Très bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, avec de nombreux points positifs. L’établissement est très propre, le personnel est professionnel, accueillant et attentionné. Le spa est vraiment agréable, le parking très pratique et le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, avec beaucoup de choix et une excellente qualité.

Malheureusement, il y a un gros point négatif : le bruit extérieur. Le restaurant Bounty situé juste à côté diffuse de la musique très forte chaque soir. Le matin, ce sont les livraisons, le ramassage des poubelles et les différents bruits extérieurs qui prennent le relais. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’hôtel en lui-même est excellent. Mais si votre priorité est le calme et une bonne nuit de sommeil, je ne peux malheureusement pas le recommander. Un très bel établissement pénalisé par son environnement sonore.

Mi e' piaciuto il design e la cura delle bellissime piante che erano verdi e vive, c'era attenzione e amore. Cordialità del personale. La luce, un buffet per la colazione eccezionale, ho apprezzato vedere la griglia delle api dalla quale potevamo prendere direttamente il miele. Le camere pulite e curate e la signora che ha fatto la camera, gentile e attenta. Bello davvero. Grazie a tutto il personale.

zuerst hatten wir ein Zimmer (504) mit einer Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer bekommen, da hörte man sehr laut den Fernseher im Nachbarzimmer, das haben wir gleich an der Reception gemeldet und man hat uns das Zimmer 612 gegeben, das war sehr ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück war für Rimini eines der besten was ich je hatte. Sehr schöne Auswahl und gute Qualität. Personal war sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.

Breakfast was amazing. Family room was spacious and cleaned everyday to a good standard. Spa facilities having specified times for children was a great idea.

Spa facilities were great but felt told off numerous occasions about not wearing the robes. Maybe better communication when checking in could avoid this scenario.

Everything was wonderful: the cleanliness, the rooms, the breakfast, the staff, thr beach and the dinner restaurants. We had a very lovely holiday except for: the elevators were very tiring—the long wait, the heat inside, and the long journey up and down to reach the floor we wanted. Also, there were no clotheslines in the rooms, which was a problem when there was no balcony; our swimsuits stayed wet.

Nádherný, moderní, zářivý, zrekonstruovaný hotel na hlavní třídě, přímo u pláže 34. Příjemné světlé pokoje, klimatizace. Nadstandardní snídaně. Výborná restaurace přímo v hotelu - pod dohledem Michelinského kuchaře, za skvělé ceny a opravdu úžasný profesionální personál. Nové wellness - 3 hodiny denně v ceně pobytu, navštěvovali jsme každý den - sauny, bazén, jaccuzzi, infra sauny, zdarma v nabídce čaje, voda, oříšky, sušené ovoce a jablka, dokonalá relax zóna s výhledem na pláž. V okolí restaurace a obchody. Do Rimini cestujeme už 20 let defacto každý rok a vždy zkoušíme jiný hotel, toto byl nejlepší hotel, ve kterém jsme se kdy tady ubytovali. Děkujeme za skvělý check-in i check-out obsluze recepce, cítili jsme se vítáni a byli jsme velmi mile a profesionálně seznámeni se všemi detaily důležitými pro náš pobyt. Děkujeme také za milé chování příjemnému mladému muži, který nás každé ráno vítal na snídani.

Nějak vyřešit, jak sušit věci z pláže - ručníky, plavky - nelze to nikam pověsit a přes noc nám to většinou neuschlo.

Sempre ottima l’accoglienza, il personale è fantastico, hotel pulitissimo, colazione strepitosa e molto variegata. Posizione eccellente e magnifica la spa. Da quest’anno hanno anche ampliato la struttura con più ristoranti, torneremo per provarli tutti!

Camera confortevolissima con vista mare e dotata di ogni servizio. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, sia in reception che ai piani Presenza di servizi di ristorazione, bar, pasticceria di elevata qualità, con menù ampio e invitante.. Un luogo decisamente consigliabile per soggiorni brevi e/o lunghi, sia per affari che richiedono qualità ambientale e servizi efficienti, che per vacanze brevi e,/o lunghe da ricordare. La posizione fantastica, la cordialità del personale alla reception, la rete di convenzioni con le attività locali, la SPA non troppo grande ma molto ben “assortita”

Nulla in realtà, anche se ci sono margini di ulteriore crescita ma il servizio è complessivamente di alto livello: in effetti noi siamo tornati dopo un soggiorno di 10 giorni lo scorso anno ad agosto.

Savoia Hotel is located directly on the seafront, with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was wonderful to enjoy the sea views from both the hotel and the surrounding promenade. The hotel is stylish, well maintained, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. We also enjoyed the spa facilities. I would especially like to thank Emanuella at the reception, who was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. She was the one person who handled the situation with empathy and courtesy. Overall, my son and I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel, and for that reason I do not want my review to be entirely negative.

The main reason I chose Savoia Hotel was the room shown on Booking, with its stunning front-facing Adriatic Sea view and spacious balcony. In fact, I chose this hotel over another comparable property specifically because of that room and its view. Unfortunately, the room we were given upon arrival was completely different from what had been presented during the booking process. Instead of the panoramic sea view we expected, the room largely faced walls, with only a very limited side view of the sea. When I raised the issue at reception, the response from some staff members was disappointing and lacked professionalism. After a long journey from Rome, my son and I were tired, hungry, and exhausted, yet we felt as though we were causing an inconvenience by simply asking for the room category we had booked and paid for. The alternative room offered as a solution faced a large green awning and did not resemble the room shown during the reservation process. The most disappointing part was that during a three-night stay, we were unable to spend the first night in the room we had carefully selected and paid for. Although our room was changed the following day, the initial disappointment and the way the situation was handled negatively affected our overall experience. My concern is not only about the room itself, but also about the lack of empathy, communication, and customer-oriented problem solving. Savoia Hotel has many positive qualities, but this experience prevented our stay from being as enjoyable as it could have been.

Il servizio room service è stato veramente troppo lento. 45 min per delle birre in bottiglia in camera. In più la stessa cosa in piscina. 40 min per avere 2 APEROL spritz.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choice at breakfast and food really first class. I also used the spa on one day only and it was absolutely lovely. Many shops close by of all types and the beach just across the road. A superb location.

The space between the toilet and the sink in my room was very small and I am a slim person. Anyone larger would have found it extremely difficult to use the toilet. It was quite an uncomfortable experience. It was also quite noisy at night as my room overlooked the main street. I suppose that I could have requested a room change but I thought that the noise would lessen around midnight - sadly, it did not so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. That said, I would book again but would make sure that I had a room on the other side of the hotel.

A modern hotel close to beach with all amenities needed. Friendly staff, 4 restaurants with excellent choices, in particular the Japanese/ Brazil one. A garage is available too.

Hotel favoloso, in una zona strategica, vista sul mare a due passi dalla spiaggia. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste.

The shower was a bit tired for such a nice hotel plus the feed of the the hot and cold water mix was hit and miss for example it would be very hot then very cool then very hot again so would take lot longer to shower.

מלון מעולה, צוות מקצועי ושרותי ונותן מענה מהיר. חדר קומפקטי עם מיטה מאוד נוחה. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת.

הכל היה מעולה חוץ מזה שלא היה ניתן לכוון מים בטוש. המים התחלפו כל שניה מרותחים לקפואים וזה היה ממש לא נעים ובעייתי להתקלח.

unser Zimmer direkt am Fahrstuhl hatte einen sehr kleinen Balkon, somit hatte man vom Meerblick nicht allzu viel

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec une grande diversité de produits salés et sucrés pour satisfaire tous les goûts. L’établissement s’adapte parfaitement aux demandes de ses clients, notamment grâce à la présence d’un cuisinier préparant des omelettes à la demande. Le personnel de service est également très sympathique, attentionné et aimable.

Cela n’a rien à voir avec l’établissement, mais c’est une information qui peut être utile aux vacanciers. Nous vous conseillons d’éviter la plage 34 Dolcevita, où les tarifs nous ont semblé excessifs : 34 € pour deux chaises longues et un parasol, ramenés à 30 € uniquement parce que nous étions clients de l’hôtel. À seulement deux minutes à pied, sur la gauche en direction de Neptune, vous trouverez une autre plage très bien aménagée, avec palmiers, douches et cabines tout confort. Le tarif y est de 22 € pour un parasol et deux chaises longues. La différence de prix est vraiment surprenante pour des prestations comparables !
