Heel goed en fijn hotel, letterlijk iedereen is zo behulpszaam en vriendelijk en staan altijd klaar om te helpen om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Al jaren lang een vaste plek. Blijkbaar gaan ze ook zo om met hun personeel want ik zie al jaren dezelfde personeelsleden die hebben het er dus ook naar hun zin net als wij.

Hotel molto pulito e confortevole. Letti comodi. Bellissima l'area spa panoramica. Molto gentile il personale, un plauso al barman. La chicca è l'aperitivo servito in giardino. Colazione varia ed abbondante.

Staff gentilissimo, ottima posizione, hotel sempre pulito ed ottima colazione sia come quantità che come qualità ! La possibilità di prendere le bici in modo gratuito e’ un ottimo servizio.

Fantastico il servizio colazione con tantissimi prodotti di qualità, camerieri gentili e sala breakfast aperta fino alle 12.00, una rarità che merita 10 stelle piene permettendo, almeno in vacanza, di fare tutto calma senza fretta. Receptionist impeccabili e disponibili per ogni richiesta. Camera bella e pulita.

We reserved a day/time at the spa and when we arrived no one was there to let us in. Eventually a member of their cleaning staff gave us entry. We were quoted a parking rate of 15 euro/day via text message. Upon checkout we were charged 25 euro/day. They stated it was a “writing error”

Hôtel bien situé, proche des plages et de nombreux services, avec une chambre propre et agréable. En revanche, pour un établissement 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à une prestation un peu meilleure, et le parking payant à 25€ nous a semblé dommageable compte tenu du prix de l’hôtel.

COLAZIONE OTTIMA E STUPENDA LA SPA

Pulizia degli ambienti comuni e della camera impeccabili. Il letto è i cuscini erano comodissimi e per me che ho problemi di cervicale importante è davvero difficile trovare un letto comodo che non mi provochi dolore. Colazione ottima, varia tra il dolce e il salato, alimenti sempre freschi e di ottima qualità. Lo staff davvero gentile, competente e disponibile : ho avuto necessità di far conservare dei ghiacciai per il trasporto refrigerato di un farmaco, me li hanno conservati in freezer fino alla partenza. Spa piccolina, ma molto confortevole e con un panorama top!!! Il compleanno dei miei 50 anni è stato fantastico con voi. Grazie.

Lukten. Dålig lukt i allmänna utrymmen, framförallt i korridoren utanför hotellrummet men stundvis även inne i badrummet på rummet. Även om hotellet var rent så kändes helheten väldigt omodern och känslan blev en aning ”sunkig”

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, da alle für uns wichtigen Bereiche schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar waren. Besonders der angebotene Fahrradservice war für uns ein großer Vorteil und hat den Aufenthalt deutlich bereichert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr einladend gestaltet und bietet zudem einen schönen Ausblick, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Auch das Bett hat uns positiv überrascht – unseres war sehr bequem und hat zu einem angenehmen Schlafkomfort beigetragen. Lediglich der Preis erschien uns etwas hoch. Gleichzeitig können wir nachvollziehen, dass bei mehreren parallel stattfindenden Veranstaltungen und der damit verbundenen hohen Nachfrage eine entsprechende Preisgestaltung schwierig zu vermeiden ist.

Die Lage an der Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe zur sehr lebhaften Bar „Gineria Illegale“ ist sicherlich attraktiv, wenn man das Nachtleben genießen möchte. Die Bar selbst wirkt sehr cool und einladend – allerdings nur, solange man selbst dort zu Gast ist. Für Übernachtungsgäste in der direkten Umgebung kann die Lautstärke jedoch eine Herausforderung sein. Offenbar besteht eine Genehmigung, bis 1 Uhr nachts Musik zu spielen. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr hellhörig, und die Fensterisolierung war nicht ausreichend, sodass die Geräuschkulisse deutlich wahrnehmbar war und das Schlafen erschwert wurde. Zusätzlich wurde die Ruhe im Spa-Bereich durch Gäste beeinträchtigt, die wiederholt und über längere Zeit telefonierten. Dies war besonders enttäuschend, da die Nutzung des Spa-Bereichs ohnehin auf eine Stunde pro Tag und Gast begrenzt war und man in diesem Rahmen eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre erwarten würde. An der Rezeption wurde unsere Anmerkung leider eher mit einem Lächeln aufgenommen und nicht ganz so ernst genommen, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Uns wurde erklärt, dass es für einige Gäste offenbar dazugehört, sich auch im Spa-Bereich auszutauschen und zu telefonieren. Aus unserer Sicht hätte man hier jedoch stärker auf die gewünschte Ruhe und Entspannung im Spa-Bereich achten können. Des Weiteren ist uns aufgefallen, dass Getränke in Glasbehältern am Pool serviert wurden. Dies empfanden wir als bedenklich, da Glas in einem Poolbereich ein erhöhtes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt und bei einem Missgeschick zu Verletzungen führen kann.

Wunderschöne Suite im 4. Stock mit Meerblick. Sehr gute Betten, traumhafter Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück sehr gut, warme und kalte Speisen. Sogar ein Entsafter steht bereit. Jeden Abend von 19h bis 20h Happy hour mit kostenlosen Häppchen, nur Getränke zahlt man.

Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat față de plajă. Personalul este foarte politicos și serviabil. Așternuturile și prosoapele se schimbă zilnic. Micul dejun este destul de bun.

Am avut cameră triplă. Patul dublu este mare si confortabil, dar patul al doilea este de fapt un fotoliu extensibil pe schelet metalic si este foarte jos, cu saltea subtire. Nu se doarme bine pe el. Un hotel de 4 stele ar trebui sa ofere un pat obisnuit, asemănător cu cel dublu. In descrierea camerei era trecută canapea extensibilă.

Breakfast was superb. Room with view fantastic. Very comfortable and relaxing environment. Sauna and jacuzzi was the cherry on top of my stay.

At the check-in we were advised that the balcony door was broken but AC was adequate enough to keep the room nice and cool. We were offered an option to change but the view was not as good.

Everything was fine. One thing that I would like to point out that the breakfast is served until 12:00. That is excellent, as you can go the the beach and enjoy the morning sun.

Unser Zimmer war direkt unter dem Technikraum und daher sehr laute Schallgeräusche zu hören. Wir konnten uns auf Anfrage dann weitere Zimmer anschauen und wurden dann in ein ruhiges Zimmer umgebucht. Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hinter dem Hotel war an der Strandpromenade direkt ein Spielplatz.

Der Parkservice war nicht besonders freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich war nicht so einfach nutzbar, nur mit Reservierung und mit Kind waren hier auch nur Vormittagszeiten verfügbar.

Pokoje od strony ogrodu / ulicy - bardzo głośno słychać jak przejeżdżają motory i auta. Na dłuższą metę jest nie do zniesienia :(

Дуже зручне місце розташування, дуже чисто, прибирання і зміна постільної білизни кожного дня. Смачні сніданки. Близько до моря. Персонал готелю дуже привітний і завжди готовий допомогти.

Банний комплекс потребує більше уваги обслуговуючого персоналу. Не змогли потрапити до кімнати своєчасно, було зачинено і нас ніхто не чекав. Коли пішов дощ, ніхто не допоміг закрити дах над джакузі.

Il personale è sempre accogliente e pronto a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza. Anche se può esserci qualche problema tecnico, lo staff è pronto ad intervenire senza che tu te ne accorga o perda tempo. La colazione è sempre buonissima e lo staff della colazione sempre sorridente e disponibile

Mi è piaciuto soggiornare presso hotel de londres perché il personale è gentilissimo ed accogliente, le stanze sono pulite, gli orari della colazione sono comodi, come quelli per il check out, e la zona è centrale. La camera era di tipologia vecchia e avrebbe dovuto essere oggetto di un po di manutenzione, il soffitto del bagno era rotto, la porta del bagno aveva stipite rotto. La scelta del menù a colazione era basico, ma quello che c'era era di buona qualità. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza positiva. Grandissimo lo staff, davvero gentile e disponibile.

The hotel has a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything you may need. The rooms were cleaned every day and everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options. What impressed us the most was the staff – everyone was extremely kind, friendly, and always smiling and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

Blízko moře i městského ruchu. Stanice busu před hotelem, kousek do centra za 1.5E. Dostatek restaurací kolem. Finská sauna, pára, dvě vířivky na střeše, pěkný výhled. Snídaně fajn, moje preference artyčoky. Personál milý. Příjemný balkonek k moři, odpoledne stín. Příjemné posezení ve stínu před hotelem. Kola v ceně. Masáž slušná, i když dost drahá. Málo lidí v květnu a moře občas na koupání.

Drobnosti. Sprcha nedržela teplotu a občas byla vařící zřejmě kvůli nedostatečnému přívodu studené vody. Toaletní papír tenký. Matrace pro mě moc měkká. Nesouvisí s hotelem: taxi z letiště předražené a busem s přestupem a byl plný. Zpět ok.

La posizione è comoda sia per il centro città che per il porto e le spiagge. Colazione molto varia dolce e salata di ottima qualità.

Lage des Hotels fanden wir super, das Gebäude war sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war zwar sehr klein aber gleichzeitig doch angenehm und mit Balkon und Blick auf das Meer auch ansprechend. Die Mitarbeiterinnen im Frühstücksservice und die Kollegen/innen an der Rezeption fanden wir rundum sehr freundlich. Nach einer Rundfahrt durch die Emilia Romagna war das ein toller Abschluss am Meer.
