Buena habitación, limpia y el trato del personal. Rápido check in. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta que salió el avión.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and stores close by. The room was very clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Our room was located upstairs with a view of the courtyard.

There is no elevator for upper rooms in the courtyard. The courtyard is not covered so you have to walk through the rain with luggage to get to front desk and restaurant.

Nous nous sommes rendus à l'Hotel du Congrès car nous allions à un concert au Cirque Royal. Emplacement au top, à peine à 1 minute à pied. Nous avions loué une place de parking au Indigo Spectrum qui se situe lui aussi à une minute à pied de l'hôtel. Hotel très beau, propre et classe. La chambre était très bien, spacieuse et le lit très confortable Le petit-déjeuner, très très bien fourni, de tout pour tous les goûts et surtout du frais.

The reception and location are great. I was helped with my many pieces of luggage to my room. The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained

The rooms could be a little bit bigger but especially the bathrooms are very tight and need renovation.

מלון מהמם בכמה בתי דירות אירופאים משופצים. חצר פנימית מקסימה ושקטה. 15 דקות הליכה עד לכיכר המרכזית. נקי מאד! חדרים נוחים אסתטיים מפנקים ונעימים. צוות נגיש וחייכן. לובי וסביבת עבודה נעימה למי שצריך. אווירה אירופאית קסומה וקטנה. מאד מאד מומלץ.

Central location and comfortable room

Hôtel très bien situé à moins de 15 minutes du centre, chambre confortable et personnel très sympathique!

Le seul bémol pourrait être la taille de la douche qui est un peu petite mais pour peu de temps, c'est quand même très bien et j'aurais apprécié qu'il y ait un frigo dans la chambre

Très bel établissement, chambre propre, personnel professionnel. Il manque du bon pain au petit-déjeuner (juste du pain de mie, cake et petits pain)

El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de la zona centro. El edificio tiene encanto. Las instalaciones están bien y muy limpio. Es cómodo y tranquilo. No todo el personal habla español pero se esfuerzan en comprenderte.

El petit desayuno de 5€ con café y croasan es para llevar, no se puede tomar en el comedor del hotel. No parece que esté adaptado para personas con problemas de movilidad reducida.

Location, the beds were very comfortable.

The only thing was that the bathroom door was very difficult to open; it doesn't have a proper handle. The shower is positioned sideways, which also made it difficult to take a shower.

There was a cheap and quick and normal price breakfast, thats a great idea and budget friendly. Also great location and atmosphere at and around the hotel. The place is clean and modern, no issues there. The rooms were also quiet.

The bed was a bit too stiff including the pillows, but thats also depending on personal preference. I was on the ground floor, so my window looked at the garden and if I opened the window, anyone could climb in, so I went with the AC instead:).

Posizione tranquilla ma non isolata, con vicino anche qualche ristorante. Stile degli interni per me delizioso. Fortunatamente mi hanno assegnato la camera silenziosa che avevo chiesto, dava sul cortile interno su un meraviglioso albero (se avessi avuto la stanza sulla strada penso l'esperienza sarebbe stata molto diversa per me). Colazione ottima e abbondante. La camera, pur essendo piuttosto piccola, aveva tutto ciò che mi serviva, non c'era alcun rumore da ventilazione forzata (che io di regola patisco), e un bollitore e una macchina del caffè a disposizione! Wifi affidabile, sono riuscita a lavorare bene anche dalla stanza.

La colazione aveva poche opzioni a disposizione senza glutine e latticini (due latti vegetali e un panino senza glutine al giorno esposto), ma io ho solo una lieve intolleranza quindi non ho chiesto oltre e ho mangiato quanto offerto. Penso si possa migliorare questo aspetto. Inoltre, in una occasione il personale della reception avrebbe forse potuto essere più gentile/collaborativo nel venire incontro a una mia richiesta di favore - era un favore, quindi non erano tenuti, ma sarebbe stato fattibile a mio parere e lo avrei apprezzato.

The location was excellent and very convenient, and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. I also really appreciated how comfortable the bed and shower were. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

My only complaint was the noise. The walls seemed quite thin, so I could hear the guests next door moving around and closing their door, as well as footsteps from the room above and noise from the corridor. Unfortunately, this made it a little difficult to relax and sleep at times. Apart from the noise, I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel.

L'hôtel est joli et situé dans un quartier calme. Quelques restaurants et lignes de bus à proximité. Ma chambre était propre. Une bouilloire est à disposition dans la chambre. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est calme.

Rapport qualité-prix moyen. La chambre était petite et située sous les toits, donc chaude. Peu d'équipements : pas de minibar, pas de coffre, peu de place dans la salle de bain, pas d'armoire... La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas, elle coulisse juste. Peu d'intimité donc. De plus, le lavabo est situé dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain. Du bruit provenant de l'extérieur : les avions qui décollent et les cloches de l'église le matin. Le velux au-dessus du lit ne descend pas jusqu'au bout, laissant passer un peu de lumière. Deux sachets de Lipton à disposition pour deux jours. C'est un peu mesquin.

Great location a few blocks away from the main crowds(of Grand Palace) and close to Central train station or to make other local trips. Our room has AC, was spacious and airy with high ceiling and windows that can open to let in fresh air(on a small street). Good thick comfy bed. Staff was helpful with directions. A laundry mat and good Thai restaurant were a few doors down. Location was key as we were able to walk the entire old city core in the few days we have.

Nice if the bathroom doors have a lock for privacy instead of just being a slide. Also a mini fridge was not included(we knew prior to booking) so we can keep some water and left overs, but we worked around it knowing that we plan to eat out everyday. Not the hotel's fault, but you can walk with luggage from Central train station if you put some effort in it as some blocks are slightly hilly.

Schöne ruhige Lage und sehr zentral, Metrostation einfach zu erreichen

Hotel położony 15 minut spacerem od centrum, 5 minut od Katedry, obok tramwaje, knajpki, Carrefour Express, businessowe, dobre śniadanie, po tygodniu się trochę nudzi, ale kawa wyśmienita, ładny wystrój, pokój sprzątany codziennie (nowa pościel codziennie), klimatyzacja działa bezszelestnie. Prysznic jako monolit bez kafelek (super czysto). Żadnych grzybów i silikonów. Winda. Super hotel blisko Grande Centrale.

W sumie mam tylko dwie trzy uwagi, odległość od łózka do ściany dość wąska więc jak ktoś ma problem ze stawami to może mieć kłopot. Materac za miękki (ale to kwestia gustu). I przydałaby się woda w pokojach bo ekspres i herbata jest. To drobiazgi, hotel mega.

Das Hotel liegt recht praktisch in zentraler Lage und profitiert vom anliegenden gemütlichen Place de la Liberté mit seinen vergleichsweise preiswerten Kneipen und Restaurants. Das Hotel ist von mehreren Bahnhöfen aus gut per U-Bahn erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist weitgehend "american" und entspricht dem üblichen Standard. Der Service ist höflich und freundlich. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass alle Räume des Hotels (Frühstückssaal, Flure, Lift und Zimmer recht klein und eng ausfallen. Alles kein Problem, wenn man viel unterwegs ist; wer sich etwas mehr im Hotel aufhalten möchte, sollte kein Problem damit haben, wenig Platz zu haben.

Teils hört man den innerstädtischen Verkehrslärm. Alles völlig im Rahmen, aber wer sehr leicht schläft, sollte die Fenster eher geschlossen halten. Das Zimmer mit Fenster zur Südseite hat sich im Juli recht stark erhitzt und ließ sich leider nicht sehr effizient lüften.

The day of my stay, the hotel was experiencing problems with the pipes, and there was no running water available. As a result, it was impossible to take a shower or even wash my hands in the room. I understand that unexpected technical issues can happen and that some problems may be beyond the hotel’s control. However, I was disappointed by the lack of support from one of the reception staff members when I explained the urgency of the situation, as I had several appointments that day and access to a shower and other basic facilities was essential. I was simply told that we had to keep waiting, (ca. 3hrs) rather than being offered any alternative or practical solution. Also once the water was back, it was brown and it didn’t look safe to be used during the first hours. I also asked about a reimbursement approximately two hours after checking in and once I realised the hotel situation but this was not possible. I would like to mention that another member of the reception team was much more kind and attentive. He provided me with several bottles of water so that I could at least wash my hands. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name. Overall, not a great experience. While I understand that technical problems can occur, I would have expected better communication, support, and assistance in such an unusual situation.

Ik verbleef in het bijgebouw, waarvan de kamers recent opgeknapt leken. Prima kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt. Hotel ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het centraal station en de Grote Markt en ligt in een rustige en leuke wijk. Cafés en restaurants in de directe omgeving.

Alles was dik in orde.

Staff were incredibly supportive. Breakfast was really great. Staff were on hand to make hot drinks and the food was delicious. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Towels were changed every day. There was a pod coffee machine with pods topped up daily. The hotel also had a lot available from reception, including wine and beer. 3 rounds of drinks for 3 people cost us only £29!!!

It wasn’t a big deal in the end but the shower was quite small. The flow of water was excellent but not a lot of space to manoeuvre.

Tout était parfait : Situé pratiquement entre la Gare du Midi et la Gare Centrale - Métro, tramway et bus dans un rayon de 300 m à pied. Pour les plus vaillants, tout reste accessible à pied. Chambre confortable, et j'avais la chance d'avoir une chambre dans l'arrière courre. Beaucoup de choix sucré salé pour le petit déjeuner. Et cerise sur le gateau, la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel.

La posizione logistica e' ottima in una zona con molti ristoranti e tipiche panetterie del belgio, a soli 7 minuti a piedi dal centro citta' La Grand Place. Le camere sono accoglieti e il personale e' molto gentile e disponibile.

La camera era ristrutturata e accogliente, ma il bagno aveva la doccia in vasca da bagno, consiglio alla struttura di investire nell'ammodernamento dei bagni. Inoltre non esisteva un mini frigorifero in camera molto utile se vai in vacanza e non vuoi spendere un patrimonio per comprare bottiglie di acqua da 0.5L a 3.50 EUR!
