The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety. We were especially impressed on our last day—since we had an early flight and couldn't make it to breakfast, the staff prepared a great breakfast to-go bag for us. Cleanliness
8/10Generally described as clean throughout reviews (rooms and lobby praised), though occasional notes about banana flies near the coffee/bakery area and some darker rooms reduce a perfect score.
Service
8.2/10Staff repeatedly described as attentive and lovely; a few comments noted less engaged personnel, so overall service is solid but not flawless.
Location
9.3/10Consistently praised across reviews for central, convenient placement near shops, stations and attractions — many reviewers highlighted walking distance to key points.
Room Quality
6.4/10Multiple complaints about small or cramped family rooms, worn/dated decor, thin or hard mattresses, intermittent lighting and some bathrooms being small — room quality is the weakest area.
Amenities
8.2/10Positive notes about included gym and sauna, pleasant lobby and 24/7 tea station; amenities are a clear plus for the hotel.
Value for Money
7.6/10Mixed signals: many guests said the hotel offered good value and was worth the price, while a few called it expensive — overall slightly above average value.
Food and Beverage
9.2/10Breakfast/buffet repeatedly described as very good, varied and excellent; considered a major highlight by many reviewers.
Overall Experience
7.9/10Overall stays are positive with strong location and breakfast, but recurrent room quality issues and occasional service/price negatives moderate the overall impression.
