The grounds are absolutely beautiful - you would not think you‘re in the middle of a city. The pool is great for kids, not ideal for adults as it is rather shallow. Food in restaurants is absolutely excellent, both in terms of quality of ingredients and preparation. Prices at restaurants are quite reasonable. Staff is nothing short of amazing - they treat you like family. This was my second visit to the hotel (the first was so impressive) and I will be back. Only wish: that there was an ATM in the hotel.

I never ever share any bad review abt any hotel in my life. But this hotel owner should strictly pay attention to the condition of this hotel…. There is great shortage of staff there….. Guest don’t feel a vibe of welcoming there…… I would never recommend this hotel to anyone….

Le Meridian Kochi is a gem of a hotel in Kochi. I stayed with my parents and my sister at the hotel for a week. We were touched by the hospitality and how wonderful the services were. The two restaurants in the hotel offered delicious menu options. The breakfast buffet was great with so many options to choose from. My toddler nephew enjoyed the kid friendly activities offered by the hotel. We would go back for more family staycations with Le-meridian.

Hotel is an oasis close enough to city but set apart. Great on site restaurants, gym and outdoor spaces.

It's a beautiful hotel. Service/staff was on par. The major drawback though, which I mentioned to the front desk at checkout, is the dilapidated condition of the bathroom in the room assigned to us. It was clean and spacious, but that's as far as it goes. The shower surroundings needed updating, caulk around was stained and falling apart. For the stars allotted to the hotel and price of rooms, the bathrooms definitely need to be renovated and upkept to look neat/new.

At night coming to this property is little risky as the road is no man's land.

The hotel was nice, clean and offered many services. My only complaint is the charge on my laundry. We asked to have one medium sized bag of laundry to be done. We were not provided the cost until after it was completed only to find out that the cost was more than we paid for a one night stay.

Great and comfortable rooms. Gret views from Club rooms. Friendly staff. Food was decent and the Club Lounge was great. The gym instructor and the chef were very friendly. I would stay here if I go to Cochin again.

The hotel is near the beautiful back waters of Kochi, great trip there . A bit far away from Fort Kochi, but easily reachable with the car and driver service offered by the hotel . Very nice gardens and swimming pool

Not a good experience as the front office was not warm or welcoming. For checkin, i emailed the hotel about 3 people in room and to keep one extra towel, coffee mug etc to keep in room but it was IGNORED! The room looks old and dinner was disappointing. The North Indian dishes were good but western and Asian not done well. There was not NO disturb sign outside or no way to display that. The sleep quality poor. The light from the bed switches is too bright and it disturbs the sleep. It is really not good at all. Even the checkout process took lot of time.

The front desk, bell boys and the dining room staff were all friendly and accessible. A shout out to Neeti at the front desk who was super friendly and helpful.

When in Kochi we always stay at Le-Meridien. The hotel has a real character. The staff are excellent. The food is delicious. We love the breakfast buffet at this hotel. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. We usually stay in the club room which has a good size balcony. The club room also gives us access to free drinks and buffet during happy hours in the evening. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel to stay in. We will continue to go back there.

Excellent property great staff

Had a nice stay at the meridian. Was there on a business trip. The club rooms are nice with a balcony attached. My room was comfortable with everything that’s needed for a good stay. The club Lounge although nice, has limited selection of alcohol. The food and service were good though. The multi cuisine restaurant - latest recipe is good and so is the bar. Special mention for the hosted Sangi at the latest recipe. She remembered my room number despite the hotel being almost 100% occupied. Forever smiling and always helpful, she made the dining experience pleasant. Overall I had a nice stay. Look forward to returning.

The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were outdated. Given the price charged, I would expect cleaner and more modern facilities.

Liked location, room size, facilities and breakfast. Treadmill in Gym need upgrade with built in fan and easy speed/elevation buttons.

Fabulous place

Only food is good, proeprty is pretty old and need to be refurbished. During my stay out of 3 small lifts only 2 worked. You need to be standing in the bath tub for normal bath also, definitely a problem for senior people. Would not recommend.

Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent.

Don’t want your money. This property is being false advertised. May be when it first started it was a 5 star. Today I wouldn’t give it 5 star looking at the room condition. The rooms is not cleaned probably and they are not up keeping with maintaining around the room and property. I think the staff is wonderful but the property itself isn’t and so I am very disappointed with my stay. I check out after a day because I couldn’t stay in a dirty room.

Wry friendly staff and manager, but club level room had atrocious musty smell, clear black mold in the bathroom, and generally high humidity in the room.

They advertise standard accomodation is for 3 people. yet they charge additional for 3rd person!! Even tried justify that showing a webpage, where also, it said 3 person std occupancy at this hotel. Wont recommend at all.

Good place, tidy and cozy, good value for money.

Here they dont clean your room untill you tell them to. Likewise even the fitness centre is not cleaned and the used towels etc are not sent for washing/cleaning. They continue to lie there for days together (one day in my case)

It was a truly relaxing two days at Le Meridien. Stay was great and same for the food. Had a wonderful experience overall. Thanks to the entire hotel staff.

The hotel has a fabulous location, lush green gardens around it, a great breakfast buffet, and on the whole - a great ambience as you enter. The view from the room was wonderful. The rooms however are tired and mediocre. The doors, closets, chairs, bathroom finishes, furniture all need an update. The chair in my room had stains on it that discouraged one from using it. With such a great location and building it’s time they did something to improve the rooms.

I think it’s become like a worn out five star…. No main stream TV channels are subscribed (only local channels), hot water timings are limited, don’t have or not renewed liquor license, no umbrellas made available for guest who want to go for a stroll… when complained about it, all they kept saying is sorry and that nothing much could be done about it. Probably post COVID low business made the hotel cut corners which is ok but at least mention all of this upfront on their website or travel portals so that customers can make a conscious to book this hotel or not

A very spacious property tonunwind end of the day. Their lawns are one of the biggest a good evening walk worth area after a hectic day at work. I will be coming back.

Not a very pleasant experience. The new protocols was not shared during check in and hence the room was left uncleaned . It was only when asked I came to know the reason. This definitely talks about the quality of the staffs

While the hotel is not located near Fort Cochin it is an easy and cheap auto rickshaw ride into see the sights and it was great to enjoy the pool. Great restaurant

Excellent service at this hotel. The staff went over the top to make sure my family had a wonderful time. The food is out of the world and the chefs made sure to cook everything just the way we love it. True value for money and great location. The room had a great view of the lagoon. Mukund, Chef Siva, Papiha are some of the great staff who made our trip memorable.

It was a great stay. Hotel and service was great. Expedia charged me Rs 1000 extra compared to the hotel website at the same time for the same room on the same date.

We had a great experience. Enjoyed every single day of our stay. Great staff and attention to details, very friendly and polite. The management team was visible at all times and we enjoyed our 5 nights stay.

Room was not clean and basic housekeeping was missing. Dust bunnies and animal droppings in the room at check in. Empty toilet rolls were not replaced during housekeeping during our stay. Basic courtesy by many (not all) hotel staff missing.

Staff were excellent, went out of their way to welcome and help. Very friendly. Not the fault of the hotel but impossible to walk anywhere from the hotel due to road works and traffic. Hotel was an oasis, but to go anywhere you have to use hotel taxi or Uber.
