Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer nach hinten raus mit Balkon. War super ruhig zum schlafen. Frühstück war gut es war alles da was man braucht. In 10-15 Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone. Lage des Hotels gut.
Wasser im Waschbecken lief schlecht ab. Keine Lüftung im Bad.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Personal war sehr freubdlich, Tiefgarage direkt im Haus und eine nette Lobby.
Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig (fleckiger Teppich, Kronkorken vom Vorgast lagen gut sichtbar unter dem Schreibtisch). Frühstück hatte das Niveau von Aldi-Aufbackware, der Orangensaft weiss wahrscheinlich gar nicht was eine Orange ist. Duschen war nur einhändig möglich, da der Aufhänger an der Duschstange abgebrochen war. Im Bad wurden offensichtlich etliche Fliesen mal ersetzt und die Silikonfugen neu gezogen - allerdings bestimmt nicht von einem Fachmann. Im Treppenhaus zur Tiefgarage stank es so fürchterlich, dass man die Luft anhalten musste.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026I loved the room's interior, the comfortable bed, having a small fridge, the lovely bathroom, and the balcony with a beautiful view. Having air conditioning and an elevator was extremely convenient for me in my third trimester, and the customer service was very responsive. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and we were lucky to get a reasonably priced parking spot in the basement garage near the elevator. Location-wise, it was well worth the price - an easy, short walk to the Altstadt and the Old Bridge, even while heavily pregnant.
The air conditioning didn't seem to work well on the first night, but for the rest of our stay, it kept the room pleasantly cold up until checkout.

Dem Hotel würde eine Renovierung gut tun. Es ist insgesamt nicht sonderlich ansprechend, überhaupt nicht was man von Leonardo Hotels sonst gewohnt ist. Das Zimmer war sauber, die schlechte Bewertung diesbezüglich erfolgt wegen des Abwassergeruchs im Bad.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Kahvaltı yeterliydi bitenler hızla tamamlandı. Otelin konumu merkeze yaklaşık 15 dk yürüme mesafesi ile gayet iyiydi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler.
Asansör yetersiz ve eskiydi çoğu kez çalışanlar ve temizlik arabalarıyla paylaşmak zorunda kaldık. özellikle sabah saatlerinde çok beklemek gerekebildi.

Es fehlten Aufhängungen für die Handtücher am Waschbecken, der Ablauf des Waschbeckens war locker und das ganze Bad hat unangenehm gerochen. Außerdem gab es Flecken auf dem Teppich.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Breakfast is always great at this hotel. I like the fact that the hotel accommodated my request to have a room with a balcony at the back, where it is not so noisy. The location is also very convenient to get to the train station (15 min walk), and the Hauptstrasse (10 min walk to Bismarkplatz). Housekeeping is also good, room is kept very clean. Sound insulation in the rooms is good, very quiet and we do not hear noise from other tenants.
The wifi works very well when connected, but every now and then it disconnects and we need to do setting changes on the laptop in order to reconnect. On the personal devices, no issue at all.

Ein Hotel das sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr renovierungsbedürftig ist. Die Betten waren gut, aber das Zimmer roch sehr muffig.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Poziție bună ,relativ aproape 400m față de principala pietonală a centrului vechi cu acces direct spre pod sau spre funicularul ce urcă la castel.Camera oferă ac și liniște.Iluminatul camerei destul de prost.Am beneficiat de menaj în cameră și schimbarea prosoapelor la cererea noastră.
Am așteptat mult pentru a efectua check-in-ul.Cele 2 tinere de la recepție păreau că nu se descurcă fără îndrumări primite prin telefon.Am primit inițial o cameră la etajul5.Cum am pătruns în ea am și ieșit deoarece un miros respingător de canalizare făcea imposibilă șederea acolo.Am solicitat la recepție să ne fie schimbată camera ,ceea ce s-a și întâmplat chiar cu un upgrade.Micul dejun e destul de basic și mereu același.Nu ai prea multe opțiuni mai ales la mâncarea caldă.Poți parca în garajul lor pentru un preț mare .
