Not a hotel this place is a pension. A step down from a hotel. reception is on the 3rd floor. Access is via tiny lift. Reception closes at 10pm. Nothing 'boutique' about this place. 2 star on google. Weird view into someones flat through window.

We loved the perfect location of this hotel, right on the edge of the old town, with all the main sights within easy walking distance but also very quiet. The staff was very friendly and the room comfortable.

The shower flooded the bathroom one day (but the staff fixed it quickly).

Το πρωϊνό ηταν ικανοποιητικο , ισως μεγαλυτερη ποικιλια τυριων και γλυκων να ειναι αναγκαια. Η περιοχη ειναι άριστη με χώρο στάθμευσης ( με πληρωμή περίπου 16 ευρω /24Η) κοντά, ολα προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια.

Just fabulous. Location is unreal. Right in the middle of everything, yet quiet. The place is spotless, gorgeous old building, high ceiling in the room, bright and lovely. Very good breakfast available. Little touches like umbrellas, and coffee throughout the day, and a book shelf, kettle in the room, eco friendly products in the bathroom, daily room cleaning service.

Realmente todo, baño con todo lo K se puede necesitar en cualquier cosa, secador, toallitas desmaquilladoras...., cama doble para uno, mini bar, tv, ubicación a 5 m. Catedral, mercado de Abastos, no te lo pierdas. GENIAL, los detalles como las flores con sus focos dicen mucho de un lugar.

Lo siento, no se me ocurre nada.

La ubicación es inmejorable para recorrer Santiago andando. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y el trato del personal fue excelente. Necesitábamos conservar en frío unos acumuladores para una medicación y nos los guardaron amablemente durante la estancia. Viajábamos tres personas y, aunque nuestra habitación tenía una cama supletoria, disponíamos de espacio suficiente para movernos sin problemas. Se nota el cuidado por los pequeños detalles: había hervidor de agua con infusiones, amenities ecológicos en el baño y una flor natural tan fresca que fue abriéndose durante nuestra estancia. El desayuno está incluido. Es un bufé pequeño, pero más que suficiente, y van preparando las cosas en el momento. También ofrecen la posibilidad de hacer el check-in después de las diez de la noche mediante códigos, algo muy cómodo si se llega tarde. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Nuestra estancia fue de diez.

Easy access, clean and very hospitable staff. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the room and services. Love the touch of flowers in the room. The hotel also makes accommodations in case one needs breakfast or is in need of directions .

La ubicación es muy buena. El personal muy amable. La habitación pequeña pero cómoda, con todo lo necesario, minibar, pava eléctrica, solo había una taza faltaba una cuchara y un plato. La limpieza es muy buena, cama cómoda, buena calidad de blancos. Aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, salvo que no tenía control remoto por lo que si tenías frio o calor durante la noche había que levantarse. Ofrecen agua con limón y café de cortesía en la recepción.

Que no tuviera recepción las 24 hs.

Good location. Interior, especially the rooms, are very well done. Recently renovated. Feel more luxurious than you would expect at this price.

Loved this little hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Santiago. Perfect location, close to all the historical sites. Also close to my relatives' hotels, and within walking distance to the bus/train station (which I had to go to three times). Loved the breakfast (they had gluten-free bread) and the all-day citrus water and coffee.

I can't think of anything, except that I would have liked to see poultry ham and yogurt, as I don't eat meat and always have yogurt in the morning. But I really enjoyed the breakfast regardless, as it was chock-full of little details.

Por encima de todo, lo mejor de este hotel es la ubicacion, esta cerca de todo el centro histórico de Santiago y se puede ir andando a todos sitios, incluso puedes ir al hotel para cualquier cosa, o sea, con diferencia la ubicacion es genial.

En nuestro caso la habitacion es muy pequeña y estuvimos 3 dias, y me pareció bastante incomodo para tantos dias, ya que la maleta no cabía o si la abrías el que no cabías eras tu, o sea, muy pequeña la habitacion. En tres dias lo que hicieron fue la cama, limpiar poco.

Lo que más me gustó fue su localización en pleno centro se puede llegar a todos los lugares de interés andando. Por otra parte la limpieza y buenas instalaciones.

Si coges el desayuno la parte que es cocinada como por ejemplo huevos a la plancha o bacon se acaban rápidamente y hay que esperar a que el cocinero los reponga (el cocinero no suele estar presente en la cocina que es la parte de atrás de la barra del bar del buffet). También se acaba muy rápido el jamón serrano y los embutidos. No he visto que lo repongan con rapidez a pesar de darse cuenta de que faltaba. Dadas las fechas (en pleno agosto) considero que deberían de estar pendiente de esas cosas para que el cliente quede más satisfecho después de apagar el desayuno. Como contrapunto la bollería y panadería es muy buena. Y el zumo de naranja natural está buenísimo.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha prenotato il taxi che ci avrebbe portato all’alba all’aeroporto. Il taxista è venuto a prenderci puntualmente proprio davanti alla porta della struttura (e vista la posizione centralissima, non è scontato).

Lovely room and really nice to have a kettle and tea bags in the room. . Excellent breakfast. Super location within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The bathroom sometimes smelt of the drains. Mosquitoes got in through open windows and I was quite badly bitten, but this was not the hotels fault. Ensure the outside blinds are down before you open any window!!

En general todo bien, pero cierto que el baño de nuestra habitación para tres, era muy pequeño con lo incómodo que resulta. A los colchones habría que darles una revisión porque algunos ya están algo blandos. Y esto no es achacable al hotel, pero el olor en portal y ascensor a ""diesel o gasóleo de caldera era por días algo insoportable "". No sé si tendrá solución, pero resulta bastante desagradable montarse en el ascensor teniendo en cuenta que se encuentra en un tercero...

Très bien placé: le bus pour l'aéroport est à 3 minutes à pied, la gare à 10 minutes. En plein centre, proche de la cathédrale, des restaurants, un supermarché pas loin pour faire quelques courses. Accueil très sympa Extrêmement propre Jolie chambre, grande, avec beaucoup de cachet

Eigentlich alles... Mein Zimmer hatte eine historische Steinmauer. Die Lage war super und recht ruhig. Das Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Mit dem Rolladen konnte man das Zimmer gut abdunkeln.

Im Badezimmer gab es einen ziemlichen Kanalgeruch.

Absolutamente todo! La ubicación es inmejorable, a la entrada del casco histórico pero a 50 metros del parking plaza de Galicia , por lo que es practiquísimo si vienes con coche. Se llega caminando a cualquier punto de interés o restaurantes en menos de 5 minutos. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y cuentan con todo lo necesario para un descanso impecable. Es muy silencioso a la noche. El personal es súper amable y nos atendieron de maravilla. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Thus is a small but very comfortable hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The mini bar was great to have as the weather was hot. The hotel is perfectly placed for sight seeing and within walking distance of the cathedral, shops and restaurants in the old part of town and the new shopping area. Breakfast cost €10 and there was a buffet which was plentiful and freshly made. I caught the bus from the airport which cost €1 and took about 35 minutes. I would ask for the stop near the Hotel Compostela next to Santander and the hotel is a minute walk from there.

The lift was a squeeze but if that is the only thing you can find any small fault with, then you know it must be good 👍

La ubicación, la decoración, la limpieza y el buen trato del personal. Podías tomar una taza de café siempre que quisieras de recepción. Había hervidor de agua e infusiones en la habitación. Muy acogedor! Dejé las maletas en consigna hasta mi hora de salida de la ciudad.

Me costó encontrar la recepción, que está en el tercer piso.

La propiedad es hermosa ya que las fachadas son antiguas

Die Lage war wirklich klasse, direkt in der Altsadt in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants, Kathedrale uvm Unterkunft ist aussen etwas unscheinbar und wir haben sie tatsächlich anfangs nicht gefunden, die Zimmer sind echt spitze und es ist alles sehr sauber, auch das Frühstück können wir empehlen, es ist auch sehr ruhig in der Seitengasse - man hört keinen Lärm, ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen,

Beware: 24 hours before my reservation they messaged me on WhatsApp (while I was on the Camino with limited internet) and told me that due to “system error” my reservation had to be cancelled and that they had booked me in another hotel across the street. The new hotel, although supposedly “equal,” had lower rating and reviews on booking.com (it was nest style, check for yourself). It was indeed just a standard hotel with broken shades and outdated bathroom instead of the “boutique” style of Mapoula. I found the whole thing done in poor taste, they gave me no options to choose where to stay I instead and only after I complained did they offer to cancel and try to refund. At that point most good accommodations were booked and I really had no choice. Terrible customer service. ¡Cuidado! 24 horas antes de mi reserva me enviaron un mensaje por WhatsApp (mientras yo hacía el Camino y tenía acceso limitado a internet) para decirme que, debido a un «error del sistema», debían cancelar mi reserva y que me habían alojado en otro hotel al otro lado de la calle. El nuevo hotel, aunque supuestamente «equivalente», tenía una valoración y unas reseñas inferiores en Booking.com (se llamaba Nest Style; compruébalo tú mismo). En realidad, era un hotel convencional, con persianas rotas y un baño anticuado, muy lejos del estilo «boutique» de Mapoula. Me pareció una actuación de muy mal gusto: no me dieron opciones para elegir dónde alojarme y solo tras presentar una queja se ofrecieron a cancelar la reserva y tramitar el reembolso. Para entonces, la mayoría de los buenos alojamientos ya estaban reservados y realmente no tuve otra opción. Un servicio de atención al cliente pésimo.

Great location right in the city centre. The room was small but cozy, and everything was very clean. Check-in was very easy, even though I arrived after reception had already closed. This was my second time staying here, and it was even quieter than the first time. During my previous stay I could hear people in the neighbouring rooms, but this time it was completely quiet. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Santiago.

A little bit of noise from people walking outside because my room was on the first floor, but it wasn't a problem and I slept well.

Location, the ac worked great. The mini fridge in the room.. the friendly staff. The security around the rooms at night made me feel safe. Highly recommended

Receptionist was excellent - clear and with great rec's of places and things to do. Very flexible on leaving bags and accommodating us as we drifted in and out on our last afternoon in the heat.

I mean the room wasn't big but we didn't expect that. It's what we booked.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was so helpful, his English was incredible, he is a real asset for the place. The lady who checked us out was really helpful too, we could leave our luggage as long as we wanted, it's in the centre, you can walk everywhere. I will definitely come back

Best place I've stayed in Santiago. Employees are lovely. Room is clean with AC and window blackout shades. Bed is the most comfortable bed I've experienced in the past 3 weeks of travel. I didn't want to get up! Breakfast was good, fantastic scrambled eggs. Location was a close walk to Cathedral and Alameda Park. I loved my stay! Hope to return again.
