The room and breakfast were excellent.

I wasn't too happy with the dinner selections. I can't eat beef, and some were too much food.

Jolie chambre dans un bel hôtel très bien situé, à 500 mètres du centre-ville. Accueil rapide et efficace. Piscine bien agréable pour un moment détente.

Très belle chambre tout confort, propre et très calme. Le personnel est super gentil. Mention spéciale au barman! Le petit dej est hyper copieux et de très bonne qualité. L’emplacement est idéal à 7 min à pied du centre-ville en se baladant dans les ruelles et accessible à voiture rapidement depuis l’autoroute. Parking gratuit devant l’hôtel.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. A five minute walk in to the beautiful historic centre and lovely views from the privilege double room at the rear of the hotel. Breakfast fabulous. Good selection of produce with local honey as an added bonus. We hope to return!

The hotel has a large free carpark right outside the front entry. Reception was friendly and efficient. As an Accor member, we were upgraded to an ‘privileged’ room. Our room was an end room on the second floor with a nice view over the pool. The room was small but beautifully decorated with lots of shelves, built in desk/table, open hanging space, security safe and small refrigerator which contained orange juice, soft drinks and cold water. The bathroom was modern, beautifully tiled and the finish the best we have seen in France. Most importantly, the room was air conditioned with fan speed and temperature control and it worked perfectly unlike most hotels we have stayed in France. There is a huge supermarket across the road. We didn’t use the restaurant for breakfast or dinner but it looked nice, overlooking the pool

The pool was beautifully clean and inviting but too cold for me. 😁Nothing. The entire complex was perfect. Btw, I’m from Australia, NOT Hongkong.

It was modern and clean and food and drink was available at all hours

The room was very small, no wardrobe, nowhere to put a suitcase, let alone 2 The swimming pool didn’t open till 10:00am and closed at 20:00 They appeared to be short staffed so the waiters would not serve you until they felt like it without acknowledging you to say wait a moment please but that’s mostly the same all over France. The breakfast room was so busy and tightly set up that you had to queue for everything but no omelette or fried eggs It appeared to be a hotel for dogs and bus tour groups

L'accueil tout à fait cordial et efficace . Chambre standard , confortable , propre , calme malgré la proximité du centre ville . Petit déjeuner dans une salle agréable ,ou en terrasse , très varié . La piscine de l'hôtel est un plus pour nous au retour de nos randonnées vélo . La petite terrasse au bord de la piscine , idéale pour la détente ou un apéritif et même un excellent service de restauration légère à des tarifs très raisonnables . Parking privé et fermé . Possibilité de ranger les vélos dans une salle intérieure . A 10 minutes à pieds du centre historique de Beaune . Tout Ok .

En comparaison de la petite terrasse avec son service de restauration légère ( mais de qualité ) , le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on peut en attendre . Ce n'est pas de la " gastronomie " . Sans être mauvais toutefois , juste banal . La climatisation dans les chambres est " difficile " à régler , pas d'indication de la température sur le boitier de commande .

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The pool was clean and well kept. Food and bar facilities were very good,and the staff were very welcoming.

Obwohl ich rechtzeitig reserviert hatte, habe ich ein Zimmer erhalten, dessen Dusche keinerlei Abtrennung hatte und der Kosmetikspiegel soweit unten angebracht war, dass man ihn nur in einer sitzenden Position hätte benutzen können.

Fantastic location just five mins walk into town. Also close to the main road to access the vineyards so the best of both worlds! Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Crowning glory though - the pool and bar area which were a beautiful respite after wine tasting and walking around vineyards. So perfect I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Beaune.

Cant think other than opening the gate on the right hand side so the access to town was even easier!

Great location only 10 minutes into the medieval city centre. Good stopping point from UK to Switzerland for a couple of days exploring this lovely area.

Some guests were very rude to the staff but staff handled them very professionally.

Surprise de ne pas voir de frigo dans la chambre pour un 4 étoiles. J’ai compris après qu’il y avait une fontaine à eau en bas mais ça aurait mérité un mot dans la chambre.

We stayed one night on our way to the south of France, then one night coming back, and had an excellent stay! The service was fantastic and restaurant was great with a very impressive wine selection. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the hotel was extremely clean and would highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

Well located hotel with closed parking, short walk to Beaune centre. No acknowledgement/upgrade of Accor status other than your welcome drink is in the app. On site outdoor swimming pool is a welcome bonus in the heat open until 8pm. Tip, take water container (remember classic room has no fridge) Breakfast was good, ate in town in the evening.

Le chef a pu préparer des plats mixés adaptés à ma mère qui avait mal aux dents. J’ai beaucoup appréciée la piscine . Les personnes à l’accueil et les serveurs ont été très attentionnés. Du service haut de gamme!

Not quite up to the usual standard. All of the staff seemed new and perhaps were still finding their feet. We missed the previous, long serving team, particularly Jean-François who always made one feel welcome and was so knowledgeable. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant - no table d'hôte menu prepared and the food once served was uninviting. The town centre is nearby so that might be an option for dining.

Young bar staff were inattentive and appeared overwhelmed at number of people in bar area wanting drinks and food. This was a shame as other staff ie reception and restaurant waitress were helpful and friendly

Young bar staff were rude and unhelpful which was disappointing as other hotel staff were really accommodating and helpful.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Service war ausgezeichnet man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, wie hundefreundlich das Hotel ist. Unser Hund wurde genauso herzlich empfangen wie wir, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, alles war sauber und gepflegt, und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank a das gesamte Team ! wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

De locatie: niet ver van autostrade en op wandelafstand van Beaune centrum. Ook veilige parking (poort dicht ‘s nachts) en meerdere laadpalen.

We zijn meer gewoon van een 4 sterren hotel, zeker aan die prijs. Kleine kamer, geen frigo, geen badjas en geen conditioner.

Le personnel a l’accueil et les très gentilles dames au service au petit-déjeuner. L’emplacement très proche du centre ville nous avons tout fait à pied. Les chambres (suite) spacieuse avec douche et baignoire.

Le snack à une petite carte mais c’était bon. Le restaurant a une très belle carte, malheureusement la viande était très grasse et le poisson pas cuit entièrement. Les jeunes au service du bar était très gentils mais un peu perdu sur ce qu’ils servaient.

Modern, very clean hotel. We did not use any of the facilities as arrived late and stayed one night but the bar area looked very nice, as did the breakfast area and pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a bit further to walk to the old town than I thought, especially in 35 degrees but we managed it.

Très bon emplacement sur la route des vacances. À 15’ à pied du centre de Beaune. Grand parking avec des bornes de recharge électrique. L’hôtel est climatisé et à une jolie piscine. La literie est excellente et les chambres sont fonctionnelles.

Our stay lived up to our expectations. In close walking distance to the heart of Beaune, a refreshing pool during sunny summer weather and a very helpful personal. Pre-ordered a bottle of white burgundy to the room and it was cold and ready waiting for us upon arrival. Would definitely come back for another visit in Beaune!

Great hotel in great location. With great parking. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel and it did not disappoint. You are a short walk into Beaune, which is a fabulous place, but parking in hotels in the centre is tricky. We have tried it and our anxiety levels were risen. Take the easy option and a short walk you will not be disappointed. We love Beaune, and have now found the perfect hotel to enjoy it! The breakfast is really good, and the staff cannot do enough to help. It also has a good bar with a big screen. Hotel pool is lovely and just what is needed after a long drive!

Le fait que la chambre n'avait pas de minibar, alors que c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles. Avons pris le repas du soir sur place. Le cuistot ferait mieux d'envisager un autre métier. Tout était nul.

Das Essen : einmal auf der Terrasse, einmal im Restaurant, war nicht sehr gut.
