The hotel is so cute. The areas around are so fun and the bed is super comfortable.
The cheap polyester towels were terrible. They do not dry well. Also the AC in the room barely cooled it down even on the lowest setting. The room would have been amazing if it wasn't so hot because the beds were very comfortable but sleeping was hard with how warm it was.
I have received my deposit
Me gustó que me dieran el piso de abajo y con balcón gracias
No me gustó que solo fueron pocos dias jajajaja

Clean rooms, enough space to move around in, great large patio to relax and enjoy. Parking close to room.
Nothing
Easy walking distance to Disneyland. Lots of local restaurants to eat at. Pool and facilities were great.
Just a bit dated in the bathroom.
Location is the key. Loved the lemon ice water at the lobby. Perfect for quenching your thirst after the long walks at the park.
No breakfast included.
Good location. Nice pool area.
Pillows on the bed needed replacement. Beds sagging. Bathroom showing age. No hand soaps by the sinks!
The location was great and the staff was very friendly. One staff member even gave my daughter a disney pin when he saw he had one that was a part of her set.
We were in the only building that did not have balconies. The air freshener in the lobby was very overwhelming.
Near in Disneyland
Front desk duty are not friendly.
This was our second stay at The Anaheim Hotel and it’s our new favorite when we go to Disneyland. The price is very reasonable. The location is a comfortable walking distance from the park. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The adjoining Pizza Press is delicious and convenient. The whole hotel has a fun retro vibe. The pool is huge and we love when they have a live DJ. The staff is all very courteous, but we had the privilege of meeting the famous Leo. Leo joyfully delivered a whole cart full of bags to our room, in the heat of Summer, and entertained us with his sparkling personality. He made us feel like royalty, even going so far as to refer to me as “the queen”. 😋 We love The Anaheim Hotel and our new friend, Leo, is even more reason for us to return. 💖
We have stayed at the Anaheim Hotel a few times when visiting Disneyland and appreciate the location (easy walk to the parks) and the overall theming of the hotel. We usually fly into Anaheim before we can check in at the hotel so we store our luggage. We have been lucky enough to have Leo help us several times and he is always so friendly and has a great sense of humor that makes our trip start off wonderfully. This last trip, we had an issue with our keycards not working and Leo went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed.
I would highly recommend this hotel. Very close to Disney parks and very friendly staff always willing to help. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
The location is amazing and the staff is super nice.
I stayed on property with my daughter for a few days during the 1st week of August. Everyone that we encountered was so nice, our room was clean, & the beds were super comfy! We even got to meet Leo! We enjoyed our stay & will be back!
I’ve now been to the Anaheim hotel twice and love it. The pool area is amazing, they have a huge pool that is nice with lots of room. There was an issue with our shower since this is an older location but housekeeping (Celia) came in and showed us how to use it. Leo (bell service) gave us lots of tips and helped immensikey through out our stay. I love the location, the service, the pool area and the huge lawn they have for games. There’s so much to do here if you’re staying with a family.
Location is seriously the icing on the cake. The atmosphere is just breath takin. You truly feel like you’re in a resort somewhere in Florida .. the room is nice and spacious.
Leo made my families experience a 10/10. He is an incredible person and host. Will 100% be coming back here.
Lobby smelled amazing room smelled like smoke and front desk was rude when i complained. When I checked out the front desk was very apologetic and helpful
Location to the Disneyland parks - easily walkable
Very average rooms which need updating. Do not eat in the onsite restaurant - the food wasn’t great and the service took a long time. We paid extra for a partial park view room which is not worth it as you can’t see the park - the hedges are too tall and the photos on the website do not represent the view you have from the room. We had to stand in the corridor to be able to partially see the fireworks in the park.
For years this place has been my go to spot. They have even saved me with last minute rooms when my family needed it. The staff always great and they have sooooo many amenities. If you are lucky to arrive in a day that Leo is working the bell desk, just know this man tries to go above and beyond for what that ever you need. My family and I arrived early when the rooms were not ready so after Leo took our bags he worked with the front desk to get us our joining rooms. All the kids got to go to their amazing pool while they worked their magic. We had poolside cocktails and food and it was great. The lobby is always fresh and inviting and so is the Staff. They have multiple room options to fit everyone’s needs. Although some of the rooms are in need of a refresh (they are remodeling rooms now) the rooms are still perfect. They are clean and bed are comfortable after a long day at the park. For the hotel being so close to the park it has a very competitive rate. I think it is worth the money spent. This hotel has the Pizza Press connected to it, room for outdoor games, a TopGolf suite, a great gift shop, gym, laundry and a bar! Breakfast is also available for purchase through room service, the bar or at the pizza press. Overall, I think this hotel is a MUST STAY in my book.
The Anaheim Hotel is the perfect place to stay when visiting Disneyland California. It is located very close to the entrance of the park, so you have quick access from the hotel. Besides the beautiful new renovated rooms they offer, the customer care you receive during your stay is top notch. A special thank you to Candi Crowe for making our family trips to Disneyland even more memorable. You are an amazing hotel manager with an awesome personality. Thankful & grateful for you & all of the staff members of the hotel. Looking forward to our next stay. Thanks again!
The pool and location by House of Blue
Coffee pot in the room didn't work and they wanted $5 for a cup in the restaurant
The location The pool
We planned a day to relax in the pool but we couldn't it was full.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Disneyland. I landed on the Anaheim Hotel for the first time in 2025 and stayed there again this year (2026). The rooms are fantastic and bright - the pool is huge and beautiful - the court yards and palm trees are to die for and it's extremely peaceful at night. Clean, contemporary and super safe. Staff is super helpful and familiar as well (low turnover). The attached Pizza Press restaurant is amazing as well. Great service absolutely everywhere. Avoid staying at the norm and go with Anaheim. : )
From the moment that I walked into the lobby of the Anaheim hotel, I was treated with five star service! Sam at the front desk was so friendly. He smiled and was just very nice. He just had a really good energy about him that made you feel comfortable and welcomed. He said that he will try to get me an early check-in and I thought that was really nice that he even offered that without me asking. I left my bags at Bell and I went over to Disneyland for a few hours. When I came back, my room was ready early and that was really exciting! Sam was very nice and making sure my room was ready early so I can enjoy it. I then met Leo, who is the bellhop and he was so fantastic! Super friendly and had the nicest smile. He was so helpful becausehe brought my bags to my room and showed me all the features of the new renovated room. I truly felt like I was treated like VIP and it was great! The lobby of the hotel is very clean, and I love the design. It’s kind of vintage style and beautiful! There is a bar downstairs and next-door they have a restaurant, pizza press, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The property itself is very cute and I love all the different buildings. They even have outside activities from 8 AM to 8 PM including a big chest set, Connect, four, mini golf, and other lawn games. The pool is fantastic! On the weekends, they have a DJ who was really good and definitely made the vibes so much more fun and energetic! It’s Olympic size pool and a lot of seating. There is also poolside food and drink service. Actually my server Madison was very sweet and worked really hard. Even though she was very busy she never brought that stress to the guest and I really appreciated that. The food at Pizza press is excellent. I got the cauliflower crust pizza with vegan cheese and it was really delicious. I also ordered a drink, the lava flow drink, and that was really yummy and perfect for a hot summer day. So the newly renovated room is beautiful. They have brand new air-conditioning units which blast very cold air. They have a standup shower that’s super modern and great pressure of water. I love the vanity because it has three different light settings so perfect for when you want to put Make Up on. So great lighting.! The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are very nicely done. I’m very impressed. Truly, this property is wonderful and I definitely will be staying here again. It’s only a five minute walk to the gates of Disneyland. Very convenient, and makes for a great stay. The price was also very good for the area! Great deal! They have magic net discounted rooms! Cant wait to come back!
This is my second time staying here but first time with my family. What can I say the service is amazing and the extra special care from Leo really just seals the deal and makes me not want to stay anywhere else but here. 10/10. Also, not many places you can get a two king bed for this price such a great value, very clean just love love love it!
We had an excellent four-night stay. Our room was large with two actual king-size beds in it. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks, making it much easier to get ready in the morning. The decor was a throwback to the 1960s. It was dated, but in a way that we could tell was intentionally done. The lamps, curtains, carpet, clock radio, and telephone looked like they could have come from that era, and yet they weren't old or worn. They likely went to some expense making the room look the way it did. Despite the mid-century theming, the room did have regular wall outlets with USBs and a modern television. Everything was clean and worked well. The pool was surprisingly nice. It looks like it's olympic-sized. Again, it was laid out like a 60s resort with cabanas and lounge chairs. During the summer they have a poolside DJ, and you can order food and drinks. None of this is unusual in a resort, but it's unusual to find it at this price point. We spent about two hours there and really enjoyed it. They have a nice looking bar and a restaurant. We did not visit either one, but got food at the pool from the restaurant. They also have room service for breakfast, which we did not try. Our room was quiet. I suspect if you get a room next to the pool in the summer the DJ and pool noise may be an issue, but only if you're trying to sleep during the day. It was priced very similarly to the hotels on either side. Parking was $40 per night, which is admittedly high, but all the hotels along there are charging about that amount. You can easily walk to the Disneyland Harbor gate in less than ten minutes. My only minor complaint is that the water pressure in the shower could be better, but it is a historic building and I'm sure there's only so much they can do. We have stayed in several of the hotels along Harbor and Katella, and this one will definitely be our first choice in the area in the future.
Another wonderful experience at the Anaheim Hotel! Great staff, amazing grounds, incredible pool, and wonderful rooms. The newly updated premiere queen rooms have a newly remodeled bathroom and French doors leading to a patio. It is also literally steps away from the Disneyland entrance. Huge shout out to Candi for going above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Her kindness and generosity are second to none and we really felt valued and appreciated. We highly recommend the Anaheim hotel to everyone we know. We love it here, it’s our home away from home several times a year.
We’ve stayed at the Anaheim Hotel several times now, and it has truly become our home away from home whenever we visit Disneyland. With so many hotels to choose from, this is the one we keep coming back to. As a family traveling with two young daughters, convenience matters just as much as comfort, and this hotel delivers both. Parking is easy, the walk to Disneyland is quick and stress-free, and after a long day in the parks, it’s wonderful knowing you’re only minutes away from a comfortable room. One thing I appreciate most is the consistency. Every stay, the rooms have been spotless, the beds have been comfortable, and the shower has amazing water pressure—a small detail that feels like a luxury after spending all day at the parks. The Anaheim Hotel has a charming retro feel. It’s not the newest or most luxurious hotel in the area, and that’s perfectly okay. For our family, functionality, comfort, and genuine hospitality matter far more than fancy finishes. It feels warm, welcoming, and familiar—like coming back to a place that knows you. That feeling starts with the staff. Everyone we’ve met has been kind and genuinely helpful. During our last visit, the doorman recognized our family and welcomed us back. It was such a simple gesture, but it made us feel remembered instead of just being another reservation. Our girls love the pool and courtyard game area, and we love how surprisingly quiet the property is, especially considering it’s just a short walk from Disneyland. The Anaheim Hotel doesn’t just give us a place to sleep—it gives us one less thing to worry about. That peace of mind lets us focus on what matters most: making memories together. That’s why it’s become part of our family’s Disney tradition, and we can’t wait to come back.
My family LOVES this hotel. It's the best in the area, especially for the money. We had a newly renovated room. It was clean and such a nice room! We loved the private patio. He gave our kids room to play and us a break while packing and getting ready each day. Even better than the room is the staff. Candi, Kristopher, and Leo all made our stay beyond perfect. They are all so attentive and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. It's a breath of fresh air these days. I'd suggest becoming an Anabella Club member! We will never stay anywhere else when visting Disneyland. HUGE thank you to The Anaheim Hotel.
We were season pass holders for Disneyland this year and The Anaheim Hotel became our hotel of choice for all our trips! There are tons of things that made it our favorite: 1. It is a short walk to Disneyland (about 5 mins depending on if you have to wait for signals.) 2. Rooms are pretty good size and our favorite was always the 2 KING rooms! 2 king beds made for comfortable stay for our family. Other options available but I don’t know of any other hotel offering 2 King beds. 3. Large pool with cabanas and tons of lounge chairs and shade for afternoon refresher. 4. Accumulate 6 nights stays and get 1 night certificate free! 5. Plenty of tables and chairs to eat at /sit at around the property. Nice when you don’t want to eat every meal out. 6. Mini fridge in each room and microwave for $15/stay or microwave in lobby for free. 7. Purified water fill station in lobby. 8. Parking close to rooms for easy load/unload for $35/night fee which is in line or cheaper than other hotels so close to Disneyland. 9. Lawn games for the kids, hammocks, and cute sitting areas around the property that is well maintained and decorated cute. 10. Reasonable prices and always seem to have deals running direct on their website. 11. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially amazing is the manager, Candi! She was super responsive via phone/email and even responded to my email and helped me on her day off! Truly cares for her guests and goes above and beyond to help. Overall we have been impressed with The Anaheim Hotel and is now our go to choice for any Disneyland trips! Definitely recommend, especially for families!
The Anaheim Hotel is our favourite hotel in Anaheim. We travel from Scotland on an 11 hour flight so a comfy and homely hotel is very much needed and we absolutely love this hotel. The rooms, the staff, the food/drinks, everything is always 5 stars in our opinion. Staff on the reception, at the door, at the gift shop, housekeeping, bar staff and all involved have always been so great. In particular, we saw Mike the most during our stay when coming in and out of the hotel during Disney days and on arrival/when we checked out. He was so chatty, helpful, and approachable. We can’t wait to stay again, hopefully next summer! We miss the hotel so much already.
Leo was the absolute best!!!! Anaheim hotel is a FANTASTIC place to stay. Clean, air-conditioned, staff is fantastic. Water is available all over the hotel, smells clean, is clean, so welcoming! Will definitely be back.
This was our first stay. The hotel staff are top notch. Especially Mike and Leo! So friendly and helpful. Close to Disneyland. Beautiful large pool and Pizza in house! Clean, comfortable and love the mid century modern style.
It was lovely and clean. Great facilities. So close to Disneyland and other local amenities.
The location to Disneyland was really nice. The pizza place right next door was open late and was nice if you wanted a quick snack on the way home from the parks. There was a lot of parking and the style of the hotel was a cute mid century retro vibe. It was cute on the grounds and in the lobby.
There was a distinct smell right when we entered the room. The rooms are small and the bathroom is SO cramped. There is good counter space but you can’t access it because you’d have to sit on the toilet. The water in the shower went scalding hot or ice cold during the entire shower no matter what I did. The shower creaked and bounced, I’m lucky we didn’t fall through the floor. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. It had stains and looked dingy and gray. There was hair in the bathroom and in the shower when we arrived and a dirty teddy bear on the floor by the bed.
hotel was immaculate, staff are very friendly, mike especially brightened our day his smile is contagious and always very chatty the hotel should be proud to have him as a member of their staff ( which im sure they are) we would definitely stay here again in the future, keep smiling mike !!
Our whole family experience was a very good one. Rooms were spacious and clean. Concierge service was adequate. Parking attendant was great. I like to give a shout out to Mike parking attendant concierge overall had a great experience.
Nice staff
Everything was fine.
The only positives about the property is the location to Disneyland.
The property is old and outdated. They lobby is very nice but does not match what you see in the rooms at all. The rooms were not clean and it smelled funny. All the surfaces had sticky stuff and stains and had not been wiped down. There were little hairs all over the bathroom floors and my guess on the carpet too, didn’t want to look too close. There was a hole in the wall next to one of the beds that was oddly patched up. The room was dusty and not up to standards. Needless to stay we didn’t even stay the night and had to book another hotel in the area. We checked in at 4 put our bags in the room, when to the parks for a bit, which is when we decided we were comfortable with having our little stay. Still waiting on the property to see if we can get any type of refund since we didn’t even stay the night. They basically said it wasn’t their problem since we booked through booking.com but booking.com is having us reach out to them. Lost if back and forth which is very frustrating.
What a darling hotel! I can't wait to go back. Everything was clean, fun, accessible and such a quick walk to the Disney parks. The staff was lovely. We had the best time! I can't wait to go back.
The Anaheim Hotel has truly become our home away from home. We love the unbeatable location—just steps from the Disneyland gates—but it’s the people and atmosphere that keep us coming back. The mid-century Palm Springs vibe is perfection, from the cozy rooms and retro pool to the rooftop fireworks views, delicious food and drinks, and incredible weekend DJs. But the heart of this hotel is Leo. Every visit, he remembers us and welcomes us like old friends. His energy is contagious, his personality is larger than life, and he somehow seems to be everywhere at once—greeting guests, helping families, making kids smile, supporting the staff, and making sure everyone is having an amazing time. He goes above and beyond without ever being asked, and his cheerful “Happy Disney Day King and Queen!” has become one of our favorite traditions. Leo doesn’t just work here—he creates the magic that makes this hotel feel like home. This trip, Kristopher and Candy made our stay even more memorable by taking such great care of us at the pool and making sure we were comfortable and having a wonderful time. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The Anaheim Hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s part of our Disney tradition, and thanks to people like Leo, Kristopher, and Candy, we already can’t wait to come back.
I am not the one to write reviews, but this place definitely deserves one. I recently stayed there with my family and was surprisingly impressed with the room, the grounds, and especially the staff. We booked a room with two king beds and these are probably the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in around the parks. The room is spacious and clean, not to mention a double vanity for families with multiple girls getting ready at the same time!! It is the only hotel I’ve stayed in that has a bathroom fan which is a huge plus to me. Located across the parks is a huge advantage! You can see guardians of the galaxy from the front of the hotel. The layout of the property is adorable and like an oasis with yard games, a nice pool, and it makes for an inviting atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff members treated us like we were family, especially Sam and Leo. They provide the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back time and time again to visit them. We had an unexpected incident that extended our trip longer (through our own doing), and Sam was able to make arrangements to accommodate us on such short notice. His customer service helped turn a negative, stressful experience into a positive one. The search has ended! We now know where we’ll be staying every time we come to Disneyland. We can’t wait to see them all on our next trip in October!!
We had a great visit. The hotel is in a great location. We swam at the pool several times this visit, it's close enough to go back to the hotel for a break and a swim, they have a nice big pool. I recommend requesting a room with the refurbished bathroom, it makes a big difference!
The location was perfect

Leo saved the day when we were turned away from the Disneyland entrance for bringing a wagon (we didn’t know they weren’t allowed). I’m 8 months pregnant and didn’t know how my 2 year old and I were going to make it all day without some sort of carrier. Leo immediately helped us and even found a stroller for us to use. Seriously above and beyond service. Thanks Leo! ❤️
This was my third stay at the Anaheim Hotel, and I continue to choose it because the location is hard to beat. I've stayed here alone and with friends. Being able to walk to Disneyland makes it incredibly convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are spacious, and I appreciate having frigid A/C and extremely comfortable beds after long park days. The grounds are well maintained and include lovely seating areas, games, gorgeous landscaping, murals and fun neon. The large pool is refreshing and a nice place to relax if you have time. The hotel is constantly being updated and modernized (cabanas have been added since my first visit in June 2025 and some rooms are updated). That said, the hotel bathrooms are definitely showing their age. The shower faucets can be a bit a janky and the popcorn ceilings occasionally show previous water damage. While everything has been clean during my stays, the rooms could use some updating. Soundproofing is also limited, so you may hear neighbors or people walking by. However, the beds are so comfortable you'll zonk right out. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out have been easy. Bell staff is exceptional. The on-site restaurant and bar are also decent, though a smidge pricey. Overall, it offers solid value for the location. If you're looking for a luxury resort, this isn't it, but if your priority is being within walking distance of Disneyland, having a comfortable and clean place to sleep, and getting good value for your money, I'd happily stay here again. Pro Tip: The A/C can make the rooms a bit humid, so pull back the sheets to let the moisture trapped in the sheets air out.
Great location and comfy King beds! We stay here every time we visit Disney. Leo was so welcoming and friendly! He helped us get our bags tagged and put away for the time we needed. Everyone here is so nice and always smiling. Housekeeping is great and also greets you with smiles.
This was our second stay at The Anaheim Hotel. We have decided it is our favorite off property hotel to stay in when we are down here. The rooms are great, super cute and clean. The pool area is great as well. However, our favorite thing is the staff. They are always so kind and so helpful! Specific shout out to Leo, Kristopher, and Lesley! Getting us settled in yesterday! We couldn’t have asked for better customer service! We will definitely be coming back because of them!
My wife and I had a pleasant 3 night stay here for our Disneyland visit! A 10 minute (block+ away from the entrance), walk to the parks created an idea place to stay. This hotel had a charming 60s vibe feel/look to it. Friendly staff, cute bar and lobby area, nice rooms, lush green grounds and nice pool. Ordered pizza from the Pizza Press connected to the hotel and it was tasty. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.
Location and staff
Cleanliness wasn’t bad but wasn’t great.
Wonderful stay. Super nice staff and close to Disney parks.
This was my third time staying here. It's always a pleasure. Laid back atmosphere. Very easy walk to disneyland.
Location was very beneficial, as we traveled with our toddler. Atmosphere was vibrant & rooms were clean at all times. Noise level ,despite being across a Main Street & Disney was little to none but had a good view of the firework show regardless. Service throughout our stay, especially Victoria at the front desk & Kristopher at concierge was amazing. Pool was great, near our room & above all made our little ones birthday celebration easy & memorable.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Anaheim Hotel! Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The walk to Disneyland was quick and easy. Rooms were nice and kept clean. The staff was on par with Disney cast members. And watching fireworks from the pool was an unexpected bonus! We will definitely be back!
Home Away From Home Near Disneyland! My husband and I visit Disneyland regularly, and we stay at this hotel about once a month. Every single visit reminds us why we keep coming back—this place truly feels like our home away from home. A special shout-out to Candi Crowe, Leo, Chris, and Mike, who consistently go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness are unmatched. Candi and her crew have created an atmosphere where guests are treated like family, and it shows in every interaction. We recently stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was absolutely beautiful! The upgrades are fantastic, especially the spacious shower, the large LED-lit mirror with a built-in defogger, and the overall modern feel of the room. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary breakfast is another huge highlight. They open early, which is perfect for Disneyland guests wanting a great meal before heading to the parks. The breakfast is delicious and helps save money so you can spend it on Disney treats instead! The summer pool experience is so much fun. Having a DJ at the pool creates a great vacation vibe, and the staff does an amazing job making sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The refillable water station is a thoughtful touch, especially during warm Anaheim days. From the friendly front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone works hard to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. Clean rooms, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere keep us coming back month after month. Thank you, Anaheim, and thank you to Candi, Chris, Leo, Mike, and the entire team for always making our stays so special. We can't wait to come back! ⭐ Highly recommended for anyone visiting Disneyland! ⭐
It is a good location for Disneyland. It was so useful for us. The doggy is very satisfied at the hotel.
We were displaced due to an earthquake in our area and knew that we'd feel safe and comfortable coming here. We are always well taken care of and made to feel like VIP'S. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed from a comfortable place to lay our head to a perfect spot poolside. We were able to put our worries aside for a few days here. Kristopher was a big help in getting our reservation made and decorated our room so we felt right at home. Candi made sure we were able to utilize our points. We love being part of the Anabelle Club!
Clean rooms, lovely green areas and pool, and private balconies and backyards make this a great place for families to stay! 15 minute walk to Disney security, water and ice continently located to fill bottles before a long day out. Super helpful staff, Ulises A. Managed to get me booked last minute, helped me park my oversized vehicle and answered all my questions. They also price match if you can find a better deal on another site!
La ubicación, la piscina y la limpieza
We love staying at this hotel. Its like our second home when we come down
We stayed at The Anaheim Hotel last week and it was perfect. Rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Pool was gorgeous and had a live DJ and pool service! 6.5 minute walk to Disneyland if you got stuck waiting at the cross walk. Faster if you timed the light well. We could watch the fireworks from the hotel as well. We’ll definitely stay here again. Room service is very expensive, but if you went down and ordered breakfast yourself, they’d put it in to-go containers and you could take it back to your room. Much cheaper option!
Proximity to the park
Nothing
Close to the Disney Parks,
No couches or sitting areas, we had to pay for coffee in the office
Loved the location and the staff
But there was no air so the room got super hot. In addition, we had cold showers with no warm water.
This was our first time staying here. The location is great! Short walk to the park. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere and the grounds are very well kept. We stayed in the premier queen rooms and it was spacious and I love that the rooms have like a mini patio or balcony and it’s fenced. Overall the value of the hotel is well worth it and will gladly stay again in the future.
This was our 3rd stay at the anaheim hotel. We love the location (very short walk from Disneyland) and the cute mid century vibe. The pool area is great to lounge at to rest your tired feet. The beds and pillows are comfortable. And best of all its a great value for the price! Thank you to Candy at the front desk for making our 3rd stay extra magical!
My stay at The Anaheim Hotel was impeccable. The staff were all extremely accomodating and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with all essentials. With the hotel so close to the park, it was very a very conveinent 10 minute walk to the entrance of both parks and Downtown disney. Parking was also always easy to find. The ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and refreshing, very reminiscent of Southern California. The pool looked so much fun and having accessible laundry and gym would have also been super helpful if I was there longer than a weekend.
Great Service, clean and close to everything! Love they the hotel offers patio, feels like your at home and not a hotel. Definetly recommend!
It’s very close to Disneyland
I think the rooms could be a bit cleaner
The staff is one of the nicest I’ve experienced in some of the hotels I’ve visited in Anaheim. Everyone is so real and upbeat and helpful. I struggle to find accessible rooms for my family but Anahiem hotel rooms can be roomy enough and they have some accessible accessories that make the stay even better. The walk to the park is close, and you can see fireworks from the hotel pool. Great location for a midday break with the kids too. Big shot out to Leo and crew for always putting a smile on our faces.
Love staying here every time we go to Disneyland. We have been staying here since 2008.
Thin walls lol
The location was perfect! Just a 10 minute walk to security. We used their nice lobby/bar area to eat takeout with our friends who came for a visit. The rooms are clean and spacious. Leo and Sam were amazing. They took great care of us! Definitely staying here again.
Once again, ( about our 5th stay here) we had a perfect stay. From arrival, with Mike to greet us at the door, to check-in and then our room…. Just perfect. We stayed in building two in a two King upgraded room. The room was perfectly clean, beds amazingly comfortable, plenty of hot water, and very quiet room. The grounds as always are perfectly clean and neat and beautiful. Love the mid-century modern vibe. We used the pool food service and it was delicious hamburgers and nachos The walk to Disney is literally down one street light and cross the street. It takes approximately 10 minutes to get to the front gate. You can view fireworks from the pool area if you don’t want to stay late at the park. Everything about this hotel makes us want to come back. The management is also amazing. Candi is always visible to greet you and make you feel welcome.
The location is amazing!! The staff was friendly & professional when we arrived :) Although, the staff after we spoke to after midnight was less friendly. I was unsure of something & needed help..
Overall cleanliness. There was a piece of hair in the bathtub, 2 different stains in the shower & a stain on one of the towels & the shower drains might be clogged, the water wasn’t going down. Honestly, the whole bathroom is outdated. The pillows.. flat & not very comfortable.
Our stay for Pride Nite at Disneyland was fantastic and we always have such a great experience at this hotel. Jonathan and his team go above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The rooms are impeccable and the cookies are divine!
I’ve stayed at the Anaheim Hotel just abiut every other month, and I genuinely think it’s one of the best-kept secrets for a Disneyland trip. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s affordable, has easy parking, and is just a quick, comfortable walk to Disneyland, this is it. The location is hard to beat, and it makes getting to and from the parks incredibly convenient. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I always book one of the suites with the soaking tub, and it’s become one of my favorite parts of the trip. After spending all day walking around Disneyland, soaking in the tub is the perfect way to relax and recharge before the next day. What really keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. Jonathan and the entire team are consistently welcoming, friendly, and genuinely care about making your stay enjoyable. They go above and beyond to make the experience feel just as magical as the Disney vacation itself. I’ve stayed here many times, and the quality and service have remained consistently excellent. I highly recommend the Anaheim Hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland—you get fantastic value without sacrificing comfort or convenience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Clean, comfy, and teally close to the Disneyland area. Like a little walk around 6 minutes. Big room for a family of 4.
The bathroom area looks old, and the countertop of the bathroom area has paint stains.
10/10—this is my go-to parking spot for Disneyland now. It’s so much more convenient than the Disney parking lots, and I felt completely safe leaving my car here. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making everything quick and easy. They really go above and beyond, and the whole experience was hassle-free. I honestly wouldn’t park anywhere else when visiting Disney!
We had a wonderful time staying with you! We got stranded out of town and Karina was able to not only find us a place to land but she was gracious enough to help us out with an early check in. That relieved us of a bunch of stress. We are definitely coming back!!
The best customer service - Leo and Priscilla you two are rock stars!!!! Always a wonderful time here. Solo trip as a 60 year old woman - always feel safe here - and well taken care of. Can’t say enough about this place. From the staff to the beds - comfort and service ❤️
We've only just started our week long stay, but it has been amazing so far! Leo went above any beyond helping us with baggage holds and then with an assist from Vernita ensuring our room was ready to go when we returned a few hours later! Can't say thank you enough!
Overall, every experience I’ve had at the Anaheim Hotel has been amazing. The bar is always clean, so is the pool area. The staff is friendly, top golf is fun, private parking for guests who stay there and public parking for those who want to go to Disney (Have to pay but it is incredibly close), amazing experiences all around.
One of thee best hotels I have ever stayed at! The hospitality and the ambiance exceeded the expectations! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a Disneyland day with friends/family! Thank you Jonathen! You were such a friendly and comforting person to help us out!
Best parking ever! I always park here because it's so close to the parks. The lot feels incredibly safe since security is constantly walking around, so I never worry about my car. During my recent visit, they gave me a promotional offer for the lounge bar, and that chicken Caesar wrap is SOOOO good! Everyone at the front desk and the bar is always so friendly—they're even starting to remember my name. Disney adulting approved.
If you’re looking for somewhere nice to stay, great value and accessible to the park I recommend the Anaheim Hotel. Disney is literally across the street and is a 5-10 minute walk. The rooms are spacious and the property is so nice and well maintained. Parking is great. The hotel staff is so helpful especially Jonathan who I believe is one of the managers. He’s been super helpful and unsure our stay was top quality. Also they have a nice bar inside the hotel and connected is a pizza parlor. That place has probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had. If you’re looking for just a nice get away, affordable prices, closeness to the park and friendly staff. Please please book here.
Clean
Sink and tub didn't drain
Very close to Disney - rooms were very large.
It was a pleasant stay over all.
This adorable hotel will transform you to the magic of Disneyland’s opening day. It’s conveniently across the street from the parks making it an easy walk back to the room for a midday break or end of the day. Believe me, your feet will thank you! Staff was pleasant and the grounds were maintained daily. The rooms are a bit dated but, they were thoroughly cleaned every day. We watched a World Cup game at the bar and had a fantastic time. The restaurant onsite was a great option for breakfast. We’ll definitely be back to this charming hotel.
We had a great stay at the Anaheim hotel while spending a few days at Disney. Our favorite aspects were the hotel atmosphere — so cute, the location — just a 6-min walk to the park entrance, and the service — so friendly and responsive whenever we asked for anything. We were particularly grateful for Mike who brought our copious bags to our room and checked on us every time he saw us during our visit. Highly recommended!
My whole family love this hotel it was nice and clean. The rooms were very spacious. Great staff!!
Property was pretty
Turned on the heater by accident and it smelled so bad I had to leave the door open for over an hour to get the smell out. Felt like the bathroom needed an upgrade.
Wonderful atmosphere, clean rooms, some rooms have patios.
This was our first time staying at the Anaheim Hotel and we will absolutely be back! As soon as we drove in the parking lot we were greeted by a kind employee who told us where to park to check in. At check in Candy went above and beyond to make the process easy and exciting. We stayed in one of the newly upgraded two queen rooms. It is beautiful! And the patio attached was perfect for our kids to get outside. The amenities were perfect for families. There is an entire game section for kids, large heated pool and pool side drink service for mom and dad. We took advantage of room service and the food was not only delicious but also at a great price. Our experience was amazing and we will definitely be back!
Proximity to Disneyland. The pool. The Pizza Press. The hotel store. The kind staff. Comfortable bed.
The shampoo/body soap/hand soap did not match the quality of the other amenities.
Clean and the beds were very comfortable!
It was a block farther down the road than we usually stay but really not a bad walk at all.
I DIDN'T LIKE, the day I made the reservation, Booking.com said my card would not be charged ahead of time. The next day the hotel charged my card more than the cost of the first night. I called to inquire and the hotel associate said their policy is to charge the first night. I explained what booking.com said and they said "take it up with them". I wanted to stay close to the Disney's entrance, so I didn't cancel. I guess the hotel's policy is what it will cost to stay so close to Disney's entrance. Then, they charged my entire stay at check in. I guess this shouldn't really matter since I was sort of stuck once I arrived. I'm just not used to hotels doing business with a "take it or leave it" attitude. The room wasn't bad, but I found a few live spiders in my room. Maybe it's the climate in Anaheim, or they don't spend any money on bug control. I think with the correct management and or business attitude, this could be a good place. I will never find out, because I won't stay there again, unless absolutely necessary.
