Der Standort ist das beste, was das Hotel hergeben kann. Von diesem Standpunkt aus erreicht man die Innenstadt oder auch die andere Richtung zu Fuß wirklich sehr schnell. Nichtsdestotrotz war es sauber, die Betten bequem und das Personal durchweg freundlich.

Auch wenn der Standard von deutschen Sternen abweicht und man es ja kennt, hat mir dennoch nicht so gut gefallen, dass die Zimmer doch sehr renovierungsbedürftig sind. In unserem Zimmer war’s zum Beispiel der Boden, bei dem die Farbe schon abge geblättert ist und nicht gerade sehr einladend aussieht.. Bei der Buchung wurde uns (zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby) ein Familienzimmer zugeteilt. Das war für uns viel zu groß, dementsprechend gehe ich auch davon aus, haben wir diesen Preis bezahlt. Ich fand es dennoch etwas zu teuer, auch wenn der Standort es wieder gut gemacht hat..

The staff was amazing. Every one of the staff members we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The room was confortable and the shower was also very good. The room was very clean and smelled very nice. The bed was confortable and the room had a balcony, it faced other buildings but it was useful to dry our clothes after a day at the beach. They sell coffee for a good price at the reception, so we bought food in the supermarket and made our own breakfast. There was a small fidge in the room that we used to store the food. There is also a living room with a microwave we could use to heat up food if we wanted to.

The aircon made a weird noise during the night. The pillow was a bit tall for my taste, but it was a nice height for my partner

Le jours de mon arrivée j'étais trés fatiguée car je venais de faire un long voyage avec éscale à madrid et j'avais deux bagages un lourd et l'autre moyen, mais il n'y avait personne pour m'aider à porter mes bagages jusqu'a ma chambre, et on n'a pas laisser deux collégues à moi de monter avec moi et de m'aider, et je vous informe que je suis une dame qui souffre des problémes de dos et de sciatique.et ça je n'ai pas du tous appréciée.

The location is nice, but no way to find parking “2 streets up” like they say. You need to walk at least 10 minutes to find parking that is not paid. The hotel was nice some time ago but it looks like they don’t care anymore. It was clean.

Pro: die Innenstadtlage mit guter Anbindung an den öff. Verkehr. Haltestelle der Buslinie 20 liegt direkt vor dem Eingang. Zum Verkehrsknotenpunkt "Estacio intermodal" und zum Bahnhof des Nostalgiezugs in Richtung Sóller, sind es höchstens 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in der nahen Umgebung. Das Zimmer (Nr. 206) war zwar sehr klein, gerade so, dass man einzeln vorne ums Bett herum laufen konnte; insgesamt war es aber ausreichend ausgestattet, auch der Kleiderschrank bot genug Platz für zwei. Wir hatten bequeme Betten u. eine gut funkt. Klimaanlage, die bei fast 40 Grad in der Stadt auch unbedingt nötig war. Das Zimmer war erfreulicherweise schon ab 13 Uhr beziehbar, statt erst um 16 Uhr.

Contra: Unser Zimmer 206 lag direkt am Aufzug - Geräuschkulisse inclusive. Außerdem ist es insgesamt sehr hellhörig .. nebenan wurde bis spät nachts laut diskutiert und über uns polterte es ständig. Die kleine Wandlampe zwischen den Betten war von Anfang an defekt - sowas sollte dem Reinigungspersonal eigentlich auffallen .. ebenso wie die leere Taschentuchverpackung unter dem Bett. Ansonsten war aber alles sauber. Der ganz große Minuspunkt dieses Zimmers ist jedoch das Bad! Die Ausstattung selbst .. große Dusche, Spiegel und Waschbeckenschrank .. ist zwar absolut in Ordnung, aber dessen Lage ist eine Katastrophe! Das Badfenster führt zu einem Schacht hinaus, in dem mehrere Klimaanlagen für die angrenzenden Zimmer, hängen. Diese Geräte sind erstens nicht gerade leise und zweitens erzeugen sie eine derartige Wärme, dass man das Badfenster gar nicht aufmachen will .. nach dem Duschen natürlich nicht so ideal. Und im Bad selbst wird es dann, trotz geschlossenem Fenster, dermaßen warm, dass man nachts eigentlich die Tür zum Zimmer auf lassen muss .. was wiederum die Wärme aus dem Bad und das Licht vom Nachbar-Badezimmer rein lässt (und das auch mal ganz plötzlich, mitten in der Nacht!). Ich weiß, dass die Klimaanlagen ein absolutes Muss sind ... sonst wäre die Hitze in den Zimmern nicht auszuhalten .. aber diese Konstruktion mit dem Schacht und dem Bad ist einfach schlecht. Zu guter Letzt hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass der Rezeptionist bei unserer Abreise ein paar nette, persönliche Worte gefunden hätte. Zumindest fragt man die Gäste bei der Gelegenheit auch, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit war .. jedenfalls habe ich selbst das als Rezeptionistin so gehandhabt .. hier war es nicht so ... "Adios" und fertig.

El personal en recepción es agradable.

El edificio es muy viejo y por mucho que se limpie necesita un gran remodelado. Los colchones son realmente malos, literalmente te hundias en ellos y te levantabas con dolor de espalda. Con lo que cobran por noche ya podian invertir en cambiarlos. Las puertas ventanas de la habitacion no cerraban bien. El baño hay una mini bañera con asiento de los años 60, y era complicado ducharse sin sentarse por la falta de espacio. El jabón y demás cositas de aseo tan solo te lo dan si lo solicitas, cosa que no entiendo, deberian estar ahi por si lo necesitas. A las paredes se les cae a cachos la pintura y el suelo de la habitación tambien deja que desear, hay manchas permanentes como de lago corroido. De las luces del techo, no todas funcionan. Definitivamente no vale 200 euros por noche, por ese dinero es mejor coger un paquete vacacional en otro sitio con todo incluido con mucha mejor calidad. Te dicen que cerca del hotel se puede aparcar gratis, pero es imposible encontrar aparcamiento ya a las 7 de la tarde ya que hay muchisimos coches buscando aparcamiento como tu. Como hay que coger el coche para visitar otras partes de la isla este hotel en el centro realmente no merece la pena si lo que se busca es un lugar tranquilo y cómodo para aparcar.

Bliskość do głównego dworca (ok. 8 minut). W pobliżu sklepy, markety i restauracje. Cicha, spokojna okolica. Blisko do centrum i morza. Klimatyzacja działała, ręczniki wymieniane na bieżąco, dbanie do czystość, winda.

The online checking process was straightforward and saved us time on arrival. The hotel was conveniently located about 10 minutes easy walk to the beginning of old town. The air-conditioning worked well enough. We had fresh towels every day, which was fantastic in the heatwave. There was a good amount of storage space for our clothes. The furnishings were dated but clean. We were able to borrow a kettle for the week of our stay.

It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom.

Top Lage. In der Nähe vom Placa d Espanya und dadurch gleich im Stadtzentrum. Super mit dem Öffentlichen Verkehr zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gute Klimaanlage, Sauberkeit, Familienzimmer besteht aus 2 Zimmer und 2 Bäder.

Queensize Bed ist für ein Paar zu klein. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem, es war alles Top sauber.

WiFi mal funzionante, stanza molto piccola e non presente frigo in camera (d'estate è insostenibile). Lo staff si è reso disponibile a tenerci delle cose nel loro frigo, ma è chiaro che non si possa andare e venire dalla reception per avere un goccio d'acqua fresco.

El baño de una de las habitaciones necesitaba una buena reforma, esra muy antiguo y pequeño. La limpieza del mismo no era impecable. En esa misma habitación teníamos problemas para que la puerta quedara cerrada, tuvo que subir la mujer de recepción y, tras varios intentos cerrando fuerte, girando la manivela ya se cerró. Poca iluminación tanto en la habitación como en el baño

Los tres recepcionistas (mañana,tarde y noche) súper amables, al momento de hacer sugerencias o brindarnos ayuda. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, también todo limpio. Cuentan con una ducha de cortesía que nos comentaron que podíamos usarla por si íbamos a pasar el día a la playa, algo que de normal no se da en un hotel. Sin duda volveremos !

Hotel bietet nur Übernachtung an, man kann aber Snacks, Wasser und Kaffee aus dem Automaten zu sehr zivilen Preisen kaufen, frühstücken kann man in der Umgebung in Bäckerei oder Cafe. Zimmer hat sogar einen Kühlschrank. Das Hotel liegt nicht im Zentrum, aber alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Plaza Espanya mit vielen Bussen, A1 Flughafenbus, 7 Min., Markthalle Olivar 10 Min. Plaza Major 13 Min., Born 15 Min.; von Plaza Espanya zum Plaza Major und dann noch weiter liegt die Shopping Meile, alles ideal. Ein ideales preiswertes Stadthotel, das ich empfehlen lann, Die Koffer kann man bei An- und Abreise auch deponieren.

Kann nichts negatives sagen, höchstens, dass es keine Parkplätze gibt, gibt aber öffentliche kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. The room a good size and clean. The beds comfy. The air con worked and the little fridge was handy.

The bathroom was small, and had seen better days. The shower, which had a small ledge to sit on, was almost impossible to use without drenching the floor. The water pressure and temperature was good though.

Well situated, supermarket next door, pharmacy, restaurants around, close to public transport, hotel staff was friendly, basic things like ordering a Taxi and checking in and out were fine. Room was clean and on the roomier side, bathroom was particularly large. Bed was perfectly fine.

Shower could have been larger. There was no chair in the room, but a desk at which to use it was present. Fridge didn't really work, it turned on, but there was little or no cooling and it was not active when you were out of the room which sort of defeats the purpose. The Hotels staff knowledge of the English language was limited, simple questions like where is the nearest supermarket (which was next door as I discovered) could not be answered.

Tutto Primo la n 203 non funzionava il condizionatore, mandava aria calda, dal colore della plastica direi che come minimo non lo hanno mai né controllato né ricaricato, da sostituire,poi alla mia lamentela che ho dovuto sudare per farci cambiare la stanza.. e ne avevano altre a disposizione, non era il caso di farci incazzare. Due non c’è una bottiglietta d’acqua, inoltro manca una macchina elettrica per riscaldare l’acqua e fare un caffè, ma se scendi giù in lobby ad un euro te lo fanno fare a te . Pessima vista su strada , per 156€ io credevo di trovare qualcosa di meglio, non lo consiglierei a nessuno di sicuro.

Pulizia molto superficiale se non nulla, camere che si presentato diverse rispetto a come in foto, odore di fogna dal bagno terrificante, camere non insonorizzate..ho passata notte a sentire la camera affianco russare, nessun dispositivo basilare che tutte le strutture mettono a disposizione per l’igiene personale, asciugamano sporco, prezzo esageratamente alto per una struttura del genere! Sconsiglio!

Posizione dell'hotel vicina al centro e a 15 minuti dalla cattedrale, la strada che collega l'hotel al centro è comunque piacevole perché piena di negozi e attività commerciali. Presenza di fermate bus a 4 minuti, bel collegata. Pulizia eccellente: ogni mattina ci hanno pulito la camera e cambiato gli asciugamani. Letto e cuscino comodissimi e non è per nulla scontato. Hotel aperto h24 e staff molto gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima secondo me. L'hotel è un po datato ma le camere sono carine, essenziali e il nostro bagno era nuovo, moderno con doccia molto grande e comoda che era davvero un piacere farsi la doccia la sera, dopo aver trascorso una giornata al mare. Camera dotata di condizionatore e frigo bar. Lo consiglio vivamente

L’entrée de l’hôtel est propre mais plus on monte les étages, plus les étages du bâtiment mériteraient d’être entretenus. L’accès à la chambre 309 se fait en passant dans le couloir des chambres 302 et 303. Il n’y a pas de suite logique sur la numérotation des chambres. Ménage et entretien de la chambre douteux (tâches sur les serviettes et rideaux, parquet abîmé qui semble avoir gondolé, l’aile de la climatisation vieillissante semblant cassée, lampes qui ne s’éclairent pas toutes et cassées). Lit petit pour mon compagnon de 1,80m.

I liked the location and the quiet at night (windows faced the inner courtyard). There was a bit of leakage from the tap in the toilet, but it was manageable and I'm sure they would have fixed it if I wanted to arrange for a technician to visit (but I was constantly on the run). I found it a bit weird that the window in the toilet opened on a staircase... :-) It was nice to have a kind of a mini-bar downstairs, with a reasonable coffee for 1 EUR and some packaged snacks. The personnel were all very nice and easy to communicate with.

The wifi signal in my room was extremely bad. What I couldn't understand is that, when booking for myself for 2 nights, I mentioned that I'd be happy if the hotel could offer me a solution for further two nights when my wife and daughter would join. I got a firm "no" as an answer and had to arrange a diffferent accommodation elsewhere. But the room that I was given was actually linked to another (that had no independent exit), with a perfect space for two people (and even with made beds). We could have happily fit in there and the hotel would benefit from two extra guests, but instead the reservations person that I corresponded with decided not to be helpful in this regard. Weird way of doing business in a competitive setting, I'd say.

A very low quality hotel and low value for the price. You get not only abnormally loud noise if you face the main road with motorcycles racing at high speed all am, you get high levels of mold (we needed to buy anti allergy meds), moldy damaged doors and damaged vinyl floors throughout, broken bathroom light that turns off when you are on the toilet for more than 10 seconds because it’s on motion detector only and no switch, no blankets you just get a sheet, maid turns off your air condition when you leave so you come back to your hot room, big cracks in ceiling, no wifi signal to even run your phone, and uneven warped floors that you can trip on, no amenities likes shampoo or lotions etc, worn out:threadbare towels… it’s a stinker so leave your window open. Spend a little money and fix these awful rooms!!! Expensive for what you get… ghetto digs.
