Le lieu a été refait mais est resté très authentique et très beau, il y a 2 piscines, ce qui est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est un des mieux que j’ai pu faire! Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Parenthèse enchantée, hors du temps. L'établissement offre une atmosphère de calme et de sérénité absolue. Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel est d'une extrême bienveillance et les prestations sont à la hauteur du lieu. Mention spéciale pour les cours de yoga et pilates et les deux magnifiques piscines. Un havre de paix idéal pour se ressourcer à Mougins. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Het hotel is prachtig, het exterieur is zeer mooi maar bovenal het interieur is zeer smaakvol! Locatie op loopafstand van het schattige dorpje Mougins.

De service van het bedienende personeel was zeer slecht. Hoewel ze vriendelijk zijn en het proberen, is het service niveau geen 5 sterren. Het personeel is niet assertief in het verlenen van service en er is geen duidelijke manager of leidinggevende in de restaurants om het personeel aan te sturen. Je merkt dat het personeel geen goede opleiding heeft waardoor zij erg zoekende zijn en niet goed weten wat ze moeten doen. Orders worden vergeten waardoor je soms lang moet wachten. Na te hebben aangegeven dat ze onze order vergeten zijn wordt deze nogmaals opgenomen door de ober, en vervolgens wordt deze opnieuw vergeten. Nu zijn wij in principe erg makkelijke en vergevingsgezinde gasten, maar tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten gebeurde het niet correct doorvoeren van bestellingen eigenlijk bij ieder ontbijt, lunch en diner. Dat is natuurlijk wel kwalijk. Bij het zwembad wordt geen service verleend. Je zou willen dat het personeel vraagt of je wat wil drinken maar dit gebeurt niet. Bij het ontbijt moet je bij betalen voor opties zoals vers rood fruit. Dat vind ik ook niet passend voor een vijf sterren hotel.

We just spent a wonderful week at Le Mas Candille in Mougins, and it exceeded every expectation. It is one of those rare hotels where every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and where luxury is paired with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The location is ideal. Set in the peaceful village of Mougins, it offers a quiet retreat while being only about 20 minutes from Cannes and La Croisette. After enjoying the lively atmosphere of Cannes during the day, it was always a pleasure to return to the tranquility of the hotel. One of the things we loved most was being just a five-minute walk from the charming medieval village of Mougins, with its beautiful cobblestone streets, art galleries, and excellent restaurants. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Recently redesigned by architect Hugo Toro, every space is elegant, warm, and beautifully curated. The interiors perfectly blend Riviera sophistication with timeless charm, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Surrounded by four hectares of landscaped gardens with spectacular views over the Grasse countryside, Le Mas Candille is a destination in itself. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The queen-size bed was excellent, the private balcony overlooking the gardens was a lovely place to relax, and the luxurious bathroom featured both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, complete with Clarins amenities. Everything was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. The restaurants were outstanding throughout our stay. Dinner at Candela was one of our favorite moments at Le Mas Candille. Dining on the beautiful outdoor terrace beneath the pine trees while watching the sunset over the hills was simply magical. The Mediterranean cuisine with Italian influences was fresh, refined, generous, and beautifully presented. Every meal was a delight. Lunches at Le Pool were equally enjoyable. Overlooking the beautiful pool and the surrounding countryside, the menu offers fresh, light Provençal-inspired dishes that are perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the sunshine. The Glow House Spa by Clarins is truly exceptional and deserves its own five-star review. During our stay I enjoyed several treatments, including the Youth Expert facial, a manicure and hand treatment, a deep tissue massage, and daily LED mask sessions. Every treatment was excellent, and the facilities—including the sauna, hammam, cold plunge, heated indoor/outdoor pool, relaxation areas, and fitness center—are absolutely beautiful. A special thank you to Camille for an outstanding deep tissue massage and to the entire spa team for their kindness and professionalism. What truly makes Le Mas Candille special, however, is the people. Every member of the team—from reception, concierge, valet, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff, to the spa therapists—was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. Their recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, villages, and hidden gems made our vacation even more enjoyable. Finally, a very special thank you to Pierre-Marie Ragon, General Manager of Le Mas Candille. His passion for hospitality is evident throughout the property, and his genuine involvement in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience is remarkable. We could not have asked for a better stay. Le Mas Candille offers the perfect combination of elegant design, outstanding dining, an exceptional spa, beautiful surroundings, and truly world-class hospitality. We leave with wonderful memories, highly recommend this beautiful hotel, and are already looking forward to returning.

Habitués aux hôtels de haut standing, nous pouvons dire en toute sincérité que le service proposé par le Mas Candille est tout simplement proche de la perfection. Tout était absolument parfait. Le service est irréprochable et toute l’équipe a été aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin de notre séjour. Chaque attention et chaque détail ont contribué à rendre cette expérience inoubliable. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable.

We just stayed for one night on our roadtrip but we will definitely come back to really utilise the offers of this hotel. It was super quiet, the property is beautiful, stunning. Everything was perfect. We loved it.

I stayed in three 5* hotels during our trip to the south of France and this was the best - most comfortable bed and linens, great responsive service and amazing attention to detail. Sometimes it’s the “little” things like AC that can actually get to the temperature on the thermostat (I am very picky about this so it was hugely appreciated!), the giant bottles of Evian + free beverages in the mini bar, the comfiest hotel slippers I’ve ever experienced. I look forward to returning and wanted to share this review to ensure they know that all the information efforts were noticed and appreciated.

La struttura trasmette serenità a tutti i livelli; anche il ristorante è risultato ottimo per la qualità di cibi e servizi. Già era anni fa un riferimento per la collina di Mougins, oggi ancor di più, grazie alla cortesia del personale e alla cura con cui sono tenuti gli spazi comuni. Bellissima la piscina aperta a tarda ora, dettagli non proprio comuni ad altre strutture. La camera bellissima e aggiornata, siamo rimasti soddisfatti al massimo come già nelle altre occasioni passate.

Le Mas Candille is an absolutely incredible hotel, beautifully located high up in Mougins with the most magical surroundings. The property is lush, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, with stunning areas everywhere you look. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. Every single person we met was professional, kind, attentive, and incredibly solution-oriented. The staff notices everything and makes you feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to experience service at this level, you can truly feel that they love what they do, and their hospitality comes naturally in a way that simply cannot be taught. We loved absolutely everything about our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, the pool area beautiful, and the gym excellent as well. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. We will absolutely come back. Thank you for the most magical days, we already miss it! ❤️

Wunderschön schon die Einfahrt zum Hotel Personal an Rezeption freundlich Pool beheizt , ein grosses Plus im Mai , Möglichkeit zu duschen am Pool , Sauna und Dampfbad Parken war kostenlos und der Bring- und Holservice war überaus freundlich und sehr angenehm ! Garten sehr gepflegt und gross An,Auge im Mai sehr angenehm ruhig , Gäste waren am Pool grösstenteils auch überaus auffällig leise. Beim Frühstück draussen sieht man über das ganze Tal und die Landschaft . Frühstück wird serviert und es hat Buffet. Renovierung ist sehr gut gelungen . Danke für die kleine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer zum Geburtstag. Man kann fussläufig nach Mougins laufen und dort essen gehen oder im Hotel. Boule, Tischtennis, Spa, extra Pool für Kinder

Frühstückspersonal zum Teil sehr professionell, andere wirkten irgendwie überfordert und langsam. Zimmer schön, aber wie schon andere in den Bewertungen schrieben hat manches Zimmer den Nachbarn seine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem eigenen Fenster/Zimmer . Bar z.T gratis , wurde aber nicht immer aufgefüllt . WC in unserem Zimmer sehr mini. Personal am Pool - keines vorhanden , Liegen am Pool sind rostig

The staff were very welcoming, professional and attentive. From little touches to general service. We loved how there weren’t all these hidden costs and you felt very comfortable there. The facilities were great from the spa, gym, Pétanque court and more and breakfast was exceptional

Honestly nothing - I would say a small thing that has nothing to do with the property and it’s what makes the views so spectacular but we had a baby and the walk into the beautiful mougins on the way back would be a tough walk as it is sooo steep - like crazy steep!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au Mas Candille. Nous avons adoré les prestations, la qualité du service ainsi que la gentillesse de toute l’équipe, avec une mention spéciale pour l’accueil qui a été particulièrement chaleureux. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le surclassement ainsi que la délicate attention surprise dans notre chambre, qui nous a vraiment touchés. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, très qualitatif et agréable. La piscine chauffée est également un vrai plus et a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Un vrai havre de paix en plein nature. Tout était parfait du début à la fin et nous avons déjà hâte de revenir.

Il serait simplement appréciable d’avoir davantage d’options sans gluten de la même qualité ou fait maison comme les autres produits au petit déjeuner.

Tout était parfait, l’équipe est d’une gentillesse incomparable, un très bel accueil, le cadre est sublime et atypique, la chambre est grande, parfaitement équipée, la piscine chauffée est une vraie invitation à la détente avec une vue magnifique. C’est un hôtel dont les prestations sont à la hauteur de ses étoiles.

Everything was just perfect from the very start. From the concierge to the breakfast every detail was beyond expectations. The hotel was renovated only 2 years ago and it's clear when you're inside, every detail is well thought. I also want to say a special thanks to Willy, who made everything possible for us to have the perfect stay.

It was amazing — a beautiful garden and a fantastic spa area, with overall excellent facilities. The breakfast was exceptional to my taste. It wasn’t too crowded yet, so we were able to enjoy everything to the fullest.

We had a very small wardrobe in our room, but it did not affect our stay at all.

Tout est parfait de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. On est vraiment dans un vrai 5 étoiles. tout est pensé pour que ce soit parfait. La literie est excellente, les oreillers magnifiques. la décoration de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général est recherchée. Quand au personnel que ce soit du voiturier jusqu'à l'accueil et au personnel du restaurant on a affaire ici à des gens qui aiment leur métier. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain
