Wspaniały hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, przepyszne śniadania, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Bardzo czyste baseny i zawsze dostępne leżaki. W hotelu panuje bardzo miła i rodzinna atmosfera. W barze serwują bardzo dobry lunch, przepyszne drinki i freddo capuccino.

Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out alles perfekt. Die Lage: nur ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Meer, mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Pool: sehr liebevoll und alles frisch, wie bei Freunden zum Brunch. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles top sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Möglichkeit beim Check-out Pool, Toilette und Dusche noch bis zu meiner Abreise am Nachmittag nutzen zu können.

The location is very good, near the beach. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the conditions very good. The room was quiet very clean and comfortable enough. Although the airport is located near the property , the noise of the airplanes passing over did not disturb us at all. The swimming pool was very clean and we enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was served with a large variety of food and was really enjoyable. As far as the staff was concerned, they were all very welcoming, friendly and positive. I believe that it was a very good experience for us choosing Hermes Hotel and we definitely recommend it too.

Sehr schönes familiäres Hotel, toller Pool mit Bar und schön angelegtem Garten, großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Unser Flug ging erst um 23 Uhr und wir konnten nach unserem Check-Out aus dem Zimmer noch den restlichen Tag den Pool/Bar und Duschen benutzen.

Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig und nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Colazione fantastica..di tutto e di più...complimenti!!! Inoltre il plus e' poterla degustare all'esterno a bordo piscina. A proposito di piscina e cortile esterno, abbiamo passato un bel pomeriggio di relax con una piacevole musica in sottofondo. Camera pulita e spaziosa come il bagno. Terrazzino della camera piacevole.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Hermes Hotel in August, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Christos and Albina were exceptional hosts, always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, ensuring there was something for everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Hermes Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Absolutely nothing

Staff gentilissimo, cordiale e premuroso per qualsiasi richiesta. Ottima colazione e pulizia in generale di camere ed aree comuni. A 200 metri dalla passeggiata lungomare di Kamari.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit Balkon und Blick in den wunderschönen, mit Pflanzen begrünten und blühenden Innenhof. Großartiges Frühstück, wahlweise am Pool oder indoor mit Klimaanlage einzunehmen; großer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Das Hotel ist äußerst gepflegt, wahnsinnig freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück! Es hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen! Kleiner Supermarkt 100 m entfernt, Autoabstellplatz gegenüber, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand bzw. zur Promenade mit vielen Lokalen.

Very disappointing and seriously overpriced Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online and was much older and more dated than expected. The towels were greyish rather than white, and there was a strange smell coming from the shower. The bathroom was old and poorly maintained, including a yellowed, worn-out anti-slip mat in the shower and an old, scratched plastic toilet seat. Overall, the furniture and interior were clearly outdated and not in line with what you would expect from the hotel’s presentation. The balcony was also practically unusable while the air conditioning was running, as the hot exhaust air blows directly onto the balcony and the unit is extremely loud. The pool water was cloudy, which did not exactly add to the feeling of cleanliness. The concierge was very friendly personally, but unfortunately did not respond appropriately to our negative feedback. No compensation or meaningful solution was offered. At €140 per night, the hotel was already far too expensive for what it offers. Considering that the regular price is apparently around €200 per night, the value for money is absolutely unacceptable. The breakfast was okay, but that was probably the only average aspect of the stay. Overall, this hotel felt like a tourist trap: overpriced, outdated and far below the standard suggested by its photos and pricing. Definitely not recommended.

La amabilidad del personal, la recepcionista de la mañana estupenda, a pesar de nuestro poco inglés ya que somos españoles, nos ayudó en todo y nos facilitó mucho las cosas, cogimos el hotel para una noche con dos habitaciones para mis 2 hijos, mujer, y mi suegra, veníamos de creta y volábamos a Madrid y fue dos días y una noche estupenda, también el chico de por la tarde hizo todo muy fácil para ayudarnos con el transporte al aeropuerto, destacamos su amabilidad en todo momento, el desayuno está increíble todo muy rico, y comimos los dos días en el bar de la piscina y igual cocinado todo al momento y buenísimo y muy abundante, andas unos 7 minutos y estás en la playa de kamari y todo el paseo marítimo con infinidad de tiendas y restaurantes para comer cenar y coctelerías. Una estancia de 10, si volvemos a ir a Santorini que nos ha encantado repetiríamos este hotel.

Una de nuestras habitaciones solo tenia cortinas, la luz del amanecer entraba pronto, pero bueno por poner algun pero, todo lo demás perfecto

La struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative. Lo staff si è dimostrato dal primo momento disponibile e accogliente. Le camere abbastanza spaziose e confortevoli. La colazione estremamente varia e ricca. La posizione permette di raggiungere il litorale di Kamari in due minuti di motorino (forse a piedi potrebbe risultare un po' scomodo).

Besides the over-the-top hospitality of the wonderful staff who were helpful way beyond any expectations, the hotel is comfortably located only few minutes walk from the sea and one minute walk from a super market. The hotels pools are wonderful. There is also a nice gym and the breakfast is very good. The rooms are super clean. We really hope to come again ♥️ Thank you 🙏

Nagyon kedves volt a hotel személyzete, kedvesek és mosolygósak voltak, minden kérdésünkre válaszoltak, amiben csak tudtak, segítettek nekünk. Rendkívüli volt a reggeli, a szoba pedig nagyon szép, tiszta, rendezett. Mindenképpen szeretnénk visszatérni!

Beautiful family ran staff who were so helpful and accommodating. Albina on reception was a breath of fresh air, friendly, informative, extremely helpful and just a delight! She is an absolute credit to the Hotel. Gorgeous pools and gardens. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean.

Only 1 slight problem, the drains in the bathroom were very smelly. We still had the most amazing time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great selection of food to choose from. The hotel is small but very quiet and relaxing. The location is good too, not far from shops and restaurants.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't the best.

We were told that we could pay for the airport transport by card, but at the airport we were suddenly told that only cash was accepted. I had to leave my family to find an ATM. The driver were also the receptionist’s father and worked for the hotel. I found this unprofessional and in comfortable.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Hermes Hotel in Kamari and would happily recommend it. The entire front desk team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very well maintained, and create a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring Santorini. The location is also great for enjoying Kamari and the island.

The only minor downside was that the bathroom felt a bit outdated, and there was occasionally a noticeable drainage smell. It wasn't enough to take away from an otherwise fantastic stay, but updating the bathrooms would make the experience even better.

What a lovely hotel - relaxed boutique vibe, super friendly and helpful staff, clean spacious rooms and lovely breakfast/bar and pool areas. I cannot fault it, a very positive experience.

The place was in a very nice neighborhood so close to the beach and store the pool was amazing and Chris and the daytime person at reception is great

Las instalaciones, totalmente impecables. La habitación muy limpia. La zona de las piscinas y el desayuno. Estaba todo genial. Nos dejaron hacer el check out más tarde y nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina e incluso nos ofrecieron una ducha para cambiarnos antes de irnos al aeropuerto. La atención de Albina en la recepción fue de lo más atenta y nos ayudó con todo igual que Cristo que fue muy amable con nosotros. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveremos cuando volvamos a Santorini.

Przestronny hotel. Bardzo nowoczesny z pięknymi widokami. Fajna przestrzeń koło basenu i sam basen też jest na tyle długi,że można popływać.

The exterior design is wonderful with a lovely array of plant life decorating it. Albina and the rest of the team at Hermes are super lovely and helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay easier.

Top notch service (probably the best one I’ve experienced), amazing facilities, very tasty breakfast and the other food that can be ordered from the bar, stunning interior and exterior. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend and definitely would stay here again if going to Santorini!

Our time at Hermes was nothing short of heavenly! We were greeted by Albina, who immediately sat with us to give us local knowledge on the island and recommendations for our stay. She helped us book a boat trip, taxis and so much more. She was always so keen to hear about our day and really showed she cared that we had an enjoyable holiday! The location for us was perfect, being super close to the beach but also in a quieter area. The vibe in hotel, from the decor, music and atmosphere was boho and relaxed which we loved. The drink and food offerings were great, breakfast felt varied, plenty of drinks on offer and delicious food for around the pool. Staff were all super friendly and always on hand to help. Our room was spacious and everyday had a refresh. The bathroom was dated, which had been mentioned in previous reviews but it wouldn’t stop us coming back! A huge thank you to everyone at Hermes for a wonderful week!

The location was amazing, close to the beach. The bus stop to fira is about 10 mins walk, there you'll get the bus. Too many restaurants. Hotel is quite and clean. The breakfast was ok, variety of food. Our first day wasn't good, we were given a wrong room, too tight and different from what we booked. But the next morning we were able to change the room and was mor comfortable.

The WiFi was a nightmare. It so slow, took half a day just to send one picture. We complained but was told they had a problem, they'll fix it. It was never fixed. we were there for 7 days.

We enjoyed everything at the Hermes Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us “feel at home.” It is set in a lovely area and we will be coming back. There’s plenty of choice for breakfast, the bar staff are brilliant and very accommodating.

Idéalement situé à 5 mn à pieds de la plage de Kamari. Chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée. Les 2 espaces piscines sont agréables et permettent de se détendre en toute tranquillité en fonction de l’affluence. Mention spéciale pour le buffet du petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

La salle de bain vieillotte par rapport au reste de la chambre, et qui manque d’un rideau/store (fait du jour dans la chambre le matin, car la porte entre chambre et salle de bain est vitrée)

Hermes hotel has a perfect location, being very close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. Breakfast at the hotel was great and staff very friendly. Room is very clean and well equipped. We will come back, definitely!
