Close to the centre and clean. Modern, fairly corporate styled rooms. Very good price I think considering location.

LA UBICACION PRIVILEGIADA, ANDANDO DE LA ESTACION DEL TREN Y ANDANDO ATODO EL CASCO HISTORICO. FABULOSO. EL PERSONAL EXCEPCIONAL, UN PERSONAL DE RECEPCION FABULOSO. RECUERDO A LAURA, PERO TODOS MARAVILLOSOS.

LAS ALMOHADAS, UN POCO GASTADAS, NO CONFORTABLES PARA LOS QUE TENEMOS PROBLEMAS DE CERVICALES.

Ein besseres Lage gibt es nicht. Bus vor der Tür. Taxi kann bestens anhalten. Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Guten Fenster Glas Schutz gegen den Lärm Nachts von Verkehr und Studenten. Toll das Frühstück 7-10offen ist. Sehr gutes Buffet und Bedienung Wolldecke im Schrank. Mineral Wasser offeriert. Air Konditionen und Heizung im Zimmer funktioniert einfach Bedienung.

Bain Marie hat kein heisses Wasser. Die Guten Eier und Speck waren immer kalt. Kaffee Tassen im Zimmer wurden nicht gewaschen nach gebrauch.

Sehr gute Lage. Hotel der höheren Kathegorie.

Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Öffentliches Parkhaus f. 3Tage ergaben Zusatzkosten v.48€ Beim Frühstück war uns aufgefallen,das die gekochten, wie auch Spiegeleier kalt waren.

Foi legal ficar num prédio histórico muito bem cuidado. Localização perfeita, bem no início do centro histórico mas que permite que o taxi te deixe do lado. Podemos fazer tudo a pé.

Fomos no verão, sentimos calor no quarto durante a noite, o ar condicionado não dava conta de resfriar o ambiente. Parece que eles se preparam para o frio, não para o calor. Estranhei que lá não tem serviço de uber

Bom e variado sem pressão de tempo,foi tranquilo. Para o tipo de ferias que pretendiamos, a localização foi óptima, quando recorremos ao serviço do hotel para nos organizar um pasnseio a finisterra, correu tudo muito bem. Pessoal competente e organizado. Obrigado

The location was perfect. We were able to drop off our luggage and then take the car to the secure car park. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.

O Hotel Compostela tem uma localização excelente em Santiago de Compostela, o que facilita muito conhecer a cidade.

Por outro lado, nossa experiência com o atendimento não foi positiva. Sentimos falta de atenção e cordialidade por parte da equipe. Ficamos apenas uma noite e, poucos minutos após o horário previsto para o check-out, enquanto ainda estávamos organizando nossas malas para descer, recebemos uma ligação no quarto perguntando se iríamos renovar a estadia. Consideramos a abordagem bastante inconveniente e desnecessária. O café da manhã não estava incluído na tarifa que contratamos, portanto não podemos avaliá-lo.

Es la primera reseña que pongo en veinte años usando Booking. Un hotel puede estar mejor o peor pero no es admisible, en mi opinión, que la cisterna del water cargue mal y haya que estar 5 minutos pulsando el botón a ver si hay suerte, que el propio water sea un "apaño" con la parte alta de la cisterna amarilla de tener mil años y una taza renovada y que la mampara y la ducha estén reventadas del uso. No es tan caro un inodoro nuevo, ni es tan cara una mampara nueva. Entiendo que hagan una chapuza en un hostal pero no en un hotel "decente". La silla de la habitación tenía un manchurrón sabe dios de qué. Cuando comenté esto en el checkout (después de pagar, para que quedase claro que no buscaba una compensación económica) la respuesta del recepcionista fue "lo siento, tomamos nota", con bastante indiferencia, ¿estará acostumbrado? No parecía ni sorprendido. No lo entiendo.

Das Frühstück. Die Kaffeevariationen aus dem Automaten waren alle nicht genießbar. Der Raum war sehr steril. Das Angebot hätte reichhaltiger sein dürfen.

brilliant location as you cross the street and walk straight into the historic heart car park also directly opposite and not expensive so great if you have luggage etc higher floor rooms have small balconies which are very sweet we didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that but doiwnstairs is a cafe area which is very peaceful if you need some space to work

Weird, awkward, dangerous bathtub/shower, Glass door does not slide. Too close to toilet. Very precarious every time someone wants to take a shower or bath.

La cama muy cómoda. La ubicación inmejorable. Desayuno completo. El último día debíamos partir muy temprano y el personal nos entregó un desayuno-picnic para el viaje.

Modern hotel dressed up in an old building, with everything you need for a weekend. The rooms are a bit dark, but the bathroom was nice and it had a bath too, so I could soak for a while after my Camino. The location is a little way from “the action” but I don’t think that’s a bad thing, but it means it is closer to the bus/train station for departure.

Que la habitacion triple no coincidia con la de las fotos , no tenia 3 camas iguales sino una doble y un plegatín pequeño e incomodo. También los problemas generados por el colapso en el ascensor.

Las habitaciones muy amplias y las camas cómodas. La ubicación excelente y el trato del personal genial. Muy resolutivos y nos dieron buenas recomendaciones

Me gustó su ubicación y personal siempre amable y atento. Especial mención a la cafetería.

Aunque la cafetería para cenar fue increíble, reconozco que esperaba un poco más del desayuno.

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, a 5 minutos de los principales monumentos.

La limpieza, había polvo en las mesitas de noche como si no se hubiera limpiado en dos semanas. La almohada pedimos que la cambiarán porque tenía manchas pequeñas como de sangre.

Wonderful experience. Ask for the Premium room, it makes the stay extra special. This is an ancient monastery with modern additions. Pool overlooking the city, Breakfast is an amazing spread. The grounds, all seven acres, are worth seeing.

I think signage on the way up the hill that gets you to the reception area could be clearer. We stopped too soon, thinking the reception was around the first curve. Just keep going to the top of the hill to find the door.

It was nice that the held our luggage so we could tour the city after check-out before our departure. That's about all I can think of, there was nothing else special to like.

Staff was generally condescending. I don't think they Camino travelers. The hotel is rather boring. In my opinion, it does not reflect well on Santiago culture. I suspect they cater to business travelers more so than holiday travelers. There is no excitement in the hotel. I spoke to other Camino travelers who stayed at more interesting places that were a lot less expensive. I plan to stay somewhere else on the next time I visit Santiago.

The Park Da Alameda, walking distance, relaxing and fun for our 10 year old. The Cathedral and the Historical Center were close enough that you could always walk placedly back to the hotel.

The breakfast buffet could offer more options, but it was okay.
