Et l'ascenseur est tombé en panne... Lamentable!⅔

Tout à commencer par un bon nettoyage

La literie était plutôt confortable et la rue sur laquelle donnait la fenêtre de la chambre était assez calme. Le linge était propre.

Les équipements de la chambre peuvent être améliorés : un petit frigo ; à défaut de climatisation, un ventilateur qui soit en bon état de fonctionnement et pas trop bruyant ; une brosse à toilettes et un porte papier toilette. La salle d'eau était vraiment petite (je fais 1,80m), à l'intérieur, lorsque la porte était fermée, la position sur les toilettes était plus qu'inconfortable. Globalement, les photos sur Booking ne correspondaient pas à la réalité : la chambre (moquette) était défraichie et sentait d'ailleurs l'humidité.

Las fotos no son idénticas al lugar en especial por el piso, pues tienen tapetes que estaban sucios y su olor era malo, no tenía aire acondicionado lo que para la temporada de verano es crítico porque sofoca bastante la habitación. El ascensor requiere mantenimiento me quedé atrapada con mi bebé y mi suegra que menos mal mi esposo estaba allí esperando y nos sacó.

My experience at that hotel was the worst. The front desk man had a terrible attitude, there was no air conditioning in the room and Paris was experiencing that awful heat wave, there was no shower gel in the bathroom, they only changed the sheets every 3 days and with all the sweating I had to go to the front desk to complain, and that man, with a very bad attitude, told me that they were changed every 3 days, the shower had mold, in short, I don't recommend it, it's horribl

The first room was marginally bigger than the double bed, you could not open the bathroom door fully as it hit the bad. The bathroom was up a dangerous step. You had to square yourself against the sink to close the door behind. You then had to squeeze against the sink to side step into the shower(which had another dangerous step into it), and the same in to the other side to get to the toilet,which was partially under the sink. There was nowhere to hang clothing. No mirror to get ready. Very old small bath towels and a stained bath mat towel. We complained and were told there was a possibility to change rooms following day. Second room slightly bigger, but this time with a toilet that you had to step over to get to, and when sat on it, your legs and nose were touching the wall infront. The lift was very small, only fitting two people side by side. For one of the three days it was not working, and when it was, 2 of my party got stuck in there.

The location was good - close to a restaurants, supermarkets and bars etc

The lift is a death trap - small and hot. The room is poorly equipped ( especially for a double room) - no proper storage, no fridge, no mirror on the bedroom wall, no artwork on the walls. Only 1 chair, only one bedside table. No valance on the bed, rubbish pillows and we had a duvet on a double bed in 38 degrees heat! Nowhere to put your toiletries, in the bathroom or shower. Nowhere to put suitcases, for storage. The bedding was dirty and the towels could fit a toddler. Also the sockets were very dangerous as they weren’t properly fitted to the wall.

Zdjęcia totalnie odbiegają od rzeczywistości a mianowicie: -sprzęt w recepcji zniszczony, swoje lata ma -winda tak klaustrofobiczna, że ledwo mieszczą się do niej 2 osoby a schody pamiętają lata 90te, mega stare skrzypiące -pokój gorzej niż w marnym hostelu, na ścianach grzyb przez co odpadał tynk, łóżka skrzypiące że nie dało się obrócić w nocy bez budzenia dzieci, pościel to tylko koc z włosami poprzednich użytkowników i poduszka, szafka na ubrania metalowa, brak jakiegokolwiek wieszaka, łazienka taka malutka że siedząc na toalecie obija się kolanami o drzwi, lampki przy łóżkach urwane, wystające kable które zagrażają bezpieczeństwo, brak kontaktów przy łóżkach -sciany jak z dykty, wszystko słychać jak ktoś wchodzi wychodzi albo rozmawia na korytarzu lub w pokoju obok Mieszkaliśmy na 5 piętrze. Nie wypowiem się odnośnie śniadań bo bałam się zarezerwować po tym co widziałam.
