We had a truly exceptional stay at Paradise Cove. From the moment we arrived, we were so well taken care of, from the concierge who welcomed us through to check-in. The hotel really is a paradise, with incredible facilities including the spa, gym and heated pools. I even booked myself onto a Pilates class, and the view from the peninsula was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel has thought of absolutely everything, and the little touches in our room made our stay even more special - even the welcome pineapple! 🍍 The staff were incredibly warm, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was some of the best I’ve ever had, with everything beautifully presented and such a great variety. Breakfast was also fantastic. The gardens are exceptionally well maintained and perfectly manicured, making the whole resort feel so peaceful and beautiful. The entertainment was great too. We were invited to a cocktail hour during our stay, which was such a lovely touch and a wonderful way to feel welcomed. They also had a number of water sports available inclusive of our stay, we chose snorkelling and it was brilliant! We genuinely cannot wait to come back and will continue to highly recommend Paradise Cove to our friends and family. In fact, that’s something I’ve never really said or felt about a hotel before - there was truly not a single downside to our stay. Everything was perfect! 🤍

Es difícil quedarme con algo, ya que ha sido excepcional. El trato, las facilidades para absolutamente todo. Cuando llegamos tenían una habitación mejor a la reservada que nos adjudicaron. Las piscinas tienen diferentes temperaturas de agua, dos de ellas muy calentitas, espacio más que de sobra para todos los huéspedes.

Si tengo que decir algo negativo, podría ser el tiempo de espera en las cenas que no fueron de tipo buffet

Hôtel à taille humaine, chaleureux et cosy dans un environnement luxuriant et fleuri typique de Maurice. Vue magnifique sur le lagon et l’océan aux couleurs changeantes allant du vert au turquoise. Un service aux petits soins, un personnel disponible, efficace, soucieux de vous apporter le meilleur. Une restauration qui sait ravir tous les palais du matin jusqu’au soir.

L’information sur les activités et les visites et excursions possibles… mais c’est un point de détail.

What I loved most about the hotel was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I also loved the cleanliness, the beautiful layout of the resort, and the surrounding nature. The food was excellent, and the restaurants were outstanding, especially the XO Japanese restaurant and the Indian menu. Every day there were free activities and evening entertainment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There were so many wonderful things to experience throughout our visit. I would also like to give a special thank you to Jeff and Isea. They were the best staff members and made our stay truly unforgettable.

Its a very special place, its was so fun to wake up there and see this amazing view in the morning, the resort is very beautiful and well maintained. The food was also great, the variety and all the restaurants were amazing. The service and the staff were fantastic and welcoming.

We celebrated our honeymoon there, and mentioned that when we booked, the hotel didn’t acknowledged that at all. They said that because we booked through booking and not in their website the honeymoon perks are not included.

Gorgeous hotel in a stunning location. Staff were very friendly and attentive (a particular mention to Manoj who looked after us exceptionally well). Food was wonderful and it's so nice to have an all inclusive package that includes a la carte dining. Excellent value for money considering the standard of service.

Incredible food and lovely accommodating staff. Pools are lovely and there are enough sunbeds for everyone. Lots of available activities. The lunch menu at Peninsula was a real highlight.

Mes parents ont passé 10 merveilleux jours au sein de cet hôtel et ont adoré l’expérience ! Tout a été fabuleux : le cadre, la magnifique chambre avec vue sur la mer, les piscines, tous les petits recoins pour pouvoir se reposer sur les transats, les 3 délicieux restaurants (avec une préférence pour celui à 3 plats qui changent tous les soirs), le personnel qui a été adorable et toujours aux petits soins, les animations le soir … TOUT était parfait. Très reposant. Merci pour eux.

Rien, tout est parfait. Si je devais vraiment dire vraiment quelque chose, ce serait juste qu’il est difficile de se balader autour de l’hôtel car il n’y a pas grand chose aux alentours (mais cela n’a pas du tout gêné mes parents).

L'hôtel et le parc sont parfaitement bien entretenus et décorés. Tout est raffiné. De nombreux espaces sont proposés pour se détendre. Il y a plusieurs piscines. De nombreuses activités sont proposées, certaines payantes et d'autres gratuites. La restauration est variée et délicieuse. Le personnel est chaleureux et efficace. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Cet hôtel est parfait pour rayonner dans le nord de l'île.

Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful spaces abound on this property. Attentive staff went out of their way to make our birthday celebration special.

Lunch being served under the umbrellas proved too hot for us. We would have liked a cooler space, still enjoying the splendid view.

Location is lovely, breakfast very limited but pleasant. Buffet dinner ran out of food early without any replacement. Dinner ordered at restaurant was good and service very good.

Buffet dinner could be improved, variety limited and not enough available.

Nejedná sa o hotel s typickou plážou. V okolí je málo možností na objavovanie, ale veľa miest je v dobrej dostupnosti autom.

Великолепный отель. Отдых будто в настоящем раю! Шикарные рестораны, локация потрясающая, бирюзовая вода в океане. Очень много мест, чтобы провести время вдвоем.

Chambre magnifique, personnel adorable. Les activités sont peu nombreuses mais suffisantes pour ne pas s’ennuyer! Je remercie particulièrement la responsable de l’accueil pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. C’est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai, je l’espère accompagnée, car c’est un lieu idéal pour les couples!

La qualité des restaurants pourrait être améliorée pour un hôtel de ce standing. Car tout le reste est absolument parfait.

Personnel clairement pas au niveau, petits boutons au niveau des parasols si on appuie personne ne vient, on se lève pour avoir une bouteille d’eau elle arrive 30min après, on commande quelque chose ça ne va jamais.. Aussi dans tous les hôtels on peut manger aux transats mais pas là, c’est dommage

Perfekt möblierte Juniorsuite mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Lagune. Erstklassiges Essen in üppiger Auswahl, Buffet und a la Card in 3 Restaurants, gute Weinauswahl und Cocktails, auch alkoholfrei.

Der Garten war mit viel Liebe gestaltet und gepflegt. Top sauber, sehr gutes Essen, grosses Freizeitangebot

Everything was superb, staff above all need a special mention without fail they are friendly, fun, helpful and just elevate an excellent hotel even further.

Everything was excellent — the food, the staff, the cleanliness, and the overall comfort. It even felt like the sparrows were well-trained enough to stay away from the plates! Such a unique and special place, full of balance and serenity.

Les piscines pourraient être toutes chauffée et à des températures suffisantes pour pouvoir y rentrer en hiver

Le personnel à l’écoute sans être insistant. Le calme (très peu de bruits parasites : pas de bruits de moteur, de voix ou de musique trop forte). Peu de circulation sur la mer. De nombreux recoins où l’on peut se reposer et profiter du bord de mer en toute discrétion.

Pas de rafraîchissement à l’arrivée. Le hammam qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Les jus de fruits au petit-déjeuner.

Große Auswahl, beste Qualität, alles frisch zubereitet. Top Personal, jederzeit bemüht, den Gästen alles recht zu machen. Fantastische Unterkunft, Betten, Service, alles auf höchstem Niveau.

Das ist schon auf höchstem Niveau, das einzige was mir einfiele was NOCH besser ginge: die Bar könnte etwas mehr Qualität bei den Klassiker-Drinks haben -> der Cosmopolitan war eher ein Wodka-Cranberry. So würde ich empfehlen, bei den hiesigen Standards zu blieben, z.B. der Ti Punch war sehr gut.

Alles klopt

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage. Höfliches und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauberes, gemütliches und sehr schönes Zimmer. Überall und zu jederzeit hervorragendw Internetverbindung.

Einziger Minuspunkt muss ich den Masseurinnen geben. Zwei Massagen und beide waren enttäuschend. Die Durchführung erschien nicht professionell, die Handgriffe nicht geschult. Sehr schade da der Spa Bereich an sich wunderschön ist - selten solch tolle Spa Zimmer gesehen.

Our entire stay at Paradise Cove was incredible, and the perfect place for my partner and I to have our honeymoon. The staff were so welcoming and got to know us during our stay, and their attention to detail was amazing. Our cleaner during our stay remained the same and we were lucky enough to have Suresh, who ensured everything in our room was exactly how we wanted it. The resort had several restaurants, all with amazing quality food, and the resort facilities were next level. There were also daily activities to keep us busy, we barely left the resort.

Es un poco caro para el servicio, muchos items no están incluidos a pesar de tener el paquete que venden como "all inclusive". Cobran adicional por cosas básicas como un jugo natural o el minibar. Los tragos llevados a la playa eran realmente malos (piña colada y margarita).

Wirklich alles. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel ausgestattet mit einem wunderschönen Balkon und Ausblick. Der Service ist super und auch die vier Restaurants waren perfekt! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Tout était parfait : l’hôtel, la nourriture délicieuse dans les différents restaurants, les activités (cours de yoga, terrain de tennis,…). Le personnel est très accueillant et nous a fait sentir spéciaux. Nous avons aussi du de belles attentions pour fêter notre voyage de noces. Je recommande fortement!

Rien à part la plage/accès océan qui n’est pas une belle longue plage de sable fin comme d’autres hôtels peuvent avoir. Mais les piscines sont magnifiques.

Nothing, we decided to check out after 2 nights out of 6 (although it meant losing the money). It's not the place I would recommend if you want to enjoy your holiday.

This is not 5* Hotel. I would hardly give it 4*. It's dirty all over, including the rooms. See the picture of the blanket that we got on arrival. Breakfast was the worst I've seen ever (including breakfast in 3* hotels), no vegetables available, which is simply unacceptable. Hotel claims to be a luxury, which could not be further from the truth.

Beautiful quiet resort. Excellent staff. Lovely Spa. Glass bottom boat and snorkeling included were highlight as was the dining experience.

Interior design and the facilities I didn’t get to enjoy.

The food poisoning experience with hospital stay following consuming fruit and dinner offered by this hotel. It was further identified by hospital specialist a cut in tissue following this incident causing me much pain over the past weeks with a follow up operation to come for fix.

The hotel is a charming and peaceful boutique property with elegant style and genuinely kind staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay—the rooms were comfortable, the spa was excellent, and the food and wine selection was very nice. The hotel also organizes activities, and I particularly loved the yoga class led by a very experienced teacher. For those interested in trying something new, there’s even a kite surfing school just next door, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and sport.

I wasn’t particularly impressed with the sea and the hotel’s beach area, so if you’re a passionate beach lover you may prefer other parts of the island that offer better shorelines. That said, it may not be an issue for everyone, and the hotel more than makes up for it with three beautiful and well-maintained pools.

Titre : Le paradis sur Terre existe… et il s'appelle Paradise Cove ! Nous avons eu la chance de passer 4 nuits inoubliables au Paradise Cove et il est difficile de mettre des mots sur ce que nous avons ressenti. Un bonheur suprême, une parenthèse hors du temps. Le nom de l’hôtel n’est pas usurpé : c’est bel et bien un coin de paradis. Voyageant régulièrement, nous avons découvert de très beaux endroits, mais jamais un hôtel aussi parfait. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour le confort et le bien-être des hôtes. La chambre ? Immense, lumineuse, superbement équipée : douche double, lit ultra confortable, machine à café, thé à volonté, fer et table à repasser, parapluie… autant de petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Les infrastructures ? Splendides. Un hôtel à taille humaine, élégant, paisible, intimiste. La restauration ? Un régal à chaque repas. De vrais cocktails aux bars, une cuisine raffinée dans chacun des restaurants — digne de nos meilleures tables en métropole. Et que dire de la vue… époustouflante, à couper le souffle, presque irréelle. On ne s’en lasse jamais. Côté activités, la base nautique est bien fournie. Mention spéciale pour la sortie en catamaran, magique du début à la fin. Ce qui nous a particulièrement touchés : la flexibilité de l'hôtel face à la météo, nous permettant d'annuler jusqu’à une heure avant sans aucune pression. Du jamais vu. Le spa mérite aussi d’être souligné : un pur moment de détente et de professionnalisme. Mais ce qui rend ce lieu unique, c’est le personnel. Chaleureux, attentionné, sincèrement bienveillant. Merci du fond du cœur à Yeena, Anne Lise, Yohan, Jean Marie, Yogesh, Notesh, et tous les autres dont nous avons malheureusement oublié les noms, mais qui ont tous contribué à rendre ce séjour exceptionnel. Chaque soir, un groupe live vient clôturer la journée en douceur, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et romantique.

We an amazing two weeks at Paradise Cove. From the attentive staff to the amazing food and service. Specially call out to Tulisi for the rum tasting session...15 different flavoured rums..Deepak and Neetish who were in every restaurant we ate in from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very relaxing time, but made use of the on site gym - not big but well equipped and had the most amazing hot stones massage in the Spa.

Beautiful place, multiple pools, so spread out. Even when the hotel is full, theres so much space to get beds, they make it feel luxury for couples and put sun loungers all over the place comforting for honeymooners. Food & cocktails are outstanding. Rooms are cleaned twice a day. Staff are amazing, cant fault anything

Everything was perfect .. from start to (my extended!) finish… Nothing was a problem.. the Manager, Christian and his staff were absolutely wonderful.. listening to my needs and exceeding them with a smile in every way! I needed to stay an extra day and they organised it seamlessly! I didn’t even need to change room! Thank you! I will return soon and look forward to another exceptional 12/10 experience!!! Thank you everybody!!!

Fabulous hotel - beautiful location, excellent standards of service, immaculately clean facilities, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Food was incredible. One pool was heated. Stunning views. Staff were all amazing. Couldn't have asked for more - thank you for making our special trip EXTRA special! Especially loved the flower displays around the resort prepared by the gardener (Nareen ? Naseen? I'm afraid I've forgotten his name).

More water could have been provided. not sure why only one bottle per room is given on an evening. Why not two? . More information could have been provided at check in about evening entertainment for the week ahead and information provided on how to reserve a table at the different restaurants as these got booked up quickly.

Excellent!

Ett fint hotell men med känslan att det sett sina bästa dagar. Saknas bra möjligheter att bada i havet och den lagun som ligger inom hotellet känns smutsig. Vi hade dock en cyklon under 2 dagar och där skötte sig hotellet väldigt bra med både service och information.
