We asked about bus shuttle as out flight was at 5 am and front desk told us that bus will be every 30 min so we bought tickets and when again approached to front desk they told us that bus is starting at 4 am,so we lost our money,asked for take away breakfast which nobody gave us.

Kamer zoals gereserveerd was niet beschikbaar. Receptionist trachtte het weliswaar netjes (door gratis ontbijt aan te bieden) op te lossen.

- My room was an accessible room, and the shower had no curtain or enclosure, which was very inconvenient. - There were a few hairs on the floor when I arrived. - The wet towels I left on the floor were not replaced on the second day of my stay. - The room had vinyl flooring with no carpeting, which made it rather cold underfoot. - The beds were very narrow, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Ma principale déception concerne les frais de parking, qui m’ont été facturés deux fois. J’ai payé le parking au moment de mon départ, mais 19 € supplémentaires ont ensuite été débités de ma caution. J’ai essayé à plusieurs reprises de contacter l’hôtel afin de régler ce problème, malheureusement sans succès. J’ai finalement pu obtenir une adresse e-mail à laquelle j’ai envoyé les justificatifs prouvant le double paiement. Malgré tous mes efforts, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Au final, le parking pour seulement 20 heures m’a coûté 38 €, ce qui est totalement injustifié. Par ailleurs, la chambre qui m’a été attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que j’avais réservée et payée sur Booking. Je n’avais jamais demandé une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. J’ai dû faire une réclamation pour que la chambre soit finalement changée. L’expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure, mais l’absence de réponse et le manque de suivi concernant le double prélèvement ont été particulièrement décevants.

Die Eingangshalle hat uns gut gefallen und das Flugzeug ist interessant.

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die uns aufgefallen sind: Das Licht im Badezimmer war kaputt, das Schwimmbad war geschlossen und ein Glas fehlte im Zimmer. Außerdem war eine Kaffeetasse nicht ganz sauber.

Praktisk beliggende ved flyplassen. Lett å komme seg til Amsterdam sentrum, og andre steder med tog fra flyplassen. Buss til og fra hotellet til flyplassen hver halvtime. Gratis en vei. Billig overnatting i kjempefint hotell. Døgnåpen butikk.

Bussen til og fra hotelle kunne utvidet tidspunktet sitt på kvelden. Appen for å betale var litt upraktisk og man kan risikere å betale for mye om man ikke følger med. Dersom man har bestilt for 2 første gang, trakk den billett for to den gangen jeg kjørte den alene. Må følge litt med.

I was positively surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very nice, spacious, comfortable bed and clean. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The location is superb, very close to Schiphol Airport, which makes it extremely convenient for travellers

Het bed. Dit was geen tweepersoons. En het zwembad. Het halve bad was bezet vanwege zwemles. Wij hadden graag van tevoren de tijden van de zwemles geweten.

We komen altijd voor de skybar maar die was nu geboekt. En we nog hadden gevraagd of deze zeker open was. Het restaurant beneden was ondermaats. We hebben zeker een half uurtje moeten wachten tot ze kwamen opnemen en er maar een paar tafels bezet waren. Als iets is geboekt laat het dan ook weten. Dan hadden we een ander hotel geboekt en we geen slechte ervaring hadden. Dus zal het nu zoeken worden naar een ander hotel. Sorry

De locatie vlakbij P3 lang parkeren is perfect. Het hotel, lounge ziet er goed uit. Kamer is ruim genoeg, bed goed, maar kamer was niet goed schoon gemaakt en dat viel tegen.

Schoonmaak kamer, vloerbedekking lag allemaal nog stof, pluis, viezigheid. Achter het gordijn een vieze plek op de grond. Onder het bed ook niet schoon. Vreemd, wat bed en badkamer zagen er wel superschoon uit. Ook deed het nespresso apparaat het niet. Melding bij receptie gemaakt, maar er werd geen nieuwe aangeboden. Ze noteerde het 'slechts'. We hadden deze kamer geboekt voor 1 overnachting, dus op zich goed hoor, maar toch paar minpuntjes wat ik niet had verwacht.

Er was een festival in de tuin van hotel. Dit was niet meegedeeld bij de boeking. Hadden nog net 1 parkeerplaats maar dit kon net zo goed niet zijn. En veel lawaai tot 23u. Valt algemeen mee maar we moesten om 2 uur opstaan voor onze vlucht. Hadden we geweten dat dit festival er ging zijn hadden we hier niet geboekt

Werden weg gestuurd door het personeel en konden niet eens parkeren bij het hotel ivm een festival op hun terrein. Wacht nog op geld terug van het hot

Zwembad, sauna en fitness zijn erg goed en prettig. Tuin is mooi en prettig, met picknick tafels om buiten te zitten. Inrichting en kunst is aardig, bij laatste kamer echt heel mooi gedaan! Doet veel voor mij, als er een mooie rustige kleur op de muur zit en geen wanstaltige kunst aan de muur hangt. Licht is ook acceptabel, niet al te koud en ongezellig.

Slechte matrassen: Ik heb de afgelopen maanden drie keer in verschillende kamers gelegen en alles was oké maar de bedden waren in alledrie de kamers met een sterk doorgezakt matras, (KUIL!) dus die zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Te weinig afleg ruimte voor spullen: Bij alledrie de kamers miste ik fatsoenlijke afleg ruimte voor mijn toiletartikelen (vrouw!) terwijl er vaak voldoende ruimte was voor een kastje of plankje bij de wastafel. Ontbreken rekjes voor handdoeken: Ook vond ik het slecht en inconsequent dat er een bordje hangt met WE CARE maar dat er nergens fatsoenlijke rekjes (alleen een klein haakje) waren om je handdoeken op uit te hangen na het douchen dus dat stimuleert absoluut geen hergebruik of besparing van was of water. Dat vind ik ronduit slecht, en dit was in alledrie de kamers waar ik verbleef het geval! Ontbreken verplaatsbaar meubilair in de tuin: Tuin is mooi en prettig, zou daar nog wel wat meer fijne tuin/relax stoelen verwachten om in te ontspannen, die je kunt verzetten als je last hebt van de vele rokers die daar buiten zitten en staan.

Locatie licht op super plek binnen 15 min lopen ben je op knooppunt noord. Bedden zijn heerlijk binnen 5 minuten lig je te slapen. En het als voetbal liefhebber vond ik de ESPN ook top👍 na een dagje vliegtuig spotter

Sehr tolles Hotel mit guten Wellness-Bereich und Gym. Das Personal war super freundlich, selten ein so tolles Team gesehen!!! Die Zimmer sind total ruhig, trotz Nähe zum Airport. Parkplatz vor der Türe war auch gut.

Alles war sehr gut, kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad ist auch beleuchtet, was fantastisch ist, jedoch ist der Lichtschalter dafür (kleiner blauer Kreis auf der Hinterseite der Wandhalterung) nicht gut zu finden. Hier müsste noch ein Hinweis-Aufkleber oder so hin.

It's a nice breakfast, the room and the bathroom weren't bad. There is a shuttle bus that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back (only to return you pay 5 euros).

When we arrived, the room was not ready although we arrived past the check-in time. We were told at the reception to wait a few minutes but we ended up waiting for over an hour. In this hotel only when you complain they try to compensate with free drinks. Also, we ordered room service, which never arrived. 2 hours later, we found out that the kitchen decided not to do room service that day. Room were not properly cleaned - only trash was removed from the bins. They also do not offer sheets for baby cot - they just left a cot with a mattress which was so used and definitely required sheets.... i've never experienced such poor service in a hotel in my life.

The breakfast

The floors in the ground floor were surely mopped without detergent. Sticky from sugar / dirt from the breakfast area. We didn’t get room cleaning until the last day, no fresh towels, had to ask. Also the bathroom felt dirty, when you walked out of the shower the floor would show the footsteps after drying

The hotel is excellent, but it was a glitch during our time. The reservation through Booking was not accepted by the hotel. It simply could not find the reservation. We waited a long time until they were able to arrange a room for us. In the end, they gave us an upgraded room, but we only arrived at the room around 10:00 PM. And yes, we would like to inform you that the room they did arrange for us did not include breakfast, which we had to pay for separately (after the original reservation included breakfast).

The hotel was very nice. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was huge. It had everything I needed. It was next to bus stops that gave good access to the city. The shuttle was great as well.

Zeer mooie kamer met uitzicht op Schiphol. Prachtig!

2 minpuntje waren de gedeelde kleedkamers met fitness en zwembad. Wat ervoor zorgde dat heel de kleedkamer vaak nat was.

Fijne kamer met bad én douche; bij aankomst stond de airco aan (en waren de gordijnen dicht); het was 36 graden buiten, nou, géén last van gehad. Grote ramen, grappig uitzicht. Dat je aan de snelwegen onder de rook van Schiphol zit, hóór je niet. Grote tv op de kamer. Echt van alle gemakken voorzien. In de lobby kun je lekker borrelen. En ook dineren. Er staat water en wat gedroogd fruit voor de pak 's middags. Overal fijne schone toiletten. Grote fitnessruimte lijkt wel een profi sportschool(tje). Gróót zwembad (27m) (alleen 8-12u voor kinderen?) stoombad sauna en zelfs een bioscoop waar (tegen betaling) de nieuwste films draaien. Er zijn 3 restaurants (eigenlijk 2) en de all-you-can-eat ruimte waar ook het ontbijt wordt geserveerd is gevuld met keuzes en etende mensen. Ik werd héél blij van het ontbijt. Hij werd héél blij van het bed.

De skybar, het hotel, het personeel: allemaal een beetje pretentieus. Hier hoef je niet te komen voor een gezellig praatje ofzo. Het is allemaal wat onpersoonlijk, maar wél correct. En dat is ook wel fijn als je van anonimiteit houdt; je kunt gewoon helemaal je ding doen. Groot hotel met veel faciliteiten. We hadden wel gedoe met het parkeren. Achteraf bleek dat er 2 verschillende parkeersystemen in werking zijn; één met een QR en één met gewoon een kaartje. Niet moeilijk doen: gewoon een kaartje pakken bij de slagboom, dan is het (ook nog goedkoper) €19 p.dg

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Zimmer schön und sauber. Pool, Sauna und Dampfbad ausgezeichnet zur Enspannung. Schöne Sicht auf Lande- und Startbahn des Schripol im Zimmer im 7. Stock.

Am Frühstückstisch werden die Tische vom Personal zu schnell abgeräumt ohne sich zu vergewissern op der Platz noch besetzt ist oder nicht. Wenn man etwas am Büffet vergessen hat (z.B.: Besteck, ...) und kommt zurück zum Sitzplatz ist der Tisch schon leer! Dies ist besonders peinlich wenn man alleine am Tisch sitzt !

The hotel was close to the Schiphol airport

The reception staff were the least helpful staff I have ever met. We asked for assistance locating a lost handbag left in the dining room the evening before. I admit it wasn't the staff's fault that we accidentally left it on the chair. However the assistance given was minimal. We needed the bag as it contained our passport to return home that day. We asked the staff for help with a consulate number as we couldn't get the number we found to work. The response was 'We don't do that!' We were also advised to go to the airport as the airport police would issue us with an identity letter to enable us to fly out of Amsterdam. This of course was not ever going to be possible as airport police cannot offer paperwork to replace a passport. Eventually we found the bag by accident as we were leaving the restaurant. It was under the front desk of the restaurant on our way out. I expected better from a Marriott Hotel.
