Reviewed Apr 3, 2026We stay here every year. This latest trip my wife sat in a chair in our room that was broken - she fortunately wasn't hurt but the chair's condition must have been obvious to housekeeping. The TV remote was missing, the desk gave me a replacement. The TV was set up so I could not plug a HDMI into it and watch Netflix. Very unusual these days. Lastly, I asked for a 3:00AM wake-up call that never occurred. Fortunately we woke up in time without the call. I reported the broken chair and missing remote and have not been charged for either (yet)... I like the hotel's location and will probably stay here again but the last visit was not good.

What guests love
- •Comfortable rooms and beds
- •Good/varied breakfast (buffet)
- •Excellent/convenient location
- •Friendly and attentive staff
- •Frequently clean rooms and pleasant installations
Areas to consider
- •Value/price issues (charges not respected, extra fees)
- •Limited parking availability
- •Occasional cleanliness problems (dirty floors, old towels, uncleaned areas)
- •Amenity problems: poor TV reception, low water pressure, few pillows
- •Occasional noise from other guests or room (mattress noise)
Cleanliness
7.6/10Mixed mentions: many guests praise the cleanliness of rooms and installations, but several reviews report dirty floors, hairs, old towels and one report of poor post-cleaning – overall slightly below the target.
Service
9.3/10Consistently positive comments about staff friendliness and attention ("muy amable", "la atención fue muy buena", "el trato y el servicio") justify a strong rating above the target.
Location
9.3/10Multiple comments note an excellent or convenient location ("muy buena ubicación", "Excelente ubicación", "ni tan en el centro ni tan a las afueras"), supporting a high score.
Room Quality
8.9/10Rooms are frequently described as comfortable, warm and pleasant (comfortable beds, habitaciones cómodas), though there are isolated issues (noisy bed/mattress screws, few pillows) so quality is above target but not perfect.
Amenities
7.3/10Amenities show weaknesses: limited parking, TV reception problems, low water pressure, missing/old towels and no carpet in some rooms — leads to a below-target score.
Value for Money
6/10Strong negative mentions about price handling (charged extra, price not respected, price hiked at check-in) drive this category well below the target.
Food and Beverage
8.4/10Breakfast is often praised (buffet, varied, good taste) though some guests found it minimal, slow or had issues with cold milk — overall slightly above target.
Overall Experience
8/10General sentiment is positive ("muy agradable estancia", "todo me encantó", "como siempre"), tempered by cleanliness issues and value/price complaints, resulting in a score near the target.
