La seguridad en sus alrededores deja mucho que desear, hay mucha gente de la calle y te tienes que estar en todo momento cuidando. El hotel no te asesora de por donde es mejor llegar ó como.

Quartier pas très sécurisant et beaucoup de bruits dehors. Chambre 103, très abîmée et toute la literie de très mauvaise qualité.

Slightly dodgy area. We walked out for dinner and walked past cars parked outside and when we walked back every single one had had its windows smashed in. Breakfast was ok.

Great location. The walk to the Grote Markt was surprisingly short. The room was spacious and practically furnished, with a very comfortable double bed. Having a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room was a nice touch. The hotel also has lovely and cozy shared spaces.

地理位置不错 😌 北站走路5分钟导航就到了，干净，水池淋浴🚿空调等设备是全新的，因为还能闻得到一些新装修的粉刷味道。我们的房间在6楼最高的一层，wifi信号弱前台给了我们一个新的用，信号满格！棒棒👍但些许还能听得到一些马路上吵闹，关上窗户就好了，要是能有个迷你bar 有两瓶纯净水就更完美了。

床太软了，一睡陷进去了，爸妈年纪大了腰椎不好，喜欢睡硬一些。要是能有个迷你bar 小冰箱有两瓶纯净水就更完美了。

Room 101. The staff were lovely and friendly. The mattress and bedding was nice and clean and the bathroom was modern and clearly recently updated.

The screen on the shower was unfortunately not sufficient when showering to stop water pooling onto the floor outside of the bath. I worry this will lead to moisture and mold issues, and ultimately costly repairs for the hotel unless fixed. Another challenge that is of course outside the hotel's control is that the area did not feel particularly safe during the evenings. I'm sure Best Western could do well to push their local politicians to help improve the conditions in the area.

The break fast was good. Everything tasted was good.

I would prefer more fresh vegetables and a fresh fruit salad than canned fruits. The location of the hotel is a min point for me considering there is no private parking. I had to spend extra to park which I didn't anticipate.

5 stars for the hotel staff. Very helpful and polite.

Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is very seedy, with lots of homeless people and visible drug use. One word of caution if you’re travelling with kids or as a family: avoid Brussels North station if you can. Just outside the station is the main red-light area of Brussels, and it really isn’t a pleasant area, especially with children. That said, none of this is the fault of the hotel or its staff. The staff themselves were great and very helpful.

Rooms are modern and have all the facilities needed including a good desk although not an adjustable chair. Good value for money for Brussels

Be aware that the area around Brussels Nord station has some seedy activities and this hotel might not be ideal for a girl travelling alone. The hotel itself opens onto a well lit and open area.

The room was very nice; it had three beds, and every day they changed our towels and made the beds. Even though it was facing the street, the neighborhood is very quiet, it’s mostly office and hotel areas. We would have liked to have a small fridge to store water or a few other things.

There were a lot of people around the area using drugs or asking for money or cigarettes. It didn’t feel very nice to walk alone, or even in a group. Since it’s close to Brussels‑North, there are people in the surroundings who can make you feel a bit unsafe.

It’s walkable distance from station , provides basic amenities and staff is prompt. Breakfast was good as well

The bathroom was not clean , I had to go to the front desk to get someone to clean the stains on the toilet as no phone in room. The area in front of the hotel gets filled with a rowdy crowd drinking and doing drugs in the evening so not very safe if you are alone. The walls are thin and I could hear the people in the next room

Frühstück war Oki, aber leider war Unruhe in Hotel , paar Gäste ersten ganzen Nacht lauter man kann kaum schlafen

Verrassend goed voor een 3 sterren hotel in Brussel! We hebben meerdere hotels gehad in Brussel van 3 tot 5 sterren en ik moet zeggen dat prijs kwaliteit top is! Nette moderne kamer. Goeie ligging. En eerlijk beter dan sommige 4, 5 sterren hotels in deze regio qua netheid en comfort. Het bed was groot en comfortabel en de eerste keer dat er in een hotel direct genoeg kussen waren voorzien. Vier stuks plus twee reserve in de kast! Ligt in een drukke, rumoerige wijk maar net om de hoek waar het een stuk rustiger en schoon is op straat.

Het toilet hangt vrij hoog, wat minder comfortabel is voor iets kleinere mensen. Maar dat is het enige minpunt.

There is nothing.

Location is very ideal if you want easy access to Brussels Nord station and the city centre. Both are within a short walking distance. The staff are very helpful and friendly!

This is well known as a very seedy area in Brussels. The amount of drug addicts and criminals walking around is very concerning. You do not feel safe at night especially! The room itself had a pungent damp smell my whole stay. I tried to open windows and the smell persisted. The interior needs to be updated and the toilet sink was slow to drain! I think with a few changes the hotel can be a very decent stay despite the surrounding area but it didn’t help itself with the lack of attention to details. I encourage the hotel to look into these matters as they can lead to better outcomes if addressed.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est toujours disponible à écouter les éxigences des clients. La structure est bien organisée, à deux (ou quatre) pas de la Gare du Nord.

Les premiers étages peuvent créer problèmes si on n'est pas habitués au bruit et aux personnes qui passent 1 mètre plus en bas. Mais pour celà il sera suffisant de demander au personnel disponible de l'hôtel :)

Das Hotel liegt hinter dem Bahnhof Nord (ca5min)die Gegend etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, das Frühstück ist Gut,wenige Minuten ins Zentrum und zur UBahn

L’hôtel et le personnel, y compris le petit déjeuner étaient très bien. Le personnel au top et répond à nos attentes et nos besoins. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Le petits déjeuner sont complets et tout le monde peut trouver de quoi se régaler. C'est très bon.

Nous avons moins appréciées le quartier où l'on ne s'est pas senti très à l'aise et qui n'est pas très "belge". Nous aurions apprécié que l'on nous prévienne. Peut-être que ce n'est pas possible.

⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing stay – uncomfortable room and poor service Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not comfortable, and the air conditioning was not working at all. When I spoke to the receptionist, I was told that it would come on automatically, but it never did. Eventually, one of the receptionists kindly lent me a fan, which I appreciated, but this did not solve the problem. The overall service was disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel. On top of that, the surrounding area did not feel safe or pleasant, with what appeared to be people under the influence of drugs around the area and constant fighting and disturbances, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. I expected a much better standard of comfort, service and safety.

La habitación estaba limpia y el personal amable. Esta situado a unos 2km del centro y se puede ir andando.

Por la parte de atrás del hotel es una zona por donde es mejor no pasar ni de dia ni de noche por que puede ser que te roben o algo peor. Demasiada gente rara.

De deurcode was niet aanwezig. Ik heb echt geen contact gekregen met de accomodatie. Heel slecht! Ik wil dat alles wordt terugbetaald word. Asap

Posizione comoda per il centro città, i musei e gli spostamenti fuori città con il treno, compreso l' aeroporto. Colazione a buffet molto ampia, anche se noi italiani non siamo abituati. Diverse mattine abbiamo fatto colazione con il l bollitore, caffè solubile o tè fornito e poi rinnovato con la pulizia della stanza. Staff disponibile anche a chiarimenti via whatsapp. Stanza silenziosa e ben climatizzata, sufficientemente ampia.

Gli scarichi del bagno sono un po' lenti. Il led del condizionatore non si può spegnere per l'uso notturno. Al tavolo c'è una sola sedia. Potrebbero essere forniti almeno degli sgabelli pieghevoli per gli altri ospiti.

Hotel staff were pleasant and the hotel was fine though a bit dated.

Room was clean but small insects (silverfish crawling on room carpet) indicated an excess of damp or moisture in the room, which wasn't the best experience on our first night.

Room was clean, good location, 10 walk from train station and 15-20 min by walk from old City . 15 min walk from Shopping Centre and shopping street
