The Holiday Inn Is in a Good Location in Piedras Niegras, near alot of stores and restaurants and they keep the inside and outside clean and well kept

In Piedras for a mission trip. This hotel has been amazing and so accommodating to us and our large group of 20. The rooms are clean and it’s the best shower ever! Yuri has been taking such good care of us every morning for breakfast, which has been hot and yummy plus lots of choices daily. Highly recommend!

Definitely the best hotel in Piedras Negras, bed was extremely comfy, the location close to everything, and the spectacular breakfast was amazing (the service provided by breakfast attendant Yuri, Blanca, Lorena, Joanna, and Rosario was awesome), thank you for everything, and hoping when I go back to see the same service.

Excellent service , the food is good, if you are there Blanca y Lorena they can help you . The front desk the personal are very kind, they can help you . Erika, Emmanuel y Adriana are so nice. The installations are comfortable and beautiful, you can go the pool and enjoy the area for grill.

They ran my card for almost $200 refundable deposit, and they still charged me. The girl at front desk Erica gave me a receipt with no amount that clearly shows transaction canceled.

We loved this placed we been using this hotel since 2020 we used to stay with family but due to COVID-19 situation we decided to try this hotel and now we used it every time we visited family.

Great hotel for the price. The similar Holiday Inn Express was $236 for the same night on the US side of the border but this one is just as clean and comfortable, if not more so than any other place in the US. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom and shower are great, room AC is top notch. Super comfy bed. Lots of affordable eats within walking distance. Looking forward to the free breakfast tomorrow before we head back home.

The customer service & professionalism is extremely good. Everyone is super friendly and say good morning (hello). The breakfast is made with a lot of love because it’s absolutely delicious. The pool is climate controlled and nice. Will most definitely be coming back. There were no complaints whatsoever. They do a wonderful job of explaining how everything works & where everything is. No guest past 11pm which I think is wonderful to keep the place safe

I loved to stay in this hotel .. but this time I was a little disappointed!!I have been a reward’s member for year and every where I go I get greeted and offered amenities.. well guess what. Not this time . Supposedly!! Because I didn’t book through them I wasn’t in title to any amenities.. well I don’t agree

Overall staying here was a very good experience. Hotel was clean & felt safe. I like that is has its own private parking & close to several restaurants. Staff is always helpful & friendly. This was my 2nd stay in the last few months. I plan to stay again soon

I stayed 2 nights on the first floor which I liked and 1 night on the third floor which I didn’t like because of the hassle of entering and leaving the premises.

Our stay was awesome from beginning to end. Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. We had fun at the pool, loved that there were towels available for us there on site. Staff was helpful, and friendly.

We stayed 2 nights then added an extra stay. Every time we have visited pierdas negras, we usually stay with my god-parents, but this time we decided to give a hotel a chance. Best decision ever made. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, loved that some of the staff were also bilingual. Would definitely book another stay at Holiday Inn Express when we visit in the near future. Thank you.

In one of my rooms, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and I would have to shut off the water quickly or else I would be standing in an inch of water. In the other room, the shower water would leak into the hallway. Other than those problems, our stay was okay.

I love the Charcoal Grill and a lot cheaper to get groceries here in PN than in the states. Sometimes I stay. This trip I had the best deal at the Holiday Inn Express. It is in a great place, walking distance to everything. The staff was amazing. Probably the best I have had anywhere! Very helpful and attentive. The bed was super soft and room was very big. It will be my hotel from here on out when I spend the night!

When I made the reservation from Expedia I wasn’t told by their Representative that it’s out of the U.S. Border. Its actually located in Mexico. Which I called Expedia for my refund. I wasn’t to to get a passport. So I canceled it and look search for another Hotel to stay .
