Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ausgewogen. Ebenso ist das Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal in der Bar ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr gut zu befahren.

Für Rombesuche liegt das Hotel viel zu weit außerhalb. Die Umgebung des Hotels wirkt nicht gerade einladen und die U-Bahn ist schlecht fussläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt aber vom Hotel einen Shuttleservice zur U-Bahn.

Las instalaciones, el desayuno con muchas opciones, terraza muy buena para tomar algo en la quinta planta, el trasfer gratuito para coger metro hacia Roma y el parking gratis. Tiene gimnasio pequeño pero con máquinas modernas y con un amplio horario de apertura.

La cena el primer día, es con menú, tardan muchísimo en servir y la pasta y el risotto estaban crudos. Los demás días bien.

Todo excelente! Tuvimos un pequeño problema al llegar, sin dudarlo nos buscaron soluciones. Nos sentimos cómodos en todo momento. El jefe de servicio, Francesco, habla español y eso se agradece mucho. La habitación inmaculada, todo en el lugar perfecto. En el auinto piso tiene un restaurante donde la comida es deliciosa. En la mañana el desayuno buffet tenia muchas opciones (hasta para celiacos). Queda un poco alejado, pero existe un servicio gratuito de traslado al metro. Lo recomiendo!

Ужасный завтрак, «каменные» подушки и убитые номера — отель только для ночевки на трассе, не для отдыха в Риме Оценка: 3/10 Останавливались здесь с ребенком на 4 ночи (с 7 по 11 сентября). Отель расположен очень далеко от центра Рима, это самая настоящая глушь. Вокруг ничего нет, чтобы куда-то добраться, нужно постоянно ездить на машине. Из плюсов могу отметить только два момента: 1. Ребята на стойке регистрации очень отзывчивые, заселение прошло быстро. 2. Наличие подземного паркинга. Хотя, честно говоря, учитывая, что отель находится практически за городом, на улице можно встать где угодно. Теперь о минусах, которых гораздо больше: Отель старый, уставший и крайне убитый. В номере всё обшарпано и оставляет неприятное впечатление. В первый же день на постельном белье было пятно, но поменяли его только на третий день! Сейф в номере не работал, бара нет. Отдельная боль — это сон. Матрас очень твердый (на любителя), но подушки — это просто каменные кирпичи. Спать на них было абсолютно невозможно, 4 дня превратились в какой-то ад. Завтраки — это полная беда. Ассортимент крайне маленький, есть практически нечего. За 4 дня пребывания помидоры были вонючими, а огурцы — подгнившими и пересушенными. Я часто бываю в Риме, но такого ужасного завтрака не встречал нигде. Крайне недоволен проживанием. Положительные отзывы об этом месте вызывают недоумение. Не рекомендую этот отель для отдыха с детьми, если вы хотите комфорта и вкусной еды.

Camere non insonorizzate. Doccia parzialmente funzionante.

Lo staff gentile e disponibile. Ns figlio ha avuto un problema di salute e si sono prodigati per aiutarci.

All'arrivo ci hanno dato una stanza nella quale si sentivano i rumori degli scarichi dei piani superiori e cattivi odori. Alla richiesta di cambio, non hanno esitato ed hanno risolto con un cambio immediato.

La atención del personal fue excelente, hay un servicio de traslado desde el hotel a la estación de tren Laurentina y viceversa cada media hora, el desayuno fenomenal!!!

Reception by Marco was welcoming and professional. We had reservations for the Galleria Borghese and he quickly arranged a taxi for us. The Family Room was as advertised and exceeded our expectations; it was pristine and the bathroom was a dream.

The only drawback was the distance to the city center, but I specifically wanted a hotel close to the airport.

Solo una persona en el desayuno era poco amable. El resto del personal excelente! Hablaban en inglés y eran muy empaticos y serviciales.

Struttura molto bella e curata, personale cortese e disponibile, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Numerosi plus: garage privato collegato da ascensori, navetta gratuita per la stazione della metro, nella hall distributori di snack, caffetteria e acqua (quest'ultima gratuita), palestra. Stanza bella, pulita, luminosa e con ottima climatizzazione, dotata di tutto: cassetta di sicurezza, phon, tv 50", frigo a completa disposizione del cliente, senza le solite carissime confezioni e bottiglie mignon a prendere inutilmente posto, ma con 2 bottiglie di acqua omaggio. Colazione molto varia servita in una bella sala all'ultimo piano, completa l'offerta sia dolce che salata, anche se le paste dolci non erano di buona qualità. A 5 minuti di auto ci sono il Grande Raccordo Anulare e 2 grandissimi centri commerciali, comodi per ogni bisogno.

Il rovescio della medaglia (di cui eravamo a conoscenza fin dalla prenotazione) è che l'hotel è abbastanza distante dal centro, anche il quartiere non è proprio bellissimo, comunque lo consiglierei a chi, come noi, lo può raggiungere in auto. La navetta gratuita è di aiuto, ma non consente una totale autonomia di movimento. Come già detto, le paste dolci della colazione non erano buone, aggiungo anche che nel bagno, seppur bellissimo e funzionale, c'era la vasca, che reputo una soluzione superata e poco pratica.

יש חניה תת קרקעית חינם, שזה נח. המקום נקי והצוות אדיב ושירותי. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת- מגוונת יחסית למלונות באירופה בעיניי. קפוצינו טעים במקום שאפשר לבקש בכל שעות היום. קרח ומים קרים שאפשר למלא בלובי. החדר נקי ומרווח. המיקום לא קרוב למרכז אבל זה לא בעיה כשיש רכב. וגם כשאין- יש שירות שאטלים לרכבת במהלך היום. הייתי לגמרי חוזרת ושמחה שסגרנו שם! ממליצה.

קצת הפריע שהאקוסטיקה לא אטומה לגמרי לרעשים. מיקום לא מרכזי למרות שזאת לא בעיה כי יש שאטל/ רכב

Die Umgebung sieht ein bisschen schmuddelig aus.

Come sempre lo staff è un valore aggiunto, personale disponibile e cortese, pronto a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente.

Purtroppo in questo soggiorno ha influito negativamente il problema dei black out elettrici del quartiere, che hanno impedito di usufruire appieno dei servizi offerti.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help. One of the biggest advantages was the free shuttle service to Laurentina Metro Station, which made getting to the city centre of Rome quick, easy, and stress-free. The hotel offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Warmthotel again on our next visit to Rome. Beh la struttura è ben strutturata sia per il parcheggio che per le camere staff disponibilissimo e cortese presenza di colonnina all'interno del parcheggio per ricaricare auto elettrica.

Clientela che ha parcheggiato in maniera un pò selvaggia (Furgoni NCC che dovrebbero e dico dovrebbero saper guidare )a scapito dei posti auto che sono diminuiti. E chi ha utilizzato lo stallo del posto di ricarica non ha poi chiuso la catenella...

Very kind staff! We came late to the hotel (after 22h) and didn't eat anything yet, the kitchen closes but the guy at the reception called the kitchen and managed to arrange a spot in the restaurant and a salad. Very kind to go the extra mile.

Kit bagno assente (ero già stato ospite di questo hotel e solitamente in bagno fanno trovare un kit da barba molto utile, mancando mi sono trovato in difficoltà

Soggiorno di lavoro, ottima posizione se si deve rimanere in zona EUR. Camera comoda e accogliente, ottima linea wi-fi, ottima colazione, staff attento e cortese. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio interno gratuito.

Unico neo: mi è stata assegnata una camera fronte strada, nessun problema se non fosse che alle 6:00 del mattino sono stata svegliata da una serie di rumori che ho poi scoperto provenire dal mercato settimanale, proprio fuori dal mio terrazzino. E non è stato piacevole.

anche se decentrato rispetto il centro, la struttura mette a disposizione della clientela una navetta gratuita per raggiungere la vicina stazione della metro. Garage al coperto e compreso nel prezzo. Alla sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante interno: prezzi onesti, qualtà e cortesia del personale. Colazione intercontinentale buona.

La disponibilità in reception ,la pulizia della camera e il letto comodo

Buona posizione centrale per arrivare, in auto, nelle città e nei lidi più belli che ci sono in zona. La struttura ha dei buoni servizi, il parcheggio davanti casa in strada, lavatrice, cucina ben attrezzata e ampi spazi.

Il letto è piccolo e manca un area dove far asciugare i capi bagnati. Peccato anche per il rumore che si sente di notte provenire dalla strada e dall’altro appartamento, nel caso in cui ci siano i vicini, c’è anche odore di chiuso nella casa.

Beautiful hotel with lovely and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more. I was really surprised. It's a little bit outside of the centre, but we travelled with scooters for a VESPA event and could easily reach the centre. Also an Uber ride to centre will cost you just about €20. If you prefer public transport, the hotel offers a shuttle bus to the nearest metro station/bus stop. The breakfast bar is full of delicious freshly prepared food The restaurant offers a great variet of delicious food at fair price - perfect if you don't feel like going around to look for a place to eat The rooftop bar offers delicious drinks with a refreshing breeze and shade even on the hot summer afternoons. For a little extra (€5) they will also add some tapas (we were given fresh focaccia with mortadella, olives and bowls of cantonese rice - perfect for an afternoon snack with your cocktails) The rooms are big, comfy and full of space, comfortable beds, big shower with bathtub, new sets of toiletries every day, fresh water every day, if you run out of it, just ask for more, the staff will be happy to give you more. I loved the little bags with hairbands, as I keep on losing mine ones. I will make sure not to lose these as they are super soft. Struttura molto, moderna, pulita e attenta hai dettagli. Personale gentile e disponibile. La palestra inclusa nel prezzo e un tocco in più per gli sportivi che non vogliono perdere il loro allenamento anche in vacanza. Garage gratuito e sotterraneo è un confort e una tranquillita extra.

It is 3 km far from Laurentina metro station, but there is a free mini bus which is available after booking at the reception.

Camere pulite, staff giovane e professionale, attento e puntuale, una buona sorpresa. La posizione per me era interessante per la vicinanza con l’aeroporto. Dispone di un ristorante al piano alto (roof top) con prezzi tutto sommato in linea.

L’area antistante l’albergo non proprio invitante, il parcheggio dovrebbe a mio avviso essere segnalato meglio

L'affabilità e la competenza di tutto il personale, dalla reception al personale addetto alle colazioni e al personale addetto alle pulizie. Un particolare apprezzamento per la cordialità e competenza di riccardo alla reception.

Purtroppo con il nuovo sistema di connessione wi-fi gratuito è diventato più problematico il collegamento e l'utilizzo della stessa rete.

Отель расположен достаточно далеко от центра города, поэтому экономия на стоимости проживания частично нивелируется регулярными расходами на общественный транспорт. Также разочаровало состояние балкона - создавалось впечатление, что его не убирали очень долгое время. Кроме того, искусственное освещение в номере было довольно тусклым, из-за чего вечером не хватало света для комфортного пребывания.
