The room

- very Warm water at the pool - no attention to detail. Common Areas - lobby bar with the piano, without sense. No attention at all to that area. Shelves without products to sell, spaces empties with no sense. - missing decorations in the room. Paintings for example. - missing decoration to common areas. - dinner finishing at 21.15: too early!!!!

La posizione perché la struttura è distante dal centro, anche se nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono fermate dei bus di linea e una tabaccheria dove fare i biglietti.

- Felt very dated ! It was cool and quirky to begin with but this hotel needs some serious TLC! - You have to pay for everything even bottled water. We have never known a hotel to charge for bottled wattle in the hotel room! - A good 30 minute walk into town

A truly peaceful hotel — if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place for you! The pools are excellent. The rooms are clean, cool, and comfortable.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the breakfast selection could be a little more varied for a 4-star hotel. Most of the options are sweets and bread, so if you are watching your figure, there is not much to choose from apart from eggs and yogurt. The soundproofing in the hotel is quite poor. All rooms face the pool and the restaurant opposite, so if other guests are having a loud time, it can be difficult to fall asleep.

Tolles Frühstück, 3 sehr schöne Thermenpools, SPA im Hotel und nettes Zimmer und eine sehr gute Busanbindung zum Hafen in Ischia town und den schönsten Strand, den Maronti-Beach .

Leggermente fuori mano ma se ti piace camminare, quattro passi dopo cena non fanno male :-) In alternativa la fermata del bus è a pochissimi metri dalla struttura

The spacious room at Hotel Continental Terme in Ischia offers an excellent stay. The main highlight is the nice balcony providing views over the resort’s lush gardens and beautiful thermal pool. The hotel features outdoor and indoor thermal pools. Located in Ischia Porto, it is a 15-minute walk to the center. Guests enjoy welcoming service and a varied buffet breakfast, making it a highly recommended thermal oasis. Also, there are two mini markets a 5-minute walk that might be useful. Buses and taxis can be taken easily right in front the hotel street.

Secondo me la struttura è molto bella,ma decisamente,alquanto antiquato,ci vorrebbe un bel restailing

Sicuramente belle piscine e bel buffet di colazione. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile, dalla reception alle cameriere.

Che per un 4 stelle a prescindere offre pochi servizi per un pernotto, qualsiasi cosa era in aggiunta a pagamento, dai teli , cuffie , o chicchessia , prezzi ad un bar / ristorante eccessivi , un insalata verde 8 euro è qualcosa di inaudito. Struttura adattata anche se un po’ datata nel mobilio , alcune pecche come un capello nel bidet da stanza appena consegnata, oltre a qualche mobile non in perfette condizioni.

La struttura presenta varie piscine, molto curate con fiori e ombrelloni stile Ravello. Quella che ho preferito è stata la piscina olimpionica (unica con temperatura abbordabile al caldo esterno) le altre, molto belle con uno stile retrò ma con temperature troppo calde. La camera semplice, nulla di che ! Inoltre abbiamo usufruito del ristorante a pranzo a pagamento sulla piscina principale, che devo ammettere ha cibo di qualità diversamente quello per la colazione.

Per colazione, le pietanze erano fredde quindi un pò durette nella masticazione. Nella camera l’aria condizionata poco funzionante, il che vuol dire che si suda da un momento all’altro. Infine la spa non è come nelle foto, tra l’altro molto piccola.

La cordialità

Отель отличный, большая территория, очень красиво, много зелени и цветов. Рядом автобусная остановка, супермаркет (2), табачный магазин с сувенирами. Хорошие завтраки, можно заказать яичницу, входит в стоимость завтрака, отличные бассейны. Мы были в начале июня, работало 3 бассейна, все с термальной или минеральной водой, гидромассажными струями. Доброжелательный персонал, помогают решить любые вопросы, хочется сказать особенное спасибо Ире, работнице на стойке регистрации, благодаря ее профессионализму и советам мы смогли посетить больше мест на острове, и использовать все возможности отеля для отдыха, без дополнительной затраты времени.

Я бы посоветовала администрации отеля обратить внимание на одеяла. Не обязательно менять все одеяла , но 4-х звездочный отель может позволить себе иметь мягкие одеяла с пододеяльником, для гостей, которым это важно, особенно , когда мы проводим в вашем отеле 7-8 ночей , и хочется хорошо выспаться.

מתקני הספא עלובים פרט לבריכה. המלון הוא מכבסת כסף. מגבות בריכה, חלוקים, הכל בכסף. אין בחדר מתקני קפה/תה. אפשר לבקש קומקום. את הקפה תביא מהבית. יחס מלצרים בחדר אוכל לא אדיב.

Struttura, parco e piscine assolutamente fantastici e confortevoli

La spa è a pagamento (non mi è mai capitato che non fosse inclusa nel prezzo della camera), così come il noleggio per il telo mare/accappatoio. Colazione non esaltante, quasi tutti i prodotti erano industriali o preconfezionati.

La struttura è davvero molto bella sia esterna che interna. Non ho avuto modo di vedere le terme che sicuramente saranno bellissime ma ritornerò . Check in molto veloce e ci hanno omaggiato di una camera migliore . Tutto lo staff molto gentile

Några saker gjorde tyvärr att vi inte skulle komma tillbaka till hotellet - Det finns en jättefin terass i anslutning till frukosten men man får bara äta inomhus, inomhus var otroligt bullrigt och mycket folk så det fanns ingen ro för trevlig frukost - Kravet på badmössa i samtliga pooler gjorde oss besvikna och ledde till att vi inte badade, dessutom var gäster tvungna att köpa badmössa - badmössa och badhandukar borde ingå i hotellpriset - Det fanns inte möjlighet att låna strykjärn

La struttura in generale é davvero molto bella rispetto ad altre in cui siamo stati . Il personale é molto gentile e accogliente, la pulizia é ok.

La colazione per me é l’unica pecca, é un po da migliorare (tranne per le bevande che sono ok)

Tutto: pulizia servizi ma soprattutto la cortesia del personale. I servizi del benessere sono eccezionali ed i fanghi vengono fatti da personale preparatissimo. La posizione e' immediatamente a ridosso del centro.

Solo un po' costosi i pranzi e le cene alla carta. E i bagni sono un po' vecchieggianti

Exceptionally clean with very pretty grounds, creating a relaxing atmosphere. With all the pools there were plenty of good spots and beds. We enjoyed all the pools with their different temperatures. A large buffet breakfast with lots of choice and efficient service. Helpful reception staff. A bus stop just a couple of steps outside easily connected you to Ischia Port and Ischia Ponte is about a 15 minute walk.

Hotel area was so nice and clean with all the pools. The staff helped us with everything we needed - carrying our luggage, bringing extra plankets and selling bus tickets.

We could hear everything through our room door, when someone was passing and talking, like it was next to us. First night the music in the restaurant was so loud, we could not sleep.

Rozsáhlý hotel s 3-mi většími a jedním malým bazénem působí nečekaně klidným dojmem a je velice pohodlný. Např. lehátka u bazénů byla vždy dostatečně volná (obsazenost max. cca. 30%-40%). Líbila se mi tam také zahradní šachovnice s šachovými kameny. Synovi se to asi až tak moc nelíbilo, protože všechny partie se mnou prohrál a to i tu, kde už stál s pěšcem navíc v podstatě na výhru. Pláže jsou odsud sice trochu vzdálenější, ale díky hotelový bazénům to vůbec nevadí. A procházka k pláži nebo na hrad nebo do přístavu je zdraví prospěšná. I když samozřejmě není problém svézt se tam autobusem.

Do bazénů je povinná koupací čepice a nelíbilo se mi, že tento požadavek jsem nezaznamenal "a priori", ale dozvěděl jsem se to až "a posteriori". Sice já osobně jsem u sebe plavací čepici měl, protože jí používám spolu s plavkami vždy, ale žena a syn, takto vybaveni nebyli. Je pravdou, že se koupací čepice prodávaly na recepci za zcela zanedbatelný poplatek, ale dostatečně výraznou informaci o té povinnosti použití čepičky, bych uvítal hlavně z důvodů enviromentálních.

È una struttura eccezionale, offre tre piscine di cui una olimpionica e una coperta, campo da tennis, spa, ristorante e moltissimo altro. La colazione è davvero buona e ricca sia di cibo salato che dolce, c’è tanta disponibilità anche per persone celiache (come me). Lo staff è super cordiale e disponibile soprattutto la receptionist Marina che si è messa a disposizione per esaudire il mio desiderio per una zingara senza glutine (ci è riuscita). La camera era stupenda con vista sulle due piscine all’aperto, era davvero pulitissima ed impeccabile. Un soggiorno a 5 stelle.

Il servizio del facchino, dei receptionist e le signore delle pulizie sono state davvero eccezionali. Gentili, professionali, super super super disponibili, cordiali, dolci. Stanza profumatissima, piscine pulite, bagni pulitissimi. Centrata perfettamente, con parcheggio. Davvero servizio al top.

Luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e trascorrere qualche giorno lontano dallo stress della città; belle le piscine; Presenza di un bar e di un ristorante dove poter consumare un pranzo e/o una cena; Camere ampie, letto comodo e servizio di pulizia ottimo. Struttura ubicata in una postazione strategica vicino al centro, a mezzi pubblici di trasporto e supermercati.

Il costo di bottigline d acqua che ho trovato personalmente eccessimo e la difficoltà nel trovare postazioni libere (ombrelloni/lettini) nel pressi delle piscine seppur il soggiorno trascorso rientra nel periodo di alta stagione estiva.

Non è la nostra prima esperienza presso l’hotel Continental; per ogni nostro soggiorno ad Ischia scegliamo sempre quest’hotel. Le bellissime piscine termali, il paesaggio botanico interno, lo staff sempre professionale e gentile sono elementi che indirizzano in modo consapevole la nostra scelta. La colazione è ricca e risponde sufficientemente alle esigenze e alle necessità di ciascuno.

L’hotel presenta una struttura articolata, con tante scale e ciò lo rende bellissimo. Tuttavia non gode di pedane per consentire il passaggio agevole dei bagagli nei vari spostamenti. Inoltre quest’anno la qualità del cibo del bar ristorante era nttamente in calo rispetto agli anni passati.

Posizione comoda da raggiungere, servita dai mezzi pubblici anche la sera tardi. Struttura molto bella, fornita di diversi comfort e servizi (piscine, ecc).

Poca flessibilità nel venire incontro alle esigenze alimentari di una delle persone ospiti (se pure è comprensibile la difficoltà dovuta alla richiesta dovuta allo stile di vita vegano di una persona sola, un hotel a 4 stelle dovrebbe essere in grado di garantire almeno un paio di opzioni per la colazione, se avvisata la struttura per tempo, come era stato fatto in questo caso). Una singola opzione era presente, ma rispetto all'abbondanza del resto del buffet era un po' misera.

Le personnel est charmant et à l’écoute. L’ambiance des différents bâtiments implantés dans un espace vert luxuriant et fleuri est très agréable. Les abords sont très bien entretenus et les piscines fort agréables. J’ai apprécié le calme du lieu. Notre chambre avait une terrasse ombragée et la fenêtre était équipée d’un volet en bois. Le petit déjeuner sous forme d’un buffet est pris dans le grand restaurant. Tout est fort bon.

Fint hotel med 2 pools. Rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var god med mange forskellige ting. Afstand til centrum er dog lidt lang, der kører busser lige uden for hotellet.

Les extérieurs sont agréables (piscines, terrain de tennis, transats). La clim fonctionne bien. L´emplacement est proche d´un arrêt de bus. Bon petit déjeuner même si peu équilibré. La décoration est très charmante. Le personnel est agréable selon sur qui on tombe

Le ménage peut laisser à désirer (traces de calcaire, fourmis, traces marrons dans la douche – on a déjà eu des Airbnb plus propres) ; le soir il y a une musique à fond jusqu'à minuit qui peut gêner au sommeil ; pour aller dans la piscine obligatoire de mettre un bonnet de bain que l´on vous facture ; on vous facture également toutes les bouteilles d´eau ; le petit déjeuner a très peu de fruits proposés et le peu présent est souvent abîmé ; selon sur qui on tombe niveau personnel c´est soit agréable soit courtois limite on nous tire la gueule ; attention c'est souvent la guerre pour les transats ; les lits ne sont pas confortables : nous avions demandé un lit double nous avions deux matelas collés l´un à l´autre dont l´un déformé par l´usure... ; restau ok mais un peu cher (16e sans compter le couvert pour mozza et quelques tomates – photo ci-jointe)

Stayed at Continental Terme for 2 nights. Lovely, welcoming staff and beautiful pools. Reception staff were really helpful with bus information - bus stop right outside hotel. Took trips into port and Saint Angelo - beautiful. Would recommend this hotel and looking forward to staying here again.

Globalement déçue

Hôtel qui promet beaucoup sur le papier mais en réalité nous n'avons pu profiter de pas grand chose. C'est l'hôtel le plus cher de mon voyage dans la région de Naples et c'est ma moins bonne expérience du fait de la politique commerciale de l'hôtel assez mesquine, d'informations insuffisantes fournies avant le séjour et au moment de l'accueil et d'un gros manque de transparence sur les prix. Quelques exemples : Mail d'accueil standard envoyé un italien uniquement, rempli de banalité mais ne donnant pas les informations pratiques utiles comme le moyen d'accès à l'hôtel depuis le port des Ferries. . J'ai envoyé un mail demandant les informations d'accès et les excursions conseillées par l'hôtel. Je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse à la question comment se rendre la l'hôtel, uniquement une plaquette de tarifs sur les bus faisant le tour de l'île. L'hôtel est grand certains équipements sont difficiles à trouver. J'ai du demander où aurait lieu le petit déjeuner (cela s'avérait être dans un autre bâtiment que notre chambre). J'ai cherché 30 min où était la piscine couverte, j'ai du aller demander à 3 employés différents. En réalité la flèche qui indiquait la piscine couverte à un croisement indiquait une direction opposée à son emplacement, ça n'aide pas. La remise d'un plan de plan de l'hôtel avec l'emplacement et le prix des services (piscine, spa, tennis...) serait nécessaire lors de l'arrivée. Règles d'utilisation et suppléments de prix surprenants dans un hôtel qui se prétend 4* : 5 piscines annoncées, en réalité les piscines d'eau thermales sont à l'intérieur du spa (payantes donc). Il faut un bonnet de bain (payant et exigence assez surprenante pour des piscines d'hotel) pour toutes les piscines, les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas fournies. Restaurant hors de prix avec un dress code qui passe définitivement l'envie d'y dîner.

We had an amazing stay. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Good aircon in the rooms and amazing black out shutters on the windows The pools are beautiful and lots of space for chairs which was great. Just remember to take a swimming cap as you cannot swim in the pool without one but this wasn’t a big deal as the use of the pool outweighs having to wear a cap in the water. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve had and the service from the staff was always attentive and available. The staff across the whole hotel were always lovely and happy to help. I would like to make a special mention to one of the staff members Guiseppe from concierge. He gave us exceptional service and we are so thankful for how much he helped us trying to find a barber for my partner. He used his own time and followed up with us to help us with the booking he always had a friendly and welcoming smile. Thank you for making our stay one to remember.
