Walking distance to the park
No happy hour on the weekend
I liked that they didn’t charge for parking and room service was great. The location is excellent you have every store you need near by also Disneyland is walkable.
Could do buffet instead of Al carte menu. But this is just suggestion.
Very nice staff and wonderful location. Appreciated that the parking was very secure. Room was just what my family needed. Would stay here again!
Nothing worth to mention!
The AC unity in the room wasn’t working property. The settings didn’t work. It was either on or off.
Amical propreté
Le ménage était fait vers les 17h
Friendly staff. Very clean environment. Lots of underground parking.
There was only 1 elevator and it was also being shared with housekeeping so at times we were waiting for the elevator for a while
Die Lage war Top!!!! Alles was man braucht in der Nähe und eine sehr sichere Gegend!
Great choice! I have stayed here before for other Disneyland trips but this is the first time I tried the restaurant/bar. I enjoyed the fish tacos and green salsa so much (an AMAZING deal during happy hour) that I went back the next night for dinner again. Salvatore in the front and "cook" in the back were great and I am looking forward to my next visit! All the staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel is within walking distance of Disneyland which was my destination.
The staff was really exceptional. No complaints will say again.
I have no complaints
Hotel confortável, limpo, espaçoso, quarto bom, chuveiro ótimo
Não funciona tv, não tem smart, não tem cabo pra conectar
This hotel doesn’t have the same vibe as some of the other Indigo hotels I have visited. The vibe is more budget than funky. It’s more like a Holiday Inn. Lots of families around due to the proximity to Disney. Room was comfortable and quiet. With IHG Diamond status, I ordered an omelet in the Breakfast cafe which was well prepared. Weird that everything was à la carte. Eggs but toast is extra? This is the way the company treats its best customers?
Location
Nothing
Great location...quick walk to Convention Center. The staff were great. The included breakfast was fantastic...not you run of the mill included breakfast...order off the menu, delicious, and the portions were very generous...you could definitely share. The staff in the cafe were wonderful!
It was all great.
Staff and facilities are always top notch.
Can get a bit noisy from traffic and people outside on the street at night. Nothing the hotel has control over.
Solid hotel near Disneyland and Angels stadium. Convenient location to the highway for getting around. Restaurants, shopping, attractions, within walking distance. While the rooms are fresh and clean, It feels like this this a rebranded hotel versus some of the other Indigos I’ve stayed at. Front desk is helpful and always available. Included parking is a plus. With many choices in this area, this hotel is worth checking out.
Easy walk to the parks!
Had a great experience while dining at the hotel restaurant. Staff was welcoming, food was good and their green salsa was one of a kind. Thank you staff for the wonderful experience.
Clean and Comfortable. Close to Disney.
Can be a little noisy from road noise. Not too much that it keeps you awake though.
Clean and Comfortable. Restaurant/Bar on-site along with a small section of prepackaged food/drinks.
Nice boutique hotel that feels cosy. Good location.
Location
Nothing bad
Beautiful spacious room. Super comfortable beds and clean rooms.
Parking too small. Did make room for my truck in the employee parking. Gate hit my door while parking due to someone coming out while trying to exit vehicle .
Very nice place. Very Clean. Front desk staff was very kind and allowed us extra checkout time
We had a toddler with us. She was being fussy and started crying around 11 pm. She’d been crying on and off for maybe 10 minutes and we were getting her quieted down when an employee knocked and asked us to please quiet down because the people below us had an early flight the next day. I thought this was out of line considering 1. This is the Disneyland area. You should expect fussy toddlers. You can’t stop them from crying all the time. 2. She hadn’t been crying long enough to warrant stepping in. It just seemed like an overreaction. The day before we heard kids stomping around and yelling but we didn’t say anything because we expected it
We absolutely love staying at Hotel Indigo Anaheim! From the manager all the way to the cleaning staff and restaurant staff, every single employee goes above and beyond for their guests. We have stayed here several times now, and every visit has been consistently amazing with the same warm, welcoming treatment and wonderful staff members. The rooms are always extremely clean, the beds are unbelievably comfortable, and the toiletries smell amazing. The restaurant food is absolutely delicious, and the pool and hot tub are always the perfect temperature. What truly makes this hotel special are the thoughtful personal touches. The last two times we stayed, we were celebrating birthdays, and the staff decorated our room and even gave the birthday guests a small gift bag and homemade card. Those extra touches made us feel so special and appreciated. We continue choosing this hotel every single time we visit Disneyland because the experience is always exceptional. A very special thank you to Omar, the hotel manager, who is so sweet and kind. It’s easy to see why the staff is so wonderful under his leadership. We are incredibly thankful to all of the staff members for making every stay memorable!
Close to parks
Noisy, no pet area as advertised, restaurant/bar was closed, street traffic can be heard all night.
The Hotel was clean and staff was friendly
I prefer a buffet breakfast. But I also see why buffet breakfasts aren’t the best choice.
We love this particular Hotel Indigo location and have stayed many times as a family of 5. We choose the room with 2 beds and pull out sofa and its a tight fit, but its really all we need after a day at Disneyland. The front desk staff is always super friendly and even remembers us from previous stays. The last time we stayed I actually got really really ill from some bad food (not from the hotel!) and the staff gave us an extended late check out.. The rooms are modern and clean. If there were were only 3 or 4 of us I am sure they would feel a lot more spacious as well. The location is great. Its a short walk to Disney which makes it easy to "rope-drop" and then walk back for a break in the middle of the day, but its also far enough that we can justify taking a ride share back at night. Its also very very close to the Gardenwalk and a ton of other restaurants. The beds are comfortable and not too soft. There is a mini fridge in the rooms which is great, and a shared microwave in the lobby if you need it.
Proximity to Disney and the convention center
15 minute walk from disney land. Close to some food joints and pharmacies. Really clean and big room, new design and comfortable. Made our service dog feel welcome!
The hotel itself is quite okay although overpriced.
When checking out I asked for an invoice and staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. I didn't get any paper that would justify the expense as a company expense so that was my first and last time in this hotel.
I would like to share my second experience while staying at the indigo in Anaheim California. I stayed here in 2025 and I came back again in 2026 both time was very nice. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and the value was very good. What I would like to emphasize is that the people working there are very, very kind, nice and helpful. One person in particular is a young lady by the name of Daisy. She would greet you with the kindest smile and acknowledges and greet you when you enter a hotel. When I had an issue with the laundry, Daisy would walk me all the way over there to make sure my problem would get resolved. when I was just taking a break in Dining area with my daughter, Daisy was kind enough to go over there and turn the lights on for us so we can see what we were doing. That’s what I call Great customer service! Overall, all the stuff at the hotel were all very kind nice and helpful. As for Daisy, I would like to say thank you for your kindness during our stay. You were either trained very well by the hotel to do your job or you must have been raised by great parents!!! Satisfied customer Hugo
Great location very clean and comfortable
We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Indigo. We are frequent Disneyland visitors and really liked the location of this hotel. From this hotel we only ever walked to the parks, but it was definitely at the long end of what I would consider a walking distance hotel. It was doable for two 30 year olds on a 2 night trip but with a larger family or a longer stay we might have had some troubles or started getting ride shares. While most areas we have stayed in Anaheim have a very suburban/strip mall feel this block had a very nice city vibe to it and there were a ton of shops and restaurants very close by. We always like to have at least one meal off Disney property on our trips and the Cheesecake Factory was very close by, and there were plenty of additional options within a less than 5 minute walk. I booked through Chase travel, and I usually try to avoid third party bookings but my points went farther this way than they would have if I transferred them to IHG. I think the third party booking led to our room location being a little substandard, and I didn't get any of my IHG gold benefits, but I knew this would probably be the case when I chose to book through chase. We arrived well before check in time, and our room was not ready yet, but we were able to pre-register for a quick key pickup once it was available. The front desk staff was very kind, and they also gave us a key to the upstairs lounge so we could have some room to change and re-pack our bags before heading out to the parks for the day. Was a very nice little lounge area on a mezzanine looking over the lobby. Our bags were stored out in the open behind the front desk, would have preferred them to be in a private office or dedicated storage room but they did get returned safely to us. They also had a little light and water show right outside the lobby in the evenings which was cute. Almost like a little mini World of Color! Our room was on the first floor, and the hallway layout was a little strange. its pretty apparent this used to be more of a motel-style property with outside hallways. our room was right across from the pool, but noise was never an issue. The bathroom was at the back of the room, along with the window and Air conditioning unit. Because these were at the back of the corridor to the bathroom, not much natural light entered the room. We didn't get much breeze from the air conditioner either, though the room did cool off plenty for us, but we like to feel the breeze, and the room layout meant we really couldn't feel it. The view of our room was straight out to an alley and the back of another building, so we kept the shades drawn for the most part anyway. would have been nice to have a little bit of more lamp light in the room to make up for lack of natural light. The room itself was small but well kept and I did really like the bathroom, it seemed like a recent renovation, clean and modern. The hard wood (or maybe composite) floor was lumpy in a few spots but very hard so its unclear what is causing that, and it was also very slippery in a few spots especially on the side of the bed. didn't make a huge dent in our stay but was memorable. Overall I would probably stay here again, but I don't think it would be my first choice. I would like to come back and book direct and see if I can get a better room. The location was superb! That would be the main selling point for me, especially when we spend very little time in the rooms when we visit the area.
We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and this visit reaffirmed why it remains a favorite. Even on a fully sold-out weekend, the hotel operated calmly and efficiently—parking, check-in, and room readiness were all handled smoothly. The suite was comfortable and quiet, and my partner slept exceptionally well. Despite being Disney-adjacent, the hotel maintains a genuinely boutique, low-key feel. Breakfast at Chambers was well above expectations. Karin was warm and attentive, and the front desk team coordinated everything seamlessly, keeping the experience human and unhurried even under pressure. A consistently solid choice for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run base near Disneyland.
This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting the parks. They have parking. You can walk to the park. Everyone was very nice. I don't know if they will be able to continue but during our stay they made up the room each day. It's so nice to come back after 12 or so hours of park time to have a room ready for me to crash.
I have stayed here 4 times over the last 7 years. NAMM show. The staff are what make this place special. Front desk is very helpful, rooms are clean and Karin and Jose the breakfast servers are so hospitable and kind. I can’t wait to come back next year. You can also see fireworks from the hotel parking lot and the pool and hot at a bit small but nice and never over crowded. I can walk to Disney or NAMM show and convention center. Love
The location is perfect.
Swimming pool is not open for use.
The room was very clean
we arrived early around 45 minutes and they wanted to charge was a early fee . That wasn’t right at all.
Walking distance to Disney and free parking
Sulphuric smell from handbasin
Limpio y check in rapido
The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. Both times we have stayed here it has been a wonderful experience. The location is excellent for a quick walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney as well as other restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. This time we also had family join us in a second room, and they also had a great experience. We hope to return again.
This time our room had a bit more street noise than last time, but it wasn't actually a problem at all.
Staff was friendly and professional.
The shower was somewhat difficult to use.
We always love staying at Hotel Indigo when visiting Disneyland. While it’s a little further from the parks than some other hotels, it’s still an easy and flat walk of around 15 minutes. You can also take advantage of the buses departing from the Toy Story parking lot, which makes getting to and from the parks very convenient. The location is excellent, with a Starbucks, CVS and Walgreens directly across the road, which is perfect for grabbing coffee, snacks or any last-minute essentials. It’s also just a short walk to Anaheim GardenWalk, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options after a long day at the parks. The rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable, with cosy beds and a hot shower — exactly what you need after big days at Disneyland. Everything felt well thought out and practical for a longer stay. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming and very helpful, which always makes a difference and is one of the reasons we keep coming back. A huge bonus for us was the guest laundry. After almost four weeks of travelling, having access to laundry facilities was incredibly appreciated and made our stay even more convenient. A reliable, comfortable choice for Disneyland trips, and one we’re always happy to return to.
Breakfast was delicious and big enough for us to share with our kids. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was close to Disneyland and the GardenWalk. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Check in & out was smooth and parking was easy as well. Nice to walk around outside since location was close to food options and holiday fun.
Someone threw up on the 4th floor outside of the elevator. Was cleaned up by staff but a stain remained and so did the smell. Kinda gross having to go to the elevator often and smell it so wish it would have been cleaned properly.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing you MUST try the chorizo burritos. Located walking distance to the Disney resort parks. Will book again in the future. Thank you for making our stay a pleasure.
Clean room, and great service down in the restaurant with good food.
Paid for a family suite and got a VERY tiny room with two beds and a small couch. Definitely should not be considered a suite. Parking was tight and there was a lack of spaces for everyone.
Localização e custo benefício
Close enough to Disneyland and the Garden Walk. It's an excellent location overall. Parking was plentiful inside the gate. The second-floor living room space was cute. The dancing water fountain in front of the hotel was pretty too. The staff was great. Our breakfast server, Karin, was wonderful in making breakfast suggestions and taking good care of us. I will make sure to stay here again!
The WiFi signal was spotty. Only one elevator in the front. No interesting views if you're into that.
Everything was great. Clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Best breakfast we’ve had in a hotel. Walkable to Disneyland. Short walk to bus to Disneyland if you don’t want to walk.
Very clean.
The shower water went cold.
Property was very clean and easy to find your way around
It was close to Disney land nice walk good staff great price
1st night found a cockroach then our last night found some black ants on our food they were coming from the floor
Good location nice staff and clean
Beds were more on harder side, but that is just my opinion
Location
Very noisey in the middle of night . You can hear people running around on floor above us.
The staff was great and accommodating. Breakfast staff was exceptional. Parking is exceptional, they’re getting in late can be difficult to find a parking space. Close to park and very family friendly.
Neat place, walking distance to Disneyland. Friendly and helpful stuff. Breakfast is great, but you only get two coupons per day. Would recommend.
It was clean but the staff during our check out was rude and not friendly.
Great location, not too far to walk to Disneyland parks. Room was a good size and had everything I needed. Jose in the bar/restaurant was very helpful and a great asset to the hotel. On the other hand, some of the reception staff really should not be working in hospitality. One staff member proceeded to argue with me about breakfast vouchers. When I checked in, I asked her if I needed vouchers for breakfast, she said no, it would just be there on my room when I presented for breakfast. When I got to the restaurant I was asked for my breakfast voucher which I did not have because I was told I didn't need them. Jose went to check with reception staff. The staff member who checked me in was on and then proceeded to argue with me about the breskfast vouchers. Honestly she had a very poor attitude and really should not be working in that job. Another day I went to use the laundry, however I couldn't get 1 of the 2 washing machines to work (I had 2 loads to do so was hoping to use both machines). I asked reception about it and they basically said "oh yeah, that one hasn't been working for ages". When I mentioned that perhaps it would be helpful to guests that a sign be placed on the machine to let guests know, I got a totally dismissive response from the reception staff member (a different one to the breakfast voucher person) who basically said it wasn't his job. Far out, it would take 2 minutes to write an out of order note and put it on the machine. I was hoping that the hotel would send a post-stay survey that I could complete, but none came, hence the review now on Trip Advisor. Also don't bother asking for an early check in as despite the hotel not being full, they don't seem to have their cleaning staff start until after standard check out time, so early check in is not available. Great location, but stay elsewhere.
Good location for those who are going to visit Disneyland, as it's only 15 minutes walk away (or 1 bus stop ride). The hotel also offers free parking which is great when visiting the park.
The room is outdated. It is often reviewed as a boutique hotel, but there is nothing boutique about it. It feels more like a run down motel. It's outdated and shows wear and tear. Also, water pressure is very low and overall not everything is in working properly.
This place is great! Very clean and nice staff that were super helpful! Walking distance to Disneyland and lots of places to eat all around it. Great pool and spa and easy parking. We will be staying here again!
The room was very clean and staff very friendly. The walk to Disney land was about 12 minutes and safe. I would stay again. And the big perk no extra charge for parking.
Lovely staff! Very clean and tastefully decorated rooms.
Close to Disneyland. Clean rooms. Friendly staff
Staff were friendly and pleasant. Got checked in very quickly and the hotel had a good layout for us where were a family of four, but my teenage boys prefer not to share a queen any longer since it’s a little too cramped for them. So we were able to reserve a room that had 2 queens and 1 sofa bed which was perfect. Didn’t have a free breakfast which was okay. The hotel was a good distance from the park entrances where it was very walkable before and after the long days. Took about 15-20 minutes. One of the pluses was the free gated parking which is rare for the hotels in the area. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area if needed. Wall decor was strange with the walnut prints but I get it based on the history…but still odd. I’d try to get the top floor room instead as we did hear plenty of foot steps above us. Would stay here again.
My husband and I went with our daughter, son in law and grandson. We booked this hotel with its proximity to Disneyland. It was perfect! Close enough to walk. The staff were friendly and the room was great and very clean. We had breakfast our last morning there and it was delicious. The restaurant staff were very accommodating. I recommend a raise for them. We will definitely be staying there again.
I am not able to speak on the food / bar / onsite amenities as we did not take advantage of that during our stay. However, the staff was incredibly nice and we were overall pleased with our stay. The proximity to the parks were perfect and allowed us to save on gas by not having to drive everywhere. The only negative, which I think seems to be the norm at many places, is that the linens were very itchy/scratchy. That aside, our family would return here for another stay the next time we pop over to Anaheim for a mini-vacay!
Staff was kind and friendly. Room was perfect for family of 4 and very clean.
The front desk was not helpful as I had to checkout a night early due to my son’s condition and they were not able to help us with a full/partial refund for the last night
I typically don’t leave bad reviews but man, this was a rough stay. Room felt stuffy & humid, A/C didn’t work well, elevator slow, but was willing to overlook those things given proximity to Disney and the fact that we really only stayed in the room to sleep. However, this morning as we were getting ready to go and washing face/brushing teeth we noticed one of the face towels left there by housekeeping had blood on it (see photos). Absolutely disgusting. Lucky we didn’t use that one. When we checked out, no one asked how our stay was and when we mentioned the towel and showed the picture, all that was offered was some breakfast. Honestly, I don’t even care about getting the stay comp’ed, but
Friendly staff and amazing beds
Buen servicio
Todo nos gusta
Great location for access to the theme parks. We had exceptional customer service at the front desk. I do think the hotel is a bit weathered but still comfortable and cute!
The positives are: Free Parking included with room stay, Clean Hotel Room, and property, Property was safe with controlled access to parking garage, AC was very good, and the suite was huge. The fridge kept all of our items very cold almost freezing, and it was nice that they had coffee and tea in the room, but you do need to bring your own water. The friendly front desk staff, walking distance to Disneyland Parks. The Negatives are: The bed was somewhat noisy almost like something was wrong with the box spring, It was comfortable but noisy if you moved around in the bed. You can definitely hear noise from the other rooms. This included barking from a dog that was on our floor. None of this was a deal breaker or made us complain. Overall a very good 3 Star Hotel, and we would stay here again.
Staff was very friendly and the location with free parking was great! They have a good happy hour at the restaurant. We could see fireworks from our room.
Great smaller hotel close to Disneyland parks with free parking and so many restaurants nearby. I would stay again.
