Occidental Aran Park

Tutto

Perfetto

Nulla

The area was very quiet and breakfast was OK too

The bathroom wasn’t working properly and it was a very bad smell was coming from the bathroom. The door key wasn’t working properly. We call the front desk many times to come and open for us and the elevator is very very small to take family of seven.

Struttura molto grande, zona tranquilla e residenziale. Staff gentile, struttura pulita.

Hotel comodissimo, pulitissimo, ottima colazione. Personale gentilissimo. Insomma tutto ISSIMO!!!

Room was tired and no tea making facilities Breakfast was barely warm and very repetitive Housekeeping came in everyday but missed different areas Reception staff lacked welcoming on arrival however when we reported issues with the room they were prompt at responding The hotel is in a quiet area but is a bus and train ride into Roma about 45 min each journey

Brokastis bija labad.

Ļoti ļoti netīrs un smaka pēc pelējuma. Ļoti slikti.

Staff molto gentile, cena fantastica benche' fossi vegano

Hotel moderno stanze spaziose tutto perfetto

This hotel provides everything you could want for a comfortable stay. A little difficult to get to but great breakfast and clean rooms serviced each day. Rome was hot so it would have been nice to have a pool. Another downside is you can not extend your stay at reception, it all has to be done online. Great staff at the hotel who are friendly and accommodating.

Bell hotel e bella camera.

the employees

rooms are not so update, they need to be restored and renewed

Quite place in a nice and green suburban area. Rooms are clean and large with pleasant balcony. The staff is kind and try to do their best helping out guests

The locking system of the room doors does not work properly, often requiring card replacement. This has happened to me already other times during other visits at this hotel and several other guests complained about the malfunctioning of the room doors. This is obviously a known flaw that the hotel management shall solve. Wi-fi connection is not very fast and Internet signal of mobile is quite poor in the hotel area. Air conditioning system is noisy and temperature cannot easily be adjusted.

The hotel clean and queit

The bed is uncomfortable.

Parcheggio gratuito.

NULLA.

Comodità

Stanza e bagno

Il ristorante

We were suppose to stay in room 533, but had to change room because it smelled of mould - very badly! New room was fine! Beds ok and cleaning too. Silent area, but the hotel is a bit rundown in general.

The breakfast should have a wide variety.

The AC was barely working…In the first room we had, it didn’t work at all, the AC was on almost an entire day and the room temperature was still 30 degrees so we had to change the room. They gave us another room because you couldn’t sleep at night with that temperature in there, the ac wasn’t the best there either but better than in the first room. There were red stains on the bed sheets, the entire hotel is outdated, in the bathroom there were some broken and moving tiles and the worst part was the fact that 1 or 2 days after I left the hotel bites resembling bed bugs bites started appearing on my body, now I’m not saying there were bed bugs but while we stayed there they were changing mattresses on our floor, how stupid we were booking this hotel, one time shame on you two times shame on me but it will never happen.

The location

In the booking it is stated that the room is fully air conditioned instead it was not. When I reported to the desk man they told me it will restor immediately instead they brought me a noisy electric fan. It is a really bad experience during my stay.

Easy to find with secure parking

The bus came frequently (well every 15-20 minutes) . So although it was about 40 minutes or so from centre, the transport to and from the hotel wasn’t bad.

Our room was under the restaurant and from 5am and some times at night everyday , it sounded like chairs being dragged in the ceiling. So it was extremely noisy that I couldn’t sleep. The other room another family member was sleeping in, the lights went out one evening and I think the electricity as well so that was rather unfortunate. The bathroom and style of the rooms are old school and archaic so the corners are dark, almost mouldy and/or chipped. We found little millipedes in the rooms, not just one.
