After our flight cancelled we were stuck in Stockholm. This was almost our only alternative.

Our flight home was cancelled and this was about our only choice with an 8.2 score we expected much better It turned out to be a bar with rooms above. The first room offered was down a dark road at the side of the hotel into a dingy passage with a lift that didnt work, for a room on 4th floor! So we returned to bar and we got another room within the building, the way to the lift was dirty and past a smelly hot kitchen. The room was some kind of apartment with small kitchen which was of no use to us, bathroom was large and OK but bed was some kind of sofa bed had to climb over each other as only one side of bed was reachable. Breakfast was same everyday OK but not great. Would not recommend especially at the price which was more than we payed for the lovely 4 star Central hotel we stayed in originally

Breakfast and the service in general were great. Room was cozy and the bed was comfy.

Great location and very convenient for getting around. Check-in and check-out were both quick and straightforward. The room was fairly basic, but clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Overall, a good standard and a practical choice for a few nights.

The small room was extremely compact and felt noticeably smaller than the listing suggested. It was manageable for a short stay, but the room size was definitely more limited than expected.

We really like the staff, we arrived a bit earlier and Amanda gave us the room🙏🏻 that was amazing. The breakfast and the location are also really good

No parking arrangements with a parking garage. The hotel didn’t provide a welcome package in a city which signs are in Swedish only

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. I chose this property based on the reputation of Best Western and expected a comfortable stay that reflected the brand's standards. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. The room allocated to me was exceptionally small and did not have a window, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. In addition, there was no wardrobe or cupboard to store clothes, which made the room even more inconvenient for a multi-night stay. To make matters worse, the room had very poor ventilation, and the air circulation system was not switched on, making the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable throughout my stay. In my experience of staying at numerous hotels across Europe, this is the first time I have encountered accommodation of such a low standard. The room felt more like a hostel than a hotel room, which was surprising given the reputation of the Best Western brand. As the room did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort, I politely requested a room change. Unfortunately, my request was declined without any alternative solution or explanation. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service added significantly to my disappointment. Considering the price charged for this room, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation. In my opinion, the room does not offer value for money, and the overall comfort level falls well below what guests would reasonably expect from a hotel of this brand. I strongly advise future guests to avoid booking the windowless rooms, as they are extremely small, lack basic storage facilities such as a wardrobe, and have inadequate ventilation. These rooms do not provide a comfortable environment, especially for stays of more than one night. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously, reviews the quality of these rooms, and improves its approach to handling guest concerns.

Frukosten utmärkt. Läget passade oss, nära Intiman. Uppgradering utan extra kostnad. Bra kommunikationer.

Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Das Personal ist für alle Wünsche offen und Anliegen werden zügig bearbeitet. Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt und wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Hotel má vynikající polohu v centru města a v blízkosti stanice metra. Takže na všechny pěší procházky po Stockholmu to bylo ideální. Cena za ubytování je na místní poměry také výhodná.

Pokoj byl ještě menší, než jsme čekali. Když jsme vybrali bydlení "nahoře", tak to znamenalo přízemí. Další pokoje byly pod úrovní ulice. Místo pro snídani bylo malé (vzhledem k počtu osob, které chtěly současně snídat).

Aamiainen ja sijainti hyvä.

Saimme upgraden apartmentiin, mutta kylpyhuoneen viemäri haisi, eikä asunnossa ollut tuuletusta.

The location was convenient and the breakfast on offer was ample and diverse.

At the price I booked it was for an 'inside room', namely one without a window or natural light. This unto itself was not such an issue, but I couldn't regulate the room temperature and it was hot and sticky. There was also no outlet for steam from the shower, or any kind of shelf in the bathroom to place one's essentials. Upon arrival and check-in the receptionist gave me the wrong room and key card. Hence I had to go back downstairs, wait my turn again, and explain the situation. When you arrive tired, this is annoying and unprofessional.

A négynapos tartózkodás alatt változatos és bőséges reggelit lehetett összeállítani a kínálatból. A reggeli után a belvárosi látnivalók gyalog is könnyen megközelíthetők voltak kb. 20-30 perc alatt, hosszabb utaknál pedig a metró és buszmegálló pár perc sétával elérhető volt a szállodától. Az apartman konyha része nagyon jó volt.

Véleményem szerint az étterem a reggeli időpontjában nagyon zsúfolt, előfordult, hogy várni kellett amíg lett szabad asztal és le tudtunk ülni reggelizni. Az apartmanban amiben voltunk sajnos nem volt szekrény vagy komód, amibe a bőröndből ki tudtunk volna pakolni, a fürdőszobába pedig nem volt polc.

Stayed in apartment with window and we had a great time.The property is very handy near a lots of restaurants and supermarkets,highly recommend.

No bedside table.

Værelsets standard levede op til forventningerne ... sengen var god, og der var ingen støjgener af betydning. Morgenmaden var også som forventet, og der var masser af siddepladser. Hotellet ligger to minutters gang fra nærmeste undergrundsstation (Rådmansgatan) og fem minutters gang fra trafikknudepunktet Odenplan. Er man rask til bens, kan man sagtens gå hele vejen til downtown. Værelset var udstyret med værdiboks og masser af bøjler.

Der var rengøring på værelset hver dag, men i løbet af en uges ophold fik jeg kun redt sengen én gang. Virkelig for dårligt af et Best Western-hotel. Værelset var meget lille og uden vinduer, men det blev oplyst allerede ved bookningen og skal derfor ikke kritiseres. Til gengæld savnede jeg et skab. Eneste opbevaringsmulighed var en mindre skuffe under sengen samt et bøjlestativ. Det kneb lidt for personalet at holde morgenmadsbuffeten opfyldt med især scrambled egg og dessertcroissanter.

I liked the proximity of the place and the fact that it is well connected to everything. Public transport does not seem very reliable but the hotel's location is !

I was surprised when i came back on Sunday and that the bed was not made. In addition, on the first day I found someone's hair in my bed

We got one of the rooms without windows, but it was actually very good. Comfortable, cozy, good ventilation, so the air never felt stale. The breaksfast was excellent, and so was the food at the burger place at the hotel, and remenber you have a discount there if you stay at the hotel . Also was the best burger i had all week. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and in a gantastic location, with very helful staff. Highly recomend

The breakfast was really excellent, however i wish it had bacon.

Gillade verkligen läget

Rummet var jättevarmt ingen information om det fanns tekokare eller så. Den hittade vi när vi skulle checka ut.

Pas de ménage durant tout le séjour et pas de changement de serviette. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits. Manque de rangement pas de placard

El desayuno y que nos dejaron entrar antes

No nos limpiaron la habitacion ninguna vez, no nos cambiaron las toallas ni sacaron la basura. Y el desagüe de la ducha ni tragaba lo cual hacía que el baño que empantanase cada vez que nos duchabámos, una auténtica experiencia.

Die Lage

Es war insgesamt sehr hellhörig in dem Hotel und leider war das Zimmer direkt unterhalb der Küche, wo man sowohl am späten Abend, als auch am frühen Morgen viele laute Geräusche durch die dortige Arbeit gehört hat.

Very good breakfast and a convenient location. One room was available early in the morning. The second room was ready a bit after the check-in time, but only because we were offered a free upgrade, which we were very happy about. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and had its own kitchen.

In the room that was listed as having a window, the window was actually very small, offered no view, and could not be opened for fresh air. There was air conditioning, but the room still felt stuffy at night. In the second room, a few small details were missing, such as a dishcloth in the kitchen and a trash can in the bathroom. Overall, it is a good hotel for the price.

The room was in basement and too small. The cupboard on the wall were false.

Basically the hotel has several buildings. I stayed in one building outside the main hotel. Heavy doors, no elevator working in the building. I felt like I paid way too much for what the hotel actually offered. At least some coffee pads or a random coffee machine could have been provided. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Zero. Nada. I would have paid for one, but there was none. I’ve arrived very late at the location, hence going out and buying a bottle of water was not an option at 2 am in the night. I had to drink water. from the tap. Luckily no belly reaction afterwards. That is a high risk which I always consider when travelling. For a 4* hotel I believe this place is offering not much. All in all dissatisfied with this hotel.

La camera era molto piccola diversamente da quanto appariva nelle foto. Personale non gentile, a parte i camerieri della colazione. Colazione misera Poco pulito Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente basso

Für das Bett war das Zimmer zu klein, man musste über das andere Bett krabbeln, um in sein Bett zu gelangen. Nachts etwas schwierig.

L’emplacement est très pratique pour visiter la ville. Transport public à proximité et faisable à pied aussi.

Le petit déjeuner est de qualité médiocre. Fermeture trop tôt (10:00 en semaine). Trop de monde par conséquent. Nous étions en appartement - lavabo minuscule alors qu’il y a la place nécessaire pour mieux. Nuisance sonore énorme liée à l’avenue proche (heureusement nous ne donnions pas directement dessus) du fait des voitures et motos qui roulent à toute allure la nuit et avec la musique hyper forte et les fenêtres ouvertes. Bcp de bruit des passants aussi la nuit.
