Hôtel fonctionnel et très bien placé à proximité du métro et de la cité interdite. Chambres confortables, très bonne literie et belle douche. Petit déjeuner buffet très varie et copieux. Très bonne adresse.

Location is 3 mins walk from metro station. Close to the main shopping streets. Staff are very nice & helpful. My son is a very picky eater and had spaghetti bolognaise every night which was delicious.

Albergo vicinissimo alla metro che ti può portare ovunque per Pechino e dintorni. Colazione OK abbastanza varia e sufficiente per camminare.

Per andare a piedi alla metro bisogna passare attraverso una grata/cancello che non sarebbe proprio pedonale...non c'è un uscita pedonale verso il marciapiedi frontale. L'interno dell'hotel è buono anche se in stile vecchio. Non intendo che è datato ma ha qualche anno. Non necessita di refitting, è buono.

The staff was very kind and addressed all our necessities. The hotel position in the center of Beijing and close to metro was fantastic to explore the city.

Klasszikus nagy szálloda. Hatalmas, tiszta, csendes szobák, az ágy nagyon kényelmes, Peking központjának közelében. A személyzet nagyon kedves, a belső-mongóliai specialitások szuperek.

A légkondicionáló termosztátja nem megfelelően működik. A szálloda közvetlen közelében nincsc semmi, 10 percet kell gyalogolni, ha bármit akar találni az ember.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Está cerca (para ser Pekín) de la ciudad prohibida. Además el desayuno es muy completo, el servicio de habitaciones hacia muy bien su trabajo y se preocupó de los más mínimos detalles (vieron que tenía gafas y me dejaron unas toallitas antiniebla para que no se empañasen). Finalmente el tamaño de la habitación y la comodidad fue excelente.

Hotel pulitissimo e in una buona posizione per visitare la città. La colazione è ottima, molto abbondante e prevede tante opzioni anche dolci. La camera è molto spaziosa e il letto comodo, è silenziosa e pulita.

Ottima posizione vicino a 2 stazioni della metro. Housekeeping molto attento, gentile ed efficiente. Colazione a buffet molto varia e perfetta per tutte le esigenze. Spazi ampi e ben curati.

- camera spatioasa cu zona de zi (canapea, birou) - presiune foarte buna la dus, apa calda instant, baia mare, dus spatios - am apreciat lifturile care circula destul de repede, fara timp prea mare de asteptare - mancarea la micul dejun foarte diversificata, cafeaua buna - pozitia hotelului, centrala, langa metrou, mall, zona pietonala. - am apreciat linistea din camera si datorita holului mochetat cu mocheta foarte groasa - mi-a placut robotul din hol ce prepara la orice ora bauturi calde si reci - check in facut foarte devreme, la ora 6 dimineata fara costuri suplimentare. Am apreciat in mod deosebit amabilitatea personalului. A fost perfect pentru noi dupa 9 ore de zbor si schimbarea de fus orar suferita. - check out foarte rapid - l-am ales de doua ori pentru a vizita Beijingul mai ales ca are o pozitie centrala. Am scurtat si timpul pentru deplasarile cu taxiurile din sistemul didi. Am ajuns pe jos, in 30 - 40 de minute pana la poarta de est a zidului, pentru a vizita Orasul interzis

Todo, muy recomendable. Estuvimos en la planta 11 y la habitación era grande, silenciosa y con muy buenas vistas, descansamos muy bien. El servicio muy atento, sobretodo las chicas de la limpieza, que a parte de tenerlo todo impoluto, nos dejaban cada día un detalle con una nota. El buffet del desayuno muy completo y variado. Ubicación muy céntrica y buena.

Great Location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and good breakfast

The hotel room was very spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cleaning staff were exceptional — towels and sheets were changed regularly, water was constantly refreshed, and lovely personal messages were left. The room was very clean, and the overall service was efficient and attentive.

The gym opening hours could have been slightly earlier, but this is only a personal preference. Otherwise, everything was excellent and I was very happy with the overall experience.

Great location for exploring Beijing , 2 minutes walk from Dongdan subway station . Rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean . Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was a traditional Mongolian breakfast but they also do offer pastries / toast / waffles if this is not to your taste . Hotel has lots of facilities including vending machines and coffee machines , delivered by robot .

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel, although our first impression was not the best. We were initially assigned a room with an almost non-functioning air conditioner and very poor lighting. For some time, the staff tried to convince us that everything was working as intended, and one of the front desk employees was rather rude. After we requested to speak with management, the issue was resolved professionally. Although the manager was not on-site, the assistant manager handled the situation very well and arranged for us to move to another Super Deluxe room, which was much more comfortable. It was clear that the hotel genuinely wanted to make up for the unpleasant start. As a thoughtful gesture, we received a beautiful painting and a box of cigarettes from the hotel's gift shop, followed later by a complimentary fruit platter. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. We would also like to give special thanks to Hans, the porter, who was always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast is mainly focused on local cuisine and may not suit everyone, but there are enough traditional Western options to enjoy a good meal. The location is convenient, although the hotel is a bit farther from Wangfujing Street than the website suggests. Despite the difficult beginning, the way the staff handled the situation made a real difference. Their sincere efforts to resolve the issue and take care of us left us with an overall positive impression of the hotel.

Very good location, just a short walk to the Forbidden City and very close to the subway (Dongdan station). The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with a great variety of tasty dishes. We had the buffet dinner 4 out of 6 nights. It was a convenient choice with a great variety of dishes at a reasonable price. Comfortable bed and pillows. 🙂

The furniture felt a bit dated, but the room was perfectly clean and serviced every day. It didn’t bother us at all. The cleaning staff was amazing: very polite and efficient. Room and bathroom cleanliness was the most important thing for me.

Очень хороший добротный отель. Поселили на верхний этаж, очень тихо, соседей не слышно, лифтов шесть, поэтому всегда есть на чем подняться. Уборка и обслуживание - выше всяких похвал: полотенца меняли ежедневно, постель заменили несколько раз за неделю (откровенно говоря, ощущение было, что каждый день перестилали), замена посуды - ежедневная, генеральная уборка номера - ежедневная. Очень классно было, что уборка номера была в наше отсутствие, мы уходили из номера в разное время, но всегда возвращались в чистый номер. Очень внимательная служба заботы номеров, когда ребенок простыл - положили одноразовые платки, когда вещей стало слишком много - принесли дополнительные вешалки, в наплыв туристов - положили беруши (они не понадобились, слышимость в номерах низкая, но все равно приятно), постоянно оставляли записочки с погодой и температурой дня, в жару - две бутылки воды поставили в холодильник. Такие мелочи, но они очень важны и облегчают жизнь. В номере есть чайник, отличный фен, есть новостной канал на русском языке, есть рабочая зона - это удобно, я работала в поездке и оценила этот момент, вай-фай летает, чай - кофе - вода, шампунь - гель - кондиционер - мыло обновляют по мере надобности, предметы личной гигиены лежат в шкафу в лобби около охраны (по китайским законам в номер их не кладут, гости должны брать их сами). В лобби кофе варит робот, также есть вендинговый аппарат с закусками, магазин с монгольскими товарами. Отличные завтраки - берите, не пожалеете: богатый выбор, для европейцев вообще нет проблем с едой, обед и ужин тоже можно взять фуршетным столом, также в гостинице есть несколько ресторанов с адекватным чеком. В 5-10 минутах ходьбы две станции метро с основными ветками, рядом есть больница, аптеки, отличный парк, закусочные и магазинчики с всякой всячиной и товарами ежедневного потребления, магазин фруктов, булочные. До Ванфуцзин 15 минут ходьбы, до "золотого района" с элитными гостиницами, магазинами Шанель, Луи Виттон - 7 минут.

We loved it all! It is super convenient (transport / shopping / sight-seeing / relaxing). The view was great; Beijing is such an elegant, clean and friendly city. The hotel was fabulous and the food exceptional!!

The hotel was well located for a number of the top attractions. There was a wide range of options for breakfast every morning, you could easily stay for a week or more and not have the same breakfast twice.

Very comfy beds, spotlessly clean and spacious rooms with a good view. Central location in Beijing a short walk from the metro and Wangfujing. The staff was serviceminded and helpful. Highly recommended!

The breakfast did not have a good selection of international food, very dry bread and not much options besides Chinese dishes. Good coffee though.

J'ai passé 12 nuits dans cet hôtel. Je confirme : fabuleux! Les chambres sont d'une propreté remarquable, félicitations au personnel chargé de la lingerie et du nettoyage! Vous vivrez dans cet hôtel une ambiance typiquement chinoise/mongole, à l'opposé de ce que l'on peut ressentir dans les grandes chaînes hôtelières standardisées et impersonnelles. C'est un hôtel qui a beaucoup de charme. J'ai pris tous mes repas le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. Le buffet est grandiose et la cuisine est excellente. J'ai pu goûter toutes les saveurs de la Chine. Félicitations au chef! Tous le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Merci notamment à Félix qui m'a beaucoup aidé pour bien profiter de mon séjour. Merci beaucoup à tous pour l'accueil, merci, merci!

O pequeno almoço era fabuloso com muita variedade e tudo fresco. A localizaçao é execelente para visitar Pequim e com uma entrada do metro a pouca distancia a caminhar. Fomos visitar a muralha e saímos às 6:00. Prepararam um pequeno almoço takeaway nesse dia. Recomendamos vivamente.

Não tivemos tempo para experimentar o restaurante para almoçar ou jantar.

One of the best hotels we have ever been. The personal made all to let us feel comfortable and pleasant. Quite close to the main attractions in the city.

I really liked the location of the hotel, since there is a subway station nearby. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast, with varied options. The hotel staff is always very attentive and friendly. I must highlight the work of Wang Gen Kao, who left in my room small details that make the difference, making our stay very pleasant. I give him 5 stars and more if he could for his dedication and work. A great hotel, with excellent staff. We had an excellent stay. Thank you very much!

Clean rooms. Very close to the subway. The concierge was the best. Special mention to Felxi who helped me book tickets and guide me to the places I can cover given that we had only 2.5 days in Beijing.

The housekeeping team is very attentive and meticulous. They provided extra hangers noticing that we had many clothes. They also did a thorough job by washing the used cups ( which most housekeeping teams no longer do) and wiped the surfaces clean. Fab job! The concierge staff gave good clear instructions for eating places and helped to order food for us when the restaurants were closed.

The lack of 24hour room service. Made it difficult on a heavy rainy day where we reached the hotel after 9pm from sightseeing.

Love the coffee machine at the lobby 👍🏼😄 truly a savior. The housekeeping team did a really good job in taking care of our room and need.

Предоставили номер большей комфортности, чем был забронирован. Пошли на встречу и заселили рано утром. Номера не новые, но в хорошем состоянии. Читали про курение в номерах, но мы этого не чувствовали. Отличное расположение, прекрасный персонал. Спасибо за настроение!!! Китай и Пекин очень понравились!!!

Нас все устроило. Если и были какие-то замечания, то они относятся к посетителям, а не к персоналу. Со стороны отеля все было хорошо.

Die Lage ist super, etwa in der Mitte zwischen zwei U-Bahn-Stationen (3 Linien), fußläufig zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mit ein wenig Ausdauer z. B. auch zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Qian Men. Das Zimmer war sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet mit Schreibtisch, Couch und Couchtisch, bequemes Bett. Das Personal war ganz toll - beim Aufenthalt vor ein paar Wochen hatte ich mein Handy-Ladegerät vergessen und eine entsprechende E-Mail ans Hotel geschickt. Bei der letzten Ankunft lag das Teil dann hübsch eingetütet und mit meinem Namen versehen, auf dem Nachttisch. Einmal ließ ich mein Brillenetui auf dem Schreibtisch - da legte Housekeeping ein paar Brillenreinigungstücher dazu. Unglaublich nett!

Bardzo przyjemny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Do metra jest 5 minut piechotą. Do Zakazanego Miasta, czy placu Tian’anmen można dojść na piechotę. Handlowa ulica Wangfujing również jest bardzo blisko. Śniadania głównie w stylu azjatyckim, ale smaczne. Codzienne sprzątanie z uzupełnieniem wody było na najwyższym poziomie. Dodatkowym atutem są sklepy w hotelu, także w razie potrzeby można od razu dokupić wody, czy jakieś smakołyki bez wychodzenia na miasto.

Ich bin um 07.30 h angekommen und konnte trotz der frühen Stunde bereits das Zimmer beziehen Alles hat gepasst für mich außer vielleicht dass das WiFi ein wenig langsam war im 9 Stock. Ansonsten eine Empfehlung meinerseits.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel y la habitación, era grande, espaciosa y muy luminosa y el servicio de limpieza también era muy bueno. El desayuno del hotel era muy rico y variado y también ofrecían buffet en la comida y la cena o bien podías pedir comida a la habitación y estaba muy bien de precio

Hotel un po' datato però ha un fascino che ti conquista. Camera molto bella, tranquilla, letti comodi, bagno grande. Colazione ottima e con molta scelta. Posizione centrale a pochi passi da 3 linee di metropolitana. Reception gentile da grande albergo. Quando tornerò a Pechino questo sarà il mio riferimento

The location is excellent, the rooms were clean and of a good quality. Good value. The breakfast was very decent - a wide selection that changed slightly every day (perhaps an additional coffee station would have been useful).

On our final evening, a Friday, we returned at about 9pm and there were no restaurants or bars open in the hotel - and nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel either. The hotel was unable to provide room service or access to the on-site shop. Just a fridge with a very small selection. Also, the staff barely spoke English and relied on online translators which made communications difficult (this is a general trend in Beijing, not just this hotel).

Room was clean and a good size. Hotel was close to some good shopping malls and food. Breakfast was very good and a great choice.

Room was very hot and the air conditioning didn’t make it any cooler. Whilst the hotel was non smoking it definitely smelled of smoke, perhaps a hangover from the old days.

Расположение очень удачное. 3 минуты до метро. От аэропорта очень удобно добираться на метро. Номер чистый, комфортный, все продумано. Очень удобные матрасы и подушки, белоснежное белье и полотенца. Возможно, отель не новый, но в нем поддерживается все в хорошем состоянии. С удовольствием остановлюсь в нем снова, если окажусь в Пекине.
