Tolles Hotel, super Architektur. Nettes Personal, schöne Bar und sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist auch super, man ist ca. 20 Minuten in zentraler Lage. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und es war schön ruhig.

Shampoo bottle was close to empty. Not enough for two days of showering. No iron/ironing board. 24 Euros a day for a limited breakfast buffet only is expensive.

Er stond een mobiele airco midden in de kamer met Een emmer (lekbak) en een plaat met een gat in het raam. De gewone airco was blijkbaar stuk, maar dit ding maakte zoveel lawaai. Daar kon je echt niet doorheen slapen, alsof er een motor in de kamer stond te draaien. Het was ook niet vtv gemeld dat dit ding in de kamer zou staan. Daar hebben ze later wel excuus voor aangeboden

Wie immer war das ganze Personal super lieb, von Rezeption bis Zimmerreinigung!!! Das Frühstück war wieder sehr vielfältig und lecker 😋

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, Estefanía (compatriota nuestra) y sus colegas nos recibieron con una atención de bienvenida en las 2 habitaciones. ¡Nos sentimos como en casa al hablar español! El desayuno esta bien, se pueden solicitar algunos platos aparte de lo que esta en el buffet, como omelettes y tostada francesa entre otras cosas. Nunca nos falto lugar, lo cual es un punto a favor. El lobby del hotel es muy lindo, la suite es amplia y con dormitorio separado con puerta, detalle que en mi caso valoro mucho.

El control del aire acondicionado es muy complicado poder seleccionar una temperatura ya que no tiene escala grafica ni display, considero que cambiando el tipo de control lo pueden resolver.

Quite far from the main centre. The breakfast staff wouldn’t stop trying to clear the plates. Having the repeatedly say no was irritating.

Prima en uitgebreid ontbijt. De locatie vlakbij het centrum en toch voldoende rustig.

De matras was te hard. Eeen topper was gelukkig mogelijk, maar daar moesten we wel om vragen.

Breakfast was excellent as were the staff, especially the bar staff.

V zásadě není moc vytknout. Hotel je moc pěkně vyřešený a kombinuje historický pivovar s novostavbou s krásným atriem. Moc příjemný personál, možnost parkování v garážích a v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra. Pokoj byl prostorný a moderní, ocenil jsem kávovar na pokoji. Snídaně opravdu skvělé s bohatým výběrem. Pro pobyt v Heidelbergu tady neuděláte chybu.

Breakfast was so nice as I expected, the staffs are all nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to the travelers, tourists, business people. I liked the mood as well. It is a bit pity that I couldn't use spa, but it might be also good I believe.

Es war alles perfekt!

Chambre confortable, bonne literie, climatisation silencieuse, parking, bon petit-déjeuner, arrêt de bus proche de l'hôtel.

Luminosité dans l'ensemble, odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain, absence de douche. Vitre de la chambre très sale. Ouverture frequente de la porte de la chambre par le personnel.

For us, the bed was too hard and it also ‘wobbled’ quite a lot, so we disturbed each other all night!

The staff was very friendly. And the location was nice and the hotel was really spacious and clean.

The air conditioning did not work well, but the staff improvised with a supplemental cooler for our bedroom.

Прекрасный отель. От центра города примерно километр пешком. Супер гараж, супер лобби, супер комната. ВОт ложки для обуви не хватило только. Очень чисто, очень тихо. На завтрак надо приходить как можно раньше, потому что столько вкусных и красивых блюд, что хочется их все перепробовать. Раньше я к этой сети отелей я относился спокойно. но сейчас просто влюбился и думаю, что буду чаще приезжать к ним.

Das NH Collection Heidelberg hat bei uns von der ersten Minute an einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Lage ist ideal: Der Bahnhof und die Altstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels fühlt man sich willkommen. Das Foyer ist modern, hell und einladend gestaltet. Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit am Eingang hat mich sofort zum Schmunzeln gebracht: süße Mäuse und saure Apfelringe. Eine Kleinigkeit vielleicht, aber für mich eine charmante Reise zurück in die Kindheit. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Team. Ein spezieller Dank geht an Herrn Röthe vom Nachtdienst, der die süßen Mäuse extra noch einmal aus dem Schrank geholt hat. Solche Gesten machen den Unterschied und zeigen echte Gastfreundschaft. Auch der Fitness- und Spa-Bereich hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Beide Bereiche sind gepflegt, angenehm gestaltet und laden zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, die Produkte frisch und hochwertig. Hier startet man gerne in den Tag. Das NH Collection Heidelberg verbindet modernes Ambiente mit herzlichem Service und einer hervorragenden Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Para la habitación familiar que tuvimos y que en general es fantástica, básicamente no hay vistas; eso es un punto negativo. Y lo que realmente me disgustó es que no garanticen plazas en el garaje. Tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas y no tener asegurado poder aparcar en el hotel en el que te alojas es disuasorio, es decir, podría ser el (único) motivo para no volver.

This is an excellent hotel, both a business hotel and also very suitable for family holidays. Great feeling of space, with the large atrium between two buildings. Nice-size rooms with very comfy beds; clean and neat everywhere. A very good lobby bar and lobby area for hanging out. Super-friendly staff! Excellent experience altogether! While the hotel is by a large street, it's not the busiest of throughways, and the rooms are all a distance away at the back so there is absolutely no street noise.

Perhap the gym could be slightly bigger - however it was quite workable anyway..:) We only had breakfast one morning and the restaurant closed rather quickly..

Klimaanlage war super, da es ein sehr warmes Wochenende war. Unser Hund wurde mit einem riesigen Hundebett verwöhnt.

Wir haben ganz oben gewohnt und der Flur zu den Zimmern war aufgrund großer Fenster richtig heiß.

Impressive from the point of entry. Friendly staff, stylish decor, quiet and comfortable suite. The hotel was easy to find and well-located in terms of walkability to Heidelberg's many attractions. Next time we will stay longer!

Sauber und großzügig

The room with balcony was spacious and comfortable, quiet on balcony and plenty of nooks within the room. The bathtub was great for relaxing in. Gym and dry sauna were quiet during the times we used them. The hotel itself has a lot of seating areas where one could work or have private conversations in. The staff were ready to help and available.

The overall cleaning was happening but the room requires a bit of a deep clean. Requested sauna to be turned on an hour before and it was not so had to ask again. Wet sauna was out of order during our stay. Location is a bit of a walk to the old town area. Receipt and paperwork was put under my partner's name when the booking and payment was placed under my name and card, and could not be corrected upon request.

Le parti comuni erano ampie e arredate con elementi di moderno design, frutto di una ristrutturazione sapiente di una vecchia fabbrica dismessa

Le camere assegnateci , pur ampie erano rifinite in maniera approssimativa, con materiali poveri: pannelli cartongesso mal assemblati, letti separati piccoli e con ruote. Nella mia camera era stato installato un condizionatore portatile e il convogliatore d'aria calda era fissato al condizionatore con del nastro adesivo. Il tubo passava all'esterno attraverso un buco ricavato in un pannello di legno che sostituiva uno dei vetri della finestra, mentre lo scarico dell'acqua di condensa finiva in un secchiello!! accanto al condizionatore. Il tutto senza che alla reception fossi stato avvisato del problema. Ho dormito una sola notte in questo hotel e la sera del mio arrivo non avevo la forza, nè la voglia di protestare. Al check out , alle mie osservazioni, la receptionist si è frettolosamente e genericamente scusata senza lasciare spazio ad alcuna spiegazione. Imperdonabile per un Hotel che si reputa un 4 stelle superior

This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing this time. I was given a room on the 4th floor that did not have the second door separating the room from the corridor, which made it less quiet and comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and unreliable. We chose the option of not having the room cleaned in exchange for a voucher. I was very disappointed to find that the voucher could only be exchanged for a small beer and a tiny ice cream for the kids, which felt like very poor value. Another thing that shocked me was the way the king-size bed was made. It consisted of two separate sheets, each one only covering half of the bed, with the two sheets overlapping in the middle. For an NH hotel, I would expect a proper king-size sheet that covers the entire mattress. This felt surprisingly basic and uncomfortable for a hotel of this standard.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, professionell. Insbesondere die Ausstattung mit Balkon, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer finde ich toll.

Direkt vor meinem Fenster war eine sehr helle Beleuchtung eines kleinen, sehr kleinen Weges und eines Baumes. Mit diesem Strahler hätte die ISS den Baum gefunden. Man konnte die Gardinen fest zuziehen, aber dann gabs kaum frische Luft.

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal am Empfang. Gutes Frühstück mit allem was dazugehört, dem Preis angemessen.

Die Sauna ist super. Die Lobby ist so toll, das Personal war auch super hilfsbereit. Wir haben versehentlich einige Umstände generiert, welche primär Herr Maier handeln musste - er war super ruhig und wirklich extrem entgegenkommend.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage getropft, das haben wir gemeldet, dann hat ein sehr hilfsbereiter Techniker das Problem vorübergehend behoben, aber wir konnten die Klima natürlich nicht mehr benutzen.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were travelling with our pets (2 cats), and the management outdid themselves by providing cushion, bowls, litter box, toy, and some cat goodies. This place is definitely pet friendly! Moreover, as we have an electric car, it was really convenient to charge it in the hotel's underground garage during our stay. There are 8 charging stations, so there is no problem of finding a place. The payment interface had some problems, probably due to a weak internet connection, but eventually it worked.

Außergewöhnlich nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel, um Heidelberg mit unseren Rädern zu erkunden. Dafür war die Lage optimal und wir konnten die Räder in der Tiefgarage unterstellen. Das Zimmer war schön groß und das Frühstück super.

Die Dusche war in der Badewanne, das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und nicht komfortabel.

Beim Einchecken wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und hilfsbereit eingewiesen. Zimmer war schön groß und sehr sauber. Hotel liegt sehr günstig im fußläufigen Bereich für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Frühstück war hervorragend und super freundliche Bedienung. Garage hervorragend.

Tolles Hotel, freundlicher Service und ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vom Badezimmer waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Die Badewanne war an ein paar Stellen abgeplatzt, das Silikon an der Badewanne war verschimmelt und am Toilettensitz war das Silikon gerissen. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Das Hotel und die Familienzimmer sind extrem komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielseitig und gut. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber in dem Viertel sind Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte fussläufig erreichbar. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind direkt vor der Tür nutzbar. Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht, dass es ein Freibad 5 min entfernt gibt.

Wir haben uns auf unserer Durchreise u.a. deshalb für das Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern gibt. Leider war diese bei unserer Ankunft defekt und an Schlaf bei weit über 30 Grad und stickigen Zimmern leider nicht zu denken. Für die nächste Nacht wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Dennoch hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass uns das Problem vor Anreise mitgeteilt worden wäre. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Defekt ziemlich viele Zimmer betroffen hat und vorher bereits bekannt war, da andere Gäste am Folgetag vor dem gleichen Problem standen bei ihrer Anreise. Ein transparenter Umgang mit der Situation wäre angemessen. Daher gibt es Punktabzug. Das Hotel ist ansonsten wunderschön und das Frühstück vielfältig und gut.

Rummet var mycket fint. Skön säng med generösa mått. Bra badrum. Fin frukostmatsal och generös frukostbuffé. Personalen var kunnig och mycket serviceminded och vänlig. Bra parkering även om det tillkom en kostnad. Husdjursvänligt!

Heidelberg e un oraș cochet,ușor de parcurs,cu multe site-uri istorice și naturale!,oameni amabili și plăcuți!Hotelul Nh este adăpostit într-o veche fabrica de bere reconvertita,cu aspect modern,industrial,dar cu șarm istoric!E în afara centrului istoric,dar exista transport comod.,iar restaurantul italian al hotelului este minunat!Întreaga echipa de la recepție zâmbitoare și dornica sa ajute oaspeții!

What a lovely hotel this is. I personally loved the reception area. How very original. Our room was not only clean but also spacious for a family of 4. My children could not be happier with a voucher for a free ice lolly from the hotel bar. The location is great...only short walk to the old town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Struttura finemente decorata, molto piacevole da vivere negli spazi comuni. Hanno una bella policy per cui, se rifiuti la pulizia della camera, ricevi un drink omaggio. Dispone anche di parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento (26€ al giorno) sicuro e comodo e con colonnine. Considerate che in zona è difficile parcheggiare. Lo staff è molto accogliente e le camere sono confortevoli. Abbiamo dormito molto bene

Non abbiamo fruito della colazione perché decisamente costosa. L’ho provata in altre occasioni, quando sono venuto per lavoro, e devo dire che il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è ottimale

L'élégance des lieux et la superficie de la chambre. Pour une famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge, c'était top ! Lit parapluie et lit d'appoint déjà préparé à notre arrivée.

Les boissons et snacks "exposés" dans la chambre. Il n'est pas précis dans une note ou autre que c'est payant. Dommage ... On peut facilement se faire avoir sachant que le café/thé situé à côté est offert.

因為知道德國近期很熱, 氣溫高達攝氏35度以上, 所以在7月初訂房特別注意空調選項, 我們當天當地最高溫達攝氏35度,晚上6點左右入住左側棟最頂樓層,走道跟房間都比外面街道還熱, 跟前台反映房間太熱, 告知我們入住的那棟空調壞了, 而右側那棟全滿, 他們也沒辦法只能這樣, 所以我們經過一整天在外曝曬想休息只能待在大廳, 甚至在外面遊蕩吹風只求晚些房間能降溫, 直到晚上9點回到房間仍很熱, 晚上9點第二次反映,我們主動詢問有沒有風扇,才給我們一台風扇, 第三次反映還是太熱才告知我們有其他選項, 可以換到另一間有移動式冷氣的房間, 所以生氣的是當我們入住(晚上六點)第一次反應時完全沒有主動提出任何改善方案也沒有提到有其他選擇方案, 浪費我們可以休息的3.5小時時間, 這3.5小時期間不停地想要找尋其他房間尋求booking協助, 直到最後在我們不斷的反應飯店方才非常被動地更換房間, 結束疲累的一天
