El hotel está bien ubicado con fácil acceso a las islas. El personal es amable.

La primera habitación que nos dieron tenía muy feo olor. Por suerte apenas reclamé nos dieron la opción de cambiar de habitación y con la segunda no hubo problema. El desayuno no es bueno. Todo en descartables y muy poca variedad pero en relación con el precio es aceptable.

The lobby smelled wonderful upon arrival- not musty or stale like some others. I appreciated the little booth areas on the dining room where solo travelers could eat and read.

The side door wasn’t working properly, so everyone was routed through the lobby. No big deal but that’s the only negative.

Our room stink of mould. We didn’t arrive until 11.30pm and were shattered so we put up with it. When I woke at 2am gagging because of the smell I regretted that decision

Was a little issue with the hot water but everything was ok. Great location.

We found ants crawling over the night stand. When we checked out the next morning I asked if there would be any sort of compensation because of the ants. I was told they could not do anything because we went thru Booking.com but because I am a Hilton Honors member they would credit my account with 5,000 points. At this time they have not done so.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem, die Lage ist direkt neben Woolworth in einem Industriegebiet, für uns war das perfekt - muss man aber wollen, Forty Myers und Sanibel ca. 20. min entfernt

Am Schlechtestens war der Fitnessraum - der ist als solcher nicht zu bezeichnen, 10 m² - 3 Kardiogeräte und stinkig muffig, das war sehr schade, ansonsten ist das Bad eher kleine aber ok, der Kühlschrank steht auf dem Boden, nichts für Kreuzgeschädigte..

We had a great stay, even though it was only for one night. The hotel was very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the property was well organized. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a great variety of options, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée (frigo et micro-ondes,) Les messages du personnel pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien et leur disponibilité. C'est vraiment une chaîne d'hôtel que je recommande car nous y avons toujours été très bien reçus.

We had an amazing experience thanks to, Jesse the front desk manager, who went out of his way to accommodate every request. All staff members including breakfast staff and crew were so welcoming and on top of things. The hotel is fairly new, clean and convenient to many local attractions including, Fort Meyers, Sanibel, Bonita Springs and more.

Nothing really. Ice machine on our floor was broken but these things happen, no big deal. They had another one that was working on the ground floor which worked out well.

Kostenlose teils schattige Parkplätze vor Ort. Verkehrsgünstiger Lage und ein Walmart in fußläufiger Nähe. Eine schöne Poollandschaft war vorhanden. 24/7 kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Hotelpersonal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had palmetto roaches in our room both nights we stayed. One of the rooms we couldnt adjust the air conditioner, it was warm in the room, not cool enough.

Loved the customer service most of all. Very friendly and welcoming. Nice selection for breakfast.

The breakfast eggs were honestly unacceptable; they were so undercooked that the paper plate broke right where the egg was served. I’d been there before and the breakfast was fine, but this time it was terrible.

Alles war eigentlich nahezu perfekt, beim Frühstück gab es viel mehr Auswahl als gewöhnlich, die Betten waren bequem, gute Poolanlage mit tollen Öffnungszeiten, immer Kaffee, viele Handtücher auf dem Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter usw.

Leider gab es ein wirklich massives!! Schimmelproblem auf den Zimmern, ich kann nur raten nach dem ersten Zimmerwechsel nicht direkt aufzugeben, da es unterschiedlich schwer zu sein scheint. Liegt bestimmt noch an den Hurricane Schäden, ich hätte sonst 10 Sterne vergeben, aber das war leider ein echtes Problem für uns

Excelente recepcion, fuimos atendidos por Karla, felicitaciones para ella fue cordial, amable y atenta a todo lo que requerimos. El Hotel tiene Excelente ubicación para ir a FortMyer beach, 6min y ya estamos en la playa. El Desayuno 10 de 10, el mejor de los 9 hoteles que estuvimos. Limpio, ordenado, comedor grande y amplio, excelente café, y gran variedad de opciones para comer. Maquina de hielo 1er piso funciona 100%, sector de piscina cómodo cumple. El Hotel esta a 50 metros de Walmart, fuimos caminando, fue genial, necesitamos comprar y eso fue espectacular. Sector tranquilo y nada de ruido

La.lavanderia, esta en 4to piso, solo funciona hasta las media noche, lástima que solo tiene 1 maquina lavadora y 1 maquina secadora. Poco para la demanda de los huéspedes.

Front desk staff was so sweet and helpful, Leza..liza not sure of spelling. The evening was great as well! Room was clean and comfy.

The pool had debris in it and the pool chairs could use a good washing. No TV channels or movies for the rainy day we had.

I stayed 3 nights. Initially, they gave me a room on the first floor, but since it smelled musty, I asked to be moved. They moved me to the third floor, which seemed a bit better at first, but considering I couldn't open the window and they only clean every other day, it quickly developed a musty and damp smell there too. The day after I arrived, the alarm went off in the middle of my 3-year-old's nap, and we had to evacuate the building. The firefighters came and said it was a problem with one of the two elevators. The next day, the elevators broke down again, and I had to carry 3 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons down the stairs. The minibar froze everything, and the ice machine on the third floor didn't work. The staff was very attentive, but they could do nothing to remedy our experience

The location is excellent for enjoying Sanibel Island. Just 15 mins from it. Very clean. We stayed with our pet dog very accommodating. We really enjoy it.

I like the location of the property. The beds were comfortable. The woman that checked me in and checked me out was very friendly and helpful. I believe her name was Liza.

I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast that was supposed to be included. The breakfast area had waffle mix all over the counter and on the floor and no one bothered to clean it up. There was no spray for the waffle machine. The juice machine was not working. No refrigerator with yogurts, milk, etc. There was no variety for food, they only made scrambled eggs and boiled sausage. Once the eggs ran out, they refused to make more claiming it took too long. There were no waffle topping options. There were no option for breads or pastries, the case was totally empty. The staff working the breakfast area was not friendly and they moved so slow with no desire to be there. The woman looked dirty, wearing her tennis shoes like slippers and moving without purpose even though people wanted food. She made us wait while she took personal calls on her cell phone. The coffee area was dirty and coffee was not refilled on a regular basis. I sent a text to the front desk manager and they responded by saying they apologize but the food truck was not there yet. I had to go out for breakfast during my stay. The whole point of selecting your hotel was because a hot breakfast was included. Also, I went to the pool and there were no towels in the pool area even though there were two bins for clean towels.
