Great location, next to the metro and convenience stores. Staff were very helpful and kind, specially Julia. The restaurant was incredible and the breakfast was varied and tasty.

The room carpet was a bit old and could definitely use a good deep cleaning. The bathroom seemed quite outdated and was not cleaned sufficiently before our arrival.

Camera molto ampia, colazione a buffet ricca e varia, comodi i letti. Abbiamo anche ordinato cena in camera con robottino e lo staff ci ha aiutato ad ordinare, esperienza simpatica.

Considerati i costi medi degli hotel in Cina, il rapporto qualità prezzo è totalmente sbilanciato. Per quel prezzo mi aspettavo un hotel di qualità superiore. Inoltre il bagno sembra anni 2000 e la prima camera che ci hanno dato odorava di fumo (colpa anche della moquette a terra), poi cambiata con un'altra.

Everything is luxuriuos. Very friendly staff and they helpied us to do a lot.

This hotel is by far the most accommodating hotel we have stayed. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to do early check-in. They even upgraded our room due to the triple room not available yet at that time. Front desk staff - Ella was extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady was also very professional and friendly. Breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were great too. They also allowed us to check-out 1 hour later than the standard check-out time as our flight was in the evening. Hotel local is very near to the subway (less than 2 mins walk). There is a small mall opposite the hotel that has Starbucks, Luckin Coffee and some restaurants. The railway station opposite also has some food options. Overall very happy with our stay and will stay with them again if we ever revisit Beijing.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. El desayuno super completo y delicioso. Desde la recepción del hotel fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo. A nuestra llegada estaba una chica muy agradable que nos atendió en español y se ofreció a ayudarnos en todo momento durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda volveríamos.

The hotel is very nice - great location, next to the metro and a couple of convenience stores. Breakfast is quite big but hardly varies. The room is spacious and clean. Bed are comfy and the environment overall is very silent.

The breakfast room is not well aired so be prepared to smell it on your clothes for the rest of the day.

Мебель немного уставшая, но в целом все чисто и аккуратно. Единственный минус - это отсутствие рядом супермаркетов. До ближайшего нужно идти 30 мин.

Très bon établissement, restaurant haut de gamme avec bonne décoration et nourriture type, facile d’accès pour les taxis, personnels anglophone gentils et à l’écoute.

Salle de sport moyenne, poids des haltères et des disques faible. Tennis court introuvable. Pas de SPA, massages, coiffure.

El hotel está súper bien, muy bien situado justo al lado del metro y la estación central de tren. El desayuno es muy completo y hay un ambiente muy agradable en todo el hotel. Las habitaciones están bien y te dejan todos los dias agua, zapatillas, albornoz… Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el wc y lo solucionaron en 5 minutos. Sin duda volveria a repetir en este hotel.

Pues no tendría nada negativo que decir la verdad…

Bữa sáng khá đa dạng, Nhân viên phục vụ tuy tiếng Anh chưa thành thạo lắm nhưng cũng đã cố hết sức để giao tiếp.

Điều hòa trong phòng tôi quá lạnh, mặc dù đã tắt đi hoặc thậm chí tôi đã chỉnh sang chế độ làm ấm nhưng vẫn rất lạnh. Trong phòng hơi bị thiếu ánh sáng. Chỗ tắm rửa vòi sen có công tắc bị lỏng, tôi buộc phải 1 tay giữ công tắc trong khi tắm.

Location, food, and Julia'shelp at reception. We thank Julia for her help. The fact that she spoke fluent English made our stay exceptional!

The staff were very helpful, in particular they helped us many times with DiDi (taxi) transportations, food orders. Most importantly, they were very helpful when we told them about a health issue and they called an ambulance for transport to one of the best hospitals in Beijing.

The day we arrived (seven o'clock in the morning) to the hotel, there was not a single employee outside to help us carry our luggage. The next few days when we were leaving the hotel, we observed that there was at least one employee assisting visitors.

Fantastic staff - big room - great location - fantastic breakfast - we had an east facing room - the sun rising was beautiful

Posizione comoda per girare Pechino e rimanere un po’ fuori dal caos del pieno centro. Camera confortevole e dotata di buoni servizi. La colazione viene servita in un cortile interno molto bello ed è molto varia, ci è piaciuta.

Non sappiamo quanto sia connesso con l’hotel di per sé, ma l’agenzia viaggi che si trova all’interno è semplicemente TERRIBILE. Servizi overpriced e persone scorrette e disoneste: ci hanno fatto pagare tutto all’arrivo, garantendo di aver già prenotato l’accesso a piazza Tiananmen, per poi informarci la sera prima che non saremmo più potuti andare. Non erano nemmeno riusciti ad acquistare i biglietti per la Città Proibita, come invece precedentemente concordato. Consigliamo a tutti di diffidare da loro e cercare altrove.

Freundliches Personal und großes modernes Zimmer

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für öffentliche Taxifahrer ein Problem. Wir mussten zweimal das Taxi wechseln, weil die Taxifahrer meinten, dass es das Hotel nicht gibt. Das war für uns unverständlich, weil wir finden, dass die Lage recht gut war.

Hotel dalla posizione eccezionale, a 50 MT dalla fermata della linea 2 della metro e dalla stazione dei treni di Pechino. Comodissimo. Ambiente e stanze pulite e curate. Doccia grande e letti comodissimi. C' è anche il menù per i cuscini. Molto carina la palestra e bellissimo il ristorante dove si mangia anche molto bene. Colazione in una sala altrettanto bella, varia, sempre ben fornita e buona. I donuts sono stati la delizia dei miei bambini. Ciò che merita un plauso è la gentilezza e cortesia dello staff, che parla un ottimo inglese, il quale inavvertitamente ha rotto un gioco dei bimbi (per colpa dei bimbi che sono disordinati non dello staff) e ci hanno ricomprato il gioco, lasciato una lettera di scuse e la sera ci hanno portato due regalini. Sono stati davvero eccezionali ❤️ buonissimi anche i dolci al bar, provateli. Lo consiglierò a tutti gli amici in viaggio a Pechino.

The staff at arrival were amazing, with the early check in was made comfortable and as it was my birthday (50th) they left a cake and a note. Bottled water in your room along with tea and coffee facilities. At check in you get an amenity kit with toothbrush, comb etc.

La hall dell'albergo molto scenografica. Bellissima la sala colazione (cibo buono e vario). Vicinanza metropolitana e stazione dei treni.

La moquette in camera non proprio pulita. Camera tripla piccolina. Un solo comodino per tre persone.

La literie très confortable, un petit déjeuner exceptionnel. La proximité du métro car le quartier n'est pas très commerçant Belle décoration accueillante de l'accueil

Le service de blanchisserie est hors de prix. Lavage d'un tee-shirt 5 euros. Le changement des serviettes de toilette tous les jours n'est pas très écologique

Все очень понравилось. Очень удобно что она стойке регистрации есть девушка Юля которая говорит на русском языке. Очень приятная девушка которая поможет в любом вопросе подскажет и решит любой вопрос. Само отель находится в очень удобном месте. Недалеко есть и метро и вокзал и небольшие магазинчике рядышком.. персонал очень доброжелательный всё чистенько аккуратненько. Завтрак разнообразный.

The location was great. The breakfast had a lovely ambience and good variety and we never had a problem finding a seat regardless of what time we turned up. The laundry room was a great addition and much appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The gym was pretty average with limited equipment. Was disappointed to be charged for a white face washer that they claimed was stained with my makeup.

Overall everything great. They provide chrysanthemum tea at the lobby as well as some nice candies. The breakfast is also something we look forward daily throughout our 8 nights there. And the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake too. Thanks, for the hospitality. And conveniently located near the Railway station subway.

The bed is slightly too soft for us (the Asian), but I think this probably cater to their majority customers that I noticed are westerners. Still ok.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado ya que a dos minutos andando tiene una estación de metro que te conecta con todo Pekín. El desayuno es muy completo tanto para el estilo oriental como occidental (el café muy rico). La cama es muy amplia y cómoda así como las almohadas.. En recepción tuvimos muy buena atención siempre que recurrimos a ellos..

La habitación ha quedado desfasada en cuanto a su mobiliario y no corresponde con el hall del hotel que es moderno.

Hôtel très central à Pékin, un avantage pour les activités. Proche des supérettes, station de train et métro. Chambre spacieuse, fournissant l'essentiel. Staff très aimable et serviable, même si certains ont un anglais rudimentaire voire inexistant. On se débrouille toujours. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'emporter.

Chambre sympa mais un peu vétuste. Insonorisation mauvaise.

Large spacious room with basic amenities. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast options. Excellent location-steps away from bus stops, subway and train station. Lots of local and chain restaurants in the area.

The room and the hallways are a bit dated. Very little light if you're staying without a city view. I had the atrium view and very minimal light still even with the curtains open. Spotty wifi, sometimes, I had to tether with my data. I wish there was a pool.

Amazing hotel. The location is very convenient - the subway station is really close, as well as the railway station. Our flight arrived in Beijing very early, and the hotel staff did their best to let us check in early - the usual check-in time is 14:00, but they allowed us to check in at around 9:00 ( as soon as the room was cleaned and became available ). The room itself was clean and looked like the photos on the website. Rooms are also cleaned daily, they change bedsheets and towels too (unless you ask not to disturb you). AC in the room was automatic, it is always on, so you come back to a cool room, which was very nice in August (it is very hot in Beijing at that time). You can control the temperature as well. The breakfast was nice - big selection of different foods, both Chinese and western options are available. But the main thing I wanted to highlight is their amazing and helpful staff! I was washing my hair and then drying it late at night (around 1 AM) and my hair accidentally got stuck in the back of the hairdryer. I was so upset because it looked like it cannot be fixed and I really did not want to cut my hair off. I decided to call the hotel workers for help, not expecting anyone to arrive because of how late it was, but to my surprise, after I called a receptionist, a lady came for my rescue. Later the maitenance guy also came to help, since we were uanle to open the hairdryer back part by ourselves. Later the lady helped me to untangle my hair. My hair is very precious to me so I was so happy that they helped me in this very unusual accident. 谷晓翠, 王辉, 国秋野 - Thank you so much for helping me! Moreover, next day after my room was cleaned I noticed that they changed the usual hairdryer to dyson! You can be absolutely sure that if you have some kind of accident or an issue, the hotel staff will do thwir absolute best to help you!

Me hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta dos veces porque tuvieron confusion con las habitaciones. Yo ya estaba fuera de Beijing cuando me llegó el segundo cargo, tuve que llamar por teléfono, escribir por booking a ellos y luego a atención al cliente. Finalmente, varios días después me lo reembolsaron pero en días de turismo por China no es agradable tener que estar pendientes de estas cosas

L’hotel té aspectes molt positius: l’esmorzar ofereix força varietat i les instal·lacions són bones. Tots els espais comuns estan molt ben cuidats i es nota molta atenció pels detalls, cosa que transmet la sensació d’un gran hotel.

Ara bé, l’habitació va ser una gran decepció i no estava gens a l’alçada de la resta de l’hotel. Era molt petita, antiga i amb molt poc espai per moure’s. El bany, sobretot, semblava d’una altra època: molt vell i amb una cortina de tela a la dutxa que feia una sensació força desagradable. En general, l’habitació necessita una renovació important. Pel que fa a la ubicació, a Pequín és difícil valorar-la perquè la ciutat és immensament gran. Té una estació de metro a prop, cosa que facilita els desplaçaments, però si tornés a la ciutat no escolliria aquest hotel per la seva ubicació. Als voltants no hi ha gaire oferta de restaurants, bars ni cap zona especialment agradable per passejar a peu. En resum, els espais comuns, les instal·lacions i l’esmorzar són bons, però l’habitació va ser molt per sota del nivell que esperava d’un hotel d’aquestes característiques.

Je n’ai pas aimé la chambre, pas conforme aux photos, plus petite et les toilettes « ouverts ». Et la lumière de l’entrée qui s’allume toute seule quand va aux toilettes et qui réveille l’autre.. Emplacement pas si pratique que ça.

Отличное расположение. Метро рядом. Такси недорогое. До основных локаций близко. Правда бывают пробки на дорогах, до Запретного города ехали больше часа, водитель не мог припарковаться, ездил кругами, в результате мы попросили высадить хоть где нибудь. Пешком быстрее бы дошли. Потеряли кучу времени. Хорошая дешевая кафешка с лапшой за углом, очень вкусно. Магазины, аптеки - все рядом . Русскоговорящий сотрудник на рецепшен. Посоветовала где лучше поесть пекинскую утку . Отель внушительный, с первого взгляда прям кажется дорого-богато. Номер обычный. Тесно втроем. Чисто. Все умиляются с робота, который катается с вами на лифте. В номере есть утюг и гладильная доска. Отличные завтраки. В целом, все понравилось.

Habitación muy antigua y con necesidad de reformas. El hotel se vende muy bien pero más habitaciones necesitan cambios. Abrir y cerrar luces en la habitación no funciona correctamente. Aire acondicionado muy antiguo. Las fotos que se cuelgan están modificadas y no son reales. Cuando haces check-in es obligatorio pagar un extra por si rompes algo.,... En la reserva Booking yo no lo vi escrito.
