Stunning location

The property is showing signs of age. Needs a little love- e.g. the new fridge ice maker didn’t work, our to shower head only dribbled and temperature hard to control( same in bedroom 2 but great in bedroom 3). Ensuite cold tap leaked. Master bedroom TV in German said no signal and around the pool my foot went through a rotten board. All minor things that took the shine off a little- but it was still a stunning view and a nice place to stay

Proximité Océan. Vue sur l'océan depuis l'appartement, Le coin piscine proche de l'océan sous les cocotiers. La taille de l'appartement. La dispo canoé kayak. Le service ménage. Le barbecue à gaz. On peut acheter le poisson frais aux pêcheurs près de l'église du cap malheureux (100m en longeant la cote), un régal au barbecue.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Super Blick auf Meer, the Pool war super and the Palmen around the Pool are toll, sie machen ein bisschen Schatten. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet aber die Matratze sollen gewechselt werden, sie sind aufgearbeitet. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereich, der Hausmeister Mr Ajay ist sehr freundlich und kümmert über alles.

Es war Mäuse in Haus und Garten und Keine Katze war zum sehen. Vieilleicht sollte man eine Katze haben für die Mäuse und mehr gegen Mittel wegen die Mäuse.

Pour aller manger le soir c'est compliqué il faut un véhicule. Le petit déjeuner son apporter dans des barquette le matin entre 8h30 et 9h . Il y as assez a manger c'est pas comme dans un hotel ou on vous serre le petit déjeuner. Mais bon ses très bon .

j'ai mis 2 pour le monsieur qui nous a remis les clés et qui a réagit de suite pour le problème de ménage et qui n'avait pas l'air au courant que nous devions être logé ailleurs à la base

je ne peux pas vraiment noté ce logement étant donné qu une semaine avant le départ on nous annonce que le logement est soit disant en travaux et qu'on nous reloge dans une villa 3 chambres qui à l'air bien mais à 2 kilomètres de la mer. je leur demande de me donner un logement en bord de mer il me propose un 2 chambres avec 4 lits nous sommes 5. a 1 semaine du départ je ne trouve rien d'autre donc pas le choix on prend la villa!. Déception en arrivant surtout après 12h de vol :villa au bout d'un chemin de terre au milieu de nulle part heureusement on a une voiture. la villa est grande mais on a l'impression qu'elle n'a pas été loué depuis un moment et dans le jardin il y a une pauvre chatte et ses 2 petits qui crèvent de faim heureusement pour eux on aime les chats! on remarque de suite que le ménage a été vite fait: toile d'araignée au bas des baies vitrées, moustique mort et taches dans le frigo,micro ondes pas propre, tapis de poussière dans l'armoire de notre chambre, baies vitrées pas faite dégoûtant avec le soleil etc... le monsieur m'envoie justement un message pour me dire que le ménage est à partir du 4 eme jour!!! je lui envoie des photos en lui disant on aurait aimé qu'il soit fait avant d'arriver!je le remercie il est venu tout suite et s'est excusé et à envoyé une femme de ménage dés le lendemain. on s'est senti un peu mieux et avons pu positivé Nous nous sommes rendu CAPE POINT SEAFRONT nous n'avons pas constaté de travaux ! Nous pensons que cette société pratique le surbooking elle propose ses logements sur plusieurs plateformes et les attribuent à celle qui prend le moins de commission à priori c'est assez courant à l'ile maurice Sinon les petits déjeuners sont corrects beaucoup de gâchis vu qu'ils mettent de tout sans demander les préférences, nous avons donné tout le surplus à la femme de ménage

La qualité du logement. La conciergerie au top. La vue exceptionnelle. La petite épicerie quasi en face qui sauve votre séjour. La Cuisine sur la plage du traiteur où la langouste est reine

Une expérience merveilleuse pour ma famille de 6 personnes dans ce spacieux logement orienté mer. La suite parentale a une baignoire et une douche vue mer. Il est très bien équipé, la décoration est soignée et le service de ménage est irréprochable. Parking sécurisé par un portail électrique sur place, nous sommes à 100 m de Notre-Dame Auxiliatrice (nous pouvons la rejoindre directement par la plage). Prêt de paddle pour aller explorer les magnifiques eaux juste devant la résidence. L’ensemble du personnel est adorable. De loin notre meilleur logement sur l’île.

Les lits sont un peu durs.

The view , well decorated and we had a cleaner every day . The person dealing with us ,I forgot his name was really nice and male us feel so welcome .

Le personnel, la propreté, la vue depuis le salon et master room.

Le lit bébé qui n’était pas présent. Les travaux en cours à l’étage sur 1jour qui ont gêné.

Noi abbiamo alloggiato in uno dei 2 appartamenti a piano terra, con terrazzo a uso privato. La piscina, la zona circostante e le canoe sono condivise con gli altri ospiti della struttura, ma si è talmente pochi che sono quasi ad uso esclusivo. L’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso, arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto quello che serve. La vista è mozzafiato. Dalla spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi la famosa chiesetta di CAP Malheureux e si possono fare belle passeggiate lungo la costa ma non si può fare il bagno in mare. Ma la piscina è stupenda! Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni bellissimi.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile ma non è facilissimo da reperire in caso di necessità.

Malgré une vue de rêve et un appartement plus que confortable nous n’avons pas pu en profiter. Réveillez en sursaut par un marteau piqueur au dessus de notre tête, nous avons dû fuir tous les jours jusqu’à 16h ! On nous a prévenu de désagréments liés à des travaux juste le jour de notre arrivée ! À part deux petits déjeuner que l’on a voulu nous offrir, aucun geste commercial n’a été fait. Nous avons donc payer le prix fort sans pouvoir profiter de ce magnifique lieu. Très déçus !!!

The location is perfect , a great place to unwind and relax and be away from the crowds. The penthouse has amazing views and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We were advised to call a number to collect the keys, we got there late at night and we had no service on our phone as we had just landed and the lovely taxi driver called for us but we there were no reply so that was a bit frustrating, after a few tries we managed to get through to someone.

Great property at a good location! Big apartment that was clean and well taken care of with access to shared pool and lounge facilities, along with private entry into the ocean. Staff were very helpful when needed. Wi-Fi was not the strongest if more than 1-2 people using it. Overall would recommend and would come back!

The view from the Penthouse was outstanding. Each room was well maintained and staff came in each day to clean. You could see maintenance being carried out around the communal areas and pool and staff were very helpful. The pool was cold but to get expected. Would definitely come back again.

Amazing location. Spotless clean. Such a stunning view. Cleaning staff were so kind. The highlight of our trip. Thank you so much. The swimming pool was magical. The view was just out of this world. Right onto the water but without a beach so no people traffic! I wish the weather would have been better so we could've enjoyed the outdoors more! I would love to come back!

At night there was a commotion with the alarm next to the room at the back going off. The children were sleeping there and made them anxious and worried.

One of the best property i have stayed in. Wonderful location right on sea with dreamlike facilities. Worth every penny.

We had very bad neighbours above us. A young couple. They were very noisy with moving furniture late at night and early morning. We were not told we could arrive a but earlier than the official checkin time to enjoy the apartment. We left slighlt later fortunately. My son was lightly bruised by the rocky floor and sides of the pool.

The accomodation was great, with spectacular sea views and an amazing pool area. Very homely, 3 bedroom with each room having its ensuite. The kitchen facilities very practical. The owner was there, very nice and considerate. The ground staff are friendly and helpful. The location was ok, walking distance to the public beach. but no spectacular restaurants, but you can catch a cab to any recommended restaurant.

The main bedroom bed very very hard. so that was the only thing i struggled with. Couldn't sleep.

The wardrobe in one of the bedrooms was broken & a security hazard, which they should have fixed earlier or at least made us aware to avoid accidents

The flat is perfect. A lady was cleaning every day during our absence. The kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is very beautiful and the view amazing.

There is no super market/restaurants/bars in a closing distance (on foot). You definitely need a car to move. Grand Baie is 15 minutes or less driving. Again the location is very beautiful and the flat amazing.

There are a couple of drawers that need to be fixed in the main bedroom as well as cleaning all around the bathroom taps and when cleaning the outside glass tables perhaps a wet cloth should be used and not a dry one

No Beach and sea quite rough for swimming.

Location in Grand Baie was good. The Staff was helpful and friendly, especially Reena. There is a Communal Washing Machine and Tumble dryer which was very convenient. Main TV has Netflix and DSTV. Penthouse has a beautiful view and the patio area is spacious.

We booked their 4 Bedroom and 3 Bathroom Penthouse Suite. The master bathroom had no hot water, we were told by Ajay the Manager at the property that there was some issue with the geyser and that the owner had been notified and was in the process of getting it sorted, however it was not sorted during our 7 day stay, we were a family of 5, sharing 2 baths was really inconvenient, also after 3 people showered the water got cold. The dishwasher did not work, Ajay said they bought a new one and was awaiting delivery.... There is TVs in all rooms, however none of them work. We checked out on the Saturday and noticed that they put amaroks and floaters and there were staff to service the pool and bar area, whilst our stay this service was not provided. The Kitchen and Bathrooms needs an upgrade, should you decided to book the penthouse ensure that the above mentioned is in working order.

Wonderful location - absolutely picturesque. Well equipped and nicely furnished apartment.

Due to bad weather, the terrace was flooded with water till the doors. The stairs were slippery dangerous to use but we did enjoy ourselves 😊😊

Beautiful (penthouse) flat with large terrace and fantastic view of the Indian Ocean and the offshore northern islands. Very well maintained. Very nice and helpful staff. However, you need a car, the own locked car park is available for this purpose. Nice beaches in the area, but no direct beach access from the complex, but you can use the kayaks provided by the hotel. Be sure to go to the offshore islands. There are also good diving opportunities in the area.

Location is great, its beutiful but staying in the north takes you away from all activties.

We spent 2 wonderful nights and 3 days in this part of island and was very beautiful, we went kayaking, walking around, spending time on the pool.

Very comfortable and clean, 3 rooms with private bathrooms, large terrace with great view and acces to the pool.

No restaurants or shops within walking distance

The interior itself was very clean, modern, large and open. Facilities worked well other than TVs in the bedrooms. The view to the sea was beautiful. It is clear that this accomodation is managed and maintained well! This is definitely recommended for larger families!

The stairs to reach up to the third floor can be challenging and the host management contact can be dodgy in claiming damaged item fees at the end of your stay; we were told we broke a glass but know we didn’t - we accepted the small fee because we’re Mauritians from overseas, we were serviced well and lost a towel. Also, the view to the sea is beautiful but it’s not a swimming spot.

Beach: there is no beach in front of the door, just access to water where you find a bunch of snakes. No one is swimming there and the water smells fishy. No wonder everyone else goes to the east or west to do vacation. Property: old furniture and old smell in the apartment. You can see that many people have stayed there. Host: not helpful and not supportive. we wanted to check out one day earlier and they didn't react at all first, just after I called them, and didn't give the money back, which says a lot about their financial situation and how much they depend on 200Euro.

The comfort, size and facilities was excellent. We were a big family and never felt like we were in each others way. Everything you need is there, even and outside Gas Weber barbecue. Very nice porch area and furniture to laze around. More than enough TV's available, although we hardly used it.

Water drain in in bathroom was very smelly - brought back memories of the smell as in Thailand in the drains when you walked over or close to them. The beds were extremely hard and everybody complained about it. Asked to leave the room early at 09h00 for them to clean it for incoming travelers - which were not there by the time we left at 12h00.

Beautiful well maintained apartment and gardens. Pool area and access to sea were great. All staff were very friendly and helpful and kept the whole complex spotless. A very well equipped apartment. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cape Point.

The only down side was the distance from local amenities, a taxi was necessary to get anywhere as there wasn't suitable walkways.

Sono andata in questa struttura prenderò un volo hotel a 3800€ per me è le mie due figlie ,arrivate in struttura alle 7 di sera, nella struttura cera solo la guardia molto gentile e disponibile, non ci ha fatto check-in nessuno...li intorno non c’è nessun ristorante per mangiare qualcosa quindi la prima sera a digiuno. Secondo giorno abbiamo trovato un topo che girava per casa:(enorme con un naso lungo che fa non solo paura è vomitare ma schifo..abbiamo chiesto aiuto a la guardai ma purtroppo loro fanno le guardie e non caccia topi..hanno fatto del loro meglio ma senza risolvere il problema...quindi abbiamo dovuto stare per 3 notti con questo topo che girava da per tutto ,le trappole messe in tutta la casa ,topo furbo mangiava il cibo ma non si faceva fregare,ovviamente abbiamo fatto video di ore e foto di tutto questo ,anche perché avevamo paura di dormire la notte quindi stavamo alla caccia del topo.non c’è nessun responsabile in questa struttura le guardie hanno chiamato qualcuno che per una sera chi hanno spostato in un altra camera ma il giorno dopo la solita cosa !!!abbiamo usufruttò de la colazione il primo giorno10€ a persona ma niente di che un po’ di frutta con due crêpes e late,il caffè te lo devi fare con le bustine di Nespresso schifose ,anche se nella cucina c’è la machina Nespresso ma non hanno le cialde ! Per fare la spesa devi andare 20 minuti di macchina al primo supermarket! Struttura Terribile !unici gentili solo le guardie!Il responsabile arrogante

Appartement spacieux et bien aménagé, vue magnifique. En revanche, heure du check-out un peu tôt dans la journée (10 heures le matin) surtout quand le vol de retour est le soir...Certes, possibilité de stocker les bagages mais pas de prendre une douche avant le départ...
