The neighborhood is very noisy and the building in front are under construction so it was noisy! They start early in the morning! It s not the cleanest also! Very average I would say

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the experience. Amina and Yasin were especially friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.

The staff, especially the Moroccan lady who was at the front desk.

I booked a triple room and they assigned me a double with a pull out couch. The lady was kind enough to cancel the rest of my reservation, but that meant that I needed to change hotels and reserve at the last minute (I preferred it to having to go over his bed each time).

It was clean and suitable.

I was there only one night , definitely not my choice

The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel felt safe and comfortable. There is a good variety of breakfast options. I have to say that although the elevators were a little tight inside and don't have an air conditioner, they quickly arrive at your desired floor.

If the weather was hotter, it would have been a little uncomfortable using the elevator since there is no air conditioner. Also, the elevator is small. If guests facing the street are not used to a little noise coming outside their window at night, it could be bothersome, but for us, it did not disrupt our sleep since the windows were closed.

This is a fantastic hotel if you're looking to stay right in the heart of the tourist area. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to all the main attractions, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.

It was very close to Istiklal. No more than a half a minute walk. The facilities are clean and new. Room was spacious, beds comfortable and toilet clean. Housekeeping was punctual and always kept the room clean. The reception more than helpful and super nice. Onur was always smiling and kind (he also has a great singing voice) Yassin was super helpful as well. Breakfast had great variety and was very good as well. My stay was everything I needed it to be. Won’t be my last time!

There were some nightclubs at night that were loud, but after all the Istanbul walking, we passed out anyway.

-Great location, always in heart of Taksim/Istiklal street. -Good breafast with variety of optinos -Good rooms, decent space around beds, clean washrooms -Co-operative staff, they solve the problem that you face. The lady there listened our issue and solved as. Omer and other guy helped in moving luggage to and from taxi. -Cleaning service was excellent on daily basis

Initiall got a room with semi transarent glass attached washroom. probably good for partners, but not with me and my son. so on request they moved us to new room. really appreciate this

The receptionist was very helpful

I booked this room five months in advance and paid for a 4-star stay. The moment I arrived, exhausted after a long trip, the manager casually informed me of a “technical problem” - my confirmed room simply didn’t exist for them anymore. No apology, no real explanation, just a shrug and a downgrade. They dumped me across the street into a 2-star property that goes for half the price of what I paid - no compensation offered, no acknowledgment that I’d paid for something completely different. To make matters worse, that hotel sat right on a loud street, and I spent the entire first night wide awake listening to traffic and noise instead of getting any rest after a long journey. My original booking was never even cancelled in their system either - so on paper I’m still “checked in” somewhere I never stayed, which is its own mess to sort out later. Five months of planning, full advance payment, and this is what “confirmed reservation” means to them: nothing. If a hotel can’t guarantee a room booked half a year out, they shouldn’t be allowed to take bookings that far ahead. Zero communication, zero accountability, a bait-and-switch that cost me money, sleep, and the vacation I’d planned for. Do not trust this place with your booking. Save yourself the stress and stay anywhere else.

I accidentally booked the room without breakfast, even though I intended to include it. I contacted the hotel and Booking.com, but unfortunately it could not be changed. Since I had booked the room for my elderly parents, the manager kindly offered them breakfast as a complimentary gesture. This meant a lot to me and showed great kindness and hospitality. We truly appreciated it.

I had a wonderful stay at Premist Hotel Taksim and I would definitely recommend it! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was always clean, safe, and secure. The location is also very convenient for exploring Istanbul. But honestly, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was incredibly lovely, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Onur, who was extremely helpful and provided excellent service every time I needed something. I unfortunately don’t know the names of the other staff members, but they were all genuinely kind, friendly, and professional. They really made my stay even better. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my entire stay. Thank you to the whole team for making my time in Istanbul so enjoyable! I would happily stay here again.

Les chambres ne correspondent pas du tout aux photos -j’en ai essayé 2, la première minuscule avec douche/wc encastrée dans la chambre parois en verre- ne sont ABSOLUMENT PAS INSONORISÉES, on entendait tous les bruits, palier, tv du voisin, et le pire : la rue !! Concerts live dans les bars en bas jusqu’à 4:00, bruit ambiant, discussions, passant qui crie sur les coups de 6:00. Pour la deuxième expérience dans cet hôtel, ce fut une catastrophe. Pareil pour mes accompagnants : nous ne reviendrons pas chez Premist Hôtel Taksim.

Nothing to like at all!

DO NOT STAY at this Premist Hotel Taksim in Istanbul. They are liars and scammers!!! I booked 2 x Family Rooms for 2 families, 2 adults and 2 kids per family room (total 4 adults and 4 x kids), paid online as non-refundable, informed them arrival midnight. When we came to the hotel they said as if we registered 2 adults only per room, we said why would you book expensive family rooms for 2 people only? They cheated in booking and added as if max 2 ppl allowed per family room - SCAM. I said it's midnight, okay, how much do we need to pay for 2 kids in prepaid family rooms, they showed me the pre-made schedule on the wall (Scammers) with 40-60 EUR per additional kid, I said Okay! I am paying! and then they said there are no available family rooms and we need to stay in standard rooms where we could not fit of course. Do not book family rooms it's a BIG SCAM. They are CHEATERS! Put hidden option on booking as if only 2 people max allowed. In family rooms. Do not trust photos, all photos on booking pages are FAKE, everything is absolutely ridiculous. Real photos attached. Do not believe that there is car access or parking - you have to stop or park 1 km away and carry your bags by stony roads (no pavement). The bathroom is glassed and it's built inside the room as it was not there and added later on. photos attached. The bad SMELL of drainage channels is in the rooms. The beds are very small, smaller than queen size, do not believe the comments from the owner. photos attached. The noise from other rooms and from the street are in your room (from all rooms on all levels). The rooms are very small, even with small double bed extra bed doesn't fit you can hardly walk. photos attached. The building is very old and additional supporting beams installed to avoid ruining. photos attached. The furniture is very old. The breakfast is very poor and canteen is underground from 1970th literally. I am still waiting for my payment return.

The only good thing was the location, as it’s close to Taksim and Istiklal.. The hotel is average the staff at reception whatever you ask them they don’t have any idea and didn’t give any information only check in and they give key, that’s it no one ever offers assistance..

The staff didn’t help at all; whenever we asked them for anything, they just said, ‘We have nothing to do with that.’ And also, we had put a sign on the door saying not to enter, as we were going on a trip. When we returned at the end of the day and asked for our water, which is supposed to be provided daily in the room, they simply told us, ‘We don’t handle that; it’s just with housekeeping.

Das Hotel braucht mal eine Renovierung die Matratzen waren sehr schlecht habe nach zwei Tagen Aufenthalt Rücken schmerzen bekommen weil die Matratzen durch gelegen sind

They truly need to add isolation for the sound as it very loud street and they indeed need to add black out curtains

Location is very good, close to the Taksim metro station and shopping centers. Very hospitable staff: they allowed to check in at 11. Clean rooms.

The hotel is very good, and the location is right in the heart of Taksim. We liked everything. The only thing I didn't like was the reception staff. They were quite reserved and not very communicative, and there wasn't the warm welcome I've experienced in many Turkish hotels.

I didn't like that the reception staff didn't provide much information. There was an elevator, but we had to climb some very narrow stairs.

К сожалению нужен хороший ремонт в здание и помещение где завтраки прямо пахнет при входе

Расположение отличное. Отзывчевый персонал. Нормальный завтрак. Локация супер. Свежий ремонт. Удобные матрасы с хорошим постельным бельем. Советую сразу бронировать номер с балконом, стандарты очень маленькие, с окном в колодец и постоянным шумом кодиционера. Поэтому пришлось поменять номер. Еще очень приятная цена у этого отеля.

Понравилось все, кроме номера стандарт.

Lo único que rescato del hotel es la amabilidad y buena disposición en todo momento de ONUR, es lejos lo mejor y lo único bueno que tiene el hotel.

Es nuestra tercera vez en el hotel y la verdad es que volvimos solo por la ubicación, pero no volveremos jamás. Fue lejos la peor experiencia, la señora que estaba durante el check in, fue muy grosera y agresiva. Después de haber volado toda la noche pagando una noche extra para poder llegar am y descansar, nos dijo que no tenían nuestras habitaciones, cuando habíamos avisado que llegaríamos am. Por supuesto que no nos dio las habitaciones por las que habíamos pagado y nos dio unas de categoría inferior que eran del terror. Conclusión todo MAL!
