Margaritaville Beach Resort Ft Myers Beach

Very dirty, didn’t feel safe either. I been to 4 different Margaritaville locations and this was so bad I would never go again. I was booked from Tuesday to Friday, I left Wednesday morning at 5am place was such a bad vibe

It’s a great location. The staff is wonderful!

Our room’s air conditioner made a very loud noise. The maintenance man came right away to look at it. It wasn’t repaired and our room wasn’t moved. It was hard to sleep at night.

This was a beautiful facility loved the pool area. We spent a couple days there they have a live DJ with a lot of energy!

It's hard to decide what was going on and when it was going on. Not really enough activities especially for adults and seniors. Would rather have had printed out menus at the restaurants

Love the location. We are Florida residents and love to come once a year to stay on property to enjoy the surrounding amenities

Last year we walked in while near the resort for dinner. The gentleman at the desk helped us book a room for the next day with our children. Booked the correct rooms and got us a discounted price for walking in.' This year we wanted to do the same. We chose a weekday like last year and walked in. The lady met us in the middle of the lobby to ask if she could help us. We stated what we were looking to do and she said "go online, we don't make reservations here". That seemed odd. No explanation or kindness. Seemed out of character.

Top Lage, Parkplätze im Hotel für 35$ pro Nacht, Restaurants und Bars waren auch in Ordnung, div. weitere Bars und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Strandabteil war ruhig und sehr sauber.

Leider gab es kein Frühstück, unsere Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, Pool war überfüllt.

You felt like you were on a tropical vacation as soon as you stepped into the lobby.

I feel like it would be great if there was all inclusive option. You do get nickled and dimed a little bit . The food options also could be better for the cost .

Pool was booty hop music. Might as well call it Master T's Booty Hop and Leave Jimmy Buffet out of it! 18 year old DJ grinding at noon. Disgraceful false advertising! Not for Buffet fans at all. Shameless promotion!

We Enjoyed the location to restaurants, beach and small shops. Friendly wait staff at the bar.

Our bedsheets were stained with what appeared to be someone's rear end.. sheet was tore.. above the rip in the sheet you can clearly see a yellowish stain that type of stain was in multiple areas throughout the sheets - We could see stains on the sheets so we decided to dim the lights and use black light - sickening results.. the light enhanced more than we could see without it. Bathroom soap dispenser had black curly hair stuck around the pump. front desk staff rude - not professional at all. We purchased our stay through booking.com then at check in margaritaville charged us again for the same 1 night stay, then charged us again for our 1 night stay after we checked out.. no we didnt charge anyting to our room we used our debit to eat on site. it was difficult to receive a refund . We made multiple attempts to speak with management we were told the rules dont allow guest to speak with a manager.. we emailed, made multiple phone calls .. we were told management would contact us, as of now 4 - 5 days later (approximately) not one call from anyone from margaritaville. We did finally get a refund pending 3 days later .

Our fridge did not work. We reported, but they never came to fix it or change it . They just brought us some ice because we had a cooler.

First I love the decoration and the cleaning it’s exceptional the staff is very friendly

All meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner were of good quality and flavorful. The facility provided many choices for meals and entertainment.

There need to be more bathrooms near restaurants

Loved the beach feel. Everything was clean and bright. Very nice places to eat and drink. Room was big and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and right on the beach!

I think the snack bar could use a bigger variety of items.

Everything was wonderful like always. I just wanted to mention, what I experienced at the pool. I explained on the second question.

Good morning, On the day of Mothers Day, I get to the pool and set up my towels on 3 chairs that had no towels. At the second, the server Mr. Laredo comes to us, to let us know that we can’t sit there because there are a party. Hmmm, no salutation and no Good morning. Nothing, just to tell us we have to move from there. I am very disappointed from this gentleman(Mr. Laredo), I never expected to have to move. This day is to mother’s to feel happy and proud to be a mother. Now, I don’t feel respected. I was always pleased to be here, I come here twice a year for a lovely weekend. Now, my bubble is popped. Hope that can be rectified.

Has a wonderful swimming pool on the beach

No regular parking, vallet only. Also check in was somewhat difficult. Had to wait on the street blocking traffic before entering. Also no main floor check in had to use elevator to second floor 🥲

La piscine, la plage à côté, l’ambiance festive très sympathique mais si on cherche le calme il faut le savoir car ici c’est plus la fête. La qualité des matériaux et de la chambre était au top ainsi que la propreté irréprochable.

Pas de déjeuner compris dans le séjour, les chaises longues payantes à 56 dollars me semble excessif pour les clients de l’hôtel….. pas de rabais pour souper le soir pour les clients de l’hôtel ….

We loved the atmosphere and vibe. Property was beautiful and clean. Staff was very efficient. Amenities were great. Food and drinks, although pricey were good.

One night at License To Chill, we were seated for dinner and ordered. Then a table sat next to us and immediately sparked up cigars. When we told the waiter he moved US, and to a closed off area away from everyone, like we were the problem. We did not make a scene, just brought it to their attention since there is no smoking on the property. When we complained he brought back the manager who did nothing but tell us they made the cigar smokers leave. But didn't offer to put us back among other guests. He got an attitude with us. We didn't make a scene just got up and walked out. Very disappointed how this was handled. We got banished and it ruined our dinner experience. Our balcony view was a partial of water but mostly the bridge and parking lot (we did book the least expensive balcony room though). Not allowed to bring our own Yeti cup to the pool, it was taken from us even though nothing was in it. And my beach bag was looked in before we could enter pool area. No problem. But get there early because there was no where to sit.

Front desk staff (women) didn’t want to give me an hr of grace period. They ignored my room request to make our stay special for my 3year old’s bday — they acknowledge that they had read the request and I was expecting some minor attention to detail in the room, but nothing. Jonothan was great, tho. He was very helpful.

The hotel is amazing.

I liked how spacious and comfortable the property was. Even though property was sold out there were always pool or beach chairs. Restaurants had fast service and good food.

I didn’t like the street noise.

Die Zimmer waren schön und hatten bequeme Betten, es war alles sehr sauber, Der Poolbereich war gepflegt und ordentlich, gute Lage direkt im Zentrum von Fort Myers und am Strand, es gab eine Bar im zentralen Bereich des Resorts, welche abends geöffnet war.

Meine Tasche wurde beim Betreten des Pools kontrolliert (wahrscheinlich damit keine Getränke mitgenommen werden) In der Bar gab es den edlen Wein im Plastikbecher.... Es gab einen Coffeeshop auf dem Gelände, aber man musste morgens sehr lange warten

Honestly the worst I can say is it would have been nice to hear more Jimmy Buffett music. I’m a big fan.

The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout the property was very good. The restaurant was also very good, and the location right on Fort Myers Beach is excellent. Overall it felt like a well-run beachfront resort and we had a very pleasant stay.

It can be loud. There’s music during the day around the pool and beach, and at night there were groups of happy, sometimes quite “celebratory” guests singing and having fun. It’s definitely a lively, party-style atmosphere. But this is Margaritaville and that’s part of the vibe. We actually ended up booking the last available room after moving from another hotel, and we were very happy we did. It didn’t negatively affect our stay — just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a very quiet place.

The room was a disappointment, not a water view, the room had a bad smell! Devore dated!
