I liked avsolutely nothing about the property.

Location was great, very good transport links closeby. Breakfast had a lot of variety and food was really nice. We were not around to use the other food facilities but there was a great choice from what I could see. Reception staff were very helpful not just for hotel information but for general help to get to various locations. Shuttle service was great and I really appreciated the bag drop service as we arrived hours before our check in time so we’re able to explore Amsterdam without lugging baggage. The gift shop and the lady who works in are definately worth a mention too!

Check in was easy and smooth and I do like the free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

the room was ok but still don't understand why there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also the escalators were not working properly all weekend which for me having walking difficulties had to use the lift which was busy . also with no tea and coffee in your room the only option was the coffee machine in the reception area which didn't have much choice.

Room was comfortable and clean. Shuttle was on time.

Diner was chaos. Orders were missed or wrong. When I eventually got my meal I was given a meat burger not the vegetarian one I ordered. One of the bar staff did not appear to be very friendly.

Prima hotel nabij Schiphol. Kamers zijn netjes en goed verzorgd. Er is een (gratis) shuttlebus. Heel fijn.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la nostra permanenza all'Ibis. Sin dal nostro arrivo, lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale, accogliente e disponibile per ogni necessità. La camera era pulita, silenziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per garantire il massimo del comfort durante il soggiorno. Molto comoda la presenza di un bar self-service interno, ideale per acquistare bevande in bottiglia e piccoli snack in qualsiasi momento. La posizione è davvero ottimale per chi viaggia trovandosi nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto e offrendo una navetta che collega l'albergo allo scalo, con gli orari chiaramente visibili nella hall e alla fermata in aeroporto. Non c'è stato assolutamente nulla che non sia andato per il verso giusto e torneremo sicuramente.

De locatie voor de prijs is gewoon prima. Je weet waar je voor betaald en hoe dicht het in de buurt van Schiphol zit. Ook de shuttlebus is ideaal.

De kamer was erg warm en het werd er maar niet koeler.

Staff very good. Young man on Reception " Ardoney" ( I think) was extremely helpful getting me a printout of a ticket Well done to him.

It wasn't clear what were the options for getting into Amsterdam City. In fact the bus 397 left from a place maybe 400 metres from the front of the hotel. I think it would have been useful for guests if this information had been flagged up in the Reception area

Its location is excellent, surrounded by a beautiful natural environment, much like a resort.

I was quite surprised that such a large hotel didn't have security cameras in any of the corridors except for the front desk! This made me a little worried about safety, but I can only assume the Netherlands is very safe. I stayed at this hotel 13 years ago, and it's still very beautiful, but it really should update its security system.

Close to Metro bus station so getting into central Amsterdam was very easy and convenient

공항에 오고갈때 무료 셔틀버스가 있어서 너무 편안하게 이용했습니다. 스키폴 공항에서 여기저기 가기 편하기 때문에 굳이 시내에 숙소를 잡지않고, 여기에 잡고 스키폴공항 기차역에서 여기저기 이동하는게 좋은것 같아요!

숙소가 2층이었는데, 내려가는 엘레베이터도 안되고 에스컬레이터까지 멈춰있어 무거운 짐을 내리는데 정말 너무 힘들었습니다.

Tiene servicio de traslado ida y vuelta al aeropuerto con un itinerio frecuente. Varias opciones de alimentación en el hotel muy agradables y desayuno desde las 4am, conveniente si tomas un vuelo muy temprano.

Para ir al centro de noche hay que tomar taxi que sale un poco caro.

There was no fridge in the room, and although you could request a kettle there was no coffee or tea, or suitable cups to have a drink from.

Wszędzie płatność karta Wymienione pieniądze na nic się nie przydało . Śniadanie nie zbyt smaczne . Ceny bardzo wysokie .

De burger bar. Was erg chaotisch en verwarrend met de hoeveelheid eten die we kregen. We moesten ook erg lang wachten op het drinken.

The escalators made getting around easy and made everything easy to find. Also, they eliminated waiting around for an elevator.

The online check-in didn’t seem to make any difference, I still had to line up to see a staff member to get my key. The bedsheets were over the mattress cover but not over the entire mattress. Seemed odd.

De hygiëne. Op de muur zaten rare vieze vlekken en het tapijt was ook vies. De kamer was niet schoon en de shuttlebus kwam niet opdagen omdat hij blijkbaar kapot was maar dit werd niet gecommuniceerd

I asked for a quiet room and I received a Quiet Room!! I would like to recognize your staff member Yasmin she has outstanding great client relations skills very welcoming after I had terrible airline experience long haul international flight , missed connection , no sleep, etc. She brightened my day for sure. All the staff members were very personable.Best IBIS I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was also excellent!! Appreciate the on time shuttle Service. Thank you so Much

everything was great!!! Comfortable! Quiet! Complimentary transfer to the airport! Great food. I had the chippies from the burger cafe and they were the best I’ve had since being in Europe. The facilities were amazing! Such a variety in space, activities, food, even souvenir shop!

There was a lot of space to relax outside of the room, and the food in the diner was delicious. The courtesy bus was big

Niet goed schoongemaakt, schimmel op de kitranden en voegen. Haren van de vorige bewoners. Personeel was onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd.

Shuttle frequent and very punctual. Simple facilities but they have everything you need and it’s very clean. You’re close to the airport yet there’s no noise

I could not find the breakfast in the morning but I could’ve asked.. I found a coffee machine. I also was not able to watch any channels on the tv. Perhaps better signage could help?

Ibis is altijd value for money al vond ik het een tikje te duur. Ligging nabij Schiphol is perfect en ik blijf hier vaker vanwege de shuttlebus die ze aanbieden.

Dit keer had ik een bijzonder ongeinteresseerde persoon bij het inchecken. Niet vriendelijk, niet gastvrij, kortaf. Jammer.

Der Shuttlebus zwischen den Flüchtlingen und Hotel pendelt, war wirklich sehr hilfreich.

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war sehr Minimum. Es ist aber okay,

Shuttle bus takes a long time to arrive, but my biggest complaint is that the rooms are not sounds proof AT ALL. I could hear everything going in the corridor and upstairs. My room was on the ground floor for reference.

Dejligt dobbeltværelse med rigtig fine senge. Badeværelse med brus og tilhørende sæber. Perfekt beliggenhed ved busstop til diverse steder, herunder Haarlem og Zandvoort - gratis shuttlebus til lufthavnen, hvorfra det var nemt at tage toget til Amsterdam. Fitnessrum, burgerrestaurant og fin restaurant ovenpå. Hyggelig souvenirshop med det hele. Venlig modtagelse og venligt personale. Parkering 10 euro pr. nat. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Eneste minus var, at vasken på badeværelset var stoppet til. Vi nåede ikke at gøre opmærksom på det.

Ontzettend gehorig, kunt zo vanuit je kamer met de buren communiceren, hoort continu deuren open en dicht gaan.

Aangenaam voor een vroege vlucht. Elke 20 minuten is er een shuttlebus. Het is 10 minuten rijden van of naar de luchthaven.

Very good for one night stay at Schiphol.

For that price there should be some slippers, toothpaste, enough soap... Also, free tea and coffee would be nice.

The room was very quiet and I slept well. Being close to the airport, I really appreciated the warm shower.

The water in the bathroom sink drained slowly. Also, even though check-out wasn't until 12:00, someone knocked on my room door for a short while (about 30 seconds to a minute) shortly after 9:00, which was quite creepy. (I didn't answer the door.)
