Dåligt med bord/avlastningsytor. Endast ett tillgängligt eluttag. Svårt när man behöver ladda både mobil och labtop och kanske vill använda vattenkokare.

Kaos på frokosten, burde vært delt opp i puljer. Valgte hotellet p.g.a at de skulle ha meget god frokost. Den var god men hadde forventet større utvalg av pålegg. Dessuten hadde de kun laktosefri melk.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Si conviene el desayuno incluido en cualquier lugar afuera desayunar un cafe y un pan dulce o algún bristro te cuesta mucho más que solo el desayuno, la habitación pequeña pero practica y muy accesible caminando al centro, a los transportes públicos que no necesitas taxi, excelente opción de hotel
el que la habitación la calefacción está controlado desde una caldera principal y si no está prendida no la puedes utilizar, si pides te presta un calefactor electrico adicional, pero buscaba vivir la experiencia completa

Inte optimalt att ha duschen i badkaret..vi som har lite svårt att lyfta benen så högt kommer knappt i eller ur.. Ta bort badkaret och ha vanlig dusch så det passar för oss med besvär med benen..

The main facilities in the lobby area are great, plenty of casual seating space, good bar/restaurant and some games available which was a bonus. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay.
The rooms are functional but very compact.

Kvarteren kändes inte som jag ville gå själv sent.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Great location, right round the corner from the station and the airport express and also in the centre of town. Fun location with lots on offer within the hotel and nearby. Noon is a great checkout time too.
Room was way to warm but was unable to cool it down. Some parts of the hotel looked very cool and others a little rundown but none of these are even remotely a deterrent to stay. I would thoroughly recommend it.

せっかくバスタブ付きの部屋をアサインいただき嬉しかったものの、バスタブ全体に前使用者の垢、または長期未使用の埃がついており、入浴中に全てのお湯を捨て、夜中にバスタブを自ら掃除することとなった。 掃除後はつるつるになったので、気のせいではない。

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Location was perfect like the center of the universe; near trains and all types of other transportation. Easy to see and do attractions. Near a variety of stores, restaurants and other services. Room was comfy. Breakfast was phenomenal 😋 best ever in selection. Friendly staff.
Our bed size but that was because I wasn't familiar with the metric sizes of all the options.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Unacceptable treatment of an elderly lady and a minor! we booked a Standard Twin room with two separate beds for my 77-year-old wife and our 17-year-old grandson. At check-in, the staff tried to force them into a lower category room with just one small French bed (140 cm), demanding they share it. When my wife refused, the staff treated her with rudeness and absolute lack of respect. The issue was ONLY resolved when she showed the printed Booking voucher; only then did they back down and give the correct room. Shameful, opportunistic behavior and zero professional ethics. Highly discouraged for families or elderly. From the Hotel? only bla bla bla

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Perfekte Lage vis a vis vom Arlanda Express und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zum Besuchen; schöne Zimmer und ruhige, liebes Personal und das mega Frühstücksbuffett mit Allem was das Herz begehrt und wirklich für jeden was dabei und wird immer wieder nachgefüllt, Plätze sauber gemacht,.... es war alles perfekt- danke!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026ホテルフロントの対応がすごくよかった。朝食が素晴らしかった。セントラル駅の隣で、アクセスが非常に良い。フロントの横で、ビリヤード、ミニカーリングで遊べてよかった。アイスバーがあって夜も楽しめる。近くにレストランがあり、すぐに歩いて行けて素晴らしい立地であった。
帰っても部屋の掃除をしてない日があった。すぐに、バスタオル、タオル、トイレットペーパー、テッシュをフロントにもらいにったらくれた。フロントの対応は大変良い。最後に写真も撮ってくれて、フロントはやさしい。
