Комнаты были не первой свежести, есть запах. Слишком дорогая цена для кровати ребенку, в сутки запросили 40 евро. При других отелях это бесплатно или минимальная цена (например в Радиссон 15 евро). В комнате не было обычных салфеток.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour au Nippon hotel, emplacement ideal pour visiter la ville, chambre très propre et litetie confortable, petit déjeuné varié et surtout personnel gentil, serviable et souriant. Mention spéciale à Kenan 🙏

ثاني إقامة في فندق nippon ولن تكون الأخيره أبداً ، طاقم العمل في قمة الإحترافية والاخلاق وخدومين جداً وفي غاية الأدب والاحترام ومتواجدين دائماً في الخدمه وأشكر بالأخص السيده نانسي والسيد فرات على ماقدموه خصوصاً السيده نانسي ، حيث حصلت لي مشكله اثناء فترة اقامتي اضطررت من خلالها على المغادره والعوده للكويت وكان لدي متبقي من اقامتي 11 يوم غير قابله للاسترجاع لكن تم تعويضي بإقامة جديده مقابل مبلغ اقل بكثير وترقية حجزي القادم وهذا موقف يشكرون عليه جداً

فقط كان التكييف حار وقد ابلغتهم بالملاحظه

Wonderful stay at Nippon Hotel Istanbul! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was amazing—very professional, kind, and always helpful. We stayed in the Penthouse, which was beautiful, huge, and very spacious. The service was excellent. Every day they brought fresh fruit or sweets to our room. On our last day, they even gave us a sweet gift when we left, which was a very nice touch! The breakfast was awesome, with lots of food and great options to start the day. We will definitely come back!

スタッフがみんな素晴らしい👍入り口の階段で困っていたらすぐ荷物運ぶのを手伝ってくれて、フロントでは早い時間だったのに、なるべく早くお部屋用意しようとしてくれて、待ってる間にコーヒーいただけて一息つくことができました。 空港バス乗り場も近くて、ほんとに歩いて1分。便利な場所です。

シャンプーがリンスインタイプだったのが残念

Our suite was very nice, but there was constant 24h noise from the air system of the nearby hotel.

ブッキングドットコムで予約した直後からコミュニケーションが始まり、あらゆる質問、要望に答えてくれました。泊まる直前にはワッツアップでコミュニケーションができ、不安無く泊まることができました。空港バスから近いことなど抜群のロケーション、要望に対しての迅速なきめ細やかな対応には感心しました。ニッポンなんて名前を付けて…なんて思いましたが、日本人とか関係無く良いホテルでした。

ツアーをホテルで払えると良いかと思いました。

Our stay was perfect. Everyone was so helpful and nice trying their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially Burak and ilker at the reception special thanks to them :) . The breakfast had a variety of things, and it was delicious and fresh. Such a nice stay will definitely come again and totally recommend

Отель расположен рядом с площадью Таксим и остановкой автобусов в/из аэропорта. Чистый просторный номер. При заселении ожидала вода и фрукты. Вкусный завтрак (шведский стол) с горячими блюдами. Хороший вариант для длительной пересадки. На прощание подарили рахат-лукум :)

Hotel is located in Taksim and is very close to the airport shuttle bus stop. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Metro station is within walking distance. Basically, you can reach major tourist attractions by Metro F1 and then T1.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I was not disappointed. In fact, my stay exceeded my expectations. A lovely surprise was the plate of fresh fruit waiting for me in my room after check-in. The next time I visit Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again, also because of its excellent location. It is just a few minutes' walk from Taksim Square, the metro station, the funicular connecting Taksim with Kabataş, and the nostalgic tram that runs along Istiklal Caddesi.

The hotel lobby is accessed by a few steps. The staff are happy to help with luggage, but the entrance may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

location was a very good location, rooms were super clean and new, bed was super comfort , sweets and fruits as compliment was an amazing surprise , break fast was super nice , specially staff in hotel very friendly .

Nippon Hotel Taksim'in göbeğinde çok temiz ve beklentilerimin üstünde bir tesisti. Biz check-in yaparken çok kalabalık bir grup da otele giriş yapmaya çalışıyordu, ona rağmen hiç beklemeden giriş yaptık. Odaya girdiğimiz her gün çeşitli ikram ve ufak notlarla karşılanmak da çok hoşumuza gitti. Temiz, donanımlı ve iyi bir otelde kalmak iyi hissettirdi. Otelin personelinin çok nazik ve yardımcı olduğunu da söylemeliyim.

Biz UEFA finalinin olduğu gece otelde kaldık. Etrafta ciddi bir gürültü vardı. Otelin ses yalıtımı biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Sadece bunun eksikliğini hissettim.

위치 좋고 깔끔하고 주변도 안전했다. 공항버스 타는 곳이랑 정말 가까워서 왔다갔다 하기 정말 편했다!

This is my 3rd time visiting this hotel, one of the best in Taksim if not the best, the staff there are amazing and the breakfast there is amazing also. shout out to Vorkan, Mert & Forat which helped me massively and they were super respectful, best staff ever

One of the best, so clean and comfortable, food is great. The staff are all amazing and welcoming (with no exception). I felt like am at home honestly. It is away from the noise, in a safe area and 5 min walking away from Taksi. Square.
