Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questa struttura per 9 notti e siamo stati benissimo!!! Il direttore dell'hotel (Roubos), persona squisita, ci ha coccolati fin dal primo giorno non facendoci mancare nulla ed accontentadoci in ogni richiesta. L'ultimo giorno, avendo un volo alle 18, ci ha permesso di trascorrere la giornata in piscina e ci ha offerto una courtesy room per lavarci prima di andare in aereoporto! La struttura è veramente molto bella, dotata di una splendida piscina ed anche di una piccola palestra. La pulizia delle camere è eccellente, la colazione e la cena sono a buffet e sono entrambe molto ricche. La posizione è ottima, circa 50 metri dalla spiaggia di Kamari. La nostra vacanza a Santorini è stata eccezionale e la permanenza in questa struttura è stata veramente fondamentale, sicuramente ci torneremo!

Una vacanza da ricordare Hotel a 10 passi dal mare, con accesso diretto a spiaggia, minimarket e via centrale piena di ristoranti e locali cocktail. Pulizia impeccabile e gentilezza, oltre alla cura di tutto il soggiorno degli ospiti rendono la struttura un vero gioiello! Un grazie al Manager dell'hotel che ci ha coccolato per l'intero soggiorno. La scelta migliore per chi vuole soggiornare a Santorini in una posizione comoda e centrale.

Such a little gem, gorgeous hotel with lovely rooms. Pool area is great with comfortable beds. All you could ask for breakfast. Location is perfect for a walk to the beach or to nearby restaurants. We have stayed 2 nights and off to Naxos but have decided to return at the end of our trip as well.

Nothing to fault at all

Very welcoming from the begining until the end. Personal is helpful and charming. The hotel is well located, beautiful with the diferent forme of Greece architectural mini houses and formes. The pool was amaizing, my kid love it and the palm trees creates a vibe like in the movie, especialy in the evening with great souround music. I enjoyed also the gym and the airplanes that goes very close to you. The owner of the hotel takes the pulse from the ground, not surprise why is this environment like perfect. I trully recomand.

Mesto je na savršenoj poziciji, blizu plaže, a ipak je mirno. Savršeno je za porodilni odmor. Bazen je uvek čist, osoblje je super prijatno i uvek su tu da pomognu, hrana je odlična (mi smo doplatili za polupansion i nismo pogrešili). Sobe su prostrane, renovirane, čiste sa velikim terasama koje gledaju na lepu baštu ili na bazen. Mi dmo bili sa klincem od pet godina i mogu reći da je ovo prvi put da nisam razmišljao o tome da negde može nešto da mu se desi, jer je sve potpuno obezbeđeno. Imaju ograđen parking koji se ne plaća dodatno i sve je osigurano. Mislim da je ovo jedna od najboljih opcija za uložen novac za Santorini.

Aerodrom je relativno blizu, na nekoliko km, ali to važi za celo mesto Kamari. Ovo i nije negativna stvar ako se uzme u obzir da ste brzo u hotelu kada sletite. Plaže na celom Santoriniju nisu za malu decu.

L'établissement est idéalement situé à Kamari, proche des plages et des boutiques et restaurants, cet hôtel est propre et très agréable encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la force de cet hôtel, c'est son équipe.Suite à un petit accident m'ayant causé une entorse à la cheville, le personnel a été d'une bienveillance et d’une aide précieuses à mon égard. Ils ont pris le temps de m'assister et de s'assurer que je ne manque de rien. De plus, ils ont fait preuve d’une grande flexibilité en m’accordant un départ tardif (late check-out), ce qui m’a grandement soulagé(e) pour mon organisation dans cet état.Un immense merci du fond du cœur à toute l'équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme exceptionnels. Juste les lits je pense que l’établissement peut faire un effort pour changer les lits qui sont pas très confortable

Fint hotell nära stranden. Alla var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma och hotellet hade bra stämning. Bekväma rum och bra frukost. Vi var där en vecka och hade en fantastisk semester.

We have stayed at the Rose Bay hotel for a week and it has been one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at for summer holidays. The facilities were really well maintained and clean followed by the staff and manager’s kindness, welcoming and always paying attention to my family and I. This hotel truly has an amazing atmosphere. If we come back to Santorini again in the future, for sure we will be staying at this lovely hotel again without doubt! ¡Hasta pronto! Hotel fantastico, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, stanza spaziosa e confortevole; piscina bellissima, molto apprezzata dal nostro bambino. Colazione internazionale varia e abbondante, cucina molto buona. Staff disponile e gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Breakfast was rich and delicious. The five-course à la carte dinner was simply amazing—portions were generous and incredibly tasty. A gifted young chef who truly elevates the dining experience. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our family’s special thanks go to Ariela, who is a true gem—always present, exceptionally attentive and caring. She won the heart of our 5-year-old daughter. The pool was spotless, with a great section for kids to enjoy safely. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the sea, cafés, and shops, everything within easy reach

Very good buffet breakfast. Cannot think of anything they didn’t provide. Room kept very clean as was the pool area which is nice and private. Two minute walk to the beach and promenade where there is plenty of taverna’s and bars. Have stayed here before and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Clean, staff were very polite and very helpful. The hotel manager even bought my Wife’s jacket to the airport which she left in the room, refusing to accept payment when I picked it up from him. Very good!

This was an exceptionally comfortable hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good too.

Exceptional Staff Service Location at the beginning of Amari beach - 50 meters (20 minutes from the airport) As opposed to Fira and Oia towns, it is much less crowded and much more quiet

Pool closed relatively early at 1800 Hotel is just about 1 km from the start of the airport runway which can be both annoying and spotters heaven Private parking is for just 4-5 cars - you may need to look for parking outside if it's full

We really liked the continental breakfast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Since it was April, the area wasn't too busy, with just a few shops and restaurants open. We were given a complimentary fruit tray and a bottle of water, which was a nice touch.

I stayed for one night and didn't find anything that disappointed me.

Had a lovely time at the Rosebay. Staff were so accomodating - even let us stay in the room long after checkout until our transfer arrived

We have just returned from a sixteen day stay. Everything was wonderful, first of all and especially the staff - waiters Felix, Panos, Andreas, waiters and bartenders in one Gerta and Alexander, receptionists Christine and Constantinos, lifeguard Evan, or the manager Georgia herself. And many others whose names I do not remember - such as the cook. They did everything and more than everything to satisfy us. The exteriors of the hotel itself meet the criteria for 4 stars, the interior will need remodeling, especially the bathrooms. In any case, everything was perfectly clean and spotless. We had half board which exceeded our expectations, there was a lot of food, sufficiently varied, of excellent quality. Our toddler was constantly running all over the hotel, in the restaurant, at the reception and even in the manager's office, she was welcomed everywhere with open arms, we felt like we were visiting family. She even received a gift from Gerta and Evan which surprised us more than pleasantly. Overall a fantastic stay.

Of the negatives, perhaps only the planes - yes, they were noisy, but not very frequent, and the noise itself only lasted a few seconds, it was more interesting than annoying. They didn't bother us at night.

The location was great, 50m from the beach, and 10 minutes to the bus station. Food was very good, room was clean, i also like the pool.

Breakfast was very nice, plenty to choose from. Staff on the ball and nothing too much trouble. They even gave us departure breakfast at 5am, never had that before and it really came in handy. Excellent location, 50meters down the road to the beach and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Not enough lounges around the pool. They say you can't reserve a bed which is perfect, but people do and staff don't enforce it. I used the bed only once and that was 5pm.

The breakfast staff were so polite and useful. Breakfast had many options from cereals to greek yogurt and eggs. Pool area is calm and well organized. Lounges,umbrellas,towells you may find all day long. Room is nice with a terrace space looking over the pool area.

They don’t have their own beach/chairs but it wasn’t problem for us as we used pool and went to the beach just for swimming. Otherwise we could take a set for a day at any other place on the beach. There are many in front of the caffee bars and restaurants. Nice promenade with lot of offer for dinner and drink.

We found the location of the hotel excellent, as were ALL the staff, they could not have been more polite or helpful. There was a good variety for breakfast and again the staff were very attentive. The maid came daily and our room was spotless. The pool area was a lovely size, well maintained and again spotlessly clean. There was a lifeguard there continuously when the pool was in use. There was background music played at the pool area and it was very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Rosebay Hotel.

Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. Staff after second day would anticipate my needs. The staff overall were amazing and accommodating to me and my 8 year old. Very informative about options in the area and restaurants. Pool was relaxing!

You cannot change the location of flight paths and sadly they are located directly in one. Mornings I was awoken early by this.

we loved our stay at Rose Bay Hotel. charming, clean, great location just steps from Kamari Beach. all staff were welcoming and so accommodating, arranging transfers and answering questions. the breakfast was delicious and a lovely way to start the day. the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. we would love to come back!!

not really a complaint…. but it is on the flight path of landing planes… but we loved it!!
